Subway in Jever

Sowas hab ich leider echt noch nie erlebt. Wir standen um 20:40 Uhr vor dem Laden und wurden einfach nicht reingelassen und abgewunken obwohl auf Google steht, dass der Laden bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet hat,nachdem wir uns dann eine Cola geholt haben und noch mal an dem Laden vorbeigegangen sind. Saßen dort zwei Gäste welche gegessen haben. Daraufhin kamen die Mitarbeiter raus und haben uns hinterher gewunken dies war sehr provokativ so ein Verhalten von den Mitarbeitern ist nicht zu dulden. Deswegen leider nur ein Stern. So ein Verhalten geht gar nicht.

Gehe sonst sehr gerne und öfter dort was holen. Aber heute war es Katastrophe. War um 21:00 dort. Mitarbeiter wirkte genervt und begrüßte einen mit den Worten, habe nur noch honey Brot. Hat alles lustlos aufeinander geworfen. Leider wirklich geworfen. Nicht mal den Ofen fertig durchlaufen lassen. Gerade versucht es zu essen, leider war der extra Bacon nichtmal richtig durch. Das Brot sieht aus wie von gestern. Denke das war es dann leider auch mit subway in Jever. Außer Fleischerstübchen in Jever gibt es wohl keine Alternativen mehr in Jever.

Sehr schlecht! Ich bin hier auf Klassenfahrt und wollte mir ein Tereyaki SUB Menü holen. Dies kostet normalerweise 9,99€ und wurde auch so auf der Menükarte angezeigt, aber bezahlen musste ich 11,25€. Auf Nachfrage wieso das so sei wurde der Mitarbeiter aggressiv und meinte ich habe ein anderes Menü bestellt obwohl ich meine Bestellung mehrfach wiederholt habe. Nicht zu empfehlen. Jetzt ein paar Stunden später, drohte der gleiche Mitarbeiter einen Mitschüler (der Minderjährig ist) von mir zu schlagen, weil der Mitarbeiter keine konstruktive Kritik verstand.

Großes Dankeschön an den Mitarbeiter der heute Schicht um 16 Uhr hatte !!! Er hat mir ein absolut perfektes Sub gemacht wirklich das Beste, das ich bisher hatte. Einfach göttlich!

Bis 22 uhr geöffnet und um 20 uhr 45 heißt es keine Brote mehr.

Wir waren heute zum aller ersten Mal bei diesem Restaurant gewesen, da kamen wir von Harlesiel als kleiner Ausflug danach. Ich muss sagen der eine Mitarbeiter oder Chef war wirklich sehr sympathisch gewesen und vor allem freundlich. Dieser eine Laden war zum Vergleich von Auricher Subway kleiner gewesen. Und das essen war für uns lecker gewesen. Kommt gerne alle auch mal zu diesem Restaurant.

Toller Laden, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert die Filiale und der Mitarbeiter heute Nachmittag, erhält zusätzlich wohlverdiente 5 ⭐ Klasse Service, Dankeschön dafür 👍🏼

Das Personal macht den Laden zu wann sie wollen. Ständig steht man vor verschlossener Tür, obwohl sie noch Stunden lang auf haben sollten.

Essen war gut. Der Service ebenso. Leider war der Laden sehr dreckig. Essensreste auf dem Boden, dreckige Tische.

Es ist ein Typischer Subway wie man ihn Deutschlandweit kennt

As a food server regardless of gloves you should make every effort to wash you hands before servicing or preparing food for paying customers. No exceptions, germs still exist and if I am paying you are following the rules on being clean and safe.

I've been to Subway in Jever several times now. Now for my review. On the positive side, the subs are delicious, but that's about it. Staff are often unfortunately lackluster. On June 4, 2025, around 8 p.m. Three people are standing at the counter and the first employee leaves while the second takes over. Then comes back after about 5 minutes. Is a smoking break more important than customers? The music in the restaurant is unbearably loud, and then there's gangster rap. Sorry, but isn't commercial music for the general public just fine? I ordered two subs, one Italian BMT and one Philly Beef. Unfortunately, there were only two breads to choose from: Pest or Kolera. Neither tasted good and didn't remind me of the usual Subway quality. I felt like I wasn't welcomed in this restaurant. Maybe I'm too old, I don't know, but this isn't fun at a restaurant. I've often seen employees sitting at a table chatting with friends, then quickly jumping up when customers arrive, and then the music is usually so loud that it's no longer pleasant. I rarely go to Subway, but as long as I can, and as often as I can, I'll try to satisfy my Subway cravings elsewhere.

Ordered online, asked several times upon pickup if everything was included – including the cookie included with the meal. This was confirmed several times. Then it turned out: the cookie was NOT included. My daughter was very disappointed. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. Edit: Two of the three subs were burnt on the sides...

Typical fast food joint with standardized "dishes." If I hadn't had a voucher, I wouldn't have gone there. I wasn't impressed.

Very fresh produce of vegetables. All breads are available shortly before the end of the day and are fresh. To recommend.

Took 50% vouchers for 4 complete subs and now paid €6 more than in November and December. The employee just said that that would have saved enough. I said it's €6 more. Otherwise €6 each, now €7.50. Only turn the wheel twice. The last two months it was 4 times for 4 subs. Never again

Bei meinem Besuch hatte man nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein, Bedienung war weder freundlich noch unhöflich, sehr gleichgültig und hat den Eindruck gemacht als ob er keine Lust auf den Job hat. Kann selbstverständlich nicht auf jede/n Mitarbeiter/in bezogen werden. Alle Tische waren ausnahmslos dreckig. Ob Krümmel oder Flecken, alles vorhanden. Zu unserem Menü gab es weder cookie noch Chips dazu. Obwohl dafür bezahlt wurde. Essen selber war in Ordnung. Die Auslage an Gemüse war frisch, was hervorragend ist!! Großes Lob dafür. Chef selber ist super nett.

I was looking for something to satisfy my hunger. But also briefly recharge my battery. The colleague was very friendly and fulfilled my every wish.

I can't rate the food because I didn't get anything. I entered the branch at 7:40 p.m. to immediately find out that there was nothing left and that the service staff had to get to the train on time. When I pointed out that the opening time according to the notice was until 10 p.m., I was again told: “I have to get my train on time today.” Hhmmm, I'm confused.

I've never experienced anything like that. I stopped by at 7:45pm to order a sub. The employee simply said: “No, I’m closing now. Gotta get my train.” 135 minutes (!) before the store closes at 10 p.m. I wasn't the only guest who left without having accomplished anything. Incredible

Strikingly clean, bright and friendly branch. We were also served very nicely So everything is fine. .

The toilet and service are top but the sub was okay. Pretty bland and the bread wasn't even baked through. It's not worth €14 for a sub that doesn't taste good

You can't really complain about the food, the service was great. However, the building does not appear to be air-conditioned, so it felt like 40°C inside. Unbearable to eat on site in summer, in my opinion.

My bad review relates to the "service". We were overcharged because coupons were not taken into account. When we wanted to clarify this, we hoped that the difference would be offset against a new order. There were two employees and no customers in the store at the time. When a customer came in, we were asked if they could be processed first. We agreed. More customers came and, of course, everyone was served. When asked whether they would now deal with us, they said, "I'm still serving these customers now." We were ignored for over half an hour. By the way, this was the same employee who had previously calculated incorrectly. Because of the "service" we left the store - with no solution and no food. That's really a pity!!

Food tastes good - if you could get it. The shop is open until 10 p.m., I've been there three times now between 7 and 8 p.m. NO more bread at all, no iceberg salad, no cookies. And that 2-3 hours before the store closes? Employees are also MORE than slow, it takes 10 minutes for one customer. Nothing wrong with adding a second sub while the other one is in the oven. That would be asking too much when the line is already stretching outside. Of course, you can also scare away customers. I'd rather go to the Vettauen kebab shop, I can get something there at a quarter to 10!

Service was super friendly, did everything and offered good suggestions. Ambiance cannot be rated because we ate at home. Problem after 2 hours. Abdominal discomfort, severe diarrhea and vomiting. Unfortunately this is the second time in two different subways and I now have to give up on it completely.

Some unprofessional staff, staff not really trained in the work. Unfortunately, the restaurant sets its own prices, while we pay just under 12 euros for a normal 30cm sub here, it would be almost three euros cheaper in Wilhelmshaven. Unfortunately, the food wasn't particularly good either - it was cold immediately after taking the order. Unfortunately not the usual subway quality.

Coupon from the Kaufda app is not accepted Very, very unfriendly and bad-tempered to indifferent, almost brash. Didn't even wait until the app was installed and pushed. The whole store was full of waiting children and screaming Clean is something else I think the ingredients were fresh, which was the best part. !!!!!!!Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boy, it can't be that you advertise gluten-free bread and then don't have any for several weeks in a row. Then we were always told that it should be there by Wednesday/Friday etc. of the same week but so far it hasn't been. Today I was informed that it would be ordered today and should be there by Friday.. Yes, definitely, as if anyone still believes such nonsense. Why is it so difficult to simply order the gluten-free bread instead of talking nonsense every time about “Yes, it’s here and there” and actually have the bread there? Disappointing.

Food was great as always, but we waited for exactly an hour because the young man had unfortunately not yet discovered working for himself and unfortunately didn't think much of friendliness either. And when the store is packed to capacity at 6 p.m. and there's only one person behind the counter, it's no wonder that people leave the line

Stehen am 21.11. um 10:30 Uhr vor verschlossener Tür. Das Neonschild "Open" leuchtet, geöffnet laut Aufdruck auf der Tür und Google ab 10 Uhr. Der Mitarbeiter steht in der Küche und beachtet uns nicht obwohl dieser ab und zu aus der Küche herausguckt. Lässt das Telefon mehrmals klingeln und nimmt nicht ab. Was ist das für ein geschäftsgebaren!? Muss ich nicht wiederhaben. So kann man seinen Ruf auch kaputtmachen, danke!

Das Essen war großartig, wie immer! Der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, aber leicht überfordert! Vom Ambiente her wäre großes Verbesserungspotential gegeben!

Wir sind kurz vor Feierabend rein und haben netterweise trotzdem noch etwas zu Essen bekommen. Die Zutaten waren gerade frisch aufgefüllt worden. Was soll ich zum Ambiente sagen? Ist halt ein Subway, so wie jeder andere auch.

Der Service war mega nett und echt witzig Es war alles frisch und es gab sogar Tischservice. Subway jever, besser als in manchem Restaurant

Wir sind im Urlaub und wollten zur Abwechslung mal ein Sub essen. Nach 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit standen wir gegen 17 Uhr (während der eigentlichen Öffnungszeiten) vor verschlossen Türen. Licht war an und ein Werbeschild stand auch vor der Tür. Kein Personal zu sehen. Auch sonst war nicht ersichtlich, warum nicht geöffnet war. Schade!

Essen okay. Drinnen gibt es nur wenige Plätze und Gemütlichkeit ist definitiv was anderes. Leider gibt es hier sehr lange Wartezeiten und es sind auch nicht immer alle Kekse oder auch Guacamole da.

Bis 22 Uhr geöffnet und um 21:45 Uhr kommen die Mitarbeiter schon entgegen „Wir haben geschlossen, ich hab auch kein Bock mehr jetzt“.. wenn man bis 22 auf hat, dann macht man auch bis 22 Uhr und nicht nach Lust und Laune :|

Die neue Mitarbeiterin bringt frischen Wind rein! Sie ist sehr höflich und nett und arbeitet zielgerichtet und effizient. Ein SEHR deutliches Upgrade zu den Vorgängern. Somit nun absolut zu empfehlen!

Coole Mitarbeiter mit dem mann gut auf Augenhöhe reden Kann. Sonst alles sehr sauber mit einer guten Lage.

Als ich am vorherigem Tage dieses einladende Lokal betreten habe, fiel mir direkt die entgegenkommende Freundlichkeit einer jungen Mitarbeiterin geschätze 21 Jahre auf. Bestellt habe ich zum dortigem Verzehr: 1 Sub mit Cola und Cookie. Das Brötchen war appetitlich und makellos Belegt, exakt wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Der Cookie war herzhaft warm und ein Genuss. Die Sauberkeit der Tische war außerordentlich vorbildlich, ebenfalls spiegelte der Boden vor Reinheit. Die Toiletten dufteten nach frischer Vanille und es waren nicht einmal Wassertropfen auf dem Boden zu erkennen. Alles in allem ein ausgezeichneter Laden, welchen ich ohne Frage direkt wieder besuchen werde.
