Jacks Burger in Neumünster

A good Five Guys restaurant in the MacArthurGlen Outlet. Unfortunately, the service isn't great. This is largely due to the sheer number of people being served. A smaller part of the problem lies with the staff, who, while undoubtedly stressed, were occasionally quite unfriendly. However, the food quality was excellent! Although the prices are quite steep... one burger, one order of fries, and two drinks cost us over €30... Restrooms are available and were clean during our visit.

Give your filthy drivers some change, otherwise they'll return without any money next time... The last three times they said there was no change... Are they doing this to get extra tips, or do you send your drivers out without any money? Both are sad...

Very friendly staff, fast service and delivery, food 10 out of 10 stars – a flavor explosion of pizza for me! Keep it up, I'll definitely be back!

We were traveling as a family. We made a reservation by phone the evening before. Someone answered immediately; there were no problems. Arrived – great service, great location. Ordering went smoothly; a side dish was recommended for the burgers and spare ribs we ordered. Ordering drinks also worked perfectly. And then the food arrived – simply superb. Three different dishes – burgers, spare ribs, chicken crossies – simply good. Even the question, "Is everything okay?" – superb. Keep it up!!! A fantastic evening for us!!!

I had actually ordered a Too Good To Go today, with a pickup time between 3 and 4 p.m. Unfortunately, when I got to the store, the doors were closed. I was, of course, very disappointed, as I was left without any food and had to drive all over town unnecessarily. This begs the question: Does it make sense to open a Too Good To Go if you don't open until 4 p.m. They don't seem to be reachable by phone either. I think that's a real shame!
