We rented their conference room for company workshop. The room was very clean, and the entire ground floor has a very cozy and warm atmosphere. Professional and friendly service. The buffet was also excellent.

We have been coming to the “Schöre” for many years. It's always nice, plus there's delicious food and very good beer🤷‍♂️

War leider eine Katastrophe. Hatten eine Brauerei Führung die Klasse war und sehr informativ. Da wir eine Gruppe waren hatten wir auch Essen vorbestellt. Das Essen war gut und Handwerklich haben die Betreiber wirklich was auf dem Kasten. Leider hat das Essen nicht gereicht und auf freundliche Nachfrage hat man nur eine aggressive Antwort bekommen. Uns wurde unterstellt das wir die Bedienungen sexuell Belästigt haben. Und und und Schließlich haben wir unsere Sachen gepackt und sind gegangen. So wurde aus einem schönen Abend eine Katastrophe. War das erste und letzte Mal. Den Betreibern wünsche ich ein schönes Leben und Erfolg. Nur diesen Weg den sie eingeschlagen haben sehe ich schwarz für ihre Zukunft.

Beer and food good, location modest except for the beer garden

Freshly renovated food OK We were there again for the “all you can eat” suckling pig dinner. It was excellent, tasted good and all four were satisfied. We'll be back.

Beautifully designed brewery. There are several guest rooms and a not-too-large beer garden. As befits a brewery, there is a selection of different beers. Session beers are also available depending on the season. The selection of food is good and there is something for everyone. The taste and the price are completely consistent. The service is sufficient and very attentive. In short, it's fun to come here.

Basically a great restaurant with a cozy brewery atmosphere. It's a great place to end the evening after work or have a good meal on the weekend. The service is friendly and accommodating. We also found the starter very tasty, we had a side salad and a white bean dip with baguette, very tasty. Unfortunately, neither of us liked the starter that much. The veggie burger was nothing special, the BBQ sauce was very present. Unfortunately, the pasta with asparagus and goat cheese was also a bit bland. We found the prices a bit too high for that. Nevertheless, we would come back because everything else was good, especially the cozy atmosphere and the service.

Delicious beer from the region. We were in the brewery room, nice and very cozy. Top service, super friendly and attentive. We then took part in the beer seminar with Rainer Horn and tasted the beer specialties. Rainer Horn does a really great job. What was a bit boring and took too long was the brewery tour.

This is a local restaurant with home brewed beer that is located on the premises of the Airport Park-Hotel Echterdingen. Service is very good, friendly and fast. Menu is limited but good local choices as well as international / general options. Very nice place for a dinner after a long buisness day ....
