I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fries. To be honest: When the young man behind the cash register wanted a whopping 17 EUR, I had to swallow for a moment. While I waited for my food, I watched the boys sizzle one thick patty after another. Then I thought, if they put such a juicy thing on my burger, I'll be really happy. What can I say? On a standard cheeseburger they serve you 2 (in words: two) of these wonderful slices of meat. Crazy! I am also absolutely thrilled with the taste. The food was worth every penny!

I ordered a hot dog and it was delicious. It was 7.5 euros and it was okay. The Lebanese brother who took my order was very kind and funny. Hotdog was niceeee. The Lebanese guy was so nice!

I just like it here. Sure the ambience isn't great for sitting for 3 hours - but who does that at Five Guys? Service, well, I think it's okay the way it's arranged at Five Guys. The prices are not cheap, but within reason. Due to the business situation, there are no parking spaces - if there is, then look for it in the area or in the Q6Q7 parking garage.

The food is very good. The service is limited but sufficient. The atmosphere is a bit cool but still pleasant.

Hallo ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Der Burger war kalt und nicht genießbar. Der Preis war überteuert. Die Bedienung war freundlich, aber das war auch alles. Man könnte ruhig etwas mehr tun für den Preis, der verlangt wird. Das war das erste und das letzte Mal, wo ich in diesem Restaurant war, so kann man seine Kundschaft auch verscheuchen.

Well, everything was delicious except the burger. My burger meat wasn't even really cooked through, there were a few pink to red spots in the burger. You could see that the burger wasn't cooked properly. I strongly recommend that you work on it and maybe fry the burgers through!

First of all, on the positive side: the burger patty tasted much better to me than at the two fast food chains opposite, and the additional things that you can put on the burger (e.g. mushrooms, sautéed onions) are a nice touch. That's it! The menu should help a customer find the right dish, so why not write that the “normal” burger has two layers of meat? Then the packaging: although we wanted to eat on site, everything was packed in a thick paper bag with lots of aluminum, the fries in a plastic disposable cup, if they hadn't already fallen out. Above all, the presentation of the food: you can do it that way, but then it looks bad. The meat had a pleasant texture, but lacked seasoning. The fries were neither crispy nor “creamy” (self-promotion on the wall), nothing special. The sauces (Heinz ketchup and the “Five Guys mayonnaise”) were boring. The seating area dismal. And then the prices: Meat has to cost, I don't want to say anything about that (nota bene: €12 for the normal burger without a side dish if self-service). But €5 for the small fries? The walls are tiled with critical acclaim. Form your own opinion. My opinion is that for a small grab-and-go cheeseburger, I would choose Five Guys over the other places, but nothing more.

It's become very dingy since it opened, the order wasn't carried out correctly even though it was correct on the receipt, the meat didn't go through even the third time, it seems like the main thing is to get people processed quickly, the drinks always taste sweet. In the evening, more attention is paid to tidying up the kitchen than to preparing the food. It was a shame that the brand had a different image.

It's five guys, the same as in the US. They don't heat their buns and they put strange squares in their fry bags but otherwise you're getting a very similar experience to what you'd expect in America. If you like their burgers and fries and milkshakes anywhere, you'll like them here.

The staff are actually very nice. The store, however, is totally filthy and absolutely unhygienic. The food is completely overpriced. Of course the costs have exploded everywhere but I don't know if it's necessary for a burger or a hot dog to be so expensive. Just because I can put three extra sauces on it doesn't mean the price is justified. We ate there yesterday and the food used to be much better, and the burgers and the portion were significantly larger. That's on top of that. The food was totally soggy and completely unrecognizable. Habe zum ersten Mal mir hier ein Cheeseburger geholt wegen mehreren Empfehlungen, aber meine Erwartungen wurden nicht ganz erfüllt der Burger war ok aber kein Wow mir fehlt der pep und Preis Leistung passt für mich auch nicht.

Wir waren heute das erste und vermutlich auch das letzte mal im Five Guys in Mannheim. Die Burger waren geschmacklich in Ordnung auch die Pommes waren okay. Dadurch, dass die Burger in Alufolie einwickelt waren, reichten die wenigen Augenblicke von der Theke zum Tisch aus, dass sich die Buns voll Feuchtigkeit zogen. Wir konnten mit Mühe einen Tisch finden, der nicht völlig verdreckt war. Fazit: Geschmack ok, wenn auch zu teuer für das Gebotene. Ambiente wie eine Bahnhofsunterführung. Sauberkeit nicht vorhanden.

Nicht billig aber günstig! Die Qualität war super. Alles frisch - man kann bei der Zubereitung sogar zusehen. Die Buns waren frisch und keineswegs pampig, wie man es von anderen Billig-Fastfoodketten kennt. Mit über 12€ alleine für den Bacon-Cheesburger (Pommes und „free-refill“-Getränk gehen extra!) sicherlich kein billiges Vergnügen. Aber wenn man bei anderen Ketten wirklich satt werden will muss man auch mit 13-15€ rechnen. Dafür stimmen aber hier Qualität und Preis-Leistung

Essen hat dort wirklich etwas amerikanisches. Vom Geschmack gefällt mir das daher ziemlich gut, jedoch wahrscheinlich eher individuell, da das Essen schon relativ fettig ist. Getränke können am Automaten dauerhaft nachgefüllt werden. Was die Preise angeht sind diese im Vergleich zu anderen Fast Food Ketten schon etwas teurer, ein Hamburger für fast 10€, schon fast einem Restaurant entsprechend.

Von der Atmosphäre fand ich es sehr unangenehm kühl die Pommes werden hier einfach in eine Papptüte geworfen das essen schmeckt zwar aber ist nicht besonders liebevoll hergerichtet und wird dann noch fest in alufolie eingepackt. Diese Kette ist absolut nicht nach meinem Geschmack. Gruss Glaschick

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Allerdings kann sich das eine Familie mit 2 oder 3 Kindern nicht erlauben. Ich habe für meinen Enkel und für mich Euro 36,00 bezahlt. Ein großer Burger, ein kleiner Burger,, 2 x PF und 2 Getränke. Das Ambiente ist sehr schlicht.

War mein erster und letzter Besuch zugleich. Absolut überteuert und vom Geschmack her ist wirklich jeder BigMac oder BigKing besser. Brot ist kühl und Fleisch ohne Wiedererkennung. Man wirbt, daß alles frisch ist aber wer schonmal in den Staaten bei In-N-Out Burger gegessen hat weiß, es geht frisch und günstig und vorallem viel schmackhafter. Ich hatte einen Buttercreme Shake welcher zwar lecker aber auch nicht atemberaubend war. Die Pommes sind zwar toll selbst gemacht waren aber komplett versalzen. Das Restaurant macht auf old school Ambiente was mir persönlich gefällt jedoch läßt die Hygiene sehr zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem wirklich nichts besonderes, nehmt lieber das Geld und geht in ein Diner, da werdet ihr definitiv mehr von haben.

Gute Burger mit Pommes. Leider schmeckt mir alles andere hier nicht 🤷🏻‍♂️ Aber das Fleisch ist frisch, das schmeckt man auch. Leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten dort etwas schwierig, aber sonst alles super.

Der Innenbereich mit den Tischen war extrem unhygienisch. Tische waren noch mit Essen und Verpackungsresten verdreckt, um welche bereits einige Fliegen kreisten. Essensreste, wie u.a. Pommes, lagen auf dem Gängen und unter den Tischen. Auch der Tisch, an welchem ich saß klebte stark. Als ich Ketchup und Mayonnaise holen wollte, kam außerdem ein sehr ekelhafter Geruch inkl. Fliegen aus dem Mülleimer. Ein besonders „Highlight“ im negativen Sinne war auch der Besuch der Toilette. Zum einem wurde ich von einem widerlichen Gestank nach abgestandenem Urin begrüßt. Zum anderen zierte eine große Pfütze den Bereich um die Wachbecken, sodass es unmöglich war - ohne seine Schuhe einzusauen - die Hände ordentlich zu waschen. Auch war das eine Waschbecken defekt und provisorisch gesperrt. Der Toilettenbesuch vor dem Essen hat mir den Hunger deutlich vergehen lassen. Dieser hygienische Zustand des „Restaurants“ ist mir unter verschiedenen Umständen unerklärlich: So wirbt Five Guys u.a. auch auf der eigenen Website mit „höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen“. Ich finde, dass mit solchen Ansprüchen auch ein Mindestmaß an Hygiene - besonders in der Gastronomie - einhergehen sollte. Zum anderen erwarte ich bei Preisen, wie in einem Full-Service Restaurant mit Bedienung, (36,75€ für 2x Burger, 1x Pommes und 2x Getränke) eine gewisse Grundhygiene. Vergleichbare Fast-Food-Restaurants haben eine gesonderten Mitarbeiter, welcher sich permanent um die Sauberkeit im Gästebereich kümmert. Ich empfinde es schlicht als eine Unverschämtheit solche Preise zu verlangen, ein solches Marketing zu betreiben und dann solche Hygiene in den Restaurants zu dulden.

Man wurde schnell bedient. Personal ist immer freundlich und korrekt. Burger sind sanftig und schmecken sehr gut. Man wird davon satt. Preise sind etwas teurer als die direkte Konkurrenz aber dafür qualitativ viel besser und geschmackvoller. Pommes sind besonders gut. Ich empfehle den Cheeseburger mit grünem Paprika noch dazu.

Vergessen Sie andere Fast-Food-Ketten wie McDonald's. Wenn Sie einen echten Hamburger wollen, müssen Sie hierher kommen. Ich hatte einen Cheeseburger, es ist kein verarbeitetes Fleisch, sondern eine echte Sache mit einem unglaublichen und einfachen Geschmack, den man nicht vergessen kann.

Waren letzten Sonntag dort (November2022).Wollte mal was anderes als Mc donalds oder Bk probieren. Ich hatte den Bacon Burger und eine kleine Fries bestellt. Da nicht viel los war ging das recht zügig. Die Tische waren allesamt etwas mehr oder weniger dreckig aber was solls. Die Patties schmeckten so,als hätte man eine Bratpfanne ein Jahr nicht mehr gesäubert und der Bacon war einfach nur Tot fritiert.Einfach nur schlecht,das kenne ich von den oben genannten besser. Die Fries waren auch nicht besser. Leider übersalzen :( Für mich eine einmalige Erfahrung. Kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Ps. Auch die Kostenlosen Erdnüsse sollte man dort lassen wo sie sind ;) Dies sind meine Erfahrung mit dem Laden in Mannheim. Die Geschmäcker sind ja bekantlich verschieden,aber keine Empfehlung von mir.

Tasted about like all Five Guys does, which is damn good. The staff were good and patient with some friends of ours who had never been to a Five Guys before and didn't at first understand the concept. The drink machine functioned just all the others do, which is good, and we sampled plenty of different flavors of both the Sprite and Fanta varieties. The aesthetics were identical to every other Five Guys we've been to, and we've been to more than 12. We could have been in Nashville USA or Cambridge England. We could have been in a Five Guys on the Moon if they had one there. But all Five Guys are good, so that's a good thing!

War einfach mal neugierig, ob an dem ganzen Hype um Qualität und Frische etwas dran ist. Mich hätte stutzig machen sollen, dass um die Mittagszeit herum im Laden gähnende Leere herrschte. Personal freundlich, aber langsam. Das Essen allerdings enttäuschend: lauwarmer 08/15-Burger, lieblos in Alufolie eingewickelt, in die Tüte geworfen zusammen mit 3 Papierservietten und darüber (!) eine Ladung Pommes geschüttet, die zwar reichlich, aber geschmacklich auch nicht so der Bringer waren, da zu weich und labbrig. Ein Minimum an Zivilisiertheit oder Esskultur in Form von Tablett und zumindest Holzpicker für die Pommes: Fehlanzeige. Gut, den Softdrink kann man nachfüllen. Der Preis für das Ganze: Unverschämte 15 Euro. Für mich ganz klar: Einmal und nie wieder - bei BK oder MD gibt's mehr und bessere Qualität für's Geld.

Das positive zuerst: Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und man kann Getränke kostenlos nachholen. Ich wollte dem Hype um die Five Guys einfach mal testen und bin mit der Familie dort essen gegangen. Ich persönlich fand den Laden direkt ungemütlich und steril verglichen zu anderen Fast Food Läden ... was aber eine rein subjektive Meinung ist. Mein Hauptkritikpunkt ist aber das Essen. Sorry aber mir hat weder der Burger noch die Pommes auch nur im Ansatz geschmeckt. Beim Burger war, für meinen Geschmack, weder das Fleisch noch das Brot lecker. Ich würde jede Burgervariante von MC oder BK ...oder von wem auch immer vorziehen. Im Gegenzug war das Essen auch noch erheblich teurer. Das ich mich Stunden nach einem Restaurantbesuch noch über das Essen geärgert haben, hatte ich bisher wirklich noch nie. Im Laden hängen unzählige Zeitungsausschnitte aus aller Welt, die belegen sollen wie gut und beliebt das Essen von den Five Guys ist...Sorry, für mich leider überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar. Jeder kann sich gerne ein eigenes Bild machen und ein andere Meinung haben. MIR hat es leider nicht geschmeckt und nicht gefallen.

All das Gerede über Five Guys, waren dann auch mal da und haben was zum mit neen bestellt. Habe für dieses Geld mit meiner Gesundheit bezahlt. Das Brot so nass und zusammengedrückt dass es eigentlich nicht existent war. Komplett geschmacklos feucht und labberig. Die patties nicht richtig durchgebraten und die Pommes einfach nur matchige Würstchen in einem Becher zusammengedrückt. Das war das erste und letzte Mal. Daheim direkt alles wieder ausgekotzt.

Unverschämte Preise! 10€ für einen Mittelklasse Burger ohne Pommes oder Getränk! Es gibt keine Tablettes, das Essen wird in Alufolie verpackt. Geschmacklich auch nicht die Bombe.

As a weekly customer, i want to write my opinion, after reading some negative comments, but since they open and i visit this store with my friends, the milkshakes are amazing, food ingredients are super fresh which give an amazing taste, sometimes we might face some wrong order, but even because it was too busy or new employees, we all make faults in our life, but when checking it back, they always been so good and respectfull and try to give extra things as an extra care for the mistake accured. So recommend to try, even if you have a bad experience once, it happens in all restaurants, and I eat outside everyday, all kinds of restaurants, and Five Guys is still Five Guys

Superteuer, kleine portionen, burger lieblos in "nachhaltige" alufolie gewickelt, dadurch in nullkommanix durchgeweicht, pommes einfach auf den burger in die tüte gekippt. Hier wird absolut alles vermieden, was einem das gefühl gibt, gast zu sein, im gegenteil.

Wir haben gestern vor Ort bestellt und abgeholt - wir waren beseelt! Leckere Burger, leckeres Hot Dog, köstliche Pommes und sehr, sehr nette Crew vor Ort!

We are very dissapointed in this location--which is too bad as we have been eagerly looking forward to having a Five Guys nearer to our home...we often enjoy the place in Frankfurt or Berlin as well as in the USA. Today we placed a to go lunch order via the app (which is super well set up). Pick up scheudled for 11:30. We arrived at 11:32 (finding somewhere to pull over in downtown Mannheim was even harder than anticiapted). Outside on a table are signs saying "abholen" with an arrow poitning left and "bestellen" with an arrow poitning right. So we went left, to the exit door. It was locked. There was no bell to ring or anyhting to do to indicate you are there...and a long hallway so no chance to see workers or think a knock will be heard. After waiting a minute we thought maybe the sign meant to go towwards the left after already inside and went into the entrance door to teh right (we were literally the only non employees there). At the counter one nice employee asked our name and went to get our food. The other came up and said we were supposed to wait oustide and was VERY rude in her delivery. She kept insisting we head outside even as the other employee was bringing our food and telling her we were fine. The sinage does not provide enough information to be clear...nor do I have any feeling we would have been given our food anytime soon had we waited outside. The food was already cold when we got it...in our hands by 11:34 for an order meant to pick up at 11:30. Hmmmmm The worst part is that after getting home we found one of the burgers was not made as ordered and had tomatoes on it. The recipet shows the correct order...we did not screw up, Five Guys did. Faced with driving 45 minutes round trip plus parking and rude employee to get a replacement or refund, or just cutting our lossses, we are pithcing the nearly 10 euro cheeseburger made incorretcly and will likely not ever return to the Mannheim location.

Waren heute zum ersten mal im Five guys. Keine Ahnung wo der Hype hier herkommt. Hamburger vom Geschmack OK, mehr aber nicht. Viel zu klein, Pommes ganz OK aber auch nichts besonderes. Serviert wird das alles in Alufolie, die Pommes in nem Becher, der Rest Pommes fliegt in der Papiertüte rum. Sitzgelegenheiten draussen einfach nur lieblos. Die absolute Krönung ist der Preis, den kann man getrost Unverschämt nennen. Jeder Whopper bei BK ist ähnlich gut und halb so teuer. Wir waren jetzt zweimal dort, das Erste und Letzte mal.

Ich wollte den „Neuen“ in der Mannheimer City testen und bin nachmittags unter der Woche hin. Und es wird leider das Einzige Mal bleiben, denn: 1. der Burger ist total matschig (also das Brot) und trieft 2. die Pommes werden in einen Pappbecher hingeschmissen, sodass sie auch rausfallen und in der Papiertüte liegen. Ganz schnell sind die kalt 3. der Service ist total überfordert (ok es sind wohl die ersten Tage nach der Eröffnung, trotzdem sollte man Einiges durchgespielt haben 4. draußen sitzen ist eine Zumutung. Man bekommt einen Tisch zugewiesen, aber da die Tische draußen einfach so stehen, setzen sich irgendwelche Leute hin, die nicht essen oder hingehören, man ist gezwungen einen anderen Tisch zu nehmen und es entsteht Chaos 5. alles in allem ist es eher das Niveau vom gelben M oder vom BK, mit ein bisschen besserem Geschmack aber für 16€ für einen Burger+kleine (!) Pommes+ (kleines!) Getränk gehe ich lieber in ein richtiges Burger-Restaurant und sitze schöner und habe bessere Qualität.

Burger matschig, zwar gut belegt, aber bei einem Preis von € 9,50!!!!! kann man das auch erwarten. Geschmacklich: ging so. Aussehen: gruselig. Pommes waren wohl für einen Becher zu viel. Deshalb lagen sie wohl unverpackt in der Tüte = gleich kalt. Burger in ALUFOLIE eingewickelt - schon mal was Umwelt gehört? Das PReis-Leistungsverhältnis ist überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Große Portion Pommes über € 6,--. Getränke kann man zwar kostenlos nachfüllen, aber so viel trinken kann man nicht, dass es die überteuerten Burger wieder rausholt. Einmal und nie wieder

What a terrible experience. Due to Corona, I walked in, i been giving a table number and told to order the food and sit down where someone would bring the order to my table, I order my food (17.00 € for a bacon cheese burger, fries, and a coke), I asked a waiter where my table was and she pointed a busy table where 2 idiots have simply decide to sit down and eat without assignment, after few minutes of discussion they decide to give me another table that was not yet been clean... all of this Corona drama and difficult organization just to end up to sit on a dirty table, at this point I been in the restaurant for about 15-20 minutes and realized that volume of the music playing is unbearable, I MEAN LOUD!!!!! so I decide to take my food home... The meat is better than Macdonald´s but doesn't stand a chance with the meet from Jamie´s Burger. The burger doesn't come with anything inside other than what I asked believing would be an extra topping... I could only taste the melted cheese and bun was soggy. It took years to open this place and I honestly hope it would close today, to leave room for something better, save your money and go to Jamie´s burger, its cheaper, tastier and definitely superior quality.
