Great food, great service, great atmosphere 👍

Absolutely top-notch. The two of us went for dinner one weekend evening without a reservation. We received a very friendly welcome, and even though it was packed, we managed to get a table. Thank you again. Overall, the service was very good. The food was top-notch, as you would expect, with beautifully tender meat, including roast pork and smoked pork. The beer was particularly good. We'd happily go back and highly recommend it.

The restaurant's ambiance is beautifully rustic. It's easy to get a seat even on weekends. The place is unfortunately unusually loud. It seems like a droning babble of voices is everywhere, and you can only speak in a raised voice. The staff was mostly quick, attentive, and friendly. It felt like there were fewer employees on duty on Saturday than on Friday. This unfortunately affected the service on Saturday. At first, no one came. When we ordered at the counter, the employee behind it wasn't particularly friendly, but she at least called a colleague. Because the restaurant is loud, as described, half of our order was misunderstood. Unfortunately, the server was so stressed that we couldn't complain.

A beautiful old restaurant. A great beer garden right on the market square. The whole atmosphere is incredibly cozy. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous for the price. I highly recommend the sausage salad and the schnitzel. Very important: It's best to reserve a table in advance!

Really good... The many good reviews are absolutely justified. The Maultaschen are homemade and come with a really good sauce. The onion roast is perfect, and spaetzle is just like grandma's. The beer rounds off the meal—a clear recommendation every time.

Everything is really nice for a brewery. The staff is friendly and the burgers are great. The prices are just a bit too high.

The food was excellent, with very large portions. The service was very curt, unfriendly, and impatient. It seemed like he was busy, even though it wasn't busy at all.

I had the salmon salad. The dressing was nothing special, and most of the salad was rather bitter. A large pile of sprouts and cress on top. It looked quite good, but the proportions to the salad weren't right. The worst part was the salmon. It wasn't fully cooked and rather mushy; I've never experienced anything like that with salmon before. I didn't eat about half of it, and while I was eating, no server came by to complain to. There was no "Was everything OK?" or anything like that when clearing the food or paying either. For the price, I expect better food and service.

We've been here several times, but five years ago it was great, but last time (July 2025) it was a disappointing experience. The service that day was downright indifferent and almost rude. Normal questions were answered curtly and unsatisfactorily. In short, we won't be stopping here again on vacation; apparently, there are enough people, and then the service deteriorates rapidly. Such a shame!

We were at the brewery for a team celebration. The service was very attentive and quick. The food selection is somewhat limited for vegetarians. The cheese spaetzle was good (a very large portion), but a small salad would have been appreciated. The atmosphere was great because it was modern yet still retained its Bauhaus charm.

The beer is great. The food, even less so. The waiters... the Italian waiter has no respect. The way he talked to the guests and ridiculed them was unbearable (July 1, 2025). If I hadn't been invited with a group, I would have spoken to the owner and complained. I've already warned my friends about a possible attempt at humiliation.

We initially came for the beer, but the food and especially the service were fantastic! Attentive yet unobtrusive, quick, and efficient. The house-made Helles is on the bitter/dry side, but that's a matter of taste. The seasonal beer is excellent and more of a craft beer. Balanced and slightly bitter, it has hints of melon, peach, and caramel in its aroma and flavor, underscored by a subtle hop note. Great, highly recommended! It's a bit higher in alcohol, though. It was a real discovery in the Stuttgart area; highly recommended.

We had a drink in the evening since we were staying at the Parkhotel. The atmosphere was great. It was a bit like the Fly attraction at Phantasialand. Really nice. We'd go again!

Unpleasant server, steep bill, poor welcome, I do not recommend

The food was good but depended on the dish, the pork schnitzel was average, the beef ravioli was great. The cake dessert was very beautifully presented but totally tasteless. Service was great, attentive but not overly disruptive. Overall recommended.

The four of us drank 3-4 Pilsners and ate something (2 burgers, 1 sausage salad, and 1 cheese spaetzle). Everyone was full and very satisfied. The outdoor area, although very small on Echterdingen's main street, was cozy. The service and restroom facilities are particularly noteworthy. Truly top-notch!

This is a local restaurant with home brewed beer that is located on the premises of the Airport Park-Hotel Echterdingen. Service is very good, friendly and fast. Menu is limited but good local choices as well as international / general options. Very nice place for a dinner after a long buisness day ....

We were there for the second time as part of our joint trade fair evening and everyone was very satisfied. Very friendly staff. Fast processing of orders and an all-round nice atmosphere. Onion roast roast cooked to perfection and simply a delight! We'd love to come back.

The service was really nice. They even gave me a little Obatzda to try because a whole portion would have been too much for me. The food was good, the beer was good, everything was good!

We visited the restaurant which belongs to the hotel. Everything was beautiful, the place was lovely, and the food was excellent. However, we are giving just one star because of the extremely poor service we received. Despite the restaurant being half-empty, the staff completely ignored us. We spoke English, and although our waiter was fluent, he repeatedly pretended not to understand us, which was absurd. Near closing time, all guests who spoke German were offered a last round of beers, but we were ignored entirely. After 30 minutes of waiting with empty glasses, the waiter finally came to ask if we’d like a final round. We said yes, but instead of serving us, he brought the bill and told us rudely to pay and leave. Absolutely unacceptable treatment.

It is extremely loud in this brewery. In addition, there are screens on all the walls, so there is practically no place where you don't have to watch football, as in our case. The relatively expensive Maultaschen that I had were warmed in the microwave and some were still cool. After my complaint, they were reheated in the microwave. The potato salad was out of the bucket.

Big compliments to the kitchen 🙏🏻 Plus a really delicious light beer from the home brewery 🍺 Very nice atmosphere and super friendly staff. Fast service, delicious Swabian Maultaschen with a very tasty side dish

Typical brewery atmosphere with rustic cosiness. We had Swabian onion roast, which was very tasty. The beer 🍺 brewed there tasted good 👍 and tasty. Unfortunately it was quite loud as it was probably full.

The service and ambience were great, the food wasn't bad, but really nothing special either. The house's own brightness wasn't bad either, but nothing special stood out.

Unfortunately I was constantly jostled by the waiter because the tables were too close together. The food doesn't taste good when you almost get a fork in the face... and not a word of apology... very unfortunate

The food tastes great and looks good. Unfortunately, when the place was busy, the drinks were swapped. It also gets quite loud there over time, making communication quite difficult.

This place is nothing short of amazing. The beer is very good. You have to try all of them to find the right one for you, and trust me, you will. I've had better schnitzel in the past, but I can't remember when. The vegan pumpkin curry is fantastic. Everything goes together so well with the nice and cozy atmosphere that everything is pleasant. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I wish I could stay there for days. Do yourself a favor and visit this place. It's best if you book in advance.

We discovered this brewery by chance at the Krautfest and couldn't resist. Very tasty beer, great ambience and very, very nice staff. We'll be back for the beer alone, but the food is also delicious. Clear recommendation for anyone who is in the area...

I was invited here by a local to try the local beer, it was really delicious. The whole restaurant is very beautiful, the service is pleasant. Unfortunately, I didn't have the food, so I can't judge.

The schnitzel did not give the impression of being truly handmade. It's a shame given the price is almost 20 euros. Otherwise very friendly and helpful waiter. However, things went rather slowly after he got off work. It was a chance visit to a brewery.

Great food and location, the restaurant was full when we arrived or reserved, but the waiter made an effort and found us a table and what's more by the window, because we explained, that is, he asked us how long we would stay, but we ate and talked a little more and left before the arrival of the people who reserved the table

Although our reservation for 6 people was forgotten, the Echterdinger Brauhaus team did a great job. Really great! We were briefly invited to the bar, offered a drink of our choice and in no time at all, despite the house being full, they had conjured up a table for us. The food was great, the portions were too big for me 😉 but... that's how it should be... The team was extremely nice and accommodating and we had a great evening. Thank you very much.👍

I had a really delicious meal here on Saturday 19/8! Super tasty weizen beer and a perfectly made schnitzel and salad. What more could you want? Very friendly service! Recommended!

Delicious food, good beer, cool ambience

Terrible food for what we paid. Tasteless. Spatzli are not spatzli, but overcooked noodles. Furthermore, we all felt a little sick to our stomachs the next day. The Sardinian Italian waiter was excessively unpleasant and scurrilous with his jokes. Asking for an explanation about the dishes doesn't mean wasting your time, you're working and you're serving that too. And make jokes about being hairless just as much. The lady also seemed to be doing us a favor by serving us. Too bad about this, because the place is nice and the beer is good.

It was quite good atmosphere. On EURO 2024 Match day, Restaurant was too full but it was not that loud. Food was on bit expensive side but I liked the food.

Great food and good service. The location is fine. The eggplant curry was very good and a great change as a vegetarian.
