I've ordered from there several times now. The first time was great. The food arrived on time and was very tasty. Only the dips were wrong. This continued until the end of the order. Every time I've ordered from there, something has been wrong. Whether it's the wrong dips, the wrong side dishes, cold food, or the driver not showing up at all. Unfortunately, you can't call because no one ever answers. I find this very disappointing because I was really impressed the first time.

The food is okay for the price (€40 for two burgers, one fries, and two drinks). However, the restaurant clearly claims to be a delivery service, as there was no one else in the restaurant, and the atmosphere (not least because of the music) was a bit oppressive... The waitress constantly had headphones in her ears, which was a bit irritating.

Allowing customers to order freely from the menu just before closing time with no customers present is certainly not common practice. So, a definite thumbs up.

Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly. Last time, one burger was completely missing from the delivery, the other was faulty, and both were cold. We received a voucher – which was fine in principle. We redeemed this voucher today. The salad we ordered was missing dressing, but it did come with mayo (instead of vinaigrette), and the wild herb salad had so much cilantro (it wasn't listed in the ingredients list) that it was barely edible. We used to enjoy ordering here, but after our last two experiences, we'll avoid it.

I ordered two smoked burgers without BBQ sauce or salad for delivery today. I received two smoked burgers with BBQ sauce and salad. The burger was 30% BBQ sauce, and all the ingredients were completely soaked in it. I've experienced this too often with you, and I'm sick of the disappointment. We stopped by for lunch while passing through and were tempted by the good reviews. The server brought the appetizer and main course in one. Great!! The burgers were OK. The chicken wings were OK, too, but nothing special. The shop closes at 10 p.m., and after 9:30 p.m., nobody cares about us. Next time we're in Bremen, we'll go somewhere else.

Back then, Biggie B was my favorite burger joint for vegetarian burgers. Today, unfortunately, it's no longer what it used to be. The best veggie burgers in town were removed from the menu, and since the change of location and presumably also the change of ownership, the menu has become very complicated. This menu is really not easy to understand. Unfortunately, it's not what I expect when I want to go out for a nice meal. Unfortunately, that's not everything. You should definitely pay attention to whether the burgers are also veggie or vegan. Sure, mistakes can happen... but in this case, I think it's completely unacceptable if you order a crispy vegan burger and then get a chicken patty. Luckily, you could smell it. Sometimes things we ordered were forgotten and only brought to our table when we asked for them. In this case, it wasn't the fault of the lady who took our order, but rather the communication in the kitchen, as far as we could tell. For us, the Biggie B issue is closed. Too bad.

I've actually always been a big fan of Biggie B – whether it was in person or conveniently delivered. Emphasis on the "was." Because what we were served today was not only disappointing, but a tragicomedy (and on a Sunday evening, no less). We came to the store in person with a voucher because there was no redeemable code anywhere on the slip of paper. So far, so motivated. We entered the store between 8:30 and 8:45 p.m. (late, yes. But according to Google, the kitchen is open until 9:45 p.m.). We were kindly informed that food could still be ordered – but only for takeout. No problem, we naively thought. When I then said I'd like to pay with the voucher and the rest in cash, we got a real shock: "Unfortunately, payment with vouchers isn't possible on Sundays." Aha. Why? Nobody knows. The poor employee (the only one in the store besides the chef, and also "just" a delivery driver) couldn't help it – fair enough. But his boss on the phone couldn't or wouldn't answer this question either. My comment that it should actually be written on the voucher was ignored at all. So we pay in cash, effectively giving away a voucher worth €16.40 – and trudge home with the paper bag under our arms. And there? Well… five hours, two burgers, and a portion of fries later – one person is hanging over the toilet, while the other is also having a sleepless night due to heartburn. Thanks for nothing. Conclusion: Once great, now a flop. And from now on, we'll just avoid Biggie B and burn the voucher.

We were here today and had burgers. The menu was manageable and the selection quite small. However, the prices were quite high. The fries were the tastiest part of the meal. Unfortunately, my burger was cold. We were the only customers at the time of our visit. I should also mention that it was still early in the evening. Since we were there with the City for Two magazine, we were asked several times if we wanted anything else to drink... after saying no twice, we weren't asked again. My conclusion: It was an experience.

Our comment that we weren't so keen on them was met with a shrug. One fan less. Finally, Biggie B's burgers in Bremen again! We came here with great anticipation; the hamburgers are still great. However, the prices have become more than steep. A double smoked burger for €10.70 - without any sides! And I find the fries almost outrageous at €3.50.

We were at Hinter dem Vorwerk today. The menu outside was beyond disgusting (dirty). The burgers were tasty, but not worth the price (way too expensive). The fries were saltless. The service doesn't listen at all to what you want. Once and never again. The price-performance ratio is completely unacceptable.

Been there again after a long time. It's a shame, the beautiful wall painting has disappeared. There are now hanging cables as decoration. Our various starters, some of which were too salty, came without plates. We had to put them on the napkins. The burgers, rather small, and fries were a disaster. Everything cold and muddy. It was also cool in the restaurant but the main thing was that the waitress was walking around in tight tops. Conclusion: far too expensive for this poor quality and is no longer an option for us.

In this day and age, everyone should know that a menu needs to be wiped down. Unfortunately, it looked as if you had already had hundreds of guests in your hands. The burger looked very manageable for over 12 euros. The service was not very attentive despite the very manageable number of guests. My conclusion. Try it out yes come back no.

We have ordered from Biggie B many times as the food is pretty good. Unfortunately, there were always such massive problems that we will never order again. Not only did the food come 30 minutes late on several occasions (90 minutes+ in total) and cold, two orders were not delivered at all. One of them simply got lost and the other one I was called an hour after the order was accepted (!) that there were no more vegan patties. I can't understand why someone would think of this 3 minutes before the agreed delivery time and over an hour after accepting an order with vegan patties. They apologized, but I then had to contact Lieferando support myself to get my money back. Of course there was no voucher or anything else to make up for it. Failing to stock inventory and communicate with customers in a timely manner when problems arise is bad enough, but letting the customer chase after their money and not even processing the cancellation yourself is simply ridiculous.

You have to study the menu carefully, and above all you have to read the small print🧐 if you want to find out about the price. Burgers, fries and salad are all very tasty and also justify the €4.50 surcharge for the menu. However, it is a matter of taste if you have to pay an extra €2.50 for the vegetarian patty.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be :( the burgers are much smaller now. The chicken strips have become small, thin and dry. They used to be really big, juicy pieces. The same applies to the fries; previously there was the “pound fries” version. Only the sauces are still great. It's a shame, the price/performance ratio is simply no longer right.

It was delivered by bike in this cold weather and the boy was standing on the other side of the road. I should come down and run to him because he didn't know where my front door was even though it was easy to find. Why did I pay €2 delivery costs? Never order here again!

First time there directly after arriving by train. Very good choice. Biggie Italian as a menu with sweet potato fries + cole slaw. Plus a spade from the tap. Food top! Exactly my taste and the right portion. From the cole slaw dressing to the homemade pesto on the burger, everything was perfect. The draft beer rounds everything off again. It couldn't be better for my taste. Attentive and friendly service. Matching, feel-good music in the background. A pleasant atmosphere. 5 stars from me.

We are happy that Biggie B is finally open again! We liked it very much. The atmosphere is much more comfortable than before. The food is consistently delicious, if not better! The brownie was very good! The service was very nice. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Like many previous speakers before me, I have often stood in front of a closed shop despite supposedly being “open”. Even calling doesn't help because you can never get through. That's why we now have more reliable alternatives in the city so that everyone doesn't suddenly find themselves standing in front of the closed shop. And it's also delicious elsewhere in Bremen:) It's a shame, but unfortunately it's also your own fault. A simple report on the website or Instagram would save many people an unsuccessful visit.

Welcoming and extremely kind staff, the gentleman at the bar made sure that we were served on time and in the best conditions, the food was a little late to appear. We ate burgers that were a bit too oily for our taste, the fries with cheese were brilliant and the salad from the burger menu was a delicacy. But for a Bürger-specific restaurant it does not excel. First of all: The burgers at Biggie B, eaten in the restaurant, are really good. The rest is also correct. I can only recommend the shop. If you have the food delivered, it loses a lot of quality. The consistency is no longer right, the food only arrives lukewarm. And yet I still think it's better than some others. Because the meat is good quality. And that makes the difference to all the stringy frozen patties in the world.

Four of us were there on a Tuesday and ordered 4 burger menus. 1 dish came much later. The service worker swapped Beyond Meat burgers for meat burgers during delivery. 1 person had already eaten 1/4 of the wrong burger, then they swapped...Worst fries in a long time. Unsalted, dry, cool and sticky. When we made a complaint, we were offered fries as “compensation”. Haha. Meat on a burger not cooked through, 1 burger topped with lettuce that had some brown spots. The patties were all very small. What a shame, the atmosphere is very nice! All four won't be coming back.

For €8.90 (until recently it was €8, unfortunately it has become more expensive) you get a large burger, the same size as the adults, and a huge portion of fries. Spontaneous visit because we were nearby and had an appetite for burgers. The employee seemed annoyed that customers who were willing to pay came in and seated us at a table. Another big drawback, it wasn't possible to offer a starter because the tortilla chips were probably missing, but instead of coming back with the menu to choose an alternative, the idea of ​​offering another dish or generally creating alternatives never occurred to us. Unfortunately not very business-minded! Burgers came quickly and were very tasty! Drinks were OK. Suddenly an employee started making frozen berry mixture into small pieces on the countertop. Without gloves or washing your hands. Since we were sitting right next to it we had a very good view of it. Hygienically catastrophic. In the meantime, another employee went to the outside terrace and formed a snowball with which she ran straight into the kitchen to throw it at someone. Hygiene regulations or something similar? Die Burger sind echt richtig gut... Also 1+ mit * 😄 der Service lässt leider total zum wünschen übrig. Kein nachfragen ob man vielleicht noch etwas trinken möchte, ob es schmeckt oder ein Nachtisch wünscht. Die Cola war leider richtig warm. Das Restaurant an sich ist total nett eingerichtet. Die Sofas sind etwas tief zum essen aber sonst sehr gemütlich. Wegen dem Essen kann man da gut hingehen aber der Abend lässt leider nur 3 Sterne zu.

We had a steak that was misrepresented (the cut) and mediocre quality. 5 star review from 1 year ago: The food is more than good, it is excellent. Burgers that don't fall apart, with regionally sourced dry aged beef and buns and delicious toppings. The chicken strips are incredibly tender. A wide range of selfmade sauces and dips. Oh and they offer a pet menu for dogs (meat+water)!

Das Essen ist nicht sehr überzeugend und war im konkreten Fall so scharf, dass man es nicht zu Ende essen konnte. Hierfür hat man sich noch nicht einmal entschuldigt. Die Preise, insbesondere für Getränke sind dafür überhöht. Insgesamt ist von dem Restaurant-Besuch abzuraten.

Spontan herein: tolles Ambiente, mitten in der Woche voll. Speisen Auswahl top, Essen sehr lecker. Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist auch sehr gut. Wenn ich wieder in Bremen bin, komme ich wieder.

Well that was on top of recommendation list. But last time I realized the quality is degraded. I was very disappointed, still burgers are better than Macdonald and other shops but other services is not good anymore :(

Erster Besuch 2022 top. Rasche Bedienung, wirklich tolles Essen. Schönes Ambiente aber komisch tiefe Sitzbänke. Zweiter Besuch 2023 enttäuschend. Sehr, sehr schleppende aber freundliche Bedienung. Nur 5 besetzte Tische à 2 Gäste und viiiele Lieferando-Bestellungen, die offenbar Vorrang hatten. Erst 20 min nachdem wir eintrafen wurde unsere Bestellung aufgenommen. Weitere 45 min später wurde das Essen serviert. Die Tische wurden in unfairer Reihenfolge bedient. Die Burger waren top, die Pommes alt, kalt, trocken und wirkten wie doppelt frittiert. Die Bedienung tat ihr Möglichstes und brachte freundlicherweise eine neue Portion. Dasselbe auch am Nebentisch. Der Gesamteindruck des Abends blieb aber bescheiden.

Absolute Katastrophe. Erst haben wir 15 Minuten auf die Karte gewartet, die Kellnerin hat dann eine Bestellung komplett vergessen. Biggie B in Bremen ist definitiv ein Ort für leckeres Essen, das frisch und schnell zubereitet wird, sowohl für den Lieferservice als auch für das Essen vor Ort. Die Qualität der Burger ist hervorragend, und es ist klar, dass hier viel Wert auf die Zubereitung gelegt wird. Leider muss ich sagen, dass das Lokal selbst nicht so gemütlich ist, wie es die Qualität der Burger hergibt. Es wäre schön, wenn man das Ambiente im Restaurant verbessern könnte, um den Genuss des Essens noch mehr zu steigern. Es wäre toll, wenn man hier mehr Zeit verbringen könnte als nur für einen Burger. Einladendere Sitzmöglichkeiten und Chilliges Ambiente vielleicht sogar eine könnten das Restaurant zu einem richtigen Treffpunkt in Bremen machen, an dem man sich gerne länger aufhält und die großartigen Burger in angenehmer Atmosphäre genießt. Was den Lieferservice angeht, so bin ich äußerst beeindruckt. Das Team ist absolut zuvorkommend und bemüht sich, lange Lieferzeiten zu vermeiden. Selbst wenn es einmal länger dauert, ist die Qualität und der Geschmack des Essens das Warten definitiv wert. Es ist großartig, dass schnelle Lösungen angeboten werden, wenn etwas schiefgeht, denn das zeigt, dass sie sich um ihre Kunden kümmern. Insgesamt sind wir immer sehr zufrieden mit Biggie B und bestellen hier häufig. Wir freuen uns darauf, hier in Zukunft weiterhin unsere Burger zu genießen.

Das Essen war gut. Der Burger sehr gut, die Pommes normal. Bis wor bestellen konnten haben wir 30 Minutel gewartet und auch bis das Essen gekommen ist, hat es sehr lange gedauert.

Schade das der Service so schlecht ist das Essen ist nämlich top 👍🏼

The best Burgers in Bremen and the best service!😀

Wir haben 3 verschiedene Bürger bestellt und keiner hat geschmeckt (der chilli cheese war der schlechteste). Nicht eine Sache an diesen Burgern war gut, Fleisch trocken, billig Käse, billig Soßen, billig Brot. Der Höhepunkt war jedoch die chilli cheese fries... Für 7.90€ viel zu teuer. Es wurden uns labbrige Pommes mit einer Hackfleischsoße (die nicht aufgelistet war) mit etwas Käse, röstzwiebeln und paar jalapeños gebracht und das bei chilli cheese fries??? Das waren die schlechtesten Chilli cheese fries die ich je gegessen habe. Zudem kostet ein grosser Burger 13.90€ und man kriegt gefühlt den kleinen Burger.

Leider immer noch kein veganes Angebot, Bemühungen waren zwar da ist aber letztendlich nur bei einem Salat geblieben. Bitte mehr Angebote, wer nicht mit der Zeit geht, geht irgendwann unter. Sonst nettes Team und nette Location.

Tische waren leider nicht sauber, Sitzgelegenheiten nicht passend zur Tischhöhe, ich persönlich mag nicht wenn eine Servicekraft bauchfrei arbeitet und ich möchte auch nicht geduzt werden, das Essen war OK aber auch nix besonderes

Sehr leckere Burger. Die Dips sind auch super. Pommes könnten etwas mehr gesalzen sein. Service super und mit City4Two sehr lohnenswert.

Ich war jetzt das zweite Mal innerhalb von vier Wochen im Restaurant essen. Beim ersten Mal war ich sehr zufrieden, das zweite Mal gestern leider nur zum Teil. Der Bürger war okay die teuren Pommes waren leider mangelhaft, meine Freundin hatte Süßkartoffel Pommes die Clapton alle zusammen ja mache ich keine gute Qualität, ich hatte gemischte Pommes. Die waren von Konsistenz gleich. Beim abräumen habe ich der Bedienung es mitgeteilt, ich hätte erwartet, dass mindestens eine Pommes von den dreien von der Rechnung gestrichen wird oder gegebenenfalls eine Entschuldigung in Form eines Nachtisch es angeboten wird. Wir haben fast 100 € für Burger Pommes und Getränke für 4 Personen ausgegeben, da kann man etwas mehr Professionalität erwarten. Anmerken möchte ich noch, dass jeder Mitarbeiter in Privatklamotten rum läuft, das ist nicht schön.

War jetzt das zweite mal da und war eigentlich rundum zufrieden; netter Service und sehr leckeres Essen. Jedoch war dieses Mal mein Chickenburger nicht ganz durch gebraten. Nachdem ich das Personal darauf hinwies erhielt ich jedoch leider keine Entschädigung oder Ähnliches obwohl ich die Hälfte des Burgers nicht mehr essen konnte. Das war sehr schade. Ansonsten super Restaurant.

Service is too slow and quality is not good for this quality that price is expensive . Atmosphere of the restaurant is nice .

The burger was really good and delicious. The service and staff was really friendly. The fries were good but not special. Anyway I will come back again

Mein Mann und ich sind dort wegen dem Cityfortwo-Heft hingegangen, spontan. Hatten Lust auf Burger und Cocktails. Die Cocktailkarte war für Nicht-Alkohol-Trinker leider etwas schwach. Wir konnten aber schnell Alternativen in den normalen Getränkekarte finden. Hausgemachte Limonade und Eistee. Hier kam zuerst zwar einmal ein falsches Getränk an den Tisch, aber der Fehler wurde schnell und charmant behoben. Die Menükarte ist nicht riesig, aber es ist jede Art von Burger drauf, die man braucht. Dazu kann man dann noch "small" oder "big" wählen. Pommes als Beilage in verschiedenen Ausführungen kann man auch noch finden. Wir haben ein Menü genommen, wo Burger, Fries, Coleslaw und ein hausgemachter Dip bei uns ankam. Mein "Meister" Burger in "BIG" war unglaublich lecker. Der Bacon war mir persönlich etwas zu wabbelig, aber auch das wurde durch den Service direkt und ohne Probleme geregelt. Ich hatte dann schönen knusprigen Bacon und mein Burger war dann auch perfekt. Der Coleslaw war vermutlich selbstgemacht. Schmeckte nämlich sehr leicht und nicht so majolastig. Super frisch und eine tolle Ergänzung. Meine Knoblauchmajo war eine gute Entscheidung und schmeckte toll. Mein Mann hatte den "Love Cheese & Beef" als "BIG" (Bild). Auch er war sehr begeistert. Der knusprige panierte Hirtenkäse war gigantisch. Das kennt man von anderen Burgerläden nicht. Da sind sie meistens nur halb so dick. Der Burger an sich war riesengroß. Das war eine Kunst ihn ordentlich zu essen. Wir würden ihn aber immer wieder bestellen. Die hausgemachte Chili-Mayo schmeckte ihm ebenfalls super zu seinen Pommes. Fazit: Ein spontaner Besuch ohne Erwartungen, mit sehr leckerem Essen und mit tollem Service, selbst wenn es mal nicht ganz rund läuft. Definitiv einen (weiteren) Besuch wert.

Great burgers, ok sides, drinks were a bit hit or miss. Friendly service that gave it their best.

Man kann auf der Terrasse trotz der Lage an der Straße gemütlich sitzen. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen war Klasse!
