Sehr guter Asiate, preiswerter Mittagstisch, abends oft voll und längere Wartezeiten, Essen sehr gut, suier nettes Personal!

Wir besuchen das Tsingtau gerne und regelmäßig, da das Essen immer ausgezeichnet ist. Der Service ist super und das Ambiente stilvoll und ruhig.

Sehr leckeres Essen, gute Portionen. Freundliche Bedienung. Keine langen Wartezeiten.

Nettes familiengeführtes Restaurant. Super Essen. Selbstgemachter Icetee. Kinder willkommen.

Frisch zubereitetes Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre 😁 wir waren als kleine Gruppe dort und konnten die Zeit sehr genießen

Bis vor drei Jahren konnte man hier wirklich sehr gut essen gehen. Heute war es für mich das letzte Mal. Ich hatte Ente knusprig mit dunkler, scharfer Soße. Am Tisch kam an: kalter, matschiger Reis. Die Ente war zum wiederholten Mal nicht knusprig und sehr mit Fett und Knorpeln versehen. Ausserdem schmeckte sie aufgewärmt. Die Soße war sehr fad und hatte nicht einen Hauch von Schärfe. Das einzige was gut war, war das Getränk und das war aus der Flasche. Ich bin noch nie mit Hunger aus einem Restaurant nach Hause gegangen, heute schon.

Das Essen bestand aus lieblos aufgewärmten Fertigprodukten und sowohl mein Sohn als auch ich hatten hinterher Bauchschmerzen.

Essen war nicht mehr als verschiedene TK Produkte zusammengemischt, egal ob bei der Ente oder bei den Udon Nudeln mit Hähnchen. Für so etwas lohnt sich der Preis überhaupt nicht und neben dem teils kalten Essen war das ganze auch geschmacklich nicht gut!

Wir waren am Freitag hier essen. Das Essen war ganz lecker aber der Service war nicht gut. Bedienungen wirkten genervt und waren unfreundlich.

Das Essen war echt voll lecker. Hatte Sommerrollen und danach so ne Art Hühnchen Kun Paoh Art, nur mit anderen Namen. Allerdings passte wohl der blonden Bedienung mit den Tattoo auf der Brust wohl meine Nase nicht so ganz. Musste mein zweites Tiger Beer bei einer anderen Bedienung nachbestellen. Als ich die Rechnung bei ihr gefordert hatte, musste ich auch schon wieder warten und bin dann schließlich nach vorne gegangen. Dort schickte sie dann jemand Anderes zu mir. Weiß nicht, was Sie für ein Problem mit mir hatte, da ich Sie nicht kenne und hier nur in Jever Urlaub mache! So etwas darf eigentlich nicht passieren bzw. sein, weil es dann die hervorragende Leistung des restlichen Teams schmälert. Schade! Es kann jeder Mal etwas vergessen. Aber zweimal Jemanden da sitzen lassen? Die andere Bedienungen stets freundlich, immer am lächeln und freundlich am fragen, ob sie abdecken dürfen usw. Wollte eigentlich morgen da mein Geburtstagsessen veranstalten. Essen war verdammt gut und das Ambiente passte. 👌🏻 Muss noch überlegen....

Unverschämte Wartezeit, lt. Mail 40 Minuten Wartezeit bis zur Abholung. Bei Ankunft im Restaurant weitere 50 Minuten Wartezeit, geht gar nicht. Der Laden war nicht wirklich voll weshalb man es hätte verstehen können. Kein preisliches Entgegenkommen aufgrund der Wartezeit. Schlechter Kundenservice! Andere Kunden standen ähnlich lang in der Warteschlange. Abholung sollte sich gut überlegt werden!! Sushi geschmacklich naja. War ok, aber wiederkommen werden wir nicht.

Wir waren schon lange nicht mehr dort. Aber nach der Umstellung/Umbau muss es einige Veränderungen gegeben haben. Bis das Essen kam hat tatsächlich eine längere Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Und dann musste man feststellen, dass das Essen zumindest für uns, geschmacklich sehr abgebaut hat. Preislich ist alles in Ordnung, aber uns hat das Essen nicht gut geschmeckt. Der Service war freundlich, aber war oft längere Zeit nicht zu sehen. Eigentlich Schade, da es früher wirklich absolut lecker war..

Das asiatische- Fusion - Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Ambiente war schön und wir fanden die Stimmung dort angenehm. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders lecker fand ich das gebackene Sushi. Preislich war Restaurant auf jedem Fall erschwinglich.

Essen top! …aber einfach zu voll. Trotz Reservierung 30 Minuten auf den Tisch gewartet. Bedingungen hatten keine Zeit für Rückfragen und Nachbesserungen.

Das Sushi war super frisch und richtig lecker. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :)

Wir waren auf Empfehlung im „Tsingtau Green“ und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Unsere Menüs - knusprige Ente in süß - saurer Soße mit knackigem Gemüse und Sushi - waren beide hervorragend und geschmacklich sehr gut. Die leckeren Desserts - gebackene Banane mit Honig sowie gebackenes Vanilleeis mit Erdnüssen - waren köstlich und schmeckten uns ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.Der Service war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal. Klare Weiterempfehlung …..

Waren heute dort essen, das Essen war überhaupt nicht gut. Der Service lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, schlecht gelaunte Mitarbeiter! 1 1/2 Std. Auf essen gewartet... Katastrophe! Und unterhalten konnte man sich kaum, Sehr laut! Einmal nie wieder!!!

Ich habe ein Getränk bestellt, welches auch nach der Vorspeise nicht gebracht wurde, trotz mehrfachem Nachfragen! Wäre das Restaurant voll gewesen, hätte ich noch Verständnis dafür gehabt. Die Bedienung sprach einen in einem lauten und direktem Ton an. Sehr unangenehm. Wasser für den Hund wollte man auf Nachfragen bringen, ist aber auch für den Hund nie gekommen! Der Reis war überkocht und die Soße schmeckte nach Süß/Sauer Soße aus der Flasche. Die Ente trocken und knorpelig. Wir waren in einer Gruppe und die Rechnung wurde mit einem Endbetrag benannt (nicht aufgeschlüsselt), so konnte man auch nicht nachvollziehen ob die Getränke, die nicht kamen aber bestellt waren abgerechnet wurden! Einmal und nie wieder! Never ever again!

Leider so gar nicht. Tut mir echt leid. Die Suppe war nur Gelee. Das Essen, mussten wir lange warten. Reis erst nach 3x nachfragen gebracht. Ente fett und völlig trocken. Alle Soßen meeeega salzig. Schade, hatte mich so gefreut. Waren mal vor langer Zeit, da war es viel besser. Wir nicht mehr.

Wir genießen jedesmal die herzliche Bedienung und das leckere Essen zu moderaten Preisen im Tsing Tau! Die Atmosphäre ist fernöstlich anmutend aber gleicht nicht dem üblichen China- Barock. Ansprechend ist auch die Getränkeauswahl, es gibt neben dem ortsüblichen Bier ein leckeres Lager Bier namens Tsing Tao und auch eine adäquates Weinangebot. Wir fühlen uns wohl bei euch und freuen uns auf die nächste 🦆 Heute nach langer Zeit mal wieder im Tsingtau zu Gast. Welch großartige Wandlung, das Ambiente Stil- und geschmackvoll umgestaltet, das Speisenangebot sehr gut verändert und hervorragend umgesetzt. Äußerst gelungen… und sehr lecker. 7 von 5 Sternen!

Aus der Vergangenheit ist uns gutes Essen dort bekannt, aber heute hatten wir Pech: Personell scheinbar unterbesetzt, wurden wir mit Reservierung einem Tisch zugewiesen und danach nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Auch an anderen Tischen ließen lange Hälse vermuten, dass es dauern wird... Nach dreißig Minuten erfolglosen Wartens haben wir aufgegeben und ein anderes Lokal aufgesucht. Schade.

Sehr freundlich und das Essen ist einfach super. Das Ambiente ist wirklich gelungen.

Wir haben abends innerhalb der offiziellen Öffnungszeiten über die Website Gerichte bestellt. Anschließend wurde uns eine Bestätigungsemail der Bestellung zugesandt. Als wir dann zum Restaurant fuhren, um unsere Bestellung abzuholen, standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen, telefonisch erreichbar war leider keiner. Das Restaurant wurde verfrüht geschlossen. Fast 2 Stunden nach dem Erhalt der Bestätigungsemail, bekamen wir eine weitere Email, die uns dann darüber informierte, dass keine Bestellung aufgrund zu hoher Auslastung möglich sei. Schade.

Haben das erste Mal den Lieferservice ausprobiert und es war super. Das Essen wie immer eine Köstlichkeit und kam zum gewünschten Liefertermin heiß auf die Minute genau an die Haustür. Vielen lieben Dank

Schon jahrelang Gäste und kommen immer wieder gern zum Essen -hauptsächlich abends aber auch mittags empfehlenswert. Eine tolle, leckere Auswahl an Speisen. Personal gastfreundlich und lieb.

Das Sushi schmeckt hier wirklich gut. Bestellung ist auch zum Abholen über Website möglich. Kartenzahlung leider in 2025 nur eingeschränkt möglich. Kredit- und Debitkarte funktioniert gar nicht.

Wir wollten am Sonntag zu viert essen. Um 18. Uhr hatten wir reserviert. Um 19.30 Uhr war unser Essen noch nicht serviert. Alle Gäste nach uns bekamen ihr Essen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es das könnte man uns nicht sagen. Sehr schade das Essen ist immer sehr lecker.Wir sind dann gegangen. Uns sieht man so schnell nicht wieder.

Was für ein erschreckendes Erlebnis! Wir waren für ein romantisches 'Dinner for Two' verabredet. Nach 1,5 Stunden und dreifacher Erinnerung bekamen wir etwas zum Essen. Leider nur eins der beiden bestellten Gerichte. Als das zweite Gerichte dann 15 Minuten später geliefert wurde, war es immerhin etwas zu essen, nur nicht das bestellte. Neues Servicepersonal und ein grenzlos überforderter Chef, der zudem nicht ein Quentchen Kulanz bei der Zahlung gelten lies. Zitat:"Sie habe ja etwas zu Essen bekommen, voller Preis!" ... da müssen wir so schnell nicht wieder hin. Schade.

If you value good quality in foreign food, this is the place for you. There's a very large selection of starters and main courses. I really like the fact that they still focus on the freshness of the ingredients and the selection of meat and vegetables without chemicals.

Very tasty and varied dishes, from sushi to traditional dishes. This was our second visit, but it won't be our last!

Exceptionally good food. The restaurant was very busy, but the staff were extremely friendly. We would love to come back!

Everything has been newly renovated. New owners, but everything is great. The food is also incredibly delicious. Crispy sweet and sour chicken with vegetables and rice. The peanut sauce is also highly recommended. The vegetable soup "Sa-la-tan" is also very tasty for those who like it a bit spicier.

We spontaneously stopped by for lunch today. The menu offers a good selection, but the lunch menu also satisfies most tastes. Jasmine tea was served in very attractive teapots and was truly fresh. No tea bags! We'd be happy to come back.

Four of us had reserved a table. After a long wait, our drinks and food were finally served by an extremely unfriendly lady manager. The food was brought to our tables very late, and one dish wasn't as ordered and had to be returned. All in all, very disappointing.

We had dinner at Tsingtau Green this evening. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the waitress; I've never been served so rudely. The sushi was delicious! However, the Land and Sea soup seemed to me to be very limited. I found one shrimp and three small pieces of chicken in the soup for €5.50. It's a shame that the visit to this restaurant wasn't what I had hoped for.

We had a delicious lunch. The lunch menu is highly recommended. Unfortunately, payment is only possible with debit cards.

We spontaneously sat down for lunch with the family at a table in a very nice setting. A mix of Asian decorations, all beautifully combined. We ordered a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious, varied, and catered to a wide range of tastes.

Absolutely recommended. We were there with four adults and three children, so we had a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. The service was top-notch and the food was truly delicious. The ambiance was also perfect. A definite recommendation in the Jever area.

In general, you can't go wrong with a visit, although the waiting time can be lengthy.

We had lunch here today with 3 people. I had a sushi lunch platter that was both delicious and filling. Although we ordered a delicious dessert after opening hours, it was served to us. Small flaw: The waitress was complaining that we would now order dessert.

The place is almost empty, with only 2-3 tables occupied in every room. Despite this, the service isn't keeping up. Wait times are extremely long. Our food arrived 10 minutes apart from each other. I'm sorry, but if the first person is finished before everyone else has their food, the kitchen and staff should be better trained. This was our first and last time with you.

We've enjoyed going there over the past few years. Unfortunately, the service and food have deteriorated considerably. Today we were given a reserved table along the wall, which was very difficult for me to access with my walker following spinal surgery. It took about half an hour to place an order. When the starters arrived, mine wasn't even lukewarm. The main courses arrived about half an hour later, one at a time, with plenty of space between them. Unfortunately, my meal came in the cold to warm range. The shrimp weren't even properly cooked and were cold. The service varied and wasn't very friendly. This was one of the worst experiences we've had here. Even when we pointed out this discrepancy, there was no acceptance or apology at all. We won't be eating here again. The staff are very indifferent and no longer interested in their customers. We would definitely advise against visiting this restaurant!!!!!

The food is very tasty but unfortunately the food comes to the table very late. If the restaurant is full, you can easily wait an hour for your food. The ambience is fine.

I'm really disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, drinks were mixed up when 8 people ordered. Since two of the eight people had a menu with a starter and a starter soup, everyone had to wait for their dishes, including the small children. We had to ask several times when we wanted to pay. Food was delicious.

Really nice food and great ambience

We were there again on a busy Friday, made a reservation the day before via the internet, everything was fine so far. Service was good as usual, but not exceptional, and definitely always friendly. We were really looking forward to the food, but unfortunately we were disappointed: they no longer serve the classic way (i.e. a platter with meat and vegetables, sauce separately) but instead drape everything in a visually appealing way in a large, deep plate. Big disadvantage: everything is drowned in the (rich) sauce, immediately soggy and you can no longer taste any of the components' own taste. And the side salad floats somewhere in between... It's all just mush! When we asked, we learned that things were no longer done differently because "the boss wants it that way." Too bad. The food so far has actually been great and would have been enough for 4-5 stars, and if necessary you could have hot plate or sushi, but we probably won't go there again.

Had dinner on Saturday evening. The restaurant was packed, but the food was super quick. The taste is simply great, plentiful and fresh. When we left there was a long queue for the next free tables, so reservations are recommended.

Food is tasty but very expensive. When picking up you can only pay in cash. In the restaurant you can only pay by card. Nobody has to understand the logic

We ate there with 4 people, the food was great, but unfortunately it came to the table very staggered. Was eating there for the second time this year. Luckily we reserved a table. Unfortunately, if the place is full, you have to wait a long time for your food. Starter came after 20 minutes, my wife's sushi, 10 minutes later the starter soups and the child's fries came. Afterwards we had to wait 40 minutes for our main courses to arrive one by one; the dessert was sent express, probably because the table was to be given away. However, I actually just asked how long the dessert would take, apparently I wasn't understood, but whatever. The food is delicious, soup tastes different every time, which can be good or bad, depending on how spicy it is and how you feel. We won't be coming back for a while because the waiting times simply don't contribute to a pleasant evening. The ambience is very well done.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic food and great service! The Tsingtau Jever is a real highlight. The food is fresh, authentic and incredibly tasty - the duck in particular was cooked to perfection! The service is attentive and friendly, you feel completely comfortable. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and invites you to linger. We will definitely come back and can only recommend it! The sushi is also not to be despised. In my opinion the best in the area.

Great sushi, always fresh and delicious

I was recently at the Tsingtau restaurant in Jever and unfortunately I can't report a positive experience. The atmosphere seemed uncomfortable and the staff seemed uninterested. Even though the restaurant wasn't full, we had to wait a long time for our order. When the food finally arrived I was very disappointed. The portions were small and the food itself was bland and tasteless. The fried noodles were overcooked and the sauce was kind of watery. The selection on the menu also left a lot to be desired. In addition, the cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable. The tables weren't wiped down properly and there was trash on the floor. Overall, I cannot recommend Tsingtau in Jever. I definitely won't come back and will look for another restaurant next time.

Great sushi in itself. Unfortunately the service is a disaster. We wanted to eat there on New Year's Eve, but the line stretched all the way to the front of the store. So you should have to live on bread on New Year's Eve. Nevertheless, the sushi remains top.

An hour wait for a table, even though a reservation was made. No apologies, unfriendly service and mediocre food.

Disaster and impudence. We had for December 28th. Reserved a table at 9 p.m. When we arrived, the queue was already in front of the door: lots of reservations that couldn't be processed because they were overbooked. Some potential guests gave up after 20 minutes and left. We then have 35 minutes, e.g. Sometimes outside in the cold, we had to wait until we were assigned a table by the organizing waitress. I then noticed that things were probably going suboptimally, to which she replied: "So what do you expect from me now!?". An apology, I thought. But that wasn't the plan for her. When we went to order, my daughters asked for sushi. That would take a very long time today, so it wasn't advisable was the answer. A couple we met while waiting got a table after almost an hour and were told there was no more sushi so they left the restaurant. Guests who came after that got their sushi before we finished eating. Strange! When we wanted some more rice, we managed to do so on the third attempt, but an older Chinese waitress slammed it onto the table in such a way that she elbowed me in the face. Excuse me? None. Boosting the portions of hot dishes with cold, puffed-up side salads makes the plate fuller, but doesn't serve the purpose of the dish. When I paid the bill and didn't leave a tip, the above-mentioned waitress simply turned around and said "There are your fortune cookies!" and left me there: no thanks for our visit, no “have a nice evening,” no New Year’s wish. We've had a nice meal in this restaurant quite often over the years, but this was the third negative experience in a row. The time before last, my wife got the wrong dish and they simply said she had ordered the wrong thing and of course the dish wasn't replaced. The time before last we had to get scarves and a stole out of the car because it was lousy cold. Chinese woman told us: “The heater is broken!”. On December 28th was definitely our last visit to Tsingtau.

Food very tasty - service poor. Reservation made on the same day at 7 p.m., arrived on time and didn't get a table until 7:20 p.m. Service staff unfriendly. Waiting time for food approx. 60 minutes. Food was very tasty, although advertised as spicy, but was mild. We had to ask twice to pay. Restaurant is nicely designed, but quite noisy. Also positive: several vegetarian and vegan dishes.

New Year's Eve disaster... 30 people are standing in front of the store. All reserved...like us. No space...we're going home...Old review: Great food, poor service.... Improvements are possible...needed?

Ordered a table at 8 p.m. for New Year's Eve. Unfortunately, like many others, we were left sitting because the staff was completely overwhelmed and couldn't or didn't want to encourage the guests who had already finished eating to leave. Bad luck for us and the other 30 guests waiting at the door. Bad for the restaurant. Unfortunately you cannot give minus stars. They deserved it

Super great, cozy evening. We are our number 1 top restaurant.

I've already eaten there once during the week - with a reservation. The food was great, but unfortunately the service was pretty stroppy. The second time I picked up an order and was treated rudely again. However, the last visit was the final straw. By the time we reserved a table, a queue had already formed outside. Even though everyone had reserved, there was no free table. After 45 minutes (!) we finally got a table - without any apology. This time too, the service was once again rude towards other guests. When I wanted to order after another 20 minutes, they suddenly said there was no more sushi. No explanation, no apology - even though we waited a total of over an hour just to find out. For me one thing is certain: never again!

We had reserved a table for five people for 7:30 p.m. - after all, one assumes that a reservation means actually getting a seat. But far from it. After 50 minutes (!) in the crowded hallway without any attention from the staff, we dared to ask politely. The answer: You have “no idea” when a table will become available. How calming. We weren't offered a drink or an apology during the entire wait - apparently hospitality is optional here. The chaos could not be overlooked: after an hour of waiting, some of the guests who were already seated only had the menu in their hands. At the same time, take-away orders were being processed diligently, because apparently it is more important to keep the take-away business going than to take care of the guests on site. After an unfriendly exchange with the staff, we had enough. The decision to move to Athens Restaurant was the best of the evening. We were served promptly and friendly, despite arriving at short notice without a reservation. It may be Greek-Mediterranean cuisine instead of Asian, but the difference in service quality was huge. The Tsing Tau may have good food - unfortunately we cannot judge whether that is the case. But if you value a minimum of organization and politeness, you should think carefully about whether you really want to spend an evening here. Conclusion: Maybe less focus on out-of-home and more effort for the guests who actually make the effort to come to the restaurant. Or is that asking too much?

Delicious food, nice staff and nice ambience.

The quality of the food is very good and would have earned 5 stars, but unfortunately after the price increase they switched to plate meals and there is no longer any extra rice. The plate consists of a third of salad, rice and main course. Getting full is a matter of luck - but not when it comes to prices, sorry!

Super friendly staff, the lunch menu was plentiful, the food was excellent, not to say sensational! If I could I would give 10 stars! A world-class gastronomic experience, I can highly recommend it to everyone in the area ^.^
