Rating = summarized from several visits *Review from 10/19/24* We had the Haloumi Burger twice and the Holsteiner once, each with curly fries. The portions were quite small (for the price), but perhaps somehow justifiable. The haloumi burgers only tasted like vegetables, you couldn't taste the haloumi. The Holsteiner was generally good, BUT -> now to the negative things! 1. the meat should be “done” and was medium rare! We've had that there before with a steak that was supposed to be "medium" and "done" was 3, I don't understand! If the chef can't do that, then you shouldn't ask the guests how they want it! 2. the waitresses weren't unfriendly, but somehow you had the feeling that they had a joke on their backs, it was a strange atmosphere. 3. You wait a really long time to be served or to get your food... our table neighbors (2 people) still didn't have any food after 80 minutes... 4. NO CARD PAYMENT possible… apparently for a while… but why? I would be interested in that... hard to understand in this day and age and then you are asked if you need a receipt. This is not a good, easy service. *from here the old review from 5 years ago* Unfortunately the noise was extreme even though there wasn't much going on. The chairs were very comfortable, but not the right ones for eating. Most of them were far too flat and unfortunately there was no visual line. One of the two waitresses was extremely unfriendly, but the other was great. My burger was great, A1! However, the Mac 'N Cheese dish was really bad. It had nothing to do with a real Mac 'N Cheese. It was also incredibly spicy, you could barely eat it with a fork. Unfortunately we had to leave it because it was inedible. At our Christmas party we ordered a burger buffet there, and it tasted great! They can do burgers! It was a shame, however, that the buffet was cleared away after a good hour... Which is kind of stupid at a Christmas party, especially at a price of around €20 per person.

After 35 minutes there were still no drinks and the bottle was only half full. The service was also very flippant. I can't say anything about the food because I decided to leave the place.

Food was forgotten, after asking where the food was, we had to order again. We actually just wanted to pay for our drinks and leave, but the waitress invited us in and said the burgers were on the house. However, these were still charged in full when paying. The food looked good, unfortunately the burger was totally salty and therefore inedible. We enjoyed visiting the restaurant often, but unfortunately this visit was the last.

The food tastes okay and the price-performance ratio is also okay, but they are not service-oriented at all! We were there this evening and unfortunately had to wait an extremely long time until someone came to take our order, even though there wasn't much going on at all. Two more tables arrived after us and they had already had their food when we had just placed our order. Our drinks also took a long time, but the food actually went relatively quickly. However, with my burger I discovered that my burger bun was wrong and my companion was missing the sauce and unfortunately no one noticed that we didn't have any cutlery. My burger was also replaced, but my curly fries were almost cold as a result. Shortly afterwards we discovered that my companion had brought the burger completely wrong, but unfortunately no one even came to our table to ask if everything was OK and we didn't get the chance to notice that either the service staff didn't come out for a long time. Unfortunately, the waitress wasn't interested in the fact that we'd had empty drinks for a long time since she finally cleared our plates long after we'd finished eating. We also noted that unfortunately not everything went as we would have liked. She then told us that she would pass it on and then come back to us straight away, but she never did that, which is why we went in at some point to pay. We brought this up again, but were met with little understanding and only received a “sorry” in response from the young service worker. I worked in the catering industry for a long time and don't find that kind of service-oriented at all. When so many things go wrong with a guest, I think it's at least to invite the guest for a hot drink. Unfortunately we won't be coming back!

The first restaurant where I don't notice any Neumünster flair. Absolutely great. Really chic and cozy restaurant. I've never had such a delicious vegan burger. Everything absolutely fresh and tasty. Also a friendly staff. Drinks were also super tasty and refreshing. Good parking on site. The opportunity to sit outside is also great. The only points of criticism: 1. The toilet is shared with the sports area and is therefore not very hygienic. 2. No card payment was possible, which everyone will have in 2023. This needs to be readjusted.

We sat at the front of the counter on bar stools that I would describe as squat. I found the place to be too dark. My steak was okay, the grilled vegetables were delicious, the herb butter was frozen. Personally, I would have preferred to season the steak myself. Cooking point was as ordered. I didn't find the small bowl of farmer's salad to be a good fit and the baguette was too hard.

Here you can get very tasty homemade burgers and great steaks. The atmosphere is rustic and modern - a great mix. You can also enjoy food outside on warm days. The service is great!

We went there to eat because they have GLUTEN FREE burger buns on the menu. (So ​​you assume that you know what CELIA KIA is. ATTENTION! You order gluten-free and point out any allergies, a patty with WHEAT is brought?! On a gluten-free bun??? And neither the waitress nor the chef think that's wrong?? "How can you serve something like that?" So don't go there if you can't tolerate gluten, because everything seems to be mixed together in the kitchen and the chef seems to be a hobby cook without a plan. "Blue Bull" burger and a brownie for dessert. Just great! Delicious. Plus a city beer from the Wittorfer brewery. As always, the service was very friendly and everything went very quickly even though all the tables were occupied. Tip Top! Always happy to come here.

Have been there several times. The burgers here are always delicious and are among the best you can get in Neumünster. The service is always friendly, but sometimes it takes a little longer when it's full. It's not possible that there will still be no card payments in 2023. Unfortunately, you are only told that card payments are not possible “at the moment” and that it is the device. Unfortunately this has been the case for 3 years. You feel like you're being taken for a ride here. Just be honest. Therefore currently only 3 stars.

Nice atmosphere and service Rather expensive I think, curly fries were very tasty, burger was a little smaller than usual (not wide but high) but very tasty - the chili burger I had didn't taste like what I'm used to from other places but still very good! Since there was sauce under my burger, I assumed that you wouldn't eat it with your hand, but even with cutlery it eventually fell apart a bit due to the shape :) I would love to eat here again

Always very tasty! We think it's better than other burger shops like Peter Pane or similar. Price-wise, it's also completely okay Also very good for my friend because he can get any burger in vegetarian form.

Insgesamt ein zu empfehlendes Lokal. Die Burger sind lecker. Für Burgerfans wirklich zu empfehlen. Ich persönlich brauche es nicht so oft.

Sind mit der Schicht zum Essen dort gewesen. Super Essen...haben à la carte gegessen, trotzdem alle zusammen ihr Essen bekommen. Tolle Leistung, alle Kollegen super zufrieden, mega Essen. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

15.11.2023 Das Essen war sehr lecker!! Die Präsentation sehr ansprechend. Die Mitarbeitenden waren teils außerordentlich freundlich. Die hohen Stühle sind leider sehr unbequem, auch weil sie ziemlich durchgesessen sind. Dazu kam die flackernde Barbeleuchtung. Das machte den Besuch letztlich recht unruhig.

Bißchen dunkel um die Speisekarte zu lesen. Und das ist nicht jedermanns Geschmack auf barhocker zu sitzen.

Da wir mit mehreren Leuten da waren,wurde uns ein Burger Buffet angeboten. Schade ,denn ich glaube das Restaurant kann seine Stärke nur mit A"la Carte" Bestellungen entfalten. Das Buffet war zwar reichlich, doch die Qualität und das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis passen nicht zusammen.Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend. Ich bin gespannt auf's nächste mal.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen vor Ort, die Anfangsbedienung war super. Leider ging dann das Tempo etwas zurück und es wurde teilweise schon etwas Trocken. Das Essen war super, Preise sind Ok. Es könnten etwas mehr Beilagen sein.

Alles wirklich super und sehr zu empfehlen!!! Allerdings reserviert einen Tisch vorher!!! Wir hatten Glück noch einen zu bekommen...jetzt wissen wir warum, denn Service ist top, nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend und das Essen mega lecker, auch die "Aufmachung", für uns eine 1 mit Sternchen!!! Auch das Ambiente ist gemütlich und stimmig, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder...

Leider mussten wir sehr lange warten. Bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde schon fast 30 Minuten. Dann bis Essen und Getränke kam auch nochmal etwa 30 min. Es wurde sich entschuldigt da es chaotisch wäre. Das Essen war allerdings sehr gut!

Super leckere Spareribs mit Beilagen. Aufmerksame Bedienung. Auf jedem Fall empfehlenswert. Heute gab es Steak und es war super.

Super nett und freundlich. Leider war mein Steak nicht so wie gewünscht aber da es dennoch echt gut geschmeckt hat habe ich nichts gesagt und genossen. Die anschließende Tennishalle bekommt man nicht wirklich mit. All in all kann man sagen ein echt leckeres Steak cool serviert und angerichtet zu nen Preis der vollkommen OK ist.

Ich war das erste Mal in dem Restaurant. Was soll ich sagen, der Holsteiner Burger war der absolute Wahnsinn. Sowie er aussah ( wie ein Kunstwerk ) so hat er auch geschmeckt absolut top und oben drauf möchte ich noch erwähnen, dass mein brötchen glutenfrei war. Endlich ein Restaurant, dass auch an Glutenunverträglichkeit denkt. Großes Lob an euch....

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente mit wirklich leckeren Burger.

Sehr empfehlenswert Neben Burgern und Steaks gibt es immer mal wieder Aktionen z.B. "all you can eat mit Spareribs" Man bekommt auch ohne Reservierung einen Platz aber da es dort gut besucht ist empfehle ich eine vorherige Reservierung. Der Service ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Heute das erste Mal bei euch gewesen und total begeistert wieder nach Hause gefahren. Burger super lecker,freakshake sehr beeindruckend und das Brot mit der Soße vorweg war richtig gut. Bedingungen waren beide sehr sympathisch. Kommen gerne wieder !

Wir haben online einen Tisch reserviert, alles ganz unproblematisch. Ambiente war toll und die Burger sehr lecker. Es gibt auch vegane Burger. So ist für jeden was dabei.

Hamburgers are really delicious and big. Fried patatoes are also delicious. The ambiance is nice. Everything is good but the servise is very slow. We had to wait for a long time to order our food. We were there at 20:00 and we started eating at 21:00. Only i can complain about that. All others are good. Prices are normal. Staff is nice also.

Leckere Burger und leckere Beilagen. Für meinen Geschmack fehlt noch der letzte Kick um 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Die Saucen sind sehr gut. Auch die Getränke sind lecker. Besonders die Limonade hat überzeugt. Die Dessert Auswahl ist klein. Da war für uns jetzt nichts passendes dabei. Der Service ist schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen kommt schnell.

Essen hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Ansonsten alles TOP!

Super leckere Burger, mit einer tollen Auswahl an Beilagen. Man wird definitiv satt! Und die Himbeerlimo war wirklich lecker und erfrischend bei 27 Grad! Etwas störend, die wackelden Tische im Biergarten. Aber alles in allem, würden wir wieder kommen!!!

Waren mit Freunden zum Abendessen im Blauen Bullen. Das Restaurant ist angeschlossen an eine Tennishalle. Die Location an sich ist ok, wir waren zu 8 und saßen leider an einem nicht so schönen Tisch. Die Bedienung ist zuvorkommend und schnell, die Getränke kamen schnell. Die bestellten Burger waren allesamt ok, aber eben auch nicht mehr, die Auswahl an Burgern ist absolut ausreichend. Einige der Burger waren nicht Medium obwohl die Garstufen extra abgefragt wurden. Alles in allem ein netter Abend, bei den Burgern ist Luft nach oben.
