Food is okay, price is okay. Service was nice and friendly.

Cool shop. Delicious burgers and side dishes.

First, a sign asks you to wait for an usher. We stood a little longer without anyone paying any attention. Since we had arranged to meet others who were already there, they called us over. There were eleven of us in total and we were there for the first time. The atmosphere is chic, but there are a bit too many trees for me. But that is a matter of taste. The order sometimes went quite well, but even the waitress seemed to have some problems, which is something. That would catch up with us later. The waiting time was ok for Saturday 6:00 p.m. However, the distribution of food was problematic. I ordered a cheesy cheese. A cheeseburger was brought. As a customer, you then have to realize that the Cheesy Cheese is served as a cheeseburger. I would just call it that on the map. So it went on, so we had to concentrate on working out who owned which food. The food was ok, in my opinion, but not quite appropriate for the price. When we wanted to pay, the problems caught up with us. In the end, according to the waitress, one coke and one pair of fries were not paid for. Neither of us had a) ordered and b) received the things, which we tried to make clear. But no chance. We ended up paying because the waitress very rudely didn't want to let us go and unfortunately we had an appointment at the Fritz Theater. At Fritz we then played the receipt again in order to perhaps identify the “culprit”. The result was as described. Nobody had ordered the things and neither had they received them. Very bad for a first meeting. Thanks to enough alternatives, we won't be back any time soon.

We were there with 5 people and ate most of the “dinner” with a burger, fries and a cocktail and it was really tasty. I will go there again or more often...

I don't really know where to start, maybe with A for Ambiente: lovingly rustic, as if you were sitting in the forest. Pre-booked a table online, took a seat and the friendly service arrived. Anyone who has the choice is spoiled for choice with a physical menu (which is becoming less and less ;-) with plenty of choice... Once you've decided, the food goes quickly. The burgers are delicious, I recommend the menu here, which includes a salad or fries and a delicious 0.4 liter cocktail. This way you will be full and have fun.

Actually a good option to stop off near the train station. It worked well twice this year at lunchtime. Today, however, we were very disappointed. We were at the restaurant at 4 p.m. It was relatively well attended. After placing our order, we still hadn't had our food after almost an hour. We then canceled our order and only paid for our drinks because we wouldn't have had a chance to eat in peace and then get to an event on time. Unfortunately there was no apology and no customer-friendly accommodation. An information that it could take longer would have been fair. It's a shame - we won't be coming back for a while...

Bowls. Thank God the menu isn't that big, so you can make a good decision. I can highly recommend it! Bezahlung dann, wollte einen Gutschein von aktuell lidl mit 5 euro einlösen, kellner nimmt handy mit wegen code, kommt absolut unfreundlich wieder und meint den gutschein koennen sie nicht einlösen. Looks pretty. The beef wasn't fresh, either old burger or microwaved, my husband said. For me the biggest problem was the drinks. Homemade lemonade or something, but it was just thin nectar with a sprig of mint. The whole wheat rolls were meh. Nothing special. The HiG in OL was better - franchise?

Everything - as always good. The cocktails could use more alcohol. Tip to the operator: Advertising in front of the door was only valid at lunchtime. It should only be outside at midday and not in the evening. Was misleading.

Great restaurant. We went there with our children. The service was very friendly, especially with our kuds and the food was delicious, and the price was also right. If we're in Bremen again, we'll be happy to come back!

Classic Hansim luck as you know it. Chain stop. Delicious burgers at a fair price. In addition, it is one of the few burger shops that understand that sauces on the table like salt and pepper are a must and are not completely overpriced and served in small bowls. A recommendation for that alone.

Very long waiting time (70 minutes) for the food. The good mood we had when we got a place was gone, especially since we ran out of time because we had a subsequent appointment. The flow in the kitchen needs a lot of improvement. Frying burgers isn't rocket science. The service staff tried hard and I felt sorry for them because many guests were dissatisfied. As soon as not again.

The food itself was OK, a bit too expensive, but the service probably had discrepancies and wasn't really present, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The lemonade was actually just water with ice cubes. A pity

Full 5 stars. There can be different opinions about the location near the main train station, but the best was made of it. Super friendly staff, great selection and high quality, great atmosphere. A visit is really worth it.

I was there with a group of 10 people. Unfortunately, the food didn't come to everyone at the same time. The first ones were finished. The last ones still had to wait. The friendliness was okay.

At first glance, the restaurant makes a friendly impression and is also nicely decorated. The tables are quite small and are close together. The focus here was more on sales than on comfort. The seating also contributes to this, whether it's benches or stools, both are very uncomfortable, so that your butt hurts after a short time. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the service was generally poor. The second round of drinks wasn't served for ages, so we looked for another place to end the evening comfortably. I can't imagine going there again. It's a shame actually.

Bodenlose Wartezeiten, 15 Minuten bis überhaupt jemand zu uns kam. Circa. 20 Minuten bis die Getränke kamen, knapp 50 Minuten für das Essen. Leider geht nicht schlechter als 1 Stern.

Ventetiden var ulidelig, “op til 30min” blev der sagt, det var fint, men det var inden vi fik lov at bestille, og så gik der lidt mere end 30min yderligere inden maden kom. Den smagte fint, men der var ikke så meget som man får på en normal burgerkæderestaurant, men prisen var betydeligt højere.

Making a reservation online beforehand worked really well, the food was delicious, the service was probably busy, so the wait for food was longer, but it was still nice.

As I walk past, the birch trunks catch my eye. Then you notice, it's a burger restaurant. You have to wait at the front of the restaurant to be picked up for a table. It's really interesting inside, modern music is playing. A modern, young store for all ages. Eating burgers with goat cheese and cranberries, definitely not my world, 😇 with chicken, so delicious. Service really attentive and super nice, I don't know yet, I have to ask first if the kitchen also gets something from the tip, that's the case in good ones, They definitely deserved it. But I'm still in the restaurant and I'll ask him. Oh yes, there would still be ambience. Very modern and steep (I hope I spelled that correctly, probably not), I'll be back. The price-performance ratio is okay for me.

You have to wait forever for your food. Apparently 65 to 75 minutes is normal for a burger...

Nice restaurant with friendly staff. The food is very good and can be put together individually. But the best thing is the payment option via an in-house app. When you're done, just pay by cell phone and goodbye. Perfect.

When we arrived, the restaurant was still relatively empty. We were able to place the order after about 15 minutes. The food was delicious. However, the drinks only came after we had completely finished the food. Unfortunately it took 30 minutes until we received the bill. The cause was probably understaffing due to illness. However, we only received the information when we received the drinks.

I went to this burger joint for the first time today and had great expectations. Unfortunately, these were not fulfilled. The burgers were quite small and poorly topped. The fries were good and the lemonade was ok too. But I wouldn't eat there again.

Very nice up market burger. With portions the right size. Not too large and not too small . Very nice atmosphere, and even though it was fairly busy, we could still talk without having to raise our voices.

All in all it was very tasty. But I had to wait an hour for my food. Which was probably because there weren't enough staff. The waitress was very understanding and apologized, the drink was on the house. Very sympathic. Side dishes (french fries) a bit small for the price. But very tasty. Will come with family next time.

Interesting atmosphere, delicious food, nice service!

Went there on a Saturday evening (around 8:45 p.m.) without a reservation, which wasn't a problem. After ordering, it took 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive. After another 20 minutes the burgers arrived, initially without fries, but cold. After we mentioned this to the service, they said "the kitchen is already closed, we can't get it warm anymore." I would like to point out that the shop was never full. In short, we were served two cold burgers, but then fries came hot. The service, which was always friendly, did offer us a cocktail or dessert as compensation, but that is far from satisfactory if you are really hungry.

Ziemlich schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, da hat BurgerKing bessere Burger. Der Feurige war ziemlich fade im Geschmack und die Portionen war mickrig. Der Kollege der uns bedient hat war super nett, dass Essen hat aber auf sich warten lassen.

Nice restaurant with cozy atmosphere. The waiter was caring and the food arrived insanely fast. The burger was probably the best vegetarian burger I ever had (burger was called Seelenheil). The iced tea I ordered was also refreshing and delicious. Garlic cheese fries were properly seasoned. Can also recommend the orange mustard sauce that is on every table, it goes well with the fries. Would come here again.

Der Service war super nett, die Burger waren total lecker. Insgesamt hat es uns dort sehr gut gefallen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Leider hat es fast eine Stunde gedauert. Dann wurde auch noch das Besteck vergessen und Mayo war am Tisch auch leer. Nachdem wir aufgegessen hatten, wollten wir gerne zahlen. Die Dame wollte Bescheid sagen. Dann haben aber noch zwei weitere Tische spontan vor uns die Rechnung bekommen. Erst beim zweiten Mal Nachfragen kam dann endlich die Rechnung. Insgesamt also 30 Minuten gegessen und 90 Minuten gewartet. Von einer Systemgastronomie erwarte ich mehr.

Der Service ist super ,man bekommt eine gute Beratung sie fragen zwischen durch ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Bürger waren sehr lecker und Geschmack intensiv. Die Einrichtung sieht super cool aus . Macht bitte weiter so wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder .

Gute Ambiente am Abend, Kellner sehr freundlich und professionell. Cocktails sind lecker. Burger Schmeckt ( 1 kritik sind die Brisoch Buns bißchen matchig geworden so ging nur mit Messer und Gabel). Preis total in Ordnung. Jeder Zeit wieder gerne.

Puuuh also erstmal vorweg ich musste ca. 1 Std auf mein Essen warten. Die Bedienung erklärte uns auf Rückfrage dass die ein Schichtplan Problem hatten an dem tag daher verzeihe ich es Mal. Zum Burger nun aber und ich muss leider sagen dieser ist einfach nur durchschnittlich und was mich am meisten enttäuschte war der bun (hatte Mehrkorn) denn dieser war einfach zu weich und scheinbar nicht getoastet. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist wenn man das Menü nimmt und Bock auf Cocktail hat ganz in Ordnung trotzdem hat man an ein Burger Restaurant Erwartungen und zwar an bun und Fleisch und hier ist meiner Meinung Hans im Glück nicht über großes M Niveau. Ach ja die Sitzbänke sind einfach unbequem!

Recht schicker Laden zum länger verweilen aber sehr unbequem. Bis man empfangen und ein Tisch zugeordnet bekommt können schonmal 5-10min vergehen. Bis jemand kommt und Bestellung aufnimmt vergehen schnell 15min bis die Getränke(waren ganz oke) kommen nochmal 15min, das Essen hat über 1std gedauert was alles in allem einfach viel zu lange ist. Das noch schlimmere, nach der ganzen Warte Zeit wurden erst 2 Dips vergessen die nach gebracht wurden, (wenn man denn mal jemand vom Service erwischt) aber das bei beiden Bürgern die "Hauptzutat" die den Unterschied zum Standard machen (bei einem das Spiegelei, beim anderen die Champions) fehlen und das ganze nur leicht warm ist, war dann der Rest. Für uns auf jeden Fall kein weiteren besuch Wert. Preis Leistung einfach zu hoch. Service und Wartezeit unterirdisch, immerhin freundliches Personal.

Das Lokal ist sehr stylisch und modern. Wir haben mit mehreren Personen leider sehr beengt gesessen, obwohl wir zuvor reserviert haben. Der Service war unterirdisch. Ein Essen kam so viel früher, dass die Person fertig war als weitere einzelne Essen folgten. Die Beilage zum ersten Essen kam als Letztes. Also können wir nur bestätigen, dass die Kommunikation zwischen Küche und Service noch ausbaufähig ist. Das Essen als solches war sehr lecker. Wäre der Service aufmerksamer gewesen, hätten sie aber auf jeden Fall mehr Geld verdient. Über eine halbe Stunde auf Getränke zu warten, war mehr als schade. Und ein kleiner Tipp: Nie mit leeren Händen laufen. Beim Ausgeben von Bestellungen, kann man auf dem Rückweg gerne ein leeres Glas und vielleicht eine neue Bestellung wieder mitnehmen. Schade

Kleines Problem mit der Technik wurde durch Service gut gemeistert, nur wie kann es passieren das kein Wein mehr im Angebot ist und das zum Start ins Wochenenden?
