five guys, I loved it, made in a traditional way, really delicious

There's probably better food cheaper at the main station! 15€ for a hot dog and a 0.5l drink, which you can refill as often as you like, but that is still completely overpriced. The quality of the hot dog was subpar, a piece of flaky, soft bread with two small sausages inside. Accessories such as fried onions etc. They weren't particularly good either, and there was an extra charge. The store itself is beautifully decorated and the toilets were clean too. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend FiveGuys and will not eat here again.

We are French, we don't know the principle of five guys So we took 5 burgers, 5 fries and 5 drinks to compose a menu 129€€€ Yes the whole team behind was making fun of us We understood when we collected the huge bag of fries that it was way too much. Do you think that just one of the employees could have explained to us that taking 2 servings was more than enough for all of us….. Disappointed with the behavior of the employees!

Five Guys is one of my favourite fast-foods. I'll try to not have a biased opinion. The food got ready very fast and it was delicious. I can say that the buns were a bit soggy from the sauce if that bothers you, but for me it was ok. Inside it was quite loud from the grilling, frying and all the people there, but at least there are tables outside. The service wasn't anything special. Would recommend it if you are in the area and like Five Guys.

The food was absolutely amazing and there was a lot of it too. But we paid €50 for two people, which is a lot for two burgers, two milkshakes and a small fries. As far as the service and the ambience are top!

Way too expensive. A normal burger (without cheese or bacon) with fries and a drink costs €20. There are plenty of shops in Stuttgart that are better and cheaper. The burger was okay but nothing more.

I DON'T understand all those who are whining here... mimi too expensive. I always buy fries that they use privately too. They're really expensive in the retail store - but cool. Not your run-of-the-mill MC or BK shit. The citizen was fat and the pattis were good and not a flimsy roll topped with a slice of meat that was as thick as my slice of sausage in the morning. Greetings go out to MC. A menu cost me €22 with a “small” portion of fries. Was as much as 2 big ones at MC. drink and the citizen. Yes it's expensive but 20 times better. I didn't feel bad and didn't regret it like I did with MC 😂✌️ keep complaining and trash yourself with BK and MC.

Can't get enough of their freshly prepped burgers and hotdogs. Fries are the best texture I've had for a while across several continents. Always a pleasure eating here.

Price performance absolute taste explosion, the restaurant already has 🌟STARS🌟 level💸💸💸 whereby you can easily get rid of 40-50 EUR relatively quickly. It's okay once you try it! Everything is freshly prepared but because of the heat in the burger🍔 the bun on top and bottom softens to a soggy mush which is very disappointing, even with BG & MC & Co that's not the case, well fried which makes the bun tasty. At 'Five Guys' you don't have the option of simply choosing a burger menu💫NO💫NO💫 you seriously pay extra for everything from🍔to🍟to🥤the toppings to choose from are a joke especially if you want ketchup, mayo, barbeque etc. in the 🍔 you want to look for the sauce and you will only find a blob which is really ridiculous. Fries in a cup > it's deceptive that there's a lot but there's very little content < I buy the whole bag for this price. On the one hand, the topping is advertised as free and on the other hand, being stingy is cool... saving money on everything!!! Conclusion: At 'Five Guys' the money bag loses kilos in seconds, which is guaranteed to make you poor, that makes you long to cook yourself at home and it always tastes best at home🤭👌🏼😇 in hungry, out hungry. What could be better about it, that everything is handmade, i.e. a surcharge because everything is prepared by hand, here you as a customer are poor, everything is charged extra. The burgers aren't that special. Make it yourself at home, I make the best Ćevapčići burgers or patties burgers, you just need good ingredients like organic meat etc.

The main reasons why I don't go there anymore. PRICE and performance. The small burger was ok and the medium fries were mediocre, but they cost 22 euros with a drink. Cheeky. You get your food in an environmentally friendly paper bag, even if you want to eat in the restaurant. The aluminum foil around the burger is unnecessary in the restaurant. Everything is mixed up in the bag and a reusable tray would be too much to ask for. The burger wasn't a highlight for the price. The small one costs just under €10, the large one costs almost €14, I think. I can get a whole menu elsewhere. Sorry Five Guys, I'm out of there.

Five Guys is definitely better than McDonald’s when it comes to the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The burgers are delicious and the portions are generous. However, there are better burger shops in Stuttgart where you can tell that the burgers are made with more love and care. For a quick, solid burger, Five Guys is definitely a good choice.

Definitely one of the worse burgers. Very large selection of drinks. Great view of Königsstrasse.

In terms of price, 5 Guys is well above its competitors. There are no menus. > Choose burgers with ingredients > Fries (small, medium or large) > Choose a drink or shake - done. The drinks can be refilled free of charge at any time at the refill station - a big plus. A “simple” cheeseburger comes with two patties, two slices of cheese and your choice of toppings. (e.g. jalapenos) Conclusion: - it really fills you up. Delicious freshly prepared food, rustic (yet sterile atmosphere) Unfortunately, a tap in the toilet and a Dyson nozzle didn't work. 4/5 stars.

Perverts behind the counter, very close to harassment. It was very noticeable just when entering the store. I will no longer enter this store in the future, even though I was very impressed with the chain when I was in Freiburg.

Expensive: Burger (avg 11 euro) + Pommes (4-5 Euro) + Coke (4-5 Euro): Total around 20 Euro. McDonals Menu including Burger, Pommes and Coke ( avg 11 Euro) However, Burgers and Pommes are good. And cold drinks, ketchup and mayo are unlimited. One should try at least once.

Very impersonal service, the kitchen team had an extensive live discussion with a food delivery driver. The taste of the burger and the fries was very good, but the price was astronomical, far too expensive even for Swiss standards, which definitely doesn't allow for regular visits. Overall a mediocre experience. The atmosphere is cold and not very inviting to stay.

The employees are so disrespectful I was a customer and ate there and went out for a bit and was not allowed to use the toilet afterwards even though I had eaten there before and was then sent out even though I kindly said that I had already been there 10 minutes ago In addition, the employees can hardly speak German and are very incompetent

The food was meh, it didn't come with the hot sauce i ordered, the grilled onions barely had any taste, the patties were saltless and flavorless, the salad, tomatoes and the pickles in the burger were actually rlly good also the bottom bun was so flat and compressed it kept flopping and the other ingredients slid out of the burger. The workers were kind and it kinda saved the experience, the atmosphere was lacking, the volume of the music was wayyy too loud and honestly pick a better playlist this pop rock from the early 2000's don't fit with the style of five guys total for a cheese burger and a milkshake: 19.70€ (milkshake was good)

He wanted 30 euro for a burger, a pomes and a glass of cola. Burger was raw. The pomegranate tasted awful. The only thing that was good was the cola. It was good because they didn't produce it themselves. It's not worth the money. Never, ever again.

Delicious food for in between meals. I always go to the cinema first (near Liederhalle) and then to Five Guys. Unfortunately a bit expensive. Medium fries, burger, small sandwich and 2 drinks for 30€ There you can budget 15-20€ pp. Everything is freshly prepared and tasty, but unfortunately just a bit expensive. The fries are from Five Guys and have been pre-fried. They still have some shell which is usually crispy. The milkshake is individual and very tasty, unfortunately almost 7€. You can refill your drinks at one (several) Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. (2 in the basement, 1 in the upper floor) The staff is mostly nice, but their German is poor.

We ordered medium potatoes, which corresponded to about 200-350 gr (which was too much). You couldn't eat the burger, it fell apart. I asked to eat it on the spot, but they didn't give me a tray... food on the bare table? There was no ice in any of the 3 soda machines. The guy at the counter himself was very nice. I wouldn't mention the state of the toilets... terrible... I think we were the first and last here

We wanted to find out if the hype surrounding Five Guys was justified. However, we found the concept of the fries a bit confusing. We ordered a portion for each burger, not realizing that one portion is easily enough for three people. We have three menus. Paid €75, which each consisted of a burger, a portion of fries and a drink. We were able to refill the drinks as we wished, but unfortunately they tasted very "weird" - the Cola wasn't like Cola and the Fanta wasn't like Fanta. We barely finished our first drinks. The waiting time was okay, but we found the burgers to taste rather average. The prices are quite high by fast food standards, and the hygiene left a lot to be desired - there were leftovers everywhere. Overall, the price-performance ratio here is not right for us.

Very easy to reach in the middle of Stuttgart from Königsstr. Food very good and it is really clean. The refill station was cleaned again and again, and the toilets were also really clean. The food was delicious, but I have to say it's a shame when you go there for the first time and the service can't even really speak German to explain to you how it works.

I came to Stuttgart today to try Five Guys and I wasn't disappointed! At around 5:30 p.m. our waiting time was less than two minutes. Since it was our first time there, the friendly employee briefly explained the possible combinations to us and made recommendations. The Coca Cola Freestyle machine with numerous flavors kept us busy for the maximum 3 minute wait until our menus were ready. The burgers with up to 15 free toppings absolutely convinced us. Generously topped with noticeably fresh ingredients. 2 juicy patties. Top. There's no skimping on the fries. Absolutely enough for two 90kg candy bears and there are even some left over because they are so full! 5/5

The prices shocked me. I thought if I paid €8.20 for a hot dog that it would be particularly big or something, but what I got wasn't even worth half the price and the fries for €5.50 were a small cup of fries?? ? I was speechless 🙈

Not cheap but an authentic US hamburger experience. Significantly better than the industrialized junk from larger chains. The 50s style of the store is also a plus.

I’ve been to five guys several times, but today I went there upstairs to wait for my friend to join me. Then the waiter came and said you have to order something to seat here we don’t have free toilets! He was so unfriendly and rude to me that I decided to leave the place! Why is that? I will never eat there again.. so inhospitable.

I have never experienced such bad service. It would be helpful if someone at the checkout could speak German. If I order something saying that I want it extra, it means that I want it extra and not that it is squeezed into the food. The food wasn't particularly good either - I've never eaten bacon that dry.

First the positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. I would give this 4 to 5 stars out of 5 stars. I had the bacon burger. The taste is significantly better than McDonalds and Burger King. You can also choose from 15 toppings such as pickles, onions, grilled onions, tomatoes, etc. for free. You can even take all 15 toppings for free. Of course, fries, soft drinks and milk shakes cost extra. Negatives: Unfortunately, most employees from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan or Sri Lanka understand German very poorly. But you can get on very well with English. It was e.g. B. didn't understand that I asked for a menu. It was only when I switched to English that they understood and told me that there was no paper menu, just the displays above the cash register. Because of the price/performance and the narrowness of the toilets, I deducted 2 stars. I certainly can't understand the hype surrounding Five Guys.

Too expensive for what it is. The fries were nice, but the burgers were bland and absolutely nothing special. Coke and other drinks are watered down. To get full you can spend 30€ there while for the same money you can get a nice meal in a somewhat fancy restaurant. Literally everything there is should be half the price to justify itself.

Definitely not the best burger I’ve had. Quite pricey, and for the amount of money I spent, I could had had a decent meal in a decent restaurant. At least the fries were ok. Also, we went upstairs to eat. The floor was slick. I almost slipped once. And the toilets were dirty and awful.

Have never seen a dining spot with such a terrible hygiene! Floors are all dirty, tables full of leftovers...absolutely disgusting. No bacon and the ice machine was not working as well - asked for a refund on my drink, since I didn't want to drink a warm soda. Was declined - I asked if she could tell the customer before ordering - no response...

Food was ok but very expensive. A cheeseburger with small fries and a hot dog with a drink 32.60 euros. Portions weren't large, normal. Drinks are very heavily diluted with water. Staff was friendly.

So etwas ekeliges und überteuertes Essen in schmutziger Atmosphäre habe ich noch nie erlebt. Für 3 Burger, 3x Pommes und 3 Getränke 69 Euro. Die Pommes wurden zusammen in einer Papiertüte geworfen. Die Brötchen waren Kalt und der Käse hatte nicht den Hauch einer Chance zu zerlaufen. Auf nach frage, wurde versucht mir zu erklären, das diese nur maximal 5 Grad haben dürfen. Wer dort hin geht, wird bitter enttäuscht. Wir sind es.
