One of the tastiest burgers I've eaten so far, that goes for everything. And the ambience is exactly what I expect a burger diner to look like.

The food was delicious. But even though there was hardly anything going on, the preparation took a little longer.

Good morning, Today I was at Five Guys for the first time, and also the last time. The burgers are simply squished together, making it almost impossible to eat them by hand. Everything fell apart before serving. Ordering was complicated because you couldn't really understand the cashiers because of the loud noises. The store itself has a great American design, but it looks like it isn't really maintained. Every table was full of crumbs and leftover sauces and the floor was also full of puddles. I won't spend €25 on a burger, a drink and a fries again only to be so disappointed.

Always happy to have lunch there when you visit the outlet. Milkshakes are a must there!!!

Simply delicious burgers. Peanuts and sauces as much as you want. Not cheap though. The four of us paid 74 euros. Almost a visit to a restaurant. Nonetheless. It just tastes sooooo good. Waiting time from ordering 10 minutes.

Really bad and disappointing experience. There were 14 employees on the job, despite the many employees, you had to wait 25 minutes for a totally boring burger and cold fries. There was a noise beyond normal. I will have to come back at some point to see if my experience was a mistake.

The world's hottest burgers. The prices are steep, but the taste and fresh quality make you forget the price. The staff casual, friendly and helpful. P.S.: apparently the competition is reducing the awarding of stars due to bad recessions... :( I regularly go to the outlet and also to Five Guys. The quality is consistently high. I can't understand many of the reviews. But unfortunately most people only rate something when something has crossed their minds. By the way, a typical American diner has to have a certain level of noise. If you don't like that, you shouldn't go. 😘

Incredibly expensive and not very clean place. Very disappointed with how the burgers were slapped together and the fries more or less just thrown into the bag. An incredible amount of noise when the staff shouts at each other and when they call out the number of the food. Cost about 3 times as much as McDonald's in Denmark. DKK 750 For four small burger, fries and soft drink.

Hello, unfortunately I have to say that it was extremely difficult for me to find the shops I had visited shortly before! I don't understand why there are several stores from one brand and in different locations too! Otherwise, I really enjoy visiting the outlet!😊

We were there today. Since I've never been to Five Guys before, I wanted to give it a try. However, the shop made such an unkempt impression to me that I decided not to eat there. The trash can was so overflowing that guests had to place their bags on or next to it. There was also some trash on the floor in the restaurant. The tables also looked unkempt. No thanks! There are definitely better alternatives in the outlet here!

They're really expensive, but Five Guys' milkshakes are delicious! Fries were also tasty, burgers and hot dogs were okay. However, way too expensive for a fast food restaurant!

I can't understand the previous reviews, the service was really nice and competent, the atmosphere is completely okay and there was always someone cleaning. The food was a B+, fries were crispy, the burger was great too, just could have been a little warmer. Sauces and drinks can be added as desired. You don't need to talk about prices, either you feel like it or you don't.

Burgers are okay, fries taste good, but not all of them were cooked through. Milkshakes also taste good. However, it's quite expensive for fast food and the atmosphere is very uncomfortable.

You can drink all beverages by paying a glass of beverage fee. You can consume unlimited peanuts.

We knew the chain from London. However, we are a bit disappointed with the service and packaging!!! Unfortunately, environmental protection is not taken into account here at all. The burgers were wrapped in aluminum foil! Waiting time incredibly long despite low occupancy. Fries are tipped into drink cups. We had a medium portion. The rest was simply dumped into the bag...no tray. But free drinks refill. Still, a bacon burger, medium fries and a soft drink for 24 euros is steep. Of course it was delicious. But there was hardly any option for vegetarians.

Here you will experience great service and friendly staff. The food is also very tasty. I can highly recommend it!

Mixed feelings! - I had a really tasty burger. Taste 1A. Unfortunately, the entire burger spilled out the sides and spread across the table. A little less will certainly do the trick. The employee at the order reception was super friendly. - But the way the food was thrown into the bag doesn't work at all. The fries were carelessly distributed in the bag. As I said, it tastes GREAT, but probably never again!

Absolutely delicious and definitely a hot tip for anyone who hasn't tried it (except if you have a peanut allergy). A bit higher in price than other fast food restaurants, but also much more satisfying in terms of taste and filling. When it comes to portions of fries, the smallest version is usually sufficient, as fries are thrown into the bag in addition to the cup. The two of us had to struggle with the medium size. For the burgers you can also put together the ingredients yourself depending on your taste. I think this is a good concept, especially for someone like me who is a bit picky when it comes to food. Refilling the drinks on the machines is my absolute favorite. The selection leaves nothing to be desired.

Marketing isn't everything. Today I went to Five Guys with my son for the first time. The good points first: The guys at the ordering counter were friendly, and my son's bacon burger was OK. But overall I was very disappointed: the atmosphere was like a train station, cold because all the doors were open, the floor and tables were dirty, the prices were really high for what you got - and the food came wrapped in aluminum foil in a cardboard bag, Soggy, no cutlery or tray. Simply loveless. And you don't pay a little for it. I had a veggie sandwich that was actually really bad: soggy, just mushy vegetables instead of grilled, and everything, as I said, pressed into aluminum foil. I didn't get the thing at all. Overall, unfortunately not a good experience, will not come back. If it's fast food and expensive, then please combine it with a nice experience.

Yeah, eh. Prices are far too high, a portion of large fries costs almost 9 euros. The fries are soft but good and freshly made. You can pick up your own mayo and ketchup free of charge. But if you want to eat burgers and fries for two, you'll pay more at this self-service restaurant than at a regular restaurant. The parking lot is also not free...

The burgers and fries taste really good and the portions are large. But the prices are outrageous. Our meal (without drinks) cost over 50 euros for 3 people. 7 euros for a milkshake is too much for me.

I went to eat at Five Guys today and I have to say I was confused. Firstly, the employee was really dreamy and looked at you like he felt like he was about to fall asleep. The fries we received were totally over salted and inedible. The burger was completely tasteless. Even a cheap kebab shop can do a better cheeseburger. I was totally disappointed and the price of the food was not at all acceptable in my opinion. If you want to get rid of your money, this is the perfect place for you, but if you're hungry and want something good to eat, this is the wrong place.

The price performance was an absolute disaster. The burgers were slapped together absolutely carelessly. The fries themselves were good but totally subdued. For that money you could have gone to a real burger restaurant. For us it is clear once and never again.

I miss something special that justifies the price.

Delicious burgers, there are always fries on top of the bag, a small portion is enough for 2... Fries are always fresh every day... Free refill at the unique Cola machine. I like MezzoMix with cherry best.

I was there today evening and got bacon cheeseburger cajunfries and mango milkshake. There cajunfries and to die for really addictive and mangoshake was such a treat. Go there if you want to spoil yourselves. The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly also unlike BK or McD.

Borring and semi cold burger at a high price, but the peanuts are very good. But I'd rather go somewhere else next time.

If you go to the designer outlet in NMS, you have much better alternatives for something to eat. Absolutely no recommendation!

I got a bacon and cheese burger. It was good juicy and good taste. Here you choose what you want in your burger, it's quite smart and good, so nothing comes in as "standard" that you don't like. However, it would be smart to have a map in English also of accessories you can choose, there was one in German and not all things you could quickly see what was. Meen a good place

Today was the first time at five guys and overall they are actually quite satisfied. However, a little more concentration when taking the order and attentiveness in service could refute the bad reputation. The burger was okay so far, the fries were fried a little unevenly, making some quite hard and dark. On a positive note, the drinks machine, where we were able to test different types of soft drinks, is an argument for coming back. In any case, a counter-argument to coming back is the lack of hygiene and order in the store. More motivation from employees would certainly be helpful. I didn't quite understand the point of the question about whether to eat here or take away, when everything is wrapped in aluminum foil and paper waste anyway. In times of environment, environment, environment, thinking is no longer up-to-date. By the way, given that the table isn't entirely clean, it's hard to explain why I have to eat without a tray or cutlery?

Operation helpful. We wiped every now and then. But it wasn't very full like usual. Everyone was friendly. Ambience is just a canteen.... Drinks vending machine has great non-standard selection.

If Gasolin grill did not exist, then it is simply the best fast food burger. Their milkshake, on the other hand, is simply the best.

Taste OK... nothing more. Very expensive. We paid €59 for 4 burgers (3x normal, 1x small), 1x drink and 1x fries. That's "sporty" 😵‍💫. The table was dirty and you had to clean it yourself first. Burger is quite soggy. Why are the burgers wrapped in aluminum heat foil? They lie around for 3..4.. minutes before they are wrapped up. Then they are already lukewarm/cold. I won't eat there again!!

Actually quite tasty, but the place is pretty dirty and weird people with even weirder tastes in music work there. The drinks machine is great with a wide selection, including zero drinks.

Dogs not allowed - I have never experienced this in any restaurant - in this - almost empty - burger restaurant you are not allowed in with dogs. Absolutely incomprehensible. Unfortunately, zero stars are not possible

Arrived at the door this afternoon, March 5th, around 5 p.m. Door was locked, open according to opening times. Empty inside, everything lit and 3 employees in the store. Saw me at the door too. No plan but the employees inside were laughing happily and having fun with something. Cups thrown back and forth. Instead of someone coming and explaining why the door is locked. That was probably intentional... You can throw out all 3!

I personally think the burgers at Five-Guys are very good, they suit my taste exactly and are worth the price. The staff and store manager are also very friendly. I always eat there when I'm in the outlet

Absolutely disgusting and catastrophic price-performance ratio. When we entered, we were met with stuffy air, the smell of grease and a high volume. The employee at the checkout was nice and took the order quickly. The prices are absolutely excessive for the quality, actually quite cheeky. A small hamburger for €10, a palm-sized grilled cheese sandwich for €7.50 and a small cup of fries for a total of €25, excluding drinks! The burger tasted ok, the sandwich was topped with cheap analogue cheese and was unseasoned and the fries were slightly salty. People are milling about in front of the distribution point, the orders are being called out by the employees - there is no trace of a concept and the atmosphere is correspondingly chaotic and stressful. Drinks were dispensed by self-service at the machine, one of which was broken. The tables inside and outside were mostly soggy and dirty. Once it's your turn, a paper bag of food is handed to you - stuffed full of food, packed in paper cups and aluminum foil, whether you want to eat take-out or eat in. Can you still allow yourself to do that in times like today, when sustainability is supposedly so important? How can something like this be allowed in times when plastic straws are banned? My first and definitely last visit. We felt very sorry for the employees, in my opinion no one should be allowed to work in a place like this.

The burgers are mashed, the fries are neither peeled nor washed and the drinks are mixed with city water. The floor is greasy and looks dirty. I can only strongly advise against a visit here. Unfortunately I have to give one star to write this review.

By far the worst burger I have eaten in my life. Bad food, burger or taste, fries soft as if they were from yesterday, shop dirty...not recommended. It's not even worth spending a cent here.

The burgers and fries are the absolute best in fast food in Germany. Unfortunately, the store in Neumünster wasn't entirely clean and the atmosphere wasn't exactly inviting. But that's how it is in America, the German eye just has to get used to it.

Wir waren hier zu dritt essen und ich hatte einen Cheeseburger mit Pommes.Der Burger war echt nicht Groß und ich habe dafür 12 Euro bezahlt.Die Pommes wurden einfach so in die Tüte geschmissen wie Müll,der Burger in Alufolie gewickelt,geschmacklich eine Nullnummer.Die Pommes okay.Der Preis ist maßlos übertrieben.Mit Pommes und Getränk war ich bei über 20 Euro,meine Begleiter ebenfalls.Man sollte sich echt schämen für so eine Qualität so viel Geld zu verlangen.Ich werde diese Kette nie wieder besuchen.

Wieder mal lecker. Pommes hätten etwas wärmer sein können. Schneller Service. Eigentlich alle Five Guys haben das Ambiente einer Bahnhofshalle - aber das weiss man ja vorher.

Wir hatten für 2 cheeseburger 4 kleine pommes und 4 Cola. 🤣 65 €.... kein witz😂😂 Das ist eine absolute Frechheit. Wir reden hier von einem Fastfood Restaurant. Wir werden zu dieser Fastfoodkette defintiv nicht mehr hingehen. Schämt euch.... Kleiner tip noch. Auf dem Gelände kannst auch ne Bratwurst essen. 😏

Bodenlose Frechheit. Habe viel gutes gehört von euren Burgern. Deshalb wollte ich ihn unbedingt testen. Ich hätte vorher mal eure Google Bewertungen lesen sollen, dann hätte ich nicht 35€ zum Fenster rausgeworfen. Absolut enttäuschend…

War am Samstag da, das Essen hat mich umgehauen. Ich bin am Anfang rein und wurde direkt von nett von einem Mitarbeiter begrüßt. Innerhalb von nichtmal 10 Minuten hab ich mein Essen bekommen. Was man noch kommentieren muss ist die Hygiene. Ein junger Mitarbeiter hat jeden Tisch selber geputzt und die ganze Stimmung war super. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Komme gerne wieder.

Die Pommes waren lecker, der Shake auch. Leider sind das die einzigen positiven Dinge, die erwähnt werden können. Ach ja, der Service ist freundlich. Der Veggi Sandwich war unterirdisch. Die Pilze wabbelig, nicht gewürzt, das restliche Gemüse ebenfalls nicht. Die Tomaten geschmacklos und sehr farblos auch im Winter kann man gute Produkte kaufen. Der Preis für das Essen in dieser Qualität ist der blanke Hohn. Für einen solchen Preis habe ich noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Sorry!

Besuch in der Vorweihnachtszeit des Outlets. Kleiner Mittagssnack war angezeigt. Die freundliche Bedienung fragte, ob ich im Restaurant essen möchte. Sehr gerne. Kleiner Cheeseburger, kleine Pommes, ein Shake. 20€ reichten leider nicht. Nach Aufruf meiner Bestellnummer bekam ich dann eine Papptüte. Die Pommes waren in der ganzen Tüte verteilt und der Burger in Alufolie eingewickelt. Schon bei der Bestellung fragte ich, ob denn Besteck dabei wäre. Ja klar war die Antwort. Das Besteck war das unbrauchbarste war ich jemals bekommen habe. Der Burger war geschmacklich ganz ok. Aber der eigentlich Akt des Verzehres war ein schmierige, tropfende Katastrophe. Ich möchte doch im Restaurant nicht aus einer Tüte essen. Fazit: Dieses "Restaurant" habe ich zweimal betreten: Das erste und das letzte mal. Schlimm.

Freundlichkeit und Service wird hier groß geschrieben - kleine Anmerkung gemacht und völlig kulant einen neuen Burger und Pommer erhalten. Wirklich beeindruckend und super kundenorientiert! Vielen Dank

The didn’t want to make milkshakes and the burgers were freezing cold. We were told that this is the new standard, when we obviously complained about the burgers. Who serves cold burgers at fridge temperature? And who doesn’t want to make their iconic milkshake? Bad experience, but fries were amazing and burger taste good… Loved the peanuts.

Bedienung war gut, aber die halbe Familie hat sich Durchfall abgeholt. Wir sind alles durchgegangen was wir am Tag gegessen haben und es kann nur 5 guys gewesen sein.

Wir waren das erste Mal hier: schlechte Übersicht der Variationen- dadurch fehlen einem Zutaten uf dem Burger. Warum nicht von unten nach oben, statt alles durcheinander?! Der Laden war sehr voll und entsprechend nicht sauber.... die Wartezeit war ok - am Ende fragt man sich bei 3 Personen mit 3 Burgern und Getränken, wo die 50,00€ (!!!) geblieben sind....

Ich war schon in einigen Five Guys Restaurants in Deutschland und ich muss sagen, dass ich immer sehr zufrieden war. Die Burger sind saftig, groß und haben eine tolle Auswahl an kostenlosen Toppings. Die Fries sind knusprig, heiß und werden in großzügigen Portionen serviert. Die Shakes sind cremig, süß und haben viele verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen zur Auswahl. Das Personal ist freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente ist locker, lebhaft und gemütlich.

Oh je oh je ist das teuer geworden ! Als wir die Preise bemerkt haben sind wir wieder gegangen. Burger und milkshakes sind sehr lecker aber zu den Preisen, Nein danke !

Burger, Pommes und Shake waren super aber deutlich zu teuer mit 28€. Der Laden und Außenbereich waren sehr dreckig. Überall lagen Verpackungen und Essensreste. Tische wurden nicht gewischt obwohl genug Personal vorhanden.
