Located directly on a shopping street, with excellent parking and easy access to the motorway. The renovation has made it very nice – everything is modern and stylish. The staff is very friendly and relaxed, though sometimes a little disorganized – no offense intended. Once, the food order was mixed up, but they immediately provided excellent customer service, thank you for that. The food is fresh and tastes good. The price-performance ratio is reasonable.

I've never experienced such an efficient Subway as the one here in Stuttgart near the trade fair grounds. It was packed, yet the team processed orders extremely quickly, neatly, and without any chaos. I went to Subway for the first time in ages. Ordering at the kiosk was easy, the staff were friendly despite the rush, but the food isn't anything special. The price, however, is absolutely outrageous: I had a 15cm sub for €6 or €7, which was gone in just a few bites. So, the price-performance ratio is a complete rip-off.

These days, ordering is only possible via impersonal terminals, the sandwich artists just stare at the much-too-small tray instead of interacting with the customer, and a paper bag costs extra. If you ask, astonished, whether they're serious about the extra charge for a paper bag, you'll be yelled at from the side, asking if you want to complain... The shop used to be good...

For me, Subway is the perfect blend of fast food and freshness. The bread is oven-fresh, the vegetables are crisp and colorful, and you can customize your sub to your liking. It's an absolute disgrace that you can no longer order directly at the counter. The main selling point for Subway was always that you could see exactly what was being prepared. During the process, you decide on salad and other items and, if necessary, ask how sauce XY tastes. All of that is now gone. Instead, you're forced to check the freshness of the tomatoes or onions yourself on a screen. In the past, you could decide whether you should skip the salad because it didn't look so appetizing; now you order blindly and just stare at the screen until the order number appears. At the terminal, you can't, for example, choose cream cheese on one half and cheddar on the other for a footlong. Even asking "can I have some more of this, please" is no longer possible unless you're standing at the counter the whole time, guessing which sub is yours. And then there's the fact that something is often missing or the wrong ingredient is added because, as a customer, you can't keep track of what you're actually getting. So here you see it, one disadvantage after another, and in my opinion, that's quite serious. Otherwise, the sub tastes delicious and fresh, if you get it exactly as ordered, and the atmosphere is still pleasant to eat in. But the appeal remains: there's another way to save on staff costs! I, and many others, want to be able to order directly at the counter again!

Visit to Subway My last visit to Subway wasn't quite what I'd hoped for. Even though it was barely busy, we still had to wait about 20 minutes – a bit too long for a fast-food restaurant. Communicating with the team was difficult because they barely spoke German. This led to misunderstandings when ordering, and my sandwich was initially filled with the wrong toppings – including something I specifically didn't want. On the positive side, however, the team prepared my food again after I complained. That was definitely fair, even if it did, of course, increase the wait time. Overall, the visit was rather disappointing, even though the problem was at least partially resolved in the end. I hope things go more smoothly next time – because I actually like Subway for its freshness and the customizable options.

I was initially disappointed today, but then I was proven wrong. The service here was above average, and the friendly store manager even showed me how the terminal works. The reason was that I placed an incorrect order via the service terminal, where I typed in the wrong information myself. Unfortunately, I didn't fully understand the system. I was actually in a hurry until I suddenly received the wrong item, which I had actually ordered myself. The store manager, however, gave me a new sub and explained what I had done wrong, or rather, showed me the correct way. The fourth branch here in Echterdingen is really great, it's in a great location, you can get in quickly, there are parking spaces right outside, and the staff have always been super friendly. I can't say anything about this either. I'd be happy to come back, but I'll definitely order properly next time. Thanks again to the store manager, even though she made me ten years younger :-)

Unfortunately, only one order is possible at the terminal. For example, I always prefer a little less topping. I can't enter that at the terminal. The sign in front of the counter says "if possible...". When I asked, I was told that personal ordering isn't possible. Then the sign should be labeled exactly that. Unnecessary, annoying, and irritating! The order can ONLY be placed via a "terminal," but then you still have to pay at the cash register "before your order is processed." This also means you can't check what's on the sub or if anything is missing. The company philosophy states, or once did: ->"Emphasizes family relationships <-(teamwork and entrepreneurial opportunities)" Forcing customers to order from a display that dozens of other customers have already "touched" is neither hygienic nor "family-friendly." This won't last much longer. Three customers left the store after us without ordering. You're definitely cutting corners here. Luckily, there are plenty of fast food alternatives; although we've always preferred you.

This forced them to pay by card due to traffic jams, and in my personal opinion, it took longer. The line at the ordering machine got longer. Too bad, that was unfortunately my last time. Wow. I'm thrilled. The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, helpful, and service-oriented. The store is very clean, has an inviting look, and you can even sit outside. Sure, you're sitting in the shopping center parking lot. I wouldn't do that during the day. But in the evening, it was quite pleasant. I visited the Subway Leinfelden branch today and I would like to explain a little about my experience. I wanted to go to the toilet first (I'm a Subway customer) just walked towards the toilet. An employee, a young man with glasses, and a woman I think she's a Subway Leinfelden branch manager (no Subway clothes, normal daily clothes behind the bufe gives the same food preliminary advice.) both asked me. RUDE Where are they going? I said, I liked use toilet. Both (men and women) say! VERY LOUD!! You have to ask for the use of the toilet, no public toilet here. I said I should go to the toilet urgently, both with the worker said NO, I said there is an open restaurant here and there are customers toilet and toilet ture there are no prohibition signs or personnel toilet signs or other signs please get out I'm walking towards the door with another customer (THIS WOMAN TOLD ME !!! IDIOT !!!) IF YOU WANTED TO USE SUBWAY TOILET FIRST ASK TO THE WORKER SAYS YES OR NO OR OR SAYS IDIOT.

When I pointed this out to staff, I was told by 2 staff that this was not their responsibility. A notice to stick a defect sign on the terminals was ignored. Very unfortunate.

Subs can now be ordered via displays. Unfortunately, this means that the real “contact” is lost and you cannot, for example, express that you would like “a lot or a little sauce”. Surprisingly, dogs are not allowed here (the first subway I know where this is the case). The staff is mostly nice, but we were pointed out in a rather bitchy and annoyed manner that dogs were not allowed in and that there was a sign outside. Unfortunately, this sign is super small. Feel free to put something larger on it or point it out to people in a friendly way. We don't mean anything bad and we know it differently from the chain.

Our mission to "find the best roast beef with onions" led us to the restaurant at the Schützenhaus Musberg. When we arrived, we discovered that roast beef with onions was missing from the menu, unlike the online version. Our long faces prompted the proprietor to conjure up a magic trick, and we ended up with two portions of the Swabian national dish. And what can I say, the trip to the Musberg Forest was definitely worth it! Delicious roast beef with onions, cooked to perfection, served with spaetzle and gravy, and plenty of gravy (in the special gravy jug). Unfortunately, those were probably the last portions of this delicious dish for now, which made it all the more delicious, and I think we'll be back again sometime to try the other dishes on the menu.

We've been walking our dogs there for years, but only recently discovered the restaurant. It's a bit hidden away, on the edge of a forest in the middle of a beautifully landscaped garden. Right by the entrance, there's a great terrace with a view of the adjacent tennis courts, a few beautiful rose bushes, and an old pine tree. We've been there a few times since then. Yesterday with a couple of friends. The food is truly excellent, the produce high-quality. I always eat my meat overcooked 😉 and even then, the chef (I think the owner too) cooks it so that it's not at all tough, but tender and delicious. My husband, on the other hand, likes it medium rare and he cooked it just right. Our friends were absolutely thrilled. The food is simply delicious. The waiting times are reasonable. They check regularly to see if guests have any other requests. We're delighted to have discovered this little insider tip. By the way, we've taken our dogs out on the terrace a few times, and that wasn't a problem either. My food recommendation: Avocado-Mango Tartar (I've made it three times since then) and Tagliata di Manzo 😀

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, i piatti sono ottimi, i sapori ci hanno riportato in Italia. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi ama la cucina italiana. Maria è un ospite speciale.
