The burgers were really delicious. Unfortunately, it was very crowded and very loud. The open kitchen contributed a lot to the noise.

The tables were dirty. The burger was cold. I expected something better for the price. First and last time I ate there.

We just love the burgers at Five Guys and this outlet is no exception. Remember to order the Cajun Fries...rhey are so good.

Five Guys is generally overrated. The ordering machine didn't print a receipt, but the staff wasn't interested. The burgers and fries were okay, but nothing special. The restaurant wasn't particularly clean – you had to wipe down some tables yourself, and the noise level was very loud. For the price, you can get better food elsewhere with a nicer atmosphere.

Long story short, it's pointless, it doesn't taste good. Expectations were high. It's simply too expensive, and you don't get enough. Cold food.

Never seen prices so high, it's a real disgrace. €7.50 for medium fries alone, and a burger starts at €10. It's insane. The staff were extremely rude, so I had to leave the place because one of them kept staring at me, and the music was way too loud. Not recommended.

It's great that they avoid waste here. There's a metal tray and a metal container for the fries. Only the burger is wrapped in aluminum foil. That's really good. Superb quality burgers. The price is high, but very reasonable for the quality.

Paid €60 for two people. The fries were completely over-salted and over-seasoned, the burger was cold, and the drinks were also indefinable sugar water. I've never eaten so badly for so much money. Respect for the effort. Once and never again!

I ate a very expensive, but quite tasty, little cheeseburger at Five Guys. The small portion of fries—accompanied by the "token" portion next to it—had me smiling a bit, to be honest. The drink refills are nice, but the €19.20 for a burger, fries, and half a liter of soda doesn't even come close to a healthy price-performance ratio.

The burger and fries were incredibly good, but for a fast-food restaurant, it simply took too long. The prices are unfortunately far too high for what you get (in my opinion), and even the free nut promotion doesn't make it any better. If you can and want to afford it, you'll get a very tasty burger and slightly overseasoned fries (I like them as is, but my wife says I like to be the benchmark).

They only sell hamburgers and hot dogs, which are truly delicious, and you can add extra tomatoes or whatever you like. The atmosphere is cheerful, the food is fast, it's also kid-friendly, and the restrooms are always clean. Prices vary depending on your taste.

The tastiest burgers among fast food chains, but unfortunately also the most expensive. You get really hot burgers and plenty of fries on the menu, along with a cup that you can refill with a variety of drinks from the vending machine. The only minor drawback during our visit was the restrooms; they were in really poor condition, so we were better off using the restrooms in the mall.

Service is friendly if you get the right one, but otherwise it can be a bit sloppy at times. The food is good, but the quality isn't consistent enough; sometimes it's excellent, sometimes it's just below average. The ambiance is modest, it's very loud... Tables are cleaned only sporadically or not at all...

Nice burger that tasted good and super delicious fries. However, they didn't want to refill the fries sauce, which was a bit of a shame, since you bought a lot of fries.

You can order almost everything from the vending machine, the unlimited drink option is quite customer friendly, although the hamburgers are delicious, the bread is a bit soggy which makes eating uncomfortable.

The burgers taste good, but there's nothing special about them. My biggest issue, however, is that the fries are cooked in peanut oil. I don't know if this is a new practice, but unfortunately there's no alternative for allergy sufferers, which bothers me a lot. It feels like a train station. An employee keeps shouting numbers when the order is ready. Maybe invest in a monitor. That would improve the atmosphere. The fries were great. The cheeseburger was just okay. For those prices, though, I expect more flavor and less shouting.

We don't understand the hype surrounding this place. Ultimately, you do everything on your own in this understaffed shop, have to point out full trash cans and empty napkin holders, and get your cold burgers brought to your table.

A catastrophe! The fries were soggy, carelessly thrown into a cup, half of them in the bag you get despite the in-house service. What nonsense. The grilled cheese was the biggest joke I've ever experienced. A sweet, greasy mini piece of bread with tasteless sliced cheese. The allergen list is inadequate. The burger was healthy average... Not bad but not good either. I expected a lot more for the money. We're talking about 10 euros just for the burger. The only bright spot was the drinks station, where you can refill as much as you want. Unfortunately the technology here is crazy, which is why only about a third of the drinks could be offered. You'll never see me here again. Maybe at another branch, but definitely not here. One star for the nice young lady at the checkout who was very nice despite the stress.

It has become more expensive to get down there when you can buy it for the same price when the clothes go on sale here at home.

Crazy good burger with amazing fresh ingredients. The portions are kind of insane, I ordered everything in small and it was larger than most larges. The Cajun fries were super tasty, but most of them were soft and stale. However the burger makes up for it. Though my favorite part was the burger, the soda is a close second. They use the coca-cola freestyle machines, so you can basically get whatever you want. And the best part is the free refills.

I got a hot dog which was okay but expensive. The bread was soft and the sausage just fell out. There are no fried onions on it, but the great thing is that the food is ready quickly and you can make your own drinks. The music is way too loud that you can't hear your number being called. The employees are friendly, you can do it if you're really hungry and there's nothing nearby, but otherwise I would just go to the next restaurant, but it's unbearable and the ordering machines are all in English and there's no German language.

This was my first time at Five Guys because my friends raved about it. I was very disappointed with the quality. 1. The fries were so soft and soggy. I've never seen anything like it. There was nothing crispy about them. I didn't taste the peanut oil, but I didn't care. 2. We had the "most expensive" burger, the Bacon Chessburger for €13.50. It tasted really good and tasty, but... it was cold. The bun was ice cold and the meat was cold. That could be because the burger had been sitting on the bun for what felt like hours and no one had closed the burger and wrapped it up. The restaurant was actually empty. I wonder what it looks like when it's full. Okay, in terms of taste, I'd rather go to Five Guys than McDonald's and the like, but for that price and quality, I'd rather go to other restaurants. The price is the same and the food is hot. Five Guys? No thanks....

Ich war das erste Mal bei Five Guys, weil meine Freunde darüber schwärmen Ich war sehr enttäuscht von Ihrer Qualität. 1. Die Pommes war sowas von weich und labbrig. Ich habe sowas noch nie gesehen. Knusprig war nichts. Das Ernussöl habe ich nicht geschmeckt, das war mir aber egal. 2. Wir hatten den "teuersten" Burger, Bacon Chessburger für 13,50€. Geschmacklich war er wirklich lecker und gut, aber.... er war kalt. Der Bun war eiskalt und das Fleisch ausgekühlt. Das kann natürlich sein, weil der Burger gefühlte Stunden auf dem Bun lag und niemand den Burger zugeklappt und dann eingewickelt hat. Dabei war das Restaurant wirklich leer. Ich frage mich, wie es aussieht, wenn es voll ist. Also Geschmacklich würde ich lieber zu Five Guys gehen als zu McDonalds und Co, aber bei dem Preis und der Qualität gehe ich lieber in andere Restaurants. Da ist der Preis gleich und das Essen ist heiß. Five Guys? Nein Danke....

Standing in line for over 30 minutes in the smell of rancid grease is certainly a challenge, especially for the employees. The food they ordered was mediocre at best.

Well, we were here two years ago after an extensive shopping trip and were so impressed that we wanted to come back this year. No sooner said than done. We placed our order as usual and, after a reasonable wait, received it. Now the first problem: Where to sit? All the tables outside were so dirty, that wasn't an option. So we went in. Luckily, we managed to get a halfway clean table there. The Cajun fries were actually the best part of our order. The burgers themselves were just lumps of meat, and tasted so-so. A shame.

The food was overpriced, and the salad on my burger consisted mostly of stalks. Unfortunately, the price wasn't reflected in the quality.

First of all, the burger is OK! But guys, what's wrong with your fries? Served in a cup, wobbly, and way too salty... We spent €50 for two people and didn't think it was worth it. We've never been there before, and the employee who took our order was totally annoyed and short-tempered. The drinks are super clear, and you can often refill them.

I do not recommend it, burgers and hamburgers look like they were stepped on twice before being served.

We were there for the first time today. Our burgers were unfortunately cold even though they were freshly prepared. The burger was unfortunately wrapped in aluminum foil. Drinks were OK. The employees today were more concerned with themselves than with the customers. I didn't think that was appropriate. And then one of the employees sneezed and we saw him, and as we suspected, he didn't wash his hands. The tables weren't really clean and unfortunately neither was the floor. Perhaps they should organize some hygiene training. We won't be coming back!

Orders weren't as they should have been. Fries were way too salty and soggy. Restaurant wasn't clean at all, tables weren't wiped, etc., even though it wasn't busy. I know it differently from 5 Guys. Too bad.

After a long break, here's another review from me. We were at the Designer Outlet in Neumünster. We go there quite often and always eat there, but never at "Five Guys." A burger joint. Like at many "joints," you can order your food directly from the vending machine, which I personally don't think is a bad thing. Because you can put together your meal in peace and quiet. At Five Guys, I even put together the entire burger myself. You can choose all the toppings yourself: tomatoes, onions, peppers, etc., and the sauces. Which I personally think is really good. But here comes the first "but." The sauces. You can choose the classics like ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. There's also "hot sauce," "BBQ sauce," and "HP sauce." In other words, just "seasoned sauces." From other burger joints, I've heard of "honey mustard sauce," "classic burger sauce," "truffle cheese sauce," "garlic burger sauce," and many more. There's only one type of bun and patty, too. In proper burger joints, I get a choice of four different buns, including vegetarian and vegan versions. With the patty, you can sometimes even choose whether you want it well done or medium. Some people might wonder why I'm so particular about this. It's simple. We opted for the classic versions of the hamburger and cheeseburger. The hamburger costs €10.95 and the cheeseburger €12.95, prices I've also paid at other burger joints. You have to pick up your food yourself. Even at the yellow "M" they offer table service. You help yourself to your drinks, and you can refill them as often as you like. Then comes the next highlight, unfortunately a negative one. Although each burger is freshly prepared, you don't receive your food on a plate. Each burger was wrapped in aluminum foil and then everything was put into a brown bag. And that was even though we selected "dine in" at the vending machine. A glance at the neighboring tables confirmed that this is probably the norm. I hate the "Greens" and I will never vote for them, but this garbage is completely unnecessary. And when you finally unwrap your burger, the next surprise arrives. Because it is tightly wrapped in aluminum foil, the burger is squashed and looks crap. Now for the taste. You can eat the burger and the cheeseburger. They taste good, but they are really nothing special. You can get much better burgers for the price. The fries are also eatable. But they are nothing special and at €5.25 for a small portion, they are not cheap. My conclusion: Five Guys is a better McDonald's, nothing more. If you want to eat really great burgers, you should go to a "proper" burger place, like "Dulfs", "Ottos Burger" or others. The total price will be similar, but the taste experience will be significantly better.

Delicious burgers with small deductions. Five Guys impresses in terms of taste across the board: fresh ingredients, individually serveable burgers and really good, generous portions of fries – there is definitely no shortage of enjoyment here. The staff is friendly and quick, even when it gets busier. However, there are also two downsides: the prices are on the higher side - for two burgers with side dishes and drinks you can easily set aside €30. And when it comes to cleanliness, it would be nice to wipe down more often - especially in the seating area and at the tables. Conclusion: taste great, but value for money and hygiene could be better. Nevertheless: I'll come back for a really good burger.

Really very tasty. Tastes much better than McDonalds, Burger King, etc. Unfortunately, despite being freshly made, it was a little too cold. Big plus for refilling drinks, ketchup and mayo. People in Europe are usually too stingy for that. And great selection of different Coca Cola. The fries made from regional potatoes with Cajun spice are highly recommended. Clear minus for the poor maintenance of cleanliness in the restaurant and at the tables. The company's intransigence in continuing to pack the goods in aluminum foil, even though this has been criticized so often, leaves one speechless. The prices are extremely high. This is certainly due to high-quality ingredients and the fact that burgers are more labor-intensive here. I would reconsider because the many staff don't have that much to do. Or they clean things up. I'll visit Five Guys in the USA and compare.

Went there for the first time today with my family. I was pretty shocked at the prices, but the kids were really excited to try the burgers. The food was okay, but definitely not appropriate for the price/performance ratio. But what I found much worse was the cleanliness of the store. There were a lot of staff present, but no one thought it necessary to wipe down the dirty tables. But the toilets topped it all off. Really not nice and I definitely don't need to repeat my visit there

This was our first time at Five Guys. The staff is super nice and everyone looks friendly while doing their work. The burgers are freshly prepared and look really good. (You can add all the ingredients to your burger when ordering.) The burger was quite nice, but didn't blow us away in terms of taste. The fries were delicious. The drinks terminals are super cool - so much to choose from and you can refill as often as you like. The milkshake was delicious and really tasted like vanilla. However, eating completely “out of the bag” is not so nice. The fries are in a small cardboard “drinking cup” and the burgers can be placed on the aluminum foil. No tray or anything similar is available, even though we stated that we would eat on site.

You place your order at an ordering terminal, then wait until your number is called out. The burger was okay; there's nothing much to complain about. It just could have been warmer. It was a bacon cheeseburger. It came with a shake with popcorn pieces and chocolate syrup. It was tasty, but I recommend a drink for refreshment 😅 The fries were a big disappointment. In a place that advertises "fabulous fries," I was expecting really good fries. The Cajun seasoning was delicious, but unfortunately, the fries were soft and not crispy. They bulged like a banana when I picked them up.

Super delicious burgers. You start with a bun and two steaks, and then you decide for yourself what goes in, and you get a serious stack of fries with it, which taste really good. Steak and everything is just fine, and you're guaranteed not to leave hungry.

Ummm, what was that? 4 burgers WITHOUT fries and with 4 cups of Fanta €77 We were so scared 😳 Please? The burgers weren't the size of a plate, not even the size of a saucer. In terms of taste, it doesn't justify €77 either. They weren't bedded in gold, but wrapped in aluminum foil. I don't understand it. The store was full and business was going well. But without us. We'd rather go to McDonald's. Real. That was nothing. Oh and the toilets... Totally dirty and small! Small seems to be a size here!! And the floor was sticky and just dirty. The tables too. Luckily we had wet wipes with us so we could at least wipe down the table. It's already very loud in the store and if your number is shouted at you and you don't understand it straight away, then the staff becomes very unfriendly!! Doesn't matter. Let's not go there again!

Always delicious citizens, fries and types of cola. Very friendly and relaxed staff. Unfortunately, many more than stupid visitors - you can tell when you arrive. People think they own the world. Despite the reviews, the burger is delicious and fresh and the team is great and the atmosphere is typically American 🤔🤗
