A great hotel! The room is big enough and I especially liked the bathroom. The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport (1 stop on the S-Bahn) and you can also get to Stuttgart very quickly and without having to change trains. The food in the brewery is very good and highly recommended. The breakfast surprises with a very large variety! There is something for every taste and (in my opinion) every diet. Overall, the hotel is very tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

We are often and always happy to be guests at the Parkhotel in Leinfelden. The hotel is very conveniently located. The rooms are clean, pleasant, functionally equipped and sufficiently large. The service, especially at the absolutely excellent breakfast, is extremely friendly, considerate and accommodating. Egg dishes are freshly prepared. In our opinion, the only thing that doesn't fit in with the otherwise very good hotel is the smoking area right in front of the entrance.

Had breakfast at the house with a baron and real estate investor. I have known the house very well inside and out since it opened. Breakfast buffet is endless, fresh, fresh O juice, chef prepares omelettes as desired, etc. I would like to give 5 stars for the smart price and this first-class service this morning on Sunday!!

It's a great hotel… First of all, you have to say that it's easily accessible and the parking situation is also really acceptable if you're willing to pay for an underground parking space… Otherwise, the rooms are super clean and in good shape… The breakfast service and the buffet variety are also really excellent…

The beds are great, the pillows are also very comfortable. Rooms are large and have comfortable seating (large wing chair). Even facing the bus station, the rooms are quiet. You also can't hear anyone walking across the hallway. The cleanliness and hygiene are also commendable. Breakfast excellent. Everything is really there and fresh. There is also a large selection of delicious food for vegetarians. You should visit the bar with its own brewery. The staff is absolutely attentive and courteous in all areas. The hotel is also perfect to start with. The motorway, the airport or the trade fair can be reached quickly by car, taxi or bus. I can only highly recommend the hotel.

As always, the absolute highlight of our business trips to CMT! The entire team feels good, starts the day at the trade fair with a fantastic breakfast and relaxes well on the comfortable beds. The fitness room is small, but offers the right space for some me-time. The service is extremely friendly and professional. Everyone gets their money's worth at breakfast, from freshly squeezed orange juice to specially prepared omelettes - and you rarely find such a wide selection of vegan delicacies at the breakfast buffet!

Great hotel for travelers from Stuttgart airport. The car is safely parked in the underground car park and the airport is only one S-Bahn station away. The stop is directly in front of the hotel. And if there is a strike again; the taxi costs around €15.

We thought for a long time whether we would leave another review, but I think, even after a complaint after the first night, it is important to add one or two things. The location is great. The connection to the airport/trade fair is great with just one S-Bahn station. The station is also right outside the door. We received the tickets for the outward and return journey at the reception. I received the tickets for my husband and I when suddenly over the receptionist's shoulders a lady with an American undertone - name not known - snapped at her colleague that she was only allowed to give me the tickets for myself and not for my husband. It could be that my husband comes back to the reception and asks for them again.....to be honest, we won't be so short on cash that we have to get tickets again, especially for whom, if we already have have our own. The lady could have discussed this with her colleague afterwards, but not in front of customers. The restaurants, both in the morning and in the evening, were very good and the staff were really very friendly. We noticed this very positively in the hotel. We didn't like the cleanliness of the room. We complained about two points directly. The parts were not cleaned. A completely new part was simply placed or attached accordingly. There is a different way to be sustainable... Topics that we didn't address regarding cleanliness were not cleaned even after room service. Shortage of staff or not. Full house or not. But you expect a clean room in this category. Point. Nothing more and nothing less, no matter how busy the house is. On the second evening we asked the gentleman at reception to clarify an issue and he then wanted to call us in the room. We waited, but there was no call. After 10 minutes we called reception 3 times within 20 minutes, but no one ever answered and no one called back. We then took the matter into our own hands... As we walked past the reception, the staff were sitting there chatting happily!! No customer, no phone call, nothing, so there would have been enough time to contact us and no, the trade fair guests hadn't arrived yet, if that's an excuse, it was only 5.30 p.m. Have you ever thought when someone calls from the room that the guest might want something? What if we had an emergency and no one went. Should the customer then call the doctor himself? I think there is still room for improvement, so only well-intentioned 4 stars.

Absolutely excellent hotel with the comfort and service of a "Grand Hotel". Ideal for the Stuttgart trade fair, public transport and a taxi rank right in front of the door. The breakfast buffet is terrific, the friendliness and attentive service of the staff is second to none!

The location of the hotel is ideal if you want to take a very early flight from Stuttgart Airport the next day. The S-Bahn runs from 4 a.m., otherwise there are plenty of taxis in front of the hotel.

Great location for visiting museums in Stuttgart and Waiblingen. The only disappointment was that no tea bags were refilled. The breakfast is wonderful and the service was excellent.

The food in the in-house restaurant was very good, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and quite comfortable. The attached brewery is not recommended for eating, as the food says it is homemade, but tasted like convenience.

Excellent hotel for business trips but also for families, it is located a stone's throw from the airport (one S2 metro stop). New and very nice, clean and with quality furnishings. Excellent internal brewery-restaurant. To reach the center, a few metro stops, well connected, quiet neighborhood.

We were “only” there for breakfast, but the service was excellent! It's been a long time since I've experienced such great service. The selection of dishes at the buffet was also huge and varied. We'll definitely be back!!!

Absolutely top hotel that deserves every star. We were traveling in Echterdingen for work and chose the hotel. There were 2-3 smaller points that we didn't like, but the hotel management took them seriously and dealt with them. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the food in the restaurant was good, the facilities were great, so it was a hotel with a certain flair and the corresponding feel-good character. For travelers like us who are traveling in the event area with a 3.5 t van, there are unfortunately no parking spaces at the hotel, so we searched extensively in the area and eventually found what we were looking for 1 km from the hotel. Otherwise everything is fine

I can really warmly recommend the Parkhotel Stuttgart Messe-Airport in every respect. I was a guest as a DJ for a company Christmas party in December 2024 and was absolutely thrilled by the friendly staff, the event management and the atmosphere of the hotel. From the preliminary discussions to the last minute, the staff was very accommodating and took care of all concerns in a very professional and friendly manner. The catering was also excellent and you can feel very comfortable in the rooms and in the various cozy rooms on the ground floor. I really enjoy coming to the Parkhotel on business and with a certain regularity. You always feel welcome. Very friendly welcome, well-kept rooms and a very cozy brewery. If you want to have a cozy beer or other refreshment after work, you are in good hands with Vincent, who is always in a good mood and attentive, and his colleagues. The breakfast the next morning is also great. Summary: Absolutely recommended!

Super clean, very comfortable beds. The service is very nice and helpful, we looked for a direct train connection to the musical. The location is perfect because you can get anywhere immediately by bus and train. I would recommend it again and again at any time. The breakfast in the morning had a very large selection from fresh, large rolls, bread to pancakes, eggs and bacon, everything your heart could desire was there. Coffee of all kinds is included and freshly squeezed orange juice as well.

I spend a lot of time in German hotels and hotels in neighboring countries, but this has clearly increased again. All in all, absolutely recommended and very good value for money.

This is my third time at the hotel and yesterday the service was terrible. The staff is slow due to the fact that they waited for two hours for a robe, which they asked to bring to us twice, they called the reception 10 times and simply did not answer the phone, they got to the spa late and when they arrived at the restaurant for dinner at 21:55 the kitchen was already closed, although The restaurant is open until 23:00. The fireplace was not lit all evening, and no one responded to the request to light it. Terrible evening. Spoiled impression. It's a shame, this is one of the best hotels.

Clean room with a comfortable shower, no gags with stomach sucking in and bending over like you usually find. Even though you look at the S-Bahn station, the rooms were absolutely quiet. I'll come back the next time I visit the trade fair.

Very nice hotel, very good food. What was very unpleasant: I had to pay at check-in and was told that I wouldn't get the bill until check-out. When I checked out, the bill said that I had to pay 2x breakfast for 20 euros each. It was listed as an additional extra. I didn't order breakfast and didn't eat it either. The reception just explained to me that I could still have breakfast, which I didn't want to do. A refund of the total 40 euros was not possible. I can only recommend: be sure to check what is/will be on the invoice BEFORE paying. This is quite a rip-off and very shameful for what is actually such a good, reputable hotel.

In short, everything met my expectations. The room was just right in size and comfort. Food was great, both breakfast and dinner. Except for the dinner on Saturday when the restaurant was closed and guests were told that they have to use the brewery restaurant instead. Both the food and the service were not as good as at the regular restaurant. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is right at the S-Bahn station that has direct trains to the city and to the airport.

In short, a great hotel. Downer. Where people are usually in a hurry - when checking in and out - the process is obviously not optimal. And that with half a dozen people behind the counter. This also means that paying for the parking space the evening before is -impossible- according to the staff.

No soap in the bathroom, but anything else was perfect!

We were passing through and were late looking for a room to stay overnight. While in other hotels the reception was no longer manned and only the answering machine was switched on, in the Parkhotel we immediately had a very courteous young man on the phone who offered us a room straight away and gave us all the information about parking, price, etc. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and everything was prepared. Since we were completely exhausted, we were allowed to check out late the next day to sleep in, which was great. The room was spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished with plenty of storage space. Great bathroom, spacious here too, lots of storage space, huge shower and red light. 100% recommendation!

Very nice, courteous staff. The bar area could be used better. If you as a guest almost have to look for the drinks, that's not ideal.

Although the hotel looks nice, it cries out for renovation, as I stayed there several times over a period of 10 years. The pillows are a disaster, not even a % of support. The breakfast is great. Absolutely not enough for the price. Since I am in Stuttgart every month, I know hotels for 90€/day 3 stars and they are much better than this. I won't be going to this hotel again for a while

Room normally clean and well appointed. This time somewhat less. There is some need for deeper cleaning and refurbishing. But generally very nice hotel, with great breakfast.

We have been coming to ComicCon Stuttgart in December at the Parkhotel for three years now and we simply feel at home here. Here you really feel what good service means and as a guest you feel cared for and pampered. We especially love the breakfast buffet! The selection leaves nothing to be desired and the service staff are very friendly and on their toes! The food in the in-house brewery is also simply top level. We're not usually "luxury" people, but we always like to treat ourselves to the weekend at the Parkhotel. Thank you for everything! <3

Very nice hotel to stay in. The staff was helpful and very nice. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. My room came with an open wet bar. There is nothing to complain about that. Red Bull, red & white wine, beer, water, sodas, and gummy bears. There is a brewery on the property that served food and beverages.

The Parkhotel is a 4* hotel as I imagine it. Beautiful, modern rooms with a very attractive wet room. The only drawback is perhaps the puny flat screen, which is somehow lost on the wall. Some 3* hotels offer more. The breakfast is just great...unfortunately also included in the price. You can shell out 20€/nose here. You can't "forget" that. The attached inn is exactly that: hearty food in a noisy environment, you have to like it and you should make a reservation if you don't want to run the risk of having to eat at the counter. Why the in-house restaurant stopped serving at 1700 is a mystery, because it was really good and one of the reasons for choosing the hotel - a shame. The hotel bar is excellent when open and the service is extremely caring and competent. But here too the bar remained without staff on the second evening and drinks could then be picked up from the inn itself. That was nothing. No reason was apparent, except that the bartender was now standing at Zappes in the tavern. Let's see what it looks like next time... but it will take some time.

Modern well furnished rooms. No carpet which is important to me. The mattresses are a bit hard. The service is excellent. Whether at breakfast/lunch or in the seminar area, a friendly service person is always nearby to take care of things. After 2 days of the seminar I rolled out because the food was so plentiful and so good.

The breakfast was great, but the fact that there is no coffee at 3:30 p.m. because the machine is off is unacceptable in a 4 star hotel. In addition, the room card didn't work and a young woman at the reception couldn't bring herself to smile or say a friendly word. The rooms were very nice, but the double bed kept slipping apart. There are solutions for that! Breakfast 5 stars, the rest almost 3.

The check-out process is terribly poorly organized and takes far too long at around 5-10 minutes per guest. Even though 3 staff members were available in the morning, there were 15 guests waiting in lines. I had already paid for everything when I checked in and received my invoice by email the evening before departure. In the morning, every guest who parks in the underground car park still has to queue at reception to receive an exit ticket. The employees refuse to hand it over after payment, for example the evening before, which is completely irrational for me. So I had to wait 15 minutes for a ticket and that was only because a guest let me in. But even handing out this ticket took another 2 minutes because the employee was intensively checking everything on your computer. For reasons of time, I refrained from pointing out that a viscous, brownish liquid appears to be leaking from under the toilet and that it was not removed even through daily cleaning.

Ideal for people flying on vacation. SBahn stop opposite the hotel. 1 stop and you are at the airport. Very quiet rooms. In-house brewery is also recommended. Very nice attentive staff. The fries at the brewery are amazing. And when reordering. I'm just saying it works. 👍👍👍

I finally went to the Parkhotel again on business and felt very comfortable there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It's really nice to be "taken care of" so nicely. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. I "love" the infrared lamp in the bathroom ;) The food is excellent both at breakfast (great selection, lots of fresh things, everything delicious) and at dinner in the in-house brewery. And the location right next to the S-Bahn is also great. The sun terrace and the wellness area/gym are also nice.
