The place is, let's say, "old school." It probably looked much the same 20-30 years ago. But that doesn't bother me at all as long as the quality and taste are what they are here. I had a layered meat doner kebab that impressed me, not just because of its size, but I'll definitely try other dishes in the hope that they're just as good...

Update: Thank you for your reply. This definitely wasn't my first döner kebab. I've eaten falafel and halloumi at other places, so I can easily compare how they should taste and look. I even specifically asked if they could add a little more salad. Despite that, the döner ended up being very sparsely filled. When I see that others—especially those ordering meat—receive significantly larger portions, it honestly seems a bit unfair. Perhaps regular customers are given preferential treatment and receive larger portions. That would be a shame, of course. I've ordered vegetarian dishes (falafel or halloumi) at this place several times. Unfortunately, I was disappointed every time. The portion was very sparsely filled—significantly less greens and filling than the meat version that my companion received. Frankly, that seems quite unfair. Furthermore, the sauce was extremely greasy, which made the whole dish even heavier and more unpleasant to eat. I don't write reviews like this lightly, and I've given the place three chances in total. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing all three times. A real shame.

Disappointing for vegetarians! The price-performance ratio is not right here. I ordered a veggie döner for 8 euros. (Without cheese, the vegan version). The result was a very sparsely filled flatbread with limp vegetables. When I politely asked if there wasn't something else to add—seitan, more vegetables, etc.—to fill out the bread, I was curtly replied: "You said no cheese." It seems logical to me that they would then add a bit more of other (cheaper) ingredients. I'm used to that from all the other places that offer veggie/vegan options on Thursdays. Not here. Based on the many good reviews, I guess I had too high expectations. On the positive side, the place was completely empty, so as the only customer, I was served immediately. But I won't be coming back.

This kebab shop makes by far the best kebab I've ever eaten – and I don't just mean Leinfelden and the surrounding area. Everything is always fresh: the meat, the vegetables, and especially the freshly baked bread with every order. After the renovation, the shop now looks really nice and clean – no other kebab shop can compare, especially not in Leinfelden. The staff are also really friendly and always in a good mood. The shop is very accessible – right next to the train station, with always free parking, indoor and outdoor seating, and a clear, well-designed menu.

We drove 2-3 km off the highway because we were very hungry, and the Google rating of 4.9 stars sounded very promising. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Upon arrival, we were told they were out of kebabs – even though it wasn't late. Our greeting of "Selamun Aleyküm" received no response, even though it's a halal-certified restaurant. It's a shame, especially when you're looking forward to a friendly atmosphere. Lahmacun? They weren't available either. So I opted for a pide – what I got was more like a pizza with too much sauce. The flavor was completely off; the base was completely burnt and inedible. Absolutely not worth 4.9 stars for me. Unfortunately, I can't understand the hype at all.

Hüseyin Usta'nın yaprak döneri, çayı ve lahmacunu süper. Ekmekler siparişle birlikte taze pişiyor ve lahmacun aynı Türkiye'deki gibi taze açılıyor. Kaliteye cidden önem veriyorlar. Türkiye'den geliyorsanız kesinlikle memnun kalacaksınız. Masadaki acı bibere dikkat, sağlam acı :)
