Cool bar with even cooler service

Update: It's closed again. Not open this year. This time because of illness. I think you want a nice place to live in the countryside and not work. People give the Sternlesberg so that Echterdingen can have a Waldheim that is open again! If you read the many 1-star reviews and the answers from Sternlesberg, you immediately know that an unfriendly, primitive wind is blowing here. It's been being renovated for ages. It is not and will not be finished. It's finally open again - two days a week for a few hours! You just have to offer a fair wage, then you'll get employees. Since there's plenty of sales to be made here, that shouldn't be a problem if you're not stingy.

Very good Swabian cuisine from Thomas Krämer and friendly service under the direction of his wife Beate can be found in Hirschgraben for over 2 years now. The renovation of the sports hall with restaurant was actually planned until the end of 2019, but like so many construction projects, this took twice as long until mid-2022. The wait was worth it.

I have never tasted such great goulash. Always my pleasure.

Sensational cuisine 5 stars Gladly again

I have yet to find better food in Echterdingen. Even though we were there very late, just before the kitchen closed, we still got something to eat and were served very courteously. Thank you very much! Full recommendation and we would be happy to come back.
