I also liked the food was very good and the service could be better and the ambience is fine.

We ordered today for the first and last time via Lieferando. Both of our burgers were carelessly slapped together and dry (far too little sauce) and at most lukewarm. The fries were almost cold. At least the drinks were there and cool. For a price of over €35, it's a disgrace. I only read the reviews afterwards and obviously that's normal in this business. Once and never again!

After waiting 1 1/2 hours for my two burgers, I was able to pick them up according to Lieferando. On site they said they would be ready soon and so I waited another 5 minutes, which isn't a problem in itself. The real problem didn't arise until I got home! (It was 3 minutes by car) The burgers were so unfinished! The cheese was fresh from the fridge and was hard! Everything on the burger was cold and not really done! We then had to finish these ourselves in the oven at home in order to “enjoy” them in any way… We actually had a pretty good experience with Burgerme, but this time it was a complete disappointment! If I have to wait extra on site even though it was stated that they were ready to be picked up, then PLEASE get them ready and don't just slap them together so that you can't enjoy them!

Impudent driver, comes late and then tries to rip off my girlfriend by giving the wrong price and then he gets upset that there is no tip after such an action and even tries to drive away, but he came back after calling and has the change handed out but that was the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery service and food was cold

I have always been very satisfied with burgerme products. Today another burger was delivered to me, unfortunately with tomatoes even though I didn't want them. (I flushed it down the toilet with my vomit) Of course the kitchen denied it. It's a shame but never again. A sorry would have been enough instead of just a denial.

Sticky, dirty floor. Many employees behind the counter who work completely uncoordinated and are hectic in their operations, but ignore the customers at the counter. I left again without consuming anything.

Yesterday we had the cheeseburger for €7.50, very tasty and freshly prepared! My question: has the patty become thinner? It was maybe 100g, pounded thin? Have others noticed this too? 😂

For all future customers, don't spend any money here!! Very slow, incompetent team, extremely unfriendly staff. Even the one star for the store is too much

So the meat is not seasoned, the fries are salty, the hamburger looks good but tastes really disgusting, the worst hamburger I have ever eaten and the hamburger without cheese is terrible.. Not normal and ridiculous for 22 euros for 2 pieces, never again.

Mega essen und lecker! Toller Services und schnell zubereitet. Sehr gute Ambiente und gut serviert. Kann ich nur jeden empfehlen.
