Burger delivered cold, drinks forgotten

The order was ok. However, my delivery address is now flooded with advertising and I have to unsubscribe manually. I have never consented to this use and am wondering whether this can even be done...

Fast delivery, but unfortunately the burger obviously fell down. Operation of the app or delivery tracking was subpar - had to call by phone and was greeted with extremely loud music on hold Fries were completely soggy and barely salted, very stale. The receipt was indefinably charred black and as I said, the burger was served in half-destroyed packaging, so you had to assemble the burger yourself.

Been there again after a long time. It's a shame, the beautiful wall painting has disappeared. There are now hanging cables as decoration. Our various starters, some of which were too salty, came without plates. We had to put them on the napkins. The burgers, rather small, and fries were a disaster. Everything cold and muddy. It was also cool in the restaurant but the main thing was that the waitress was walking around in tight tops. Conclusion: far too expensive for this poor quality and is no longer an option for us.

Unfortunately, the employees have no desire to work or to earn money... the bachelor party was completely torn apart... you couldn't sit at the same table... so you couldn't take care of your guests... no one was really full... never again here... sorry... giving notice a day in advance that not everyone would be sitting at the same table... is completely unacceptable
