Great restaurant, family environment, super friendly, fast and wonderful cuisine. Unreservedly recommended! Dogs are also welcome guests!

Really cool shop The waitress is really up for it and is up for some fun. The schnitzel tastes great and the beer liqueur is awesome. You feel comfortable here.

We were visiting Jever from Bavaria. The Haus der Getreuen team gave us and our dog a really warm welcome. You rarely see something like that and we felt very comfortable. The atmosphere was totally familiar right from the start. Our allergies were well taken into account and the food was changed. Top for that already 100 points. Our dog got something to drink and was able to relax and we enjoyed the menu. Keep it up

Dieses Restaurant macht immer Spaß, ob im Sommer draußen oder sonst drinnen. Die verschiedenen Fischgerichte sind wirklich toll und außergewöhnlich guter Bärlauchstampf und mediterraner Salat runden das Ganze perfekt ab. Dazu ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Kellner und die Viertelstunde Anfahrt hat sich mal wieder gelohnt 😃. Klitzekleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Angewärmte Teller sorgen für längeren Genuss 😉. Insgesamt unbedingt empfehlenswert!

I have already spent two weekends in Jever and every time I am amazed by the delicious food and the fantastic service. Definitely my number 1 port of call in Jever.

We were in the front part of the restaurant, designed in a modern and maritime style. The service is very friendly and the food is very good.

Today we were in Jever with visitors from Bavaria. Not only did we receive a warm welcome in the restaurant, but our dog was also a welcome guest right from the start - which was particularly nice for us! The atmosphere is incredibly warm and familiar; you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The staff is attentive, friendly and responds lovingly to all requests - our four-legged friend also received water and cuddles. The food was a dream: fresh, creative and prepared with a lot of love. Every course was a little masterpiece! A place where people and dogs are equally welcome - we will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

A wonderfull restaurant in the old city of Jever. Coming in it looks beautiful, the decor is top and the chairs are comfortable. The service was excellent, the waiters where the nicest we have seen in a while. The food was exquisite, I had the schnitzel and it was almost as good as they make the in Bavaria! The fish here tastes great too. They serve beer from the Jever brewery located down the street from them! The frisian tapas where great too, I loved the curry flavoured bread. Very nice restaurant, attentive and friendly service. The food - Labskaus - was nicely served and tasted good. In terms of price, at least for my standards, it's not something for every day, but I think you can treat yourself to something here without being disappointed. Gladly again!

We stopped here for lunch during our visit to Jever. We received a very friendly welcome, and our four-legged friend was also taken care of immediately. From the menu, which offers a good selection of dishes, we chose two fish dishes, which were brought to us by the very friendly and attentive waiter after a short but reasonable wait. The portions were generous, they were very attractively decorated, and both dishes were deliciously prepared. Two coffees rounded off a pleasant lunch break, which rounded off the excellent overall impression, especially since the location feels cozy and clean. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely stop here again if we ever visit Jever again.

A place where everything was right. The meals were very tasty. We had "Mälzer Schnitzel and Mälzer Gockel", both of which tasted very tasty and interesting. Food and drinks were served quickly. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We will come back on our next trip to Jever and recommend it to our friends.

Anyone who doesn't give this 5 stars (Tom Ker and Stefan Schumann) hasn't heard the last shot. For a menu with high-quality ingredients (perhaps with more junk), taste in every single component and great service, you can easily pay €150 per person elsewhere. If you now notice that they warmly try to fulfill every wish of the guest (and that is what they really are, in contrast to other places here), the rating here can only be 5 stars. We received so much warm attention on our wedding day that even though we weren't regular guests, we felt like VIPs. Unfortunately Jever is not around the corner from Bremen, but we will be back as soon as possible. We wish the great team from the “Haus der Getreuen” all the best, that they stay together like this for a long time and continue in the same way.

The House of the Faithful - more historical appearance than current reality! Good home cooking, okay. We had “Mälzer” schnitzel and pork cheeks. The side salads are in need of improvement for the stated price of 6.90 euros. Drinks wheat & spritzer 5.90 each are overpriced in our opinion. The prices shown on the WEB page differ from the prices on the local menu (higher). We consider the following situation to be extremely questionable and unworthy of a well-run restaurant. The service manager greets apparent regular guests with dogs. Among other things, takes a dog biscuit into his own mouth and then feeds it to the dog, including petting it, etc.; She then clears guest tables and serves food and drinks. In addition, conversations at this table are sometimes carried on at such a volume that you as a guest can definitely consider yourself "disturbed". All in all, a rather unpleasant visit that was unfortunately not worth the 78.00 euros.

If 4 main dishes from the menu are no longer available on a Saturday evening, you can't help but find that underwhelming!!! If the waitress, completely offended by this statement, sends the boss away and asks him in an equally disgruntled manner what he can do, we have run away!!! For the umpteenth time 👎🏻 At some point enough is enough!!! It's a shame, it used to be better, but that was a long time ago!

Keinerlei besonderen Bezug zu Jever. Diesbezüglich sehr fad. Ich mag das Bier/ die Marke. War sehr enttäuscht. Essen maximal Durchschnitt. Teurer Gurkensalat wurde „on top“ verkauft. Würden nicht nochmal hingehen.

Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, was ich immer gut finde. Überwiegend Deutsche Küche. Preis Leistung Verhältnis passt, würde ich wieder hingehen.

We were here as a family on December 31, 24 at around 12:45 p.m. without a reservation. Even though it was very busy, we managed to get a table. We were served very friendly and quickly by Ms. Tanja H.. The food came without a long wait. It was visually beautifully presented and was very tasty. In between we were also asked if everything was OK. We had Wiener Schnitzel and herring platter. Despite the many guests, time was taken for our positive feedback. Our waitress had a tear of joy in her eyes because of the joy and emotion of our thanks. It's nice to see how much everyone in this restaurant enjoys their work. Thank you very much.

Meine Schwester und ich waren auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant, um unserer Mutter (87 Jahre) nach zahlreichen Schicksalsschlägen ein schönes Weihnachtsgeschenk zu machen. Wir wollten mit der ihren Kindern, Schwiegerkindern, Enkeln und Urenkeln ein gemeinsames Treffen mit Mittagessen in Jever veranstalten und haben uns das Haus der Getreuen ausgesucht. Nach der Online-Reservierung erhielt ich umgehend Rückmeldung zur Reservierung. Ein paar Tage vorher habe ich dann die Einzelheiten vor Ort abgestimmt, damit die Veranstaltung ein voller Erfolg wird. Dank des lieben Servicepersonals einschließlich Koch wurde das Ganze ein Mega-Erfolg. Meine Mutter hatte vor Rührung Tränen in den Augen. Es hat wirklich alles gestimmt. Die Freundlichkeit und große Aufmerksamkeit des Gastgebers, das Essen à la carte, alles zeitgleich auf dem Tisch, lecker angerichtet und die liebevoll eingerichtete Tafel waren einfach spitze. Besonders erwähnenswert fand ich, wie man auch den kleinen Gästen (Ur-Enkelchen 3 und 5 Jahre) Aufmerksamkeit schenkte. Die Spielecke für die Kleinen ist wirklich eine tolle Idee. Danke auch im Namen meiner Mutter. Sie, wie auch ihre Kinder und Kindeskinder, werden sich gern an diesen schönen Tag erinnern.

We were guests here on our autumn vacation with friends. I have to say. Great food! The four of us were all very enthusiastic about the quality of the food. Delicious. I always like to ride around on fries :-). Here they are just like in the Kölner Hof in Prüm. Class. The schnitzel I had really deserved the name. I also expect a schnitzel. Everyone else also had dishes that were very good. Clear recommendation for anyone in Jever. And there is Jever on tap! Awesome!!!! Service top. Ambience top. Why can't it always be like this? ;-)

We were there for dinner this evening and I really enjoyed it 👌😊I had the pork cheeks and they almost fell apart in my mouth 😋The ladies in service were all very nice, came to the table more often, you never had to wait and also The food came very quickly 😊I last ate inside 30 years ago 😅it still belonged to my friend's grandma and I fondly remember when we wandered through the restaurant alone at night 😂😊so all in all 5 stars plus nice Reminder😃 P.s. A small note: Unfortunately it was a bit cold 😅 it didn't bother me that much when I was eating, but I didn't really want to take off my jacket before 😅

The nice waitress who was responsible for the outside terrace did a great job. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong dish because I didn't like the breading on the schnitzel. The napkin sauce with the fried potatoes was great. On the next visit there will be a different dish and an update.

Nice restaurant in Jever with good food. What we didn't like as a restaurant that is linked to the Jever brewery was the crumpled menus. We find printed DIN4 sheets to be quite poor and not exactly appealing, let alone hygienic. This doesn't correspond to what the restaurant wants to represent. I also think it's a shame that the staff doesn't wear Jever clothing. At least a shirt and an appropriate apron. The food was good and the ambience was wonderful too.

My husband and I have been there several times, no food was forced on us, we could have just had something to drink. But we still decided to eat. The meals are plentiful and delicious. The service was very accommodating, polite and friendly. We'd love to come back.

With a lot of anticipation we set off towards Jever with a larger group. After a very interesting tour of the Jever Brewery, we were guests in the Getreuen House! All around a wonderful house with a lot of sensitivity for its guests. All 18 of us felt very well looked after. Were here for lunch. A nice well-kept restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. A lovely stay that was worth it. Dogs are allowed.

We ate here again yesterday. Kudos to the kitchen, the dishes are, as always, good craftsmanship. Now to the negative, the service from a certain person is sometimes borderline. She is disrespectful/cheeky and has no sense of which guests are at the table. This impossible behavior, which we saw yesterday not for the first time from her, will make us as Jever residents avoid the restaurant in the future.

Ein gepflegtes, rustikal und gemütlich eingerichtetes Restaurant mitten in Jever, mit schönen Außenbereich. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Super Küche wo auch heute noch das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, individuelle Wünsche sind überhaupt kein Problem. Hier kann man den Tag wunderbar ausklingen lassen, daher sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir sind früher in diesem Jahr schon einmal in diesem Restaurent gewesen und waren mit Essen und Bedienung zufrieden. Jetzt allerdings sind wir wenig freundlich aus dem (leeren) Innenraum „komplimentiert“ worden mit dem Hinweis, es sei alles reserviert. Auf meine Bemerkung, dass es keine Schilder auf den Tischen gäbe (einen Hinweis am Eingang gab es auch nicht) bekam ich zur Antwort „Das macht man nicht mehr.“ - Wenn ich die anderen Bewertungen lese, kann ich mir vorstellen, dass man hier je nach Stresslevel und Servicekraft unterschiedlich Erfahrungen macht. Wir werden es nicht wieder versuchen.

A really great restaurant where everything is really right - despite the slightly high prices. The service was super nice, we were able to sit on the terrace under a natural plane tree roof in great sunshine. The food was a real taste sensation, large enough portions and also reasonably priced for the top quality. The interior rooms also made a difference. Very cozy impression and had flair. Absolutely recommended!

Good morning Year after year we come to this beautiful city and of course stop here. You don't need to say much about the fresh beer. The food is always a pleasure too. No matter how hectic and crowded it is, the service is always great. Conclusion: Absolutely recommended and a must for Jever friends. However, there is a small drawback. The main menu hardly changes. If you don't opt ​​for the seasonal menu, you'll soon get through the standard menu.

Wir waren (wieder mal) auf der Durchreise in Jever, diesmal am Abend. Später erst fiel mir ein, dass ich mich bereits vor Jahren hier mal blamiert hatte: Das Restaurant liegt in Sichtweite der Jever-Brauerei, und als ich damals mein Bier bestellt hatte, meinte ich, einen geistreichen Spruch machen zu müssen: „Sie haben sicher eine Pipeline zur Brauerei, haha (Flachwitz). Aber ich bin sicher nicht der Erste, der das fragt.“ Die Antwort war (schachmatt): „Äh, nein, genaugenommen sind Sie der Fünfte … Pause .., seit heute früh." Spaß beiseite. Wir haben hervorragend gegessen, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war ganz prima. Die geschmorten Schweinebäckchen mit Kartoffelstampf waren schlicht PERFEKT. Der Service war (wieder) lustig und schlagfertig, so und nicht anders muss das sein. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder.

We hebben hier heerlijke en voornamelijk traditionele gerechten gegeten. Als voorgerecht tapas van vis, als hoofdgerecht labskaus en als nagerecht rote gruetze. De bediening is vriendelijk. Uiteraard smaakte het lokale “Jever” bier ons uitstekend.

Very cozy and tastefully decorated restaurant. The dishes are first class and really good...and of course the beer too. The service is very attentive and particularly child-friendly. Highly recommended in conjunction with a tour of the brewery! The parking lot north of the brewery can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Very very nice restaurant. We ordered a table the day before and were absolutely thrilled with the atmosphere. We sat outside under a canopy of vine leaves with little lights.
