Best fast food chain - although the prices are actually not at fast food level. The store is a bit crowded and the service is a bit chaotic. Because of the delicious food, we always like to stop off on the way to/from Denmark.

If you are looking for a tasty fast food burger this is the place very friendly staff, good food and good milkshakes, my go to place when my stomach starts to rumble!

Decent burgers at fairly high prices. The quality is very good. The fries are excellent.

The employees hate food. The way they prepare it and you get it is a disaster. Everything was slapped together, fries were simply dumped into the bag, the hot dogs were not edible, the burger was a lot apart, it didn't taste good and you were €60 poorer for fast food and 2.5 people. Just crazy. I would have liked to throw their food back over the counter. In addition, there are excessive waiting times and a dirty guest room.

Unfortunately we discovered that not all five guys in Germany are good, but this one is clearly one of the best. French fries and hamburgers are delicious.

Fries very good. Burger good average, but not attractively prepared. Worse than MC. Prices far too high for what is on offer. But you get better burgers.

The milkshake is unbeatable but in general it's just too expensive... 68 euros for 3 burgers and 3 milkshakes... You'd be better off eating in a good restaurant 😁

The way it smells in front of the store is how it tastes. Completely overpriced, quality = mechanically separated meat. Never, ever again. Only the staff was good.

Soggy and overpriced burgers, long waiting times and dirty tables

Completely overpriced, disgusting and carelessly slapped on, tastes subpar and packed in "environmentally friendly" aluminum foil. A hype that cannot be supported.

Unfortunately we were here for the first and last time. It was probably the most bland and disappointing burger I've ever eaten. The salad was actually mostly lying next to it and not on it the burger. The bun was run-of-the-mill bread, like at Aldi. Unfortunately the meat was not well prepared, very dry and not an intense taste. The cheese wasn't melted at all, greasy but no cheese taste. The fries were simply not on point, but rather oily and largely too soft or too hard. The grilled cheese sandwich was the best. At least the bread was convincing. But the cheese is really of the cheapest fast food quality. In my opinion, the prices for all of this are completely excessive. The quality was actually significantly worse than usual at McDonald's or Burger King in this country, but the prices are significantly higher.

I gave my wife €60 because I was waiting outside with my dog. She came out with 3 burgers, 2 fries and a milkshake (she was supposed to get something for 3 people). But there was no money! The first bite of the burger was like having a mouth full of raw dough. Since the burgers were wrapped in aluminum foil, they looked very unappetizing and were soggy. We were hungry after returning from Denmark, but we also wanted to end the holiday with the outlet store in Neumünster and eat something there. For hungry outlet store visitors: a bockwurst at a gas station first. It's better and much cheaper.

Unfortunately no order terminals. High prices for small portions. Ambiance seems outdated.

Not the best Five Guys I know, slightly smaller portions of fries than everywhere else in Munich and very full, so the fries were a bit under-fried, but still an incredibly tasty burger, super tasty fries and a nice refill machine.

With high expectations, following the descriptions on the homepage, we visited Five Guys for the first time... definitely the last time. Every normal burger shop works with special burger buns, here these are discount goods. The cheese is simply placed cold and stays that way; it should melt easily over the top. The bacon was cold and hard as if it had been fried several times, the fries were not crispy but limp or burnt. We know it completely differently from other chains. But at least the staff was friendly, Cola, ketchup and mayo from the well-known brands were at least of guaranteed quality. This store benefits from walk-in customers who will definitely walk past it next time. The price is then significantly excessive for this quality. It's not enough to advertise fresh products, you also have to process them correctly! It's a shame.

Were here for the first and last time. Very disappointing. There wasn't much going on in the store. I immediately noticed that it wasn't that clean (tables and floor) and messy. There are 7 employees behind the counter, only 3 of them were working. One of them took our order very demotivated. 3 burgers and 3 drinks for 47€... The burgers were nothing special, everything fell apart. This was because the tomatoes and cucumbers were on the bun for far too long before the patty went on. By then everything was soggy. Tomatoes also ice cold. Far too much packaging, no tray and someone could have emptied the trash can in between because it was completely overflowing. Of course toilets too 👎 Too bad...

Burgers very expensive. Carelessly wrapped in aluminum foil, although eaten on site. Fries distributed throughout the paper bag between the outgoing burgers. Outdoor tables dirty and smeared. Tablet and boxes for the burgers would be helpful. But the burgers tasted good!

I've never eaten such crappy, overpriced burgers. Carelessly slapped down and wrapped in aluminum foil. As a sandwich we received 2 lukewarm burger paddies with a slice of processed cheese in between. A variant with ready-made mushrooms on the side. The restaurant is confusing, dingy and careless. It's loud, the terrace outside is dingy, and so are the toilets.Never ever again!

We know five guys from the States and tested this almost 2 years ago. Unfortunately, it has already completely failed. The colleagues can't manage to put together a burger that was ordered the way it was ordered. So went back again. Went there again today and gave it another chance... So either the same builder of the burger is still employed and we caught him again or I just don't know what's going wrong. again the burger came wrong. No jalapenos although ordered and the BBQ was completely missing... I didn't feel like complaining again so ate the naked thing. For just under 13 per burger you can expect that very few of them will be assembled correctly... None...

One of the tastiest burgers I've eaten so far, that goes for everything. And the ambience is exactly what I expect a burger diner to look like.

Good morning, Today I was at Five Guys for the first time, and also the last time. The burgers are simply squished together, making it almost impossible to eat them by hand. Everything fell apart before serving. Ordering was complicated because you couldn't really understand the cashiers because of the loud noises. The store itself has a great American design, but it looks like it isn't really maintained. Every table was full of crumbs and leftover sauces and the floor was also full of puddles. I won't spend €25 on a burger, a drink and a fries again only to be so disappointed.

Always happy to have lunch there when you visit the outlet. Milkshakes are a must there!!!

Simply delicious burgers. Peanuts and sauces as much as you want. Not cheap though. The four of us paid 74 euros. Almost a visit to a restaurant. Nonetheless. It just tastes sooooo good. Waiting time from ordering 10 minutes.

Really bad and disappointing experience. There were 14 employees on the job, despite the many employees, you had to wait 25 minutes for a totally boring burger and cold fries. There was a noise beyond normal. I will have to come back at some point to see if my experience was a mistake.

The world's hottest burgers. The prices are steep, but the taste and fresh quality make you forget the price. The staff casual, friendly and helpful. P.S.: apparently the competition is reducing the awarding of stars due to bad recessions... :( I regularly go to the outlet and also to Five Guys. The quality is consistently high. I can't understand many of the reviews. But unfortunately most people only rate something when something has crossed their minds. By the way, a typical American diner has to have a certain level of noise. If you don't like that, you shouldn't go. 😘

Incredibly expensive and not very clean place. Very disappointed with how the burgers were slapped together and the fries more or less just thrown into the bag. An incredible amount of noise when the staff shouts at each other and when they call out the number of the food. Cost about 3 times as much as McDonald's in Denmark. DKK 750 For four small burger, fries and soft drink.

We were there today. Since I've never been to Five Guys before, I wanted to give it a try. However, the shop made such an unkempt impression to me that I decided not to eat there. The trash can was so overflowing that guests had to place their bags on or next to it. There was also some trash on the floor in the restaurant. The tables also looked unkempt. No thanks! There are definitely better alternatives in the outlet here!

Hello, unfortunately I have to say that it was extremely difficult for me to find the shops I had visited shortly before! I don't understand why there are several stores from one brand and in different locations too! Otherwise, I really enjoy visiting the outlet!😊

Surprisingly good even though it was a bit confusing the way you ordered. A bit noisy and they could handle the cleaning a bit better, but overall a great experience

I can't understand the previous reviews, the service was really nice and competent, the atmosphere is completely okay and there was always someone cleaning. The food was a B+, fries were crispy, the burger was great too, just could have been a little warmer. Sauces and drinks can be added as desired. You don't need to talk about prices, either you feel like it or you don't.

Burgers are okay, fries taste good, but not all of them were cooked through. Milkshakes also taste good. However, it's quite expensive for fast food and the atmosphere is very uncomfortable.

You can drink all beverages by paying a glass of beverage fee. You can consume unlimited peanuts.

We knew the chain from London. However, we are a bit disappointed with the service and packaging!!! Unfortunately, environmental protection is not taken into account here at all. The burgers were wrapped in aluminum foil! Waiting time incredibly long despite low occupancy. Fries are tipped into drink cups. We had a medium portion. The rest was simply dumped into the bag...no tray. But free drinks refill. Still, a bacon burger, medium fries and a soft drink for 24 euros is steep. Of course it was delicious. But there was hardly any option for vegetarians.

Mixed feelings! - I had a really tasty burger. Taste 1A. Unfortunately, the entire burger spilled out the sides and spread across the table. A little less will certainly do the trick. As I said, it tastes GREAT, but probably never again!

Absolutely delicious and definitely a hot tip for anyone who hasn't tried it (except if you have a peanut allergy). A bit higher in price than other fast food restaurants, but also much more satisfying in terms of taste and filling. When it comes to portions of fries, the smallest version is usually sufficient, as fries are thrown into the bag in addition to the cup. The two of us had to struggle with the medium size. For the burgers you can also put together the ingredients yourself depending on your taste. I think this is a good concept, especially for someone like me who is a bit picky when it comes to food. Refilling the drinks on the machines is my absolute favorite. The selection leaves nothing to be desired.

Marketing isn't everything. Today I went to Five Guys with my son for the first time. The good points first: The guys at the ordering counter were friendly, and my son's bacon burger was OK. But overall I was very disappointed: the atmosphere was like a train station, cold because all the doors were open, the floor and tables were dirty, the prices were really high for what you got - and the food came wrapped in aluminum foil in a cardboard bag, Soggy, no cutlery or tray. Simply loveless. And you don't pay a little for it. I had a veggie sandwich that was actually really bad: soggy, just mushy vegetables instead of grilled, and everything, as I said, pressed into aluminum foil. I didn't get the thing at all. Overall, unfortunately not a good experience, will not come back. If it's fast food and expensive, then please combine it with a nice experience.

Yeah, eh. Prices are far too high, a portion of large fries costs almost 9 euros. The fries are soft but good and freshly made. You can pick up your own mayo and ketchup free of charge. But if you want to eat burgers and fries for two, you'll pay more at this self-service restaurant than at a regular restaurant. The parking lot is also not free...

The burgers and fries taste really good and the portions are large. But the prices are outrageous. Our meal (without drinks) cost over 50 euros for 3 people. 7 euros for a milkshake is too much for me.

I went to eat at Five Guys today and I have to say I was confused. Firstly, the employee was really dreamy and looked at you like he felt like he was about to fall asleep. The fries we received were totally over salted and inedible. The burger was completely tasteless. Even a cheap kebab shop can do a better cheeseburger. I was totally disappointed and the price of the food was not at all acceptable in my opinion. If you want to get rid of your money, this is the perfect place for you, but if you're hungry and want something good to eat, this is the wrong place.

The price performance was an absolute disaster. The burgers were slapped together absolutely carelessly. The fries themselves were good but totally subdued. For that money you could have gone to a real burger restaurant. For us it is clear once and never again.

I was there today evening and got bacon cheeseburger cajunfries and mango milkshake. There cajunfries and to die for really addictive and mangoshake was such a treat. Go there if you want to spoil yourselves. The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly also unlike BK or McD.

If you go to the designer outlet in NMS, you have much better alternatives for something to eat. Absolutely no recommendation!

I got a bacon and cheese burger. It was good juicy and good taste. Here you choose what you want in your burger, it's quite smart and good, so nothing comes in as "standard" that you don't like. However, it would be smart to have a map in English also of accessories you can choose, there was one in German and not all things you could quickly see what was. Meen a good place

Today was the first time at five guys and overall they are actually quite satisfied. However, a little more concentration when taking the order and attentiveness in service could refute the bad reputation. The burger was okay so far, the fries were fried a little unevenly, making some quite hard and dark. On a positive note, the drinks machine, where we were able to test different types of soft drinks, is an argument for coming back. In any case, a counter-argument to coming back is the lack of hygiene and order in the store. More motivation from employees would certainly be helpful. I didn't quite understand the point of the question about whether to eat here or take away, when everything is wrapped in aluminum foil and paper waste anyway. In times of environment, environment, environment, thinking is no longer up-to-date. By the way, given that the table isn't entirely clean, it's hard to explain why I have to eat without a tray or cutlery?

If Gasolin grill did not exist, then it is simply the best fast food burger. Their milkshake, on the other hand, is simply the best.

Operation helpful. We wiped every now and then. But it wasn't very full like usual. Everyone was friendly. Ambience is just a canteen.... Drinks vending machine has great non-standard selection.

Taste OK... nothing more. Very expensive. We paid €59 for 4 burgers (3x normal, 1x small), 1x drink and 1x fries. That's "sporty" 😵‍💫. The table was dirty and you had to clean it yourself first. Burger is quite soggy. Why are the burgers wrapped in aluminum heat foil? They lie around for 3..4.. minutes before they are wrapped up. Then they are already lukewarm/cold. I won't eat there again!!

Actually quite tasty, but the place is pretty dirty and weird people with even weirder tastes in music work there. The drinks machine is great with a wide selection, including zero drinks.

Dogs not allowed - I have never experienced this in any restaurant - in this - almost empty - burger restaurant you are not allowed in with dogs. Absolutely incomprehensible. Unfortunately, zero stars are not possible

Bad food at outrageous prices. We went to Five Guys in Neumünster. Burger prices of significantly more than 10.00 euros for a citizen without fries. Completely messed up, the food was just disgusting. Plus dirty tables.

Arrived at the door this afternoon, March 5th, around 5 p.m. Door was locked, open according to opening times. Empty inside, everything lit and 3 employees in the store. Saw me at the door too. No plan but the employees inside were laughing happily and having fun with something. Cups thrown back and forth. Instead of someone coming and explaining why the door is locked. That was probably intentional... You can throw out all 3!

Absolut daneben. Der teuerste und schlechteste Cheeseburger den ich je gegessen habe. Geschmacklich schlecht, den Hackpaddy musste ich suchen. Diese Kette wird mich nie wiedersehen. Da ist selbst Mcdoof besser und das soll was heißen.

Absolutely disgusting and catastrophic price-performance ratio. When we entered, we were met with stuffy air, the smell of grease and a high volume. The employee at the checkout was nice and took the order quickly. The prices are absolutely excessive for the quality, actually quite cheeky. A small hamburger for €10, a palm-sized grilled cheese sandwich for €7.50 and a small cup of fries for a total of €25, excluding drinks! The burger tasted ok, the sandwich was topped with cheap analogue cheese and was unseasoned and the fries were slightly salty. People are milling about in front of the distribution point, the orders are being called out by the employees - there is no trace of a concept and the atmosphere is correspondingly chaotic and stressful. Drinks were dispensed by self-service at the machine, one of which was broken. The tables inside and outside were mostly soggy and dirty. Once it's your turn, a paper bag of food is handed to you - stuffed full of food, packed in paper cups and aluminum foil, whether you want to eat take-out or eat in. Can you still allow yourself to do that in times like today, when sustainability is supposedly so important? How can something like this be allowed in times when plastic straws are banned? My first and definitely last visit. We felt very sorry for the employees, in my opinion no one should be allowed to work in a place like this.

The burgers are mashed, the fries are neither peeled nor washed and the drinks are mixed with city water. The floor is greasy and looks dirty. I can only strongly advise against a visit here. Unfortunately I have to give one star to write this review.
