ASIA pho&Co in Jever

I ordered takeout and received the wrong food for the second time. After calling and explaining the situation, I was told to come back (from Schortens) and then receive my correct order. I did so immediately, but when I arrived, no one seemed to know anything about it, and I was sent home without my food. Furthermore, I was treated very rudely. This is unfortunately not at all customer-oriented, and therefore, this was my last time ordering from them. I'd rather get my food from the Asian restaurant in Schortens.

I received the wrong takeaway food twice within two weeks (duck instead of chicken). The first time I accepted it and didn't say anything, but yesterday, the second time, I called and complained. The employee said I'd get a replacement, so I went from Schortens to Jever for the second time. When I got there, I was rudely turned away and told I wouldn't get a replacement. I then said they could have told me that over the phone and that it wasn't the first time and that they shouldn't have called me in. The employee (I assume he has some say there, he's always there) was talking wildly in Thai and didn't take me seriously at all. Very rude and not customer-oriented on site, even though we're regular customers. For me, it was the last time I'll get food from there. Unfortunately, I had to give it one star; I didn't deserve more, sorry.

First of all.......I'm not really an Asian foodie, but I was there with my wife for the fourth time and we ate there before shopping, simply delicious....vegetables crunchy, everything very good taste, I'm thrilled, super

I was always very satisfied, the food was hot, the staff was friendly, but now it's more like they don't want to sell anything, the food is cold and the staff don't care at all

The food was very tasty: fried noodles with crispy duck, chicken, and beef with plenty of vegetables, spicy sauce, and rice. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The service was also very friendly! We'd be happy to come back!

Terrible and unfortunately a total disappointment. Fried noodles tasted like burnt plastic. Partially burned. Not recommended at all. Very unfortunate

Shrimp plate almost without shrimp!!!!! Attention please, for 10 euros you hardly get any shrimp!! It's a real shame that you paid so much and got something like that!!!

I just ate fried noodles with duck, I felt so sick while eating, I had to stop eating immediately and almost collapsed. Once and never again...

Delicious food! Soy sauce and chili sauce are available for adding your own seasoning. Highly recommended!

The food is quite decent, typical Asian fare. Portions are generous. But prices have gotten quite expensive, unfortunately.

Staff very friendly and the food “fried rice with tofu” yummmmmmmi!
