They have now changed the concept and are not called ETE anymore. The menu is a bit boring, the udon noodles are squared and too chewy, and the broth pretty much tasteless. We sat outside and it felt super cramped.

We have been regular guests here for 18 months now. We ate there again at lunchtime today. Unfortunately, my son and I have a glutamate allergy, which has never been a problem before. Today, 30 minutes after eating, we both experienced extreme physical discomfort (nausea, headaches, dizziness, unnatural thirst). No dish was declared to contain glutamate. Great, the day is over for us now :(
The food is not bad, but nothing special. I don’t understand how it’s is extremely highly rated. It’s very expensive for what it is, dishes are very overpriced!
We were there for the first time and felt very comfortable. Very friendly staff and delicious fresh food. Modern and friendly furnished guest room, the light could be a little dimmed.
We were nearby for a short trip and chose the NU. We are totally thrilled. The Thom kha Gai tastes great. Could have a bit more side dishes. But taste great. Then we had curry and panko chicken, both great. Given the price, I thought more of Dodenhof quality. But that's Fusion Kitchen quality. We took sushi with us for the evening. We were in sushi heaven. Great rice. Great quality fish and the little things like very fine cucumber sticks in the maki made the whole thing. The mayo was also very good. I really like eating sushi. Good sushi. So far I have only eaten as well once in Bremen but at completely different prices (location and crowd). We would rather drive 45km here and not the 20km to Bremen. It's definitely worth it.
