Super tasty burgers and really delicious Cajun fries 🍟 worth it! It's actually a takeaway, though, and the ordering system doesn't work very well, as there's no TV to display your order number, so the employees are constantly shouting numbers across the place. Otherwise, there are two floors, and you can help yourself to as much ketchup and mayo as you like!

I wanted to order online and pick up from Five Guys. Unfortunately, I realized too late that I'd selected the other branch. I arrived at the branch almost an hour late to pick up my finished order. The employee was surprised, so I told him about my mistake. He asked if I had some time and then freshened up my fries and milkshake. I was absolutely delighted; that's customer service! The milkshake is delicious and, compared to McDonald's and the like, bigger and simply far better. The fries are huge, no matter the size. My burger was still warm and heavenly. It's more expensive than the competition, but the competition uses absolutely terrible meat, and none of the vegetables are fresh. But my burger was simply divine, worth every cent!!! The employees are all super friendly; you could tell they all enjoy their jobs, and the atmosphere among the employees was really chill. I would order here again. There are terminals, but employees also take orders. Any language is spoken if you don't speak German. The store was clean, and the restrooms were clean too. There was a huge selection of drinks, including Sprite Raspberry, which you simply can't get anywhere else—a real highlight. For me, the customer service was so exceptional that it made my visit truly memorable. Please pass on the compliment! Great shift management, fantastic employees.

Hey guys, today I was out with my best friend and we had the VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! The staff member Zeina was simply amazing – such a warm and sweet woman! She first recommended the Cajun Fries and she recommended a milkshake, which of course we tried and you have to be honest. It was super tasty. This woman really has taste we will definitely come back and hope to see Zeina again A huge thank you to them!

Strange shop. Extremely hyped, even in the restaurant itself there are songs of praise written all over the walls. For example, a certain person named "Monroe" loves Five Guys. Very surprising for a restaurant chain that was founded decades after her death... The food was more expensive than e.g. at McDonald's, but by no means better. At least there was a free refill for the drink, but when it came to serving, McDonald's was once again outdone. I don't know if that was normal there or an emergency solution, but there was only a bag for food there, no tray. My large portion of fries consisted of half the fries in a drink cup and the other half floating around loose in the bag next to the aluminum wrapped burger... Demand premium prices that can quickly reach the price level of a full-fledged restaurant with table service if you want to be full, and then you have to eat loose fries flying around out of a cardboard bag??? Even the small portion of Cajun Fries was enough snack to strengthen me for further shopping. The canned drink that I had previously bought at GoAsia was kindly ignored - great. The fries were crispy and spicy. The mayo and ketchup from the tap containers was also good. I was in this branch on January 11, 2025 and ordered at 7:34 p.m. The food wasn't ready until 7:47 p.m. For fast food for a long time. At Five Guys you can help yourself to large boxes of peanuts. These are free, but no one wants them anyway. I didnt enjoy cheeseburger, it was too wet and almost falling apart because of that. I threw the half of it away. Maybe it was waiting for too long or wasnt toasted enough. I don’t feel like eating 5 Guys for a long time. Also the lighting is too bright and it doesn’t make for a nice atmosphere.

Too expensive for what it is, homemade burger. Beef is flavorless. In addition, I was served a vanilla milkshake even though I had ordered a mango one. The small packets of mayonnaise are expired. Around €40 for 2 people. Apart from the fries which I find are the best fries I have eaten, I don't see what Five Guys has special compared to other fast food restaurants. In short, I feel stuck.

I entered the restaurant when I went to use the toilet, a staff member stopped me and informed me that I needed to pay one euro to access it.

The average staff at the bottom of the stairs makes non-customers pay 1 euro for the toilet. That's not the problem but I don't think it's very legal for an average employee to do this and not in front of the toilets. What do they do with this money? Ashamed.

We got a burger and fries from Five guys on Tuesday December 10th, 2024. We usually like the burger very much. We don't eat pork for religious reasons and mentioned three times when ordering that we didn't want bacon. We noticed later when we were eating it that there was bacon in it. This also goes to management. How afraid are your employees that they won't be able to offer redress?

Very strange cleaning lady who regularly yells at my wife and other customers about why she would go upstairs without a receipt or that the tables outside were only for customers. We are customers but I need the receipt while I'm standing in line for our food. Brash and rude. But the rest of the staff is friendly and the food is great.

This Five Guys is located right on the pedestrian zone and therefore very central. Unfortunately, during one of my visits, my burger wasn't packaged properly, so it fell apart as soon as I unpacked it. Despite the huge mess, it tasted delicious as expected. On my other visits everything was always fine. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. However, since an enormous number of people come through here every day, it is clear that not everything can always be perfect, especially if the guests do not manage to take their garbage, etc. into the trash can on their own and instead leave everything where they are and quickly leave the restaurant.
