Just absolute horrible service.

Zeina is the best and nicest employee there is

Were there around 10:30 p.m. Six employees behind the counter, three of them were working and the rest were rum. Tables looked like s.. and in front of the shop it was even worse - no one had the idea to take a rag and clean the tables or collect the rubbish. Very sad but there are other fast food chains.

Place was clean, employees nice and the service was good. I can not complain about anything but the food. Had like 5 ingredients in my burger and it still tasted like nothing. Fries were fine but why would you go to a burger place for the fries. Never again, at least not here.

Very dirty, long black hair in the burger - I got a new burger afterwards, but I lost my appetite, the price/performance ratio wasn't right.

The burger and fries are the best among the fast food restaurants. The bread is the stronge point. The standart size is huge. I liked that you can personalize your burger. You choose you based burger and add the ingredients one by one. This is great for people that always ask for sandwich ingredients to be add, removed or replaced. You can buy a soft drink refil. The burguer is 10 euros. They ofer free peanuts. The diner's atmosphere is not very cozy and has a typical fast food vibe.

Better than the fafood chain with the capital M and its royal competitor, but unfortunately not as good as the marketing suggests. However, I can positively highlight the possibility of refilling drinks!

I sat down to smoke and then wanted to order a meal from them, but then a woman worker ran up to me and started shouting that this was a private place and you couldn’t sit here, although there were a lot of places here, and of course after that I didn’t want to eat there. I think managers need to reconsider the attitude of employees towards their clients

The pigeons are extremely annoying. Many tables are occupied, but no one eats or gets anything, annoying for people who want to eat there.

Unfortunately a bit disappointed with the visit. In my opinion, price performance is not right at all. The burger was great, but the fries weren't my thing and the Oreo shake wasn't edible with the included straw. After complaining, I received two Weiher straws but unfortunately that didn't do much good. 2 burgers, 2 fries and two shakes €52. You can get that better elsewhere

We spontaneously went here for dinner last week. Original American, super friendly and courteous service and many different options that were explained very well. You can taste that fresh ingredients are used here.

The burgers are juicy and taste good. Freshly prepared and with toppings as desired. The meat is juicy and the burger was still warm. Very good for a fast food burger. Price-wise a bit high. The fries were well salted and sauces could be refilled for free. The milkshake was good. Goes well with fries. The variety of variations allows for a great selection of different burger creations

Very, very tasty food and always a great atmosphere. What I like best is that you can always refill the drinks. One employee who was particularly nice was Zaina. She cleaned our table when we were finished and was very friendly.

The burgers may not be cheap but they are really delicious. The fries too. And drinks can be refilled for free at a Coca Cola machine, which probably has more selection than a drinks store. All I have to do is go to the toilet. It's great, but I think it's problematic that it's password protected and the password is only given out when you order.

Burger just ok. However, completely listless, poorly trained staff. The drinks machines were completely empty, only a few zero drinks. Of course you won't be told beforehand. And since I'm not allowed to drink sweeteners, €4.10 per ton. Shop also dirty.

At Pride in Cologne today you charge €2 to use the toilet, which I think is really cheeky, but then only providing warm water in the toilets for washing your hands, with no one being able to take a sip in the heat is just sad. Profit comes first... It's a good thing I've never eaten at your place and won't in the future either. Incredible...

There's something of the old American diner style about the tables and chairs. Burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches are completely customizable. It tasted very good and wasn't as expensive as expected. 35€ for hot dog, grilled cheese, a beer and soda until you drop. The selection is huge, around 50 different ones, and refills are free

Absolute disgrace.. Staff rips people off and doesn't give them back their change.. It's not a few cents. I paid a bill of around 43 euros with 50 euros, then he asked me for 3 euros. He then puts the bill in my hand and says (thank you) without any change!!! If you ask them about it, they are rude and rude to intimidate you. I recommend you be a little friendly, treat customers well and have a tip box, you will earn enough money there, instead of rudeness and unfriendliness...

The lady at the sales was very nice. Had bacon sandwich, a cheeseburger and fries. Sandwich was ok (be careful it's in a hamburger bun), burger was good and fries were very soft and extremely salty. Almost all of the tables outside were dirty... For the price there wasn't enough of everything - cleanliness, quality of the fries...

Friendliness is definitely very, very important in this store (at least it was that way today) The food was ok but I think there are much better burger places in Cologne. Anyone who eats outside is approached by beggars every 5 minutes. And unfortunately, cleanliness isn't a priority either. For these prices you can actually ask for a little more. I will definitely not visit this store at this location a second time.

EXCELLENT! Extremely delicious! There was a very, very nice woman in the Five Guys in Cologne who gave the service 5 points! It was also very hygienic, everyone wore hairnets and the toilets were very clean.

As you, ladies and gentlemen, can probably easily tell from my name, I have culturally influenced tastes. Nevertheless, I can recommend the milkshake with bacon to all of you. The sensory impressions that the taste buds receive when consuming this milkshake have a creativity-promoting effect (even proven by neurological studies!). Food: Burger great, milkshake great. By far the best fast food chain. Service: Haven't had any problems so far. Always skated smoothly, like figure skaters. Ambience: I have no idea what that is supposed to be. I don't know why you go to a fast food joint, but I personally go there to eat, not to see art interpretations in the wallpaper. 5 stars because the peanuts and potatoes in the way give it a confederate vibe.

I would like to write this comment with disappointment . I went to the ROMANIA-GERMANY football match on Saturday night in the city of Koln, and after the match ended I wanted to go eat something. only that at 00:40 only BURGER KING and FIVE GUYS were open. I want to go to FIVE GUYS for the first time and I wanted to try their food. to my dismay, I was totally shocked by the fact that it was very dirty on the floor and the employees were literally floating through fries. I ordered a bacon burger, a side of fries and a beer. I want to tell you that the potato portita was served in drinking glasses. a portion of potatoes costs €5.20 for 10 slices of potatoes. I counted them all. I paid 5.20 for 10 slices of potatoes. euro. God forgive me! how embarrassing! in addition to paying, I gave the cashier a €100 bill and he gave me a receipt saying that he only received €50 from me. totally false. by the way! for a burger and a beer and for 10 slices of potatoes I paid €21.75. I asked the employee why he did that and he looked at me like I killed him. he started to get angry and turned his back on me. without respect. I attach pictures here. disgusting. Mixed feelings. 🤷 Burger and fries top. I've rarely eaten anything better, especially not at a fast food chain. Now the “but” which unfortunately has to lead to a significant deduction: - Service is zero, you get the food including fries poured into a paper bag and then watch how you get along. Okay for takeaway, but not if you want to eat on site. In addition, the tables were not cleared or cleaned for a long time; someone always had to point it out first. - Price for the fries is completely exorbitant. Yes, they are freshly cut, I definitely read in your answers to other reviews. But do you cut them with golden knives, or what about that would justify paying 5 euros+ for a small (!) fries? It's just potatoes cut into sticks and thrown in fat 😉 - Endless garbage. Admittedly, I have it at other fast food chains too. But aluminum foil? 2024? Seriously people? Conclusion: the burger was beyond any doubt and is worth the money. But with smaller burger roasters I get the same quality with more service and less waste. 20 euros per person for a normal portion of fast food is simply too much, even free refills and free peanuts can't cover that.

Very tasty, the milkshake was amazing and so were the burgers. It was the first time here and definitely not the last time, despite it being a bit expensive.

It was very, very delicious. You can eat a very good hamburger for an average of 10-13 €. It was really big, filling and delicious. The meat was very juicy and well cooked, the ingredients were fresh. You can buy unlimited drinks by paying an extra 4-5 € for drinks. There is a vending machine for this, where you can mix various drinks and make cocktails. The concept of the burger restaurant is that there are peanut sacks everywhere, so you can go and buy peanuts without paying extra. Hamburger and peanuts make a nice combination.

I paid over 50 euros for 3 burgers and 3 small fries (without drinks). 50 euros without a shred of service, mind you. You stand in line, wait, when you're called, you're allowed to pick up your food - and you realize that everything is packed up "to take away". When I asked astonishedly, I was told in a relatively unfriendly manner (probably not for the first time): “We don’t have any trays.” That’s probably not possible for 50 euros. But you can get really sick when you see that the burgers are all wrapped in aluminum foil. Welcome to the 21st century. Even McDonald's and Burger King have already realized that we have a garbage problem. But at this price here... About food: Well. OK. The burgers don't taste bad, the fries were very inconsequential and nowhere near worth the money. For the price you can easily get a burger of at least the same quality, if not better, but with friendly service at your place, a cozy atmosphere and significantly less trash, in almost every burger shop in the city - there are enough of them. Don't do this to yourself here.

Expensive compared to other restaurants

There are two in Cologne, this one is definitely the better one 😁 but just because of the ambience the food is equally good in both and that's really very good! Sit at the top and you'll have a great view

I'm a local and was in the restaurant for the first time. It was quite busy, I guess it took about 15-20 minutes from the time I entered the shop until my burger was ready, which I thought was ok. The cheeseburger bacon tasted good, the bacon was crispy, which you don't get everywhere. Prices are already high, drinks can be refilled for free. It won't be my favorite restaurant but you can do it.

We visited Five Guys in Schildergasse Cologne at 16h55 in the 31.May 2024. That was our first and last time. Reasons: 1.For the Cheese dogs there were no rolls, 2. Had I not reminded the staff, our milkshake would have been missed, 3. My wife's burger was cold and 2 requested toppings were missing, 4. My Cheese dog contained half a sausage about 8cm long, which was cut in half lengthwise, 5. and to top it all, to charge around Euro 9,- for each burger not bigger than around 10cm in diameter is an insult. The fillings in our burgers was rather sparse. We witnessed other customers complaining, but the staff seemed not well prepared to handle complaint.

So bad, I've never experienced that before! The first visit to Five Gys. 1 burger 2 hot dogs 1 water 2 shakes 1 small fries about 50 euros. Given the price, that can only be a good thing, I thought. As soon as we unpacked the food, we took it apart and presented it to us. The fries were lying loose at the bottom of the bag and the hot dog buns were replaced with burger buns without us knowing. Everything looked very muddy and not at all appealing. I've tried fast food quite a bit and I don't have any high expectations here, but this isn't possible! Service was good. We got our money back immediately. Ambience practically non-existent. Never again !!!

The burgers were very tasty and the fries were incredibly good. Perfectly salted and deliciously crispy! You can sit and look out on both levels! This is really a highlight! The employees were very friendly and, despite being busy, always had a smile on their faces.

I always ask for a plain cheeseburger, and got what I asked for. Wait time wasn't too long. I only docked a star because the Mayo dispenser was empty. There were plenty of staff and it wasn't busy.

I got there and just ordered an Oreo Milkshake. Everything was going quite well since there were few people and they gave me my order right away. I sat at a quiet table while I drank my Oreo Milkshake and read. Suddenly a lady (who seemed to be the manager) approached me abruptly and without any kind of politeness began to tell me if the Milkshake I was having had been ordered there (I also had the ticket next to me, literally in the glass tells you it's "Five Guys"). I showed the lady that I had ordered it here and she just said "Oh, I'm sorry" and turned around to start laughing with her colleagues who were watching absolutely everything. I find everything in very bad taste since I could have done things better if I wanted to check that. Despite that, the Milkshake was good, the only bad thing is the straws, which, since they are not plastic, make it much easier for them to break or for you to not be able to use them.

I don't know how many times it has been already. Every time I come, the drinks are not properly refilled, and even if I ask for them, all I can say is that there is nothing they can do. One of the reasons I come to Five Guys rather than the cheaper Burger King across the street is that I can taste a wide variety of drinks, but without the drinks, I don't even know if there's a reason to come here.

The fries are tasty at first, but unfortunately as they cool down the peanut flavor becomes very dominant. The selection of drinks and the free refills are positive. It's worth it if you sit there for a long time and are very thirsty.

Delicious burgers and great fries. But the prices are really crazy. Paid a whopping 70 euros for 3 cheeseburgers, three fries and 30 drinks. That's really a lot. But it really tasted very good. The shop was very busy and we waited about 10 to 15 minutes for our food.

It has no features. You can easily eat a better burger at a gourmet burger restaurant, in a more hygienic and clean environment, more deliciously, and at a more affordable price.

For two burgers including drinks you pay just under €40, which is quite expensive for fast food. Fries cost around €6 extra. The meal was okay. Homeless people keep coming in every now and then, but the employees quickly take care of them and send them out again. Accordingly, there is an access code on the receipt that you have to enter for the toilet because otherwise you cannot use it.

Anyone who avoids getting ripped off with outrageously overpriced, inferior and soggy mini burgers for €50 (2x burger + fries + drink) will have saved themselves a lot of money and trouble. It's better to spend your money on sensible, sustainable and healthy food that you don't have to worry about. NOT eating here makes you happy! And that's exactly how I did it =:-))

Food was good, but unfortunately the shop wasn't really clean

I don't really understand the hype. We spent almost 40 euros for 2 people for 2 burgers plus fries. For that money I would have preferred to sit in a real restaurant with good food. The fries were 7-8 euros and there felt like 10 pieces in there. They were also ice cold and floury. Zero crispy. The burger was okay but I would have expected more for the price. For the money I would rather go out for a decent meal next time. There was also food everywhere on the floor and tables. We were the only customers on site. We waited a really long time for our food. I definitely wouldn't repeat it. Not worth the hype.

I'm here with my daughter for the first and last time, for 2 burgers, 1 shake, 1 drink and fries you pay €42.30 and have to wait 32 minutes for the food, in between you could see that For some reason all the employees stopped working for 12 minutes until it was up and running again. You could clearly see that the opened burgers were being warmed up again before they were handed out to us!!! The meat is dry (see photo) The table was only lightly wiped over, a hygienic situation is different Very poor processes, such time losses are then paid for in terms of price on the customers' backs. Been to Five Star for the first time. It was worth it, even if it was a little more expensive than other fast food shops. Had a chessebruger with fries and a cola (€21) BUT.... the burger 🍔 freshly juicy, no freezer patty, toppings are free, you can throw anything on it if you want. Cola free as often as you want. And the fries (normal size)... Guys, the fries 🍟 are amazing 🤤🤤, the best fries from a fast food shop that I have eaten so far Chefskiss😍👌😋 Results...very tasty 😋 although a little more expensive than the competition, I won't run there every time to quickly eat a bruger on the run, but I'll come back, that's for sure👍🐻

Yesterday, my family and I visited the Five Guys location at Schildergasse Köln. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a disappointing incident. When my 4-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom, I politely requested permission from the manager, Mr. Navid Hassan, to allow her to use it before placing an order. Despite explaining the urgency due to her age, he insisted we must place an order first. This inflexible policy resulted in a negative experience. I hope the management reevaluates such policies to ensure a more customer-friendly approach in the future.

You can refill your drink, there are free peanuts, friendly service and of course the best thing is the citizens. We recommend
