Subway in Leinfelden-Echterdingen

Was here for the first time today. Super friendly (young) staff, quick subs, and absolutely clean. They really take care of everything here.

Every order has at least 1 error. You order toasted and they forget to toast the cheese. You order to take away and they serve it up to eat there. You order cookies, but you only get them if you ask. Very critically, if several customers order then there is Subway Roulette and with luck you will receive what you ordered

I got only one and a 1/4 meat on my sup and that for a whole one … that’s so wrong!!! They don’t give u the whole amount at all!! I had chicken teriyaki …I was just there 3:30pm… the salat bar was very dirty too… and for that I paid way to much!

We come here regularly for dinner. The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly and the food is delicious

I visited the Subway Leinfelden branch today and I would like to explain a little about my experience. I wanted to go to the toilet first (I'm a Subway customer) just walked towards the toilet. An employee, a young man with glasses, and a woman I think she's a Subway Leinfelden branch manager (no Subway clothes, normal daily clothes behind the bufe gives the same food preliminary advice.) both asked me. RUDE Where are they going? I said, I liked use toilet. Both (men and women) say! VERY LOUD!! You have to ask for the use of the toilet, no public toilet here. I said I should go to the toilet urgently, both with the worker said NO, I said there is an open restaurant here and there are customers toilet and toilet ture there are no prohibition signs or personnel toilet signs or other signs please get out I'm walking towards the door with another customer (THIS WOMAN TOLD ME !!! IDIOT !!!) IF YOU WANTED TO USE SUBWAY TOILET FIRST ASK TO THE WORKER SAYS YES OR NO OR OR SAYS IDIOT.

The food is great and the cleanliness too. Only payment at the terminals didn't work. Each customer tries 2 or more terminals, wasting each customer's time. When I pointed this out to staff, I was told by 2 staff that this was not their responsibility. A notice to stick a defect sign on the terminals was ignored. Very unfortunate.

Very accommodating and the food always tastes good. My cell phone went off at the checkout and the nice store manager still credited me with the voucher - even a better one.

Everything was great, easy to order. Food is great too.

Food OK, stupid ordering computer

Subs can now be ordered via displays. Unfortunately, this means that the real “contact” is lost and you cannot, for example, express that you would like “a lot or a little sauce”. Surprisingly, dogs are not allowed here (the first subway I know where this is the case). The staff is mostly nice, but we were pointed out in a rather bitchy and annoyed manner that dogs were not allowed in and that there was a sign outside. Unfortunately, this sign is super small. Feel free to put something larger on it or point it out to people in a friendly way. We don't mean anything bad and we know it differently from the chain.

I've never experienced a subway like this before... it's unbelievable how children-friendly it was there! Sparkling clean (even the toilets), the subs were perfectly stocked (not careless and half off as is so often the case) and the staff was super friendly.

I puke all the time after tuna sub. I have severe stomach pain. I hope it's not food poisoning.

The only one who is stable there is the young lady. When the operator was there it really bothered us. It looked really greasy and the employees didn't feel comfortable.

A very solid subway. The sandwich was fresh and the selection of ingredients was good. The staff was nice but there was a bit of a wait as it was busy. Still, I would visit this store again if I want something quick.

If you order at the self-service machine you have to wait longer than if you order directly at the checkout. If you bring this up, you will be called a liar, even by the manager - I absolutely cannot understand that behavior. Completely unfriendly and out of place.

Things have been going wrong in this store for a while now. Either something is forgotten or the food is put together incorrectly. I've always ordered online so that the workers there just have to read everything. But no, something always goes wrong. The last 6 orders were always wrong. Which is fatal if you're vegan and have allergies.

I was here recently and loved it! The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. The facility is very modern and stands out compared to other subways. Everything was clean and tidy, which made the stay even more pleasant. The only small downside is that it is a bit more expensive, but overall definitely recommended!

It tastes good but the staff is stingy with the cream cheese and says it's normal when I respond

Overall the food was solid. What struck me particularly positively was the modern and clean atmosphere, which is why I give it five stars. The service was OK, but nothing exceptional, hence three stars. The food was well prepared and of high quality, however one of our orders was delivered a Subway without meat, even though it was not ordered that way. For this reason I deduct a star. Overall it tasted good and I would come back.

Food is good but after I asked where xy was in my order it said: “First look then complain” It really hurts when people are dissatisfied with their lives and then let it out on customers.

Sub simply schmackofatz and the sandwich master who conjured up this masterpiece for me today deserves a hefty raise - people who clearly enjoy their job are not a dime a dozen. Oh and inside everything is really chic, modern and clean but what is Schwip Schwap Orange please...

Were on the A8 towards Munich and ate at Subway. The food, as always at Subway. We were pleasantly surprised by the ambience and furnishings. There were electronic ordering terminals, everything was very clean and overall the branch made a very well-kept impression, especially in comparison to other fast food chain restaurants. The employees were very nice and hardworking. When there was time, tables were cleaned.

Right on a shopping street, very good parking and connection to the motorway. After the renovation, everything became very modern and chic. The staff is very friendly but also cozy and sometimes a bit confused - that's not a bad thing. The food was once swapped and the customer service was very high, thank you for that. The food tastes good and is sometimes presented more or less beautifully. Price performance is okay.

Lady with the black glasses today at 1932, dropped some boxes on the ground. The food boxes used for the doritos chicken bites. While wearing gloves, she proceeded to pick the boxes off the ground. My order came put of the oven. She then proceeded to pick up my chicken bites and my potatoes, with the same hand (with gloves) she used to pick up boxes off the ground.. How nasty are you, to use gloves on your hand to pick up something on the ground AND pick up food ?

The food was good, the guys with the cap were super friendly and even cleared our table. Always something going on and never boring!

Everything was good about this Subway. Staff used to change the gloves and everything upon request from vegetarians.

I would give 5 stars for service but the manager is very unfriendly. Instead of taking my order he makes strange jokes like “Ok cool” or “what’s a normal cookie”.

The branch has already been visited several times. The ambience is good and the subs are as expected. It is very annoying that the order at the touchpoint has been incorrect several times. Ingredients are forgotten (e.g. double meat) or added incorrectly (e.g. onions). Please train the staff urgently.

Absolutely terrible store. Far too few staff. If you order at the terminal instead of from the staff, this guarantees that you will receive your order last and everyone else will be served before you. Staff is super slow (on each of my visits) and completely disorganized. Tables are dirty (who is supposed to clean them with so few staff) and sometimes you can only pay by card at the ordering machine... but then you have the problem again that all other orders are processed before you.

We ordered at the touchpoint. We didn't order anything out of the ordinary. Chicken terriyaki and we wanted cheese on our sub. We were there on Tuesday evening at around 6:30 p.m. We were alone as customers in the store and ordered three subs. There were 5 employees working behind the counter. And then the subs cannot be prepared the way they were ordered electronically. And that has been the case several times in this branch. Which is why we decided not to go to this branch anymore. If I forget, I don't say anything, or if there's a lot going on, I'm still understanding. But not if you are alone in the store with 5 employees at the time of ordering. I'm sorry you've lost us as customers.

Very friendly service, okay prices are steep...but the ambience is right. And it was delicious too.

The wait for a sub, over 25 minutes, was disappointing. Even if it is a little busier, such a long waiting time should be avoided. As a result, my lunch break was already over before I received my food.

Catastrophe, ordered at the terminal, loading empty until then, except for waiting guests. After sending the order at 7:21 p.m., a few people came in who hadn't ordered at the terminal and in the end four people who ordered after me were already finished and I was able to pick up my sandwich 23 minutes later at 7:44 p.m People after me at the terminal took a similar amount of time. It's not possible, if you've already ordered at the terminal then it should be done quickly and not serve people in the queue earlier.

It's not possible to eat quickly here! Nothing going on, 5 employees, annoying music, dirty tables, empty bottles everywhere and a sandwich took 17 minutes - you're serious! Worst subway ever!

Typical subway. But you can't actually eat salad on site because you get a cheap wooden fork, which completely ruins the meal. I would happily pay the €0.50 or €1 for “reusable” cutlery but eat normally.

As always, the food is very tasty and the staff is always very friendly. We go here often. Even when there is a lot going on, preparation goes very quickly. Tip: download the app, then you can collect points with every purchase and then redeem them ;-)

Extremely long waiting time! I'm not familiar with Subway and it was different until the renovation a few weeks ago.

Der beste Sub weit und breit. Schnell, sauber, lecker und super nettes Personal! *Update 01.2024 Es wurde innen komplett renoviert. Sieht jetzt schön aus. Klare Linien, alles sauber. Es ist und bleibt meine Lieblings-Niederlassung. Sie ist sogar prämiert worden als beste Filiale Deutschlands! Da sagt alles.

Genau 30 Minuten habe ich auf mein Sub gewartet, obwohl mind. 5 Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren. Hab ich in einem fast food restaurant noch nie erlebt... Bestellt nicht am Touch Screen! Direkt an der Theke geht es viel, viel schneller!

Oh I love subway, haven't had a sub way in about 2 years I left Ireland moved to brussels (couldn't find a subway there) but when moved here found a subway and oooohhh how I missed subway, Italian B.M.T always the go to...

Essen Top Bedienung Flop Zum x-ten mal war es nicht möglich Freitag nach 0 Uhr essen zu bekommen. Entweder ist das Brot leer oder Personal fehlt. Bei Ankunft kurz vor Feierabend wird für einen sarkastisch geklatscht, wenn die Bestellung etwas größer wird.

Die Preise sind im Vergleich zu anderen Fast-Food Ketten überteuert für dass das es ganz ok schmeckt. Das Ambiente war früher auch wesentlich ansehnlicher und gemütlicher.

Essen und Service ist gut aber extrem teuer geworden. 😥😥😥😥😥😥😥

Wirklich gut! Ich war soeben mit meiner Freundin zum ersten Mal hier. Ich glaube er heißt David, hat die subs sehr qualitativ zubereitet. Wir kommen demnächst gerne wieder.

Leckere Sandwiches, sauber und schnell

Bester Subway aller Zeiten. Frau an der Kasse super herzlich. Die Mitarbeiter die das Sandwich belegt haben auch freundlich und zügig. War um die Mittagszeit da. War super viel los. Aber hat dem Service definitiv nicht geschadet. Gehe recht selten zu Subway, aber wenn wir gehen, dann in Echterdingen. Weiter so!

Wir sind gerade hier beim Essen. Hatten nach dem Schülermenü für meinen Sohn gefragt, auch bekommen. Für meine Frau und mich das Familienmenü, das gibt es leider nicht mehr wie wir vor Ort erfahren mussten. Es wurde nach der Chefin gefragt. Sie hat dann ein paar Sachen in der Kasse eingetippt um es für uns passend zu machen, dass wir voll und ganz zufrieden sind. Sie war da sehr zuvorkommend, dass haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.
