The service was excellent. But I have to say, I would have expected a bit more from the burgers for the money. We ordered two different burgers and split them. The patty was small and cooked for quite a while, and the burger with grilled vegetables was also very sparingly topped. The cocktails were delicious. A quick note about the City for Two block: perhaps they should announce on their website that they're mistakenly included in the list.

The food was good. The waitress took plenty of time to give us good advice. Small mistakes can happen, like forgetting a drink or ordering the wrong roll, but they were quickly and courteously replaced.

We were there during the school holidays in the early afternoon. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch. Nothing to complain about. It's just a shame we couldn't redeem our City for Two voucher. There was a change of operator this year, and as a result, we couldn't redeem the voucher. Otherwise, Hans im Glück is definitely recommended. ☆☆☆☆☆

Super friendly service, super delicious food to eat in or take away, everyone has to try the hamburgers; they're a dream for young and old. And the restrooms are really well made, made of wood, and everything is so, so, really cozy. The ambiance is also really cozy; you feel really comfortable there. Everyone should try it at least once.

The service at Hans im Glück was very friendly. The food itself tasted okay, but not outstanding. The breadsticks were tasty, but the salad was a bit waterlogged and lacked crunch. The dips could have used a bit more spice. Personally, I find the prices a bit high for the quality. We had the Bowl Bravour and the Bowl Hippe.

The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, super tasty, and a perfect side dish. The burger was juicy, freshly topped, and simply perfect all around.

The ambiance and food are standard at a typical Hans im Glück restaurant. You get a good selection of burgers and side dishes. What I particularly like about Hans im Glück is the very wide variety of vegan and vegetarian burgers. Unlike many other burger joints, they offer a variety of vegetable patties alongside meat substitutes like Beyond Meat. That's really great. The quality and quantity are just right, and the price is reasonable. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is super friendly. I can therefore recommend the Hans im Glück branch in Bremen City.

I ordered via Lieferando, but the order never arrived and was marked as delivered. I immediately tried calling the restaurant (because I still wanted to receive my order) and spent 30 minutes trying to reach someone – no one answered the phone, very frustrating.

Highly recommended. Super friendly service, always on the ball and helpful. There's hardly any wait time for ordering. Very nice and cozy decor.

We went to Hans in Glück for lunch today with a large group (36 people). First, we spoke to a very friendly employee on the phone about our food order, which we then sent over via WhatsApp. When we entered the restaurant, we received a very open and friendly welcome. Everything went really well. The drinks and food were very appealing and delicious, too! We really liked the concept of the restaurant. Great warm lighting, pleasant, not-too-loud music. And the birch trunks give it a totally natural, warm feel. Very modern in terms of the look, but also in terms of the ordering options! The walk to the restroom is quite long and a bit arduous. However, if you have a disability or something similar, the option to take the elevator up is great! The only thing I personally found difficult to get used to was the seating. Not chairs, but rather hard benches, and in many places, no backrest. Once again, praise goes to the wonderful, open, quick, and very friendly waiter we had. He always had a funny remark at the right time. Very charming and attentive. The others were very nice too!! Thanks again from everyone! We'd love to come back!!!

We were at Hans im Glück today in 30-degree heat. Fortunately, the establishment was pleasantly cool, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. My colleague and I both chose the lunch menu. The food was prepared in a flash, and the burgers tasted first-class – just as I've come to expect from Hans im Glück. Our service was very attentive and friendly. The walk to the restrooms was also a little highlight – the design was very modern and stylish. The restrooms themselves were clean, well-maintained, and had their own unique charm.

We had reserved a table for six at 6 p.m. One person was already in the restaurant ahead of us, so the staff greeted us with the words, "You have to look where you're sitting." It was very busy, so we were only asked what we wanted after about 40 minutes. The raspberries for the cocktails we had ordered had already run out by then. As we had theater tickets at 8 p.m., we asked about another 40 minutes where the food was. We were about to cancel, but the food arrived at 7:30 a.m. But a salad we had ordered was missing. The complaints handling was acceptable, but it couldn't make up for the stress we had during dinner. The restrooms were also abysmal in terms of cleanliness. The soap was empty, and there was a large roll of towels on the sink. It's a shame, really, because the location and setting are great.

We were impressed by the decor. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the tree decorations looked great. However, the benches were unfortunately very uncomfortable, which somewhat spoiled the overall impression. The wait for the food was unfortunately quite long. We were all there at 5:45 p.m. and ordered at 6:00 p.m. The food didn't arrive until 6:50 p.m., which is a bit long for a burger joint. The burgers themselves tasted good, though, although the portion size can vary depending on your appetite. Overall, the visit wasn't bad, but there's definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to convenience and the wait time. Perhaps the team can improve a bit here to make the visit even more pleasant. Addendum!!! A disappointment – ​​and then a fool to boot. These flimsy excuses really could have been avoided. When the plates finally arrived – far too hot to have been freshly prepared – the server declared seriously: "Good things take time." Seriously? Who are you trying to fool? You don't have to be a restaurateur to realize that the food had obviously been sitting around somewhere for quite some time and was then simply reheated. Probably forgotten – there's no other explanation for the temperature of the plates. As soon as the food was on the table, a second server came by and added: "Since we always prepare our burgers fresh, there can be a wait." Sure. And there's probably half a cow hanging from the ceiling in the back, from which a fresh piece is cut each time before the burger goes on the grill? Let's be honest: The salad is ready, the sauces are prepared, the patties are probably lined up in a row – there's no need for any elaborate preparation. Fresh grilling – yes. But that doesn't take half an hour, unless you forget to do it in the meantime. The only scenario that would justify such a wait would be a packed store. But that wasn't the case either. It was maybe 70% full – far from overcrowded. There's definitely no excuse for this kind of behavior, combined with evasive and unbelievable statements. Never again!

I was there two evenings during a trade fair – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff. The menu has expanded significantly since my first visit a few years ago. The vegan walnut-based burger and salad are very tasty – the ingredients work well together. The fries here are always good and delicious. They're happy to accommodate special requests. Despite pre-booking, we still waited over an hour for our food. Then we left without the food arriving at our table. The staff seemed very overwhelmed.

Making a reservation, which I highly recommend in advance, was quite easy and was made the same day via the website. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a lady of the house and shown to our seats. The ambiance is beautifully decorated in the classic Hans um Glück design. Lots of birch wood and a nice, modern feel. You could order and pay either via a QR code on the respective table or, as usual, with a member of staff. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the drinks and food were brought quickly and exactly as ordered, despite the restaurant's large crowd. To drink, I had a beer, choosing between a local beer or a Paulaner. I followed it with a Spezi, which comes with a glass and ice cubes. For dinner, I ordered loaded fries with jalapenos (fries with an "extra sauce") and a rösti burger with an extra burger patty. Everything was cooked (or deep-fried) to perfection and arrived at the table fairly quickly. All in all, a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere and delicious food. I can only recommend it!

Unfortunately, the employees have no desire to work or to earn money... the bachelor party was completely torn apart... you couldn't sit at the same table... so you couldn't take care of your guests... no one was really full... never again here... sorry... giving notice a day in advance that not everyone would be sitting at the same table... is completely unacceptable

The food is okay, nothing particularly great, but that's fine for system catering. However, it is now just overpriced. 8 euros for a handful of breaded cauliflower, 16 euros for a salad with a vegan meat alternative. Selling that with a drink for 31.80 is pretty steep. Even if, of course, everything becomes more expensive, which is understandable. But for just under 32 euros you can get much better food and better service elsewhere.

The service was also particularly pleasant – charming, professional and with a smile that will stay in your memory. The drinks also really surprised me, because the menu says thirst quencher, I thought you would get a packet of thirst quencher on the table, but no! It was a really well made drink in a 500ml glass. The inside of the shop is typically decorated with birch trunks. The staff is very friendly and quick and, as always with Hans im Glück, they are on a first-name basis. The food is very tasty and served quickly.

I ordered this evening from Hans im Glück via Lieferando and was prepared for a longer delivery time. After waiting for an hour, my order was simply canceled by the restaurant. I've always had good experiences there, but this is really outrageous. If it had been canceled immediately upon receipt of the order, I would at least have been able to look for an alternative.
