Nettes kleines Lokal mitten in Jever. Der Service war schnell und nett. Das Ambiente war recht sachlich, aber sauber und man konnte die Leute auf der Einkaufsstraße beobachten. Ich hatte das Jägerschnitzel, dass mit einem kleinen Salat kam. Die Portion hatte eine Größe zum satt werden. Das Schnitzel war schön dünn und mit lockerer knuspriger Panade. Alles in allem ein schönes Mittagessen.

Wieder ein mal ein sehr gutes Frühstück genossen. Es hat schon etwas sich im sitzen am Tisch bedienen zu lassen. Gerne wieder 🫠

Waren heute um 19 Uhr da und wollten was essen. Leider war geschlossen, obwohl lt. Aushang bis 21 Uhr geöffnet sein soll. So gewinnt man keine neuen Gäste … Nachtrag: Wenn ein Betreiber seine Gäste dafür verantwortlich machen möchte, dass sie vor verschlossener Tür standen, dann ist das schon peinlich. Entweder man hat Öffnungszeiten oder nicht. Wenn der Betreibet Anstand hätte, hätte er sich entschuldigt. Aber hier ist man selber Schuld, dass der Laden zu hat? Sorry, wer hat hier wohl keinen Anstand?

Sehr gute und leckere Küchenleistung und ein Kellner mit perfekten Umgangsformen. Ganz toll in dieser Zeit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wir waren heute mit unseren beiden Hunden hier. Die erste Frage war nicht OB wir einen Saufnapf haben möchten, sondern ob einer reicht oder wir zwei brauchen. Die Servicekräfte sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Ich kann dieses Restaurant sehr empfehlen.

Super Bedienung und Frühstück war super

Waren da frühstücken, alles super frisch und lecker, das Personal war super freundlich, wir werden wieder hingehen!

Waren heute mit den Gutscheinbuch da. Super, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Rotkohl, Kartoffeln, Rouladen und Soße für mein Mann ,Veganer Burger und Pommes für mich sehr lecker.

Wow spontan zum Frühstücken eingekehrt. Vom Kaffee über Sekt u. Osaft, Brötchen und diverse Auflagen incl gekochtes Ei alles aber wirklich alles super lecker. Das Ambiente frisch modern sauber. Zum guten Schluss: der Service,auch dort tadellos, nicht aufdringlich alles im Blick . Super macht weiter so

Vor 2 Tagen habe ich in der "Neue 17" den Geburtstag einer Freundin nachgefeiert. Sie hatte mich zum Frühstück eingeladen. Da ich Veganerin bin, haben sie sich dort sehr viel Mühe gegeben und extra für mich veganen Aufschnitt besorgt. Auch die Bedienung, sprich der Kellner, war - wie immer - sehr zuvorkommend.

Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliche Bedienung, wenn diese auch ein wenig unbeholfen wirkte. Das Ambiente ist eher wie in einer Kneipe mit altbackenem Mobiliar. Alles in allem aber einen Besuch wert aufgrund der Qualität des Essens.

Es gab verschiedene Frühstücksformen, von klein bis üppig, zur Auswahl. Freundliches Personal.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war perfekt (Jägerschnitzel mit Pommes und einmal mit Bratkartoffeln) und reichlich. Leider habe ich keine Fotos gemacht.

Das Essen war sehr lecker Ambiente auch sehr einladend Personal freundlich alles in allem ein guter grund um es nochmal zu besuchen weiter so.

Wir waren am Mittwoch im Restaurant. Das Essen, meine Frau hatte ein Friesenschnitzel, ich Scholle, war sehr gut. Es war ansprechend serviert und reichlich. Die Bedienung war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Gläser wurden richtig platziert, es wurde gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei, rundum ein toller Besuch.

Wir haben heute in der Neue 17 zu Mittag gegessen.Mein Mann hatte Brathering mit Bratkartoffeln.Der halbe Teller war voll Salat.Zwei kleine Scheiben Fisch und zwei Esslöffel Bratkartoffeln.so eine kleine Portion haben wir noch nirgends auf dem Teller gehabt.Mein Mann hat hungrig das Lokal verlassen.Nie wieder.Und das für 16 Euro 90.

Hier waren wir zweimal Essen, dass erste Mal war die Bedienung und das Essen sehr gut. Das zweite Mal war die Bedienung total überfordert. Labskaus und Backfisch waren sehr lecker. Das Schnitzel war eine Katastrophe, es war trocken und tot gebacken. Dazu gab es Pommes die wohl auch ihre beste Zeit hinter sich hatten. Sie schmeckten wie abgestanden. Zu meiner Bewerbung: Beim ersten Besuch hätte es 5 Sterne verdient. Beim zweiten Mal nur einen Stern. Also vergebe ich 3 Sterne.

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, aber das Essen naja…. Friesenschnitzel aus der Fritteuse, sehr zäh und am Rand sehr trocken. Die Zwiebeln musste man suchen und das Würzen wurde wohl vergessen. Leider war auch die Bedienung nicht die schnellste.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und höflich.

Food, staff, atmosphere are top-notch; I can only recommend it to everyone.

My wife and I booked a table for the evening at short notice. We arrived at 7 p.m. The owner himself gave us a friendly welcome. We were served very quickly. Drinks and food arrived quickly. My wife ordered fish and chips, and I ordered the Friesenschnitzel menu. The food arrived quickly and was excellent. The fried potatoes with the schnitzel tasted like mom's. The schnitzel was covered in fresh roasted onions and mushrooms. It came with a delicious salad. My wife's menu was also exceptionally good. To finish off, we were given a homemade schnapps, which was delicious. We really enjoyed the friendly service and the exceptionally good food at reasonable prices. We will definitely eat here again on our next visit to Jever and can highly recommend the restaurant.

Oily and greasy dishes are quite good here, like in a brewery. Pasta and casseroles are left out... Price-performance ratio is so-so, just a new tourist keeps coming by.

Great atmosphere, top-notch service, very friendly and accommodating. We had a first-class breakfast there with our grandchildren. Delicious food, more than generous portions, everything highly recommended. It's a new 17 and the holiday can begin. 💯🤟

This was our second time at the restaurant and we immediately felt at home! The food was absolutely delicious! There were four of us! We had Labskaus and currywurst with fries! It was absolutely delicious again! The service was very friendly and attentive! We also got a house schnapps, which was also very good! We bought two bottles! We can highly recommend this restaurant, and we'll definitely be back when we're in the area! Keep up the good work! You guys are truly amazing!! 👍😋😊

I can't rate the food, only had drinks. Nice seating outside, right at the heart of the pedestrian zone. Drinks were nicely served.

I'd like to see some other dishes on the memory card. It's been the same for years. It's a shame. Daily specials don't help. You're cheap and always good. Consider adding other dishes to the menu. Other restaurants are expensive, and you can't eat there often anymore because the price-performance ratio isn't right.

We really enjoyed it here. Frisian schnitzel and chicken burger. The champion cream sauce (as an extra accompaniment to the Friesian schnitzel) is also very, very tasty. We liked it and would like to come back.

The tradition of home cooking is still preserved here. It's as if grandma is standing in the kitchen and making sure everyone is happy and full. The friendliness of the service and attention is also very noticeable here. Here you can simply snab deliciously!

It was our first time in Jever, by bike of course and after you've ridden a few kilometers and walked through the streets you get very hungry. We chose the NEW 17 and were NOT disappointed. Ordered 2 Friesenschnitzel and of course 2 Jever...It was simply delicious 😋 🤤. We'd love to come back. Petra & Klaus

Der Bismarckhering war m.E. nicht genießbar, und ich ließ ihn zurückgehen. Danach etwas anderes noch dort zu Essen, was mir angeboten wurde, war mir aufgrund meines schon verstimmten Magens nicht möglich. Dennoch mußte ich das Gericht bezahlen. Des weiteren ist der Service sehr langsam und wir mußten über 10 Minuten Getränke warten.

Great food, I ate the chicken salad (€14). I also had the homemade sauce, I had the yogurt sauce which was also great! Unfortunately they only had Pepsi, I personally would have preferred Coca Cola. Ambiance was okay (I sat outside). Service was super nice and quick. I would definitely go there again!

If I could give 100 points, I would give 200 points for the food, service, location and ambience. We were here for the first time and completely spontaneously. With 2 dogs. I'm just thinking about whether we'll take the 30km route for the rest of our vacation and come here every day

It was very tasty food here. We were in Jever to tour the brewery and stayed here afterwards. Ambiance and service also very good and well maintained Next time we're in Jever, we'll come back!

We were only there for a quick drink. And even though the drinks were almost there, we switched from water to apple juice without any problems.

We were welcomed very warmly and were allowed to choose a table :) We had the schnitzel with tomatoes, fried fish and a schnitzel with cheese and broccoli gratin. All dishes were excellent and we were very full. The portions were really big. The waitress was very polite and on point :) We would love to come back when we are in Jever again 😀 P.s. There was also a small children's menu!

First of all: The young waiter was great! The three of us dined there. Me, my little son and grandma. We had 2x currywurst fries with mayonnaise. When the food came there was only mayo on one plate. Since my son loves eating these, we politely asked for another portion. The waiter then asked in the kitchen and he replied: "Why that? But then you have to pay for it"! We paid €0.80 extra, but it felt unpleasant that the boss in the kitchen reacted so harshly. Therefore 1 star and stay away from such a place
