Parkhotel Stuttgart Messe-Airport in Leinfelden-Echterdingen

I attended a seminar at the Parkhotel as a trainer, so I can only review the service and food. However, I give them the highest marks. Such friendly, humane, and proactive service is unfortunately far too rare in the hospitality industry. We received a detailed explanation of the room technology and logistics in the morning, there were both gluten-free and vegan snacks during the break (not a given even with advance reservations!), and individually prepared desserts were prepared for lunch. The lounge and bar are elegantly and comfortably furnished, the conference rooms are top-notch, and the conference package is even more affordable than at other hotels. The location, right next to the S-Bahn (suburban train), is unbeatable. That's hospitality!

We are using the Parkhotel Stuttgart as our base for our vacation with the Park, Sleep, and Fly package. The hotel has a great ambiance and appearance. The staff are very attentive and friendly, something you don't find everywhere these days. The rooms are also beautifully furnished and offer plenty of space (family rooms). The food is also very tasty and the portions are generous. We will definitely come back.

We booked on the day of arrival and received a good last-minute deal including breakfast. We had a "Classic Room" on level 3. It faced a residential area and was wonderfully quiet. We found the bed, which was only 1.60 m wide, a bit cramped. The walk-in shower was spacious. The floor-to-ceiling window opened, but there was no outdoor seating (a half-height metal guard - a "French balcony"). The toiletries were high-quality (the soap bar was much too large for a few days - why not a more effective soap dispenser?). A small safe was provided. Laundry service was available. It's unclear what the point of the window from the bathroom to the bed is - the light from the mirror casts an unpleasant glare into the dark sleeping area. A small fitness studio was located in the wellness area (accessible with a room card). A great rooftop terrace with 6 outdoor loungers and 2 seating areas. A fresh water dispenser was provided. Sauna available from 4 p.m. by appointment. Breakfast is excellent (fresh orange juice, antipasti, sausage, cheese, egg counter, waffles, salmon, white sausage, pancakes, various cereals, yogurt, etc.). Smaller rolls/small white sausages would be desirable, so you can try several small delicacies and have fewer leftovers from the "big" meal to throw away. It's a shame that breakfast ends at 10 a.m., which means getting up with an alarm clock, even on weekends. However, the reasoning is understandable; there is an additional breakfast available starting at 11 a.m. in the same rooms. Parking is available in the hotel's underground garage for €15/day. Alternatively, the "P+R Parkhaus Echterdingen" is just a 3-minute walk away and costs €6/24 hours. Electric parking is available in front of the hotel (narrow parking spaces). Various daily newspapers are available. S-Bahn (S2/S3) is one stop from the airport and the bus station, just a few steps away. Our one-night stay certainly beckons us to return, stay longer, and even visit the cozy in-house brewery. We can recommend the hotel after our stay.

Our whole experience was amazing, we got a free upgrade to an apartment, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was huge and like a cloud, the free breakfast was the best included breakfast I've ever had, the staff were all soo friendly, helpful and all around amazing. If that wasn't enough the price was amazing too

It's not a room, but an apartment, with a bathroom, toilet, small kitchen, a large bedroom, and a sitting area. Especially the price!!!! The "small" breakfast, or rather, the big breakfast!!! We would also like to highlight the staff: consistently friendly, attentive, and always helpful – we immediately felt welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable and ensured a restful sleep. Another plus is the location: the hotel is right next to the train station and just one stop from the airport – perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a hotel that impressed us in every respect. We would be happy to return and recommend it without reservation!

We booked an overnight stay with breakfast for €69 – which was exactly what I expected. However, I didn't realize at the time of booking that it was a very chic 4-star hotel. The building looks quite attractive from the outside, it's in a good location, has its own brewery, a very chic lobby and restaurant, and ultra-modern rooms with a large, clean bathroom (including plenty of storage space and good lighting) – I wouldn't have been surprised if the price had been €175 per night. The staff and service were simply excellent! Friendly and competent. I'd be happy to come back!

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and has good connections to the S-Bahn (suburban train). The rooms were tidy, clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning provided exceptionally good comfort in the rooms. The hotel is pleasantly quiet, which is very pleasant at night. The breakfast buffet is truly fantastic. Good selection and quality. Food is constantly being refilled. The parking garage fee is unusually high for hotel guests at €15.

The rooms are stylishly designed, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Toiletries and a hairdryer are provided in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable; I just found the duvet a bit too thick/warm for the time of year. The atmosphere is very friendly and slightly upscale, and everyone is welcome. The breakfast is excellent and high-quality, with fresh fruit and vegetables, pickles/antipasti, freshly baked bread, rolls, croissants, muesli, yogurt, various egg dishes, cold cuts, cheeses, spreads such as jams and various types of honey... and more, as well as a good selection of teas and two fully automatic coffee machines. Unfortunately, I didn't use the spa area, as I only stayed one night, but I'm sure it's also clean and a treat. The view from the roof terrace is quite beautiful in the sunshine. Although the location is right in the village, it's still very quiet and a nice area. One advantage is that the bus and S-Bahn are right outside. The price was a holiday offer, €80 for one night including breakfast. I'd be happy to come back if I'm ever in Stuttgart again.

We booked a room with a double bed, but were given a room with two single beds. When we woke up this morning, the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes. As compensation, we asked for free parking, but nothing was offered. Poor service!

Great hotel. Very clean, with friendly service and great staff. Whether at the in-house restaurant or the bar, you'll receive excellent service and a comfortable atmosphere. Delicious food, a good selection of drinks. Clean and quiet rooms with good Wi-Fi. Large breakfast room with a fantastic, varied buffet. Large underground parking garage with ample parking. I've stayed here several times and always enjoy it.

We booked a double room and received an upgrade to a double room with a living room. Absolutely fantastic. We were greeted with friendly service right away. We were there with our little Bolonka. A dog bed with treats and water for the dog was immediately available in the room. The entire staff was extremely competent, friendly, and dog-friendly. We were even allowed to have breakfast in the restaurant with our little Bolonka. Of course, we didn't take him to the meals. You can also have a great breakfast on the terrace, and you're almost alone there in the morning. The hotel is right next to the S-Bahn (suburban train) to the airport or the trade fair. It's also just a few hundred meters to the city center, where there are several restaurants. The hotel itself is in a quiet location, even though it's in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We can only emphasize and recommend that the staff are extremely friendly and competent. The value for money is excellent. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. They had a large selection of food. A small highlight was the orange juice machine. We will be back—the first hotel where our Bolonka is also fully welcomed as a guest.

Everything is good!! I’m amazed to find such excellent hotel facilities at this price. The 'Artemide lighting' in the room gave it a great atmosphere. The room was very clean and there are bathroom amenities(shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, soap), a mini fridge, a safe, a kettle, and coffe cups, welcome water. The hotel also has an underground parking garage, which is spacious and safe, at €15 per day. There are two sauna facilities, open from 4 PM to 10 PM, and they are very clean. Self check-in at the kiosk requires entering personal information for all guests, so it takes a while. In front of the hotel, there are bus and train stations, a large supermarket, and a gas station. It is located in a quiet residential area.

Such a great hotel. We just booked it for the second time because we enjoyed it so much. The room is great and everything is clean. The sauna area and terrace are super nice. The breakfast is incredibly extensive and delicious. And there's a good fitness area. The staff is absolutely amazing: friendly, accommodating, helpful, and cheerful. ❤️

A versatile business hotel, but also a great location for a wedding reception. Excellent service and a wonderfully diverse selection of appetizers and dishes. You can tell that great importance was placed on quality here. Nothing was left to chance... For me, it remains an insider tip in the Stuttgart area. Its close proximity to the subway and airport makes it very easy to reach by public transport.

We were passing through and spent a relaxing night in Stuttgart. We didn't check in until 10 p.m., which wasn't a problem. Check-in went smoothly. The underground parking garage is well-suited for modern vehicles, and anyone with a driver's license can enter. The service and breakfast were breathtaking! We've never experienced such a perfect breakfast! P.S. There's even a sun terrace and a mini golf course on the roof!

Very very very pleasant stay. I arrived in the morning and they stored my luggage until i checked in at the end of the day. Everywhere is so clean. There is a kettle and a glass in your room included with some coffee, tea , sugar and stevia. The AC works well. Shower kit is really nice too. The location is great, really close to the airport. Its next to S2 and a 10 min walking to U6 which are both convenient to use for going to the city centre. Breakfast foods and drinks are various and delicious (even a glass of sparkling wine is included with the price). The staff was really helpful and cheerful. The sauna is so relaxing after a long day. The terrace is also great especially at the sunset. You can watch the arriving planes. The only thing i didnt like was the cushions. They were so soft and squishy that it feels like absolutely nothing between ur head and the bed. So i asked the receptionist if they could change it and she gave me a slightly better one even it was late, just before going to bed. But its okay, i cant complain for such a small issue. Oh and i had a package from DHL and they stored it whole day even it was a big one. All in all, i would stay there again and again it was one of the best hotel experiences in my life. The price is so fair too.

Very pleasant surprise. The room was awesome. The sauna and steam bath were also very nice and very clean. Only thing is that they forgot to provide us with bathrobes, we saw that some people had it in the spa zone. But honestly, with the quality of the room, hotel is forgiven. The breakfast was incredible. Salmon, fruits, smoothies, you find everything you can think about, and the team was very kind. We are very delighted!

Due to a flight cancellation, I had to find a place to stay in Stuttgart on short notice. Due to its proximity to the airport and the reasonable price, I decided on the Parkhotel without further consideration. It was a great decision. First of all: The room, location, staff, and breakfast selection were all great! But: I was really looking forward to my stay, but was unfortunately disappointed upon check-in. The receptionist was unhelpful and anything but hospitable. What was particularly irritating was that I was refused a parking garage ticket – on the grounds that I had booked through Booking.com at a cheaper rate, which apparently didn't meet the "requests" of the receptionist. It's perfectly fine for certain services to be tied to certain room rates – however, this should be communicated politely and professionally. As a guest, I felt like I was being "punished" for having made a reservation through a booking platform. That's a shame, because details like these significantly tarnish the overall impression. The room itself was good, but a good stay can't be based solely on amenities – the way guests are treated also plays a significant role. I see significant room improvement potential in service and communication here. The employee's behavior was simply disrespectful.

And the onions were perfectly sautéed on the Maultaschen, and the schnitzel was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Wow. Breakfast tomorrow. Edit 2: I thought maybe I was dreaming. But no, woke up in paradise, slept perfectly - pleasantly firm mattresses - very good for my back! Nice and quiet, surprisingly even at the front. And then breakfast - I thought they couldn't be serious. Absolute perfection! Amazing!! Waffles, pancakes, omelet as requested, blackberries, fresh orange juice, already peeled Weisswurst, 10/10. Pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was given the price and that it's classed as an airport hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, a good quality coffee machine in reception with croissants and fruit and the €15 car parking fee waived due to the booking website we'd used. Large rooms, fridge, little extras like slippers and toiletries which you don't tend to get any more and a great heat lamp in the bathroom ceiling which appears to be quite standard in Germany. The window in the bathroom to the bedroom was a little unusual though!

We've been coming regularly for Sunday brunch for many years and have always been impressed by the quality and service. After the coronavirus pandemic, we initially only offered a business lunch, but now we're back to brunch as we know it. We were very satisfied, and the change regarding sparkling wine at the table and getting our own coffee didn't affect us at all. We look forward to more visits!

We booked the hotel because our flight was very early in the morning. We tried calling room service for hours! Either no one answered, or they just hung up after someone answered. This is a complete disgrace! There's no point in offering room service!

The room was nicely furnished and really clean. We were "only" there to sleep, and even though it's advertised that room service is available daily until 10 p.m., no one came for ages. The end of the story: unfriendly service and herb curd instead of mint yogurt with my lemon tartlet. I got a refund, though, and a free breakfast.

This is my third time at the hotel and yesterday the service was terrible. The staff is slow because we waited two hours for a robe, which we asked to bring us twice, we called the reception 10 times and they just didn’t pick up the phone, we got to the spa late and when we came to the restaurant for dinner at 21:55 the kitchen was already closed, although the restaurant is open until 23:00. The fireplace didn’t burn the whole evening, and no one responded to the request to light it. A terrible evening. A spoiled impression. It’s a shame, this is one of the best hotels.

There is everything you can think of. And the staff... they are very respectful and hardworking. They are all smiling. We loved this hotel very much. We were sad to leave.

It was really great here. Everyone at reception was very friendly and helpful, so it was really great. The only thing was the breakfast lady was a bit unfriendly. When we went to get two coffees. What's also a shame is the parking fee. And that the sauna and steam room don't open until around 5 p.m. and close by 10 p.m. But otherwise, it's recommended.

Considering the high quality of this hotel, I didn't find the self-check-in via tablet particularly advantageous. It's the staff and their hospitality that make the first impression of the hotel a memorable experience. For this reason, I found it a shame that the tablets didn't really make you feel welcome.

I haven't stayed at the Parkhotel yet, but I absolutely love the Sunday brunch. I've been here several times, and my enthusiasm is evident with each visit. The price and selection are amazing, which is also a joy!!! My, or rather our, next visit is already planned.

The hotel is easy to reach and unbeatably close to the airport. Upon check-in, you realize that the receptionist clearly has no idea what they're doing. After 20 minutes, the real staff finally switches over. The charmer immediately takes your money and charges €45 more than agreed. After a subsequent inquiry, including proof of the written booking, the amount was corrected. The room was adequate, of normal standard. The restaurant is fine—just a very popular brewery restaurant, from which you shouldn't expect more. We had agreed not to return for three weeks, which worked out—but only because it was registered! Upon our return, we were shocked: the parking garage wanted €334.00 from us, even though we had already paid everything! We went to the reception, and it was the trainee again. We explained the problem to her, but she couldn't help us. Once again, we had to wait for someone. After a 20-hour flight from South America, this was anything but fun. Finally, the employee took the time to speak to us. Now came the bombshell! He explained that we should have noted this on the parking ticket. At this point, I admittedly freaked out. "Is this the customer's mistake, eh? Hardly!" After I took the booking documents out of my backpack, the matter was quickly resolved. I received a new parking ticket for the exit and was graciously dismissed. What robber barons! A definite negative rating from us. Warning: The taxi drivers will rip you off! It was €12 one way, but he wanted €25 back. This has nothing to do with the hotel!

We stay in many hotels, but the breakfast here was exceptional. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bathroom was very nice, the spa area was also good, the gym is a bit small, but it serves its purpose.

A top address for a short trip to Stuttgart. Beautiful, clean rooms. A very rich breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. The S-Bahn station is across the street. Noise from the adjacent airport is barely audible. Free parking and a paid underground garage are available. We'd be happy to come back!

We rented their conference room for company workshop. The room was very clean, and the entire ground floor has a very cozy and warm atmosphere. Professional and friendly service. The buffet was also excellent.

A really nice hotel, even with a dog! We had a very quiet classic room (we would like to have it again ;-) in the back area of ​​the hotel. The room was really big enough, clean, the mattresses finally weren't worn out (like in other hotels)! The breakfast was a hit! Really enough of everything there! The sensation was: you could cook your own egg! And other really, really great things! The staff, even on Sundays, were extremely friendly, as was the reception! The proximity to the S-Bahn is a real plus for trade fair visitors! Overall we were very enthusiastic about the hotel. Our dog was welcomed with a blanket, a bowl and three treats in it! But what now brings me to the negative sides: We think 25 euros per night for the dog is very excessive - even if the cleaning effort is higher, etc.! It has to be said that we treat the hotel's belongings very carefully and, for example, take an extra bed cover with us! However, in my opinion 15 euros would also be sufficient. Just like the 15 euro underground car park in the hotel! In my opinion that is significantly too expensive, especially since there is a P&R garage a few meters away for 6 euros/24 hours. Top hotel, cozy and mostly very courteous staff. The only drawback: If you start early in the seminar/event area, for example, you will have problems getting on the treadmill in the morning, as the fitness room only opens at 7 a.m

Well-equipped business hotel, just a stone's throw - approx. 3-4 minutes by car - from the airport. The Parkhotel is equipped to a high standard; in addition to a spacious reception area, there is a large conference area, a restaurant, a bar, and an outdoor seating area with an inner courtyard. There is also a spacious underground car park under the hotel with direct access to the hotel. We held a conference there - there are a variety of rooms of all sizes. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and accommodating, something that is no longer a given today. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, high quality and also generously designed. The hotel also has the “Echterdinger Brauhaus” in the evenings with home-style cooking and its own home-brewed beer 🍺 an absolute recommendation 👍🏻

The young lady at check-in could look a little more motivated and cheerful and point out parking tickets to keep. Breakfast is extremely good as is the service there!!! Great wellness area with terrace!!
