Parkhotel Stuttgart Messe-Airport in Leinfelden-Echterdingen

No soap in the bathroom, but anything else was perfect!

We were passing through and were late looking for a room to stay overnight. While in other hotels the reception was no longer manned and only the answering machine was switched on, in the Parkhotel we immediately had a very courteous young man on the phone who offered us a room straight away and gave us all the information about parking, price, etc. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and everything was prepared. Since we were completely exhausted, we were allowed to check out late the next day to sleep in, which was great. The room was spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished with plenty of storage space. Great bathroom, spacious here too, lots of storage space, huge shower and red light. 100% recommendation!

Very nice, courteous staff. The bar area could be used better. If you as a guest almost have to look for the drinks, that's not ideal.

Although the hotel looks nice, it cries out for renovation, as I stayed there several times over a period of 10 years. The pillows are a disaster, not even a % of support. But the breakfast is great. Absolutely not enough for the price. Since I am in Stuttgart every month, I know hotels for 90€/day 3 stars and they are much better than this. I won't be going to this hotel again for a while

Room normally clean and well appointed. This time somewhat less. There is some need for deeper cleaning and refurbishing. But generally very nice hotel, with great breakfast.

We have been coming to ComicCon Stuttgart in December at the Parkhotel for three years now and we simply feel at home here. Here you really feel what good service means and as a guest you feel cared for and pampered. We especially love the breakfast buffet! The selection leaves nothing to be desired and the service staff are very friendly and on their toes! The food in the in-house brewery is also simply top level. We're not usually "luxury" people, but we always like to treat ourselves to the weekend at the Parkhotel. Thank you for everything! <3

Spacious entrance hall and friendly reception, competent check-in. We had a relaxing break in the sauna. Attentive service at breakfast. The buffet leaves nothing to be desired. We'd love to come back.

Very nice hotel to stay in. The staff was helpful and very nice. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. My room came with an open wet bar. There is nothing to complain about that. Red Bull, red & white wine, beer, water, sodas, and gummy bears. There is a brewery on the property that served food and beverages.

The Parkhotel is a 4* hotel as I imagine it. Beautiful, modern rooms with a very attractive wet room. The only drawback is perhaps the puny flat screen, which is somehow lost on the wall. Some 3* hotels offer more. The breakfast is just great...unfortunately also included in the price. You can shell out 20€/nose here. You can't "forget" that. The attached inn is exactly that: hearty food in a noisy environment, you have to like it and you should make a reservation if you don't want to run the risk of having to eat at the counter. Why the in-house restaurant stopped serving at 1700 is a mystery, because it was really good and one of the reasons for choosing the hotel - a shame. The hotel bar is excellent when open and the service is extremely caring and competent. But here too the bar remained without staff on the second evening and drinks could then be picked up from the inn itself. That was nothing. No reason was apparent, except that the bartender was now standing at Zappes in the tavern. Let's see what it looks like next time... but it will take some time.

I felt very comfortable in the hotel for 4 days. Very good service, ultra great breakfast from 6 a.m. (you rarely see it) with very attentive staff and a good restaurant in the evening. 5 stars

Modern well furnished rooms. No carpet which is important to me. The mattresses are a bit hard. The service is excellent. Whether at breakfast/lunch or in the seminar area, a friendly service person is always nearby to take care of things. After 2 days of the seminar I rolled out because the food was so plentiful and so good.

The breakfast was great, but the fact that there is no coffee at 3:30 p.m. because the machine is off is unacceptable in a 4 star hotel. In addition, the room card didn't work and a young woman at the reception couldn't bring herself to smile or say a friendly word. The rooms were very nice, but the double bed kept slipping apart. There are solutions for that! Breakfast 5 stars, the rest almost 3.

In every respect, always better than expected.

The check-out process is terribly poorly organized and takes far too long at around 5-10 minutes per guest. Even though 3 staff members were available in the morning, there were 15 guests waiting in lines. I had already paid for everything when I checked in and received my invoice by email the evening before departure. In the morning, every guest who parks in the underground car park still has to queue at reception to receive an exit ticket. The employees refuse to hand it over after payment, for example the evening before, which is completely irrational for me. So I had to wait 15 minutes for a ticket and that was only because a guest let me in. But even handing out this ticket took another 2 minutes because the employee was intensively checking everything on your computer. For reasons of time, I refrained from pointing out that a viscous, brownish liquid appears to be leaking from under the toilet and that it was not removed even through daily cleaning.

I would like to have carpet in rooms.

Favorite hotel in the region. Convenient location, good parking, restaurant and brewery, super breakfasts.

Ideal for people flying on vacation. SBahn stop opposite the hotel. 1 stop and you are at the airport. Very quiet rooms. In-house brewery is also recommended. Very nice attentive staff. The fries at the brewery are amazing. And when reordering. I'm just saying it works. 👍👍👍

I finally went to the Parkhotel again on business and felt very comfortable there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It's really nice to be "taken care of" so nicely. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. I "love" the infrared lamp in the bathroom ;) The food is excellent both at breakfast (great selection, lots of fresh things, everything delicious) and at dinner in the in-house brewery. And the location right next to the S-Bahn is also great. The sun terrace and the wellness area/gym are also nice.

We were just in the restaurant for dinner. The buffet is great and the taste is an experience. The selection as well as the preparation and the palate experience are a real pleasure and motivate you to want to repeat this visit. The evening was rounded off by the incredibly charming service. Great hotel with an excellent breakfast and top staff. The location is great, directly opposite the SBahn and there are also restaurants and cafes nearby within walking distance. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The wellness area is also lovingly designed. What really deserves special mention is the staff - friendly, attentive and competent. At check-in, check-out and also at breakfast (lady with a bob). The breakfast is truly one of the best I've ever had in a hotel.

A really friendly hotel. Very nice rooms, very nice seminar room. Technology, equipment, everything is perfect including support. The team is extremely relaxed, friendly and accommodating. Great buffet at lunch and during the breaks also a great buffet as much as you want. I host a lot of seminars, but this hotel was one of the best seminar hotels I've had in a long time. Many thanks to the crew!

The welcome at the hotel was not what I expected from such a hotel. I would have liked a “warm welcome”. However, I would particularly like to highlight the employees who provide breakfast service. From the greeting to the farewell, everything was perfect. All the employees were very friendly, courteous and quick. Thank you very much for the great service! (That's why I still give full points for the service) Also worth mentioning is the great breakfast; which really leaves nothing to be desired. The location of the hotel is good because the subway station is right in front of the hotel. My room was very clean and quite large. If you have something to complain about, it might be the TV, which is quite small. Overall, a very nice hotel, which I would happily recommend.

We have been to the Parkhotel twice this year, for 2 nights each. The Parkhotel impresses with the people who welcome you as well as the nice, friendly service that you feel throughout the hotel.

The hotel is located directly at the train station in Echterdingen, you get off the S-Bahn and walk 100m to the reception. Since the train station is lowered, you don't notice it. The hotel itself is really good, offers an excellent breakfast and extremely attentive staff!

I was here for a training course, during the break you could get coffee from the machine, the snacks on offer were standard and nicely presented. At lunch there was a buffet. Large selection of salads, the desserts were beautifully presented, I found the warm buffet carelessly prepared, the taste was okay, but I've eaten better. Water and juices were freely available in the cooler, and the fruit bowl was well filled.

This place is great in some ways but lacking in others. The breakfast was run by the nicest people I have ever met, with a spread of food that was the best I’ve ever seen. The Microbrewery downstairs has an amazing selection of room service food as well. The front desk employees were very nice as well. One problem I had, and it’s sort of a big one- the internet I spent pretty much 5 days only being able to really use internet during the later hours of the night, like around 10pm onwards. I called in to ask what’s going on with the internet service, they told me they were fully booked.lol In today’s age I just think a higher end hotel like this wouldn’t have such an issue. I would give it 5 stars across the board if they fix their internet issue. Thanks!

Conference service (on site) is top. But... The organizational coordination/interaction with the conference in advance clearly needs to be improved: emails with requests regarding the conference setting remained unanswered for 10 days; Only when we asked by telephone 2 days before the event did we receive feedback that individual requests could not be implemented.

Beautiful event rooms, large underground car park in the building and very good food in the restaurant and during conference breaks. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the beer 🍺 from the in-house brewery because I was traveling by car

Very friendly and courteous staff! I've been here repeatedly, often weekly, for over two years now. Now my career moves elsewhere and this tradition will unfortunately come to an end. I always enjoyed coming to the Parkhotel and felt very comfortable and almost at home. :) I can only recommend!! Very good atmosphere, reserved and professional. The room service was quick and clean. The breakfast buffet with its offerings and the service at the tables were outstanding, very attentive and very friendly. We'd love to come back.

A really well-run hotel with everything you could want for a stay. We flew from Stuttgart - in the middle of the night, so we arrived the day before. We ate in the in-house Braustübl - great, very attentive service - the quality of the food was mixed, the meat for the onion roast was lady like - instead of rare. The jus is dull - lacks salt and acid. We had announced this to the service - we would have received a new dish without any problems. Since we are against food waste, we ate it. As a treat we got the pretzel dumplings with wild mushrooms - very tasty, the schnitzel with fries we ordered was solid, my Maultaschen were delicious. Overall a solid 4.0 for the food. We then ended the evening in the wellness area with three infusions. It is small but very nice, especially the roof terrace is relaxing. The shuttle we ordered picked us up at 4 a.m. Everything great!

Great hotel with nice rooms and very comfortable beds. Very central right next to the S-Bahn station. Just one stop from the airport. Price-performance is also great. We will definitely come back if we fly from Stuttgart again.

The only thing I would like to note is that the parking space in the underground car park is a bit overpriced. 15€ for one night? I thought it would be a good idea to stay overnight in a hotel like this, as there are almost no public parking spaces available in the area. Otherwise everything was great. And the breakfast bar is great. On request, omelettes and waffles can be freshly prepared.

Ideally located for departures from Stuttgart or for trips to Stuttgart. The S-Bahn is right outside the front door. Very friendly staff and the best breakfast in Stuttgart and the surrounding area.

Even if the restaurant is full, you are not allowed to eat in lobby - the receptionist will come to warn you in very unprofessional way.

For all four nights, we had only one very small bottle of shampoo. For two people and four nights, we had to be very economical.

I stayed for a week & the room was pretty clean & nice. I faced some issues getting some service like getting water & wines. Otherwise it's a value for money stay experience.

A very good location due to direct accessibility by public transport. Extremely attentive staff! Since I didn't use the spa area, I can't comment on it. The room faced the interior, so there was no traffic noise, but there was courtyard lighting as the curtains didn't completely cover the windows.

The service we received from the breakfast manager (Ms. Schild?) is rarely found in comparable group hotels and is definitely representative of this family-run but professionally run hotel, which we can recommend to both private travelers and business people. The spacious underground car park and the immediate proximity to the train station, the trade fair and the airport are additional plus points.

Great room, great breakfast and good location. When I paid I wasn't asked if I needed an invoice. It wasn't until I was billing that I noticed that it wasn't automatically sent to the email address I provided! Afterwards, 15€ was charged for the “invoice correction” in order to send the invoice! This is incomprehensible given the room prices (€276 per night during the AMB)!

I was particularly impressed by the service and the courteousness of the staff in the restaurant area. Please keep it up, I'll be happy to come back.

Chic hotel, great rooms, very good facilities. Attractive sauna, wellness and fitness area! Very friendly staff! Experience of a special kind: Shortly before 1 a.m. an airline captain shows up in our room and wants to spend the night here! Night's sleep permanently disturbed! In the morning at breakfast: “Your room number has already had breakfast!” We still get breakfast without any problems. Reasonable apology at reception, generous discount on parking fee granted. The shock remains...Hence the star deduction.

Breakfast is really amazing. Much better than ordinary hotels, but the pillows are too soft and have no support.

Good location, comfortable room - air conditioned - good bed. Very good breakfast selection - and a great welcome and service at breakfast. Unfortunately I forgot to book breakfast - otherwise when I arrive there I'll be asked about breakfast - unfortunately not this time. That's why it cost me 5 euros extra when I rebooked for the first breakfast - in my opinion that was due to the oak corner reception, but good. The ventilation in the room/bathroom doesn't seem to work optimally because the moisture doesn't come out - unfortunately the towel doesn't dry.

My absolute favorite, around Leinfelden Echterdingen. Super standard, always friendly staff and an exceptional breakfast. My personal benchmark for other hotels.

Excellent, comfortable hotel, level above 4*. Fast online registration. I received the keys to the room in 1 minute. Incredible breakfast with restaurant service. Gym with panoramic windows and access to the roof with natural grass. Spacious, bright room.

Good standard. There is a machine at breakfast that presses fresh ojuice. They're not baby jars either, but can be filled with 0.5l jars. If you want, you can have fresh food prepared at the buffet.

I really enjoy coming to the Parkhotel on business and with a certain regularity. You always feel welcome. Very friendly welcome, well-kept rooms and a very cozy brewery. If you want to have a cozy beer or other refreshment after work, you are in good hands with Vincent, who is always in a good mood and attentive, and his colleagues. The breakfast the next morning is also great. Summary: Absolutely recommended!

What a great hotel for location close to the Stuttgart Airport and the breakfast buffet was incredible, one of, if not THE best I've ever had! There were great little cafes within a 5 minute walk from the hotel as well. I will definitely stay here again if I'm flying to or from Stuttgart!
