He wanted 30 euro for a burger, a pomes and a glass of cola. Burger was raw. The pomegranate tasted awful. The only thing that was good was the cola. It was good because they didn't produce it themselves. It's not worth the money. Never, ever again.

Delicious food for in between meals. I always go to the cinema first (near Liederhalle) and then to Five Guys. Unfortunately a bit expensive. Medium fries, burger, small sandwich and 2 drinks for 30€ There you can budget 15-20€ pp. Everything is freshly prepared and tasty, but unfortunately just a bit expensive. The fries are from Five Guys and have been pre-fried. They still have some shell which is usually crispy. The milkshake is individual and very tasty, unfortunately almost 7€. You can refill your drinks at one (several) Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. (2 in the basement, 1 in the upper floor) The staff is mostly nice, but their German is poor.

We ordered medium potatoes, which corresponded to about 200-350 gr (which was too much). You couldn't eat the burger, it fell apart. I asked to eat it on the spot, but they didn't give me a tray... food on the bare table? There was no ice in any of the 3 soda machines. The guy at the counter himself was very nice. I wouldn't mention the state of the toilets... terrible... I think we were the first and last here

We wanted to find out if the hype surrounding Five Guys was justified. However, we found the concept of the fries a bit confusing. We ordered a portion for each burger, not realizing that one portion is easily enough for three people. We have three menus. Paid €75, which each consisted of a burger, a portion of fries and a drink. We were able to refill the drinks as we wished, but unfortunately they tasted very "weird" - the Cola wasn't like Cola and the Fanta wasn't like Fanta. We barely finished our first drinks. The waiting time was okay, but we found the burgers to taste rather average. The prices are quite high by fast food standards, and the hygiene left a lot to be desired - there were leftovers everywhere. Overall, the price-performance ratio here is not right for us.

I had a very bad experience with the kitchen staff. There is a lack of politeness and manners towards customers. In addition, the drinks machine was broken. Unfortunately, I no longer feel like going back. Two customers less.

Very easy to reach in the middle of Stuttgart from Königsstr. Food very good and it is really clean. The refill station was cleaned again and again, and the toilets were also really clean. Burger 🍔 was eatable. if you bery hungry not cheap. suggest to go macdonald nearby or diff restaurant. customer service okey. room is nice and clean i can say. food 👎🏼👎🏼 not so good.

Not cheap but an authentic US hamburger experience. Significantly better than the industrialized junk from larger chains. The 50s style of the store is also a plus.

I came to Stuttgart today to try Five Guys and I wasn't disappointed! At around 5:30 p.m. our waiting time was less than two minutes. Since it was our first time there, the friendly employee briefly explained the possible combinations to us and made recommendations. The Coca Cola Freestyle machine with numerous flavors kept us busy for the maximum 3 minute wait until our menus were ready. The burgers with up to 15 free toppings absolutely convinced us. Generously topped with noticeably fresh ingredients. 2 juicy patties. Top. There's no skimping on the fries. Absolutely enough for two 90kg candy bears and there are even some left over because they are so full! 5/5

The prices shocked me. I thought if I paid €8.20 for a hot dog that it would be particularly big or something, but what I got wasn't even worth half the price and the fries for €5.50 were a small cup of fries?? ? I was speechless 🙈

I’ve eaten here 3 times so far, first was at the restaurant and it was fine. 2nd time I got delivery and my order was wrong. 3rd time I got delivery and got food poisoning for over a week from it. I wont eat here again.

Seems to be very interesting from outside and well, but it's rather deceptive that we had to wait 15 minutes for our food in the restaurant. Did we get something completely different than what we ordered and our fries were simply dumped into the bag so it's not worth recommending Mc Donald's 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve been to five guys several times, but today I went there upstairs to wait for my friend to join me. Then the waiter came and said you have to order something to seat here we don’t have free toilets! He was so unfriendly and rude to me that I decided to leave the place! Why is that? I will never eat there again.. so inhospitable.

Cool place to grab a quick bite while shopping. The staff is friendly, joyful and happy to please. Would definitely recommend ❤️

I have never experienced such bad service. It would be helpful if someone at the checkout could speak German. If I order something saying that I want it extra, it means that I want it extra and not that it is squeezed into the food. The food wasn't particularly good either - I've never eaten bacon that dry.

First the positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. I would give this 4 to 5 stars out of 5 stars. I had the bacon burger. The taste is significantly better than McDonalds and Burger King. Of course, fries, soft drinks and milk shakes cost extra. Negatives: Unfortunately, most employees from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan or Sri Lanka understand German very poorly. Even though the toilets were clean, they left a negative impression. Very heavy doors on the individual toilet cubicles. Very narrow toilet and narrow in general. Because of the price/performance and the narrowness of the toilets, I deducted 2 stars. I certainly can't understand the hype surrounding Five Guys.

Too expensive for what it is. The fries were nice, but the burgers were bland and absolutely nothing special. Coke and other drinks are watered down. To get full you can spend 30€ there while for the same money you can get a nice meal in a somewhat fancy restaurant. Literally everything there is should be half the price to justify itself.

Definitely not the best burger I’ve had. Quite pricey, and for the amount of money I spent, I could had had a decent meal in a decent restaurant. At least the fries were ok. Also, we went upstairs to eat. The floor was slick. I almost slipped once. And the toilets were dirty and awful.

Have never seen a dining spot with such a terrible hygiene! Floors are all dirty, tables full of leftovers...absolutely disgusting. No bacon and the ice machine was not working as well - asked for a refund on my drink, since I didn't want to drink a warm soda. Milkshake peanut butter tastes amazing, the portion is a bit big, definitely a calorie bomb. I haven't tried anything else.

Food was ok but very expensive. A cheeseburger with small fries and a hot dog with a drink 32.60 euros. Portions weren't large, normal. Drinks are very heavily diluted with water. Staff was friendly.

Good but now really extremely expensive for fast food

So etwas ekeliges und überteuertes Essen in schmutziger Atmosphäre habe ich noch nie erlebt. Für 3 Burger, 3x Pommes und 3 Getränke 69 Euro. Die Pommes wurden zusammen in einer Papiertüte geworfen. Die Brötchen waren Kalt und der Käse hatte nicht den Hauch einer Chance zu zerlaufen. Auf nach frage, wurde versucht mir zu erklären, das diese nur maximal 5 Grad haben dürfen. Wer dort hin geht, wird bitter enttäuscht. Wir sind es.

First time eating at Five Guys and i have to say we were impressed. The burgers taste delicious, not that expensive and if you buy the drink you get a cup and can refill even 10 times if you want. You really have a lot of sodas to pick from. When we will be back in Stuttgartt we will come back for sure! I have to mention that the service was really good as well even though we are not from Germany and we dont speek german language as well so we were impressed.

Absolutely unacceptable for the price. Cheeseburger for €8 and not even 100g of beef on a bun. There aren't even any product photos. Non-carbonated drinks and not in the right concentration. Sorry guys but if you want to take on the big players you have to be cheaper or deliver better quality as well as quantity.

The store wasn't very busy at the moment I was there. But it was still pretty dirty. Waiting time after ordering was ok. I had a chili cheese burger and fries. It's cool that you can put together the burger the way you want. The portion size was ok. But the taste of the burger wasn't great. I don't think it's that tasty that the chilies were raw and not pickled. I also found the burger to be quite dry. The Cajun fries were quite good. But I found the prices (too) high.

Plenty of places to sit. The staff are always welcoming and nice. Food is fantastic.

EDITED: AFTER A FEW MONTHS AND MANY VISITS I HAD TO REDUCE FROM 4 TO 1 STAR. Now after the grand opening everything switched to a complete nightmare. out of 12 orders to take away NONE was right. sometimes they forget the fries, sometimes they just change 2 burgers to one double or the other way around, switch toppings or forget the meat on the burger (not kidding). ordering in german or english is problematic since some of them don't speak it and they had to get somebody else to help them. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER ON THE RECEIPT. the frustration is big when you get home and everything is wrong. what is wrong with you five guys? everybody I talked to had a similar experience! and I only go there when it is not busy (so I don't have to wait in line)...what makes it even more pathetic. there is a perfect word for it in german: TOTALAUSFALL !!!

After McDonald's has become more expensive over the years, it's not that expensive here anymore in comparison. A cheeseburger costs about 5 times as much as a Mc, it easily weighs 3 times as much and tastes 5 times as good. So in the end you get even more for your money.

The bacon cheeseburger sandwich was good but small for €15, whereas the bacon cheeseburger was small, an MC sandwich for €2 and much bigger in my opinion, €9 isn't worth a glass of chips, €10 and for my taste I'm not crazy about a glass of Sprite €4.20 costs too much in my opinion.

This was our first visit to Five Guys since we returned from the USA - and we were really looking forward to it. 4 burgers, ONLY one of which was ok. 2 times the bun fresh from the fridge and 1 time with totally wrong toppings! The burgers were very bad because the patties weren't done yet and there was no salad even though I ordered, one of them only had a few small pieces of lettuce that wasn't fresh, the bun felt dry and old and the burgers just tasted very old, nothing of fresh taste as promised, too expensive for the bad burgers. The only thing that was good were the fries, the rest were worse than other fast food restaurants.

Delicious burgers. Delicious fries. Toilets extremely dirty and disgusting, even though there wasn't much going on today. It's a shame, the experience isn't particularly good.

The food is godly for a fast food restaurant and I'd even make an exception every week and come here if me and my friends don't know where to eat at. It's a bit chaotic, but its GOOOD. They always give you extra fries and you have to customize your own burger, and they also have cups you can refill, so overall really good. Even better if you're out drinking

Absolutely overpriced, stale, bad food. The meat from the burgers is far too dry, the bread is far too stale, the salads are far too bland and stale, the bacon is far too dry. Taste is absolutely zero. 2 burgers 2 fries 2 drinks for 48 euros. For the quality you get, the price is absolutely unjustified. The store is not recommended. It's better to eat a kebab with a drink for 10 euros.

Poor service. It closed at midnight, we arrived at 10pm and they pressured us to choose. They said "hurry up and choose". Everyone staring and criticizing, very bad atmosphere. I don't recommend it.
