The worst pizza ever. Pizza Fruti de Mare. Tuna, anchovies and the mare. Tomato sauce that doesn't taste like double cheese. In the end everything burnt and became inedible. Never again. For my son, the same double cheese and garlic to wave it off. He, too, NEVER AGAIN.

I call, because something worse could happen on the way. The man on the phone says, "We've been really busy, sorry, it should be here in a few minutes." I'm thinking (I know what that means): ZERO STRESS! Very nice, I apologized (which is rarely done these days) and wished me a nice day. I wish you all the best and will be happy to order again. Disappointing. Mistakes happen, but dealing with customers is Phone miserable. We order take away very often. The first time we ordered delivery and waited over 40 minutes. This is what happens. I FRIENDLY called and asked when we could expect the order. I was insulted directly by the boss, in a raised voice, so much so that we had apparently already been called 10 times and the driver drove back. His driver wasn't a liar - which I didn't even claim - but politely explained that there was no call. At some point I asked for a normal, customer-friendly tone and was told the driver was coming. He tried to explain to us again - kindly not in a shouting manner - that he called countless times. End of story: Correct number on the bill, but the pizzeria mistyped the last number when calling. Mistakes happen - but to be hit on like that is extremely unprofessional. Especially when you make your own mistake. You can't blame this on work pressure. Hope this just inspires you to be MORE FRIENDLY.

The cheese melt/chasew sauce no longer tastes like anything, the chunks have been replaced with dry, tasteless mince and the garlic dip is now completely omitted and all for €15.50 for a small one! I recently went to this pizzeria and absolutely loved it! The dough was perfectly crispy, the topping was fresh and tasty - you can just taste the quality. The service was also super friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back soon!

Food poisoning + 3 days hospital stay. Whoever of your employees hasn't washed their paws should be terminated immediately and your entire store should be closed. The hospital also provides detailed information so don't be surprised if the health department is at your door :)

The pizza is greasy, the dough is quite thick and the toppings are of very questionable quality. The price/performance ratio is bad (pizzas are small and bad and still cost €8). I'd rather pay a few euros more and get a delicious pizza... what a shame!

Ordered to Olpenitz at 7 p.m. Ordered food was supposed to be at 7:55 p.m. because his driver was 10 minutes late and apologized profusely and even called beforehand. It was totally OK and everything was on time. Super nice driver. Food was very good and hot. Would order there again.
