The pizza was great but it took an hour to arrive and the pizzas weren't cut properly

We've been ordering here for years and we usually like it. Unfortunately, we've noticed recently that the pizzas are now really deep with fat, which wasn't the case before. Plus there's so much garlic on it now that it can make you sick. Even if you write, please, without garlic, it doesn't change anything. So if someone in the family doesn't eat pizza, they unfortunately suffer from the terrible smell the next day. For us, this is a reason to order our pizza elsewhere in the future, because we work in the social sector and don't want to stink up our colleagues and clients. Too bad.

Disappointing. Mistakes happen, but dealing with customers is Phone miserable. We order take away very often. The first time we ordered delivery and waited over 40 minutes. This is what happens. I FRIENDLY called and asked when we could expect the order. I was insulted directly by the boss, in a raised voice, so much so that we had apparently already been called 10 times and the driver drove back. His driver wasn't a liar - which I didn't even claim - but politely explained that there was no call. At some point I asked for a normal, customer-friendly tone and was told the driver was coming. He tried to explain to us again - kindly not in a shouting manner - that he called countless times. End of story: Correct number on the bill, but the pizzeria mistyped the last number when calling. Mistakes happen - but to be hit on like that is extremely unprofessional. Especially when you make your own mistake. You can't blame this on work pressure. Hope this just inspires you to be MORE FRIENDLY.

Extremely friendly and competent staff! It's been a long time since I've found such customer-friendly service as here. I don't normally write reviews, but it's appropriate here!! Food (pizza/rolls, pasta) was also noticeably tasty and definitely recommended.

Food poisoning + 3 days hospital stay. Whoever of your employees hasn't washed their paws should be terminated immediately and your entire store should be closed. The hospital also provides detailed information so don't be surprised if the health department is at your door :)

If you want to eat super delicious ice cream, then you've come to the right place. Everything is made in-house. The drinks are also delicious. We have been to this ice cream parlor a few times now. Nice, relaxed service and genuine friendliness, small but cozy. I can honestly only recommend it.

The chili cheeseburger was okay. The meat was frozen, but it was OK. The pizza, on the other hand, was a complete disaster! Ready-made frozen dough that simply needed to be topped. The so-called "cheese in the crust" is industrial cheese that was added during production and tastes absolutely nothing! Charging €2.50 for it is outrageous! So if you fancy an overpriced frozen pizza, feel free to order here.

Highly recommended delivery service in Horn and the surrounding area. The menu is very diverse and includes, for example, salads, pasta dishes, pizza and desserts are also on offer. What is particularly special about Leckerstück is that you can order easily via the online shop. You can also put together a pizza of your choice there. The food has always arrived hot and crispy. I can only recommend trying it out once.
