We used to be regular customers but since last summer the quality has declined rapidly.
Something is always wrong or missing. No fries, no fried onions, no tomatoes, raw bacon on the burger. It's just something every time.
The store was temporarily closed, but you could still place an order, which was paid for but never arrived. Then we have to run after our money. That doesn't work at all.
It's a shame, we won't be ordering anymore. This also scares away your regular customers. Your own fault.
We were looking for a burger joint and came across Burger Dream. After entering the store we were immediately struck by a terrible smell. This became more and more intense further into the store. We couldn't identify whether it was ancient frying fat, rotten meat or whatever. Just gagging! They turned around and went straight back out. Never again!
The burgers 🍔 were fine—nothing special, just your typical average burger. Not the worst, but definitely not the best either.
Fries 🍟 were decent, but the chicken fingers were a definite no-go. They were mostly fried skin with barely any actual chicken, ended up having to throw them away.
On the bright side, the delivery 🛵 was super fast—arrived in about 15 minutes.
Definitely not, customer rip-off of the worst kind, chicken burger consisted of a roll of lettuce and say two small chicken nuggets and the whole thing for 15 euros.
Once and definitely not again!
This McDonald's is generally okay, but there are a few things that make the visit a bit inconvenient – especially the parking situation. The parking lot is difficult to access and seems rather confusing at first glance. A car dealership is right next door, which further confuses the situation, as the entrances and exits aren't clearly separated, and you have to get your bearings. Especially if you're a first-time visitor, the layout is a bit awkward.
Once you make it to the parking lot, however, a typical McDonald's awaits you. The decor is as usual – nothing outstanding, but clean and functional. The self-service kiosks worked well on my visit, and my order was prepared relatively quickly. Everything tasted as you'd expect – classic fast food, no surprises.
The staff was friendly, but a bit reserved. The seating was clean, if not particularly comfortable. If you just want a quick bite to eat, this is the place for you – but be prepared for the fact that access to the premises can be a bit confusing.
Overall, an average McDonald's with a slight weakness in the parking lot. Three stars are a good fit.
Yesterday we had the cheeseburger for €7.50, very tasty and freshly prepared!
My question: has the patty become thinner? It was maybe 100g, pounded thin? Have others noticed this too? 😂
This was our first time ordering here and unfortunately the delivery time was much longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. However, we were totally pleasantly surprised when we ate! The truffle burger was simply incredibly delicious - tender meat and the truffle note was perfect. Although the delivery wasn't ideal, we will definitely stop by again to enjoy the food on site. The atmosphere and the service on site will certainly round off the overall impression. I'm already looking forward to the next time!
