I was looking for a restaurant on Lieferando that was still open, I found this pizzeria, I ordered, it was accepted, I waited for two hours and nothing came. The first time I ordered, I was unfortunately disappointed because there was neither a call nor an email

One of the best Pakistani restaurants. If someone is on visit to Berlin, then it must try. Food was extremely good, real desi touch with spices. Naan bread was amazing and cherry on top was karak chai. We also tried poori which also doesn’t disappoint us. Staff and their service was impressive. Thank you for amazing food:)
We wanted to place an order for delivery on 4/30/25. We were linked to Lieferando via the Portofino homepage and placed our order for our guests there.
When there was still no delivery after 1.5 hours, we asked the restaurant. We were informed that we would no longer be working with Lieferando and that that was why we had not received the order. We should call Lieferando (!!!) and arrange for the amount already paid via PayPal to be transferred back. After we replied that we were linked via the restaurant homepage, they admitted that it was Portofino's mistake, but we should still contact Lieferando ourselves because they didn't see any contact option. There was no apology and no new delivery was offered. My guests stayed hungry that evening and I was incredibly embarrassed. Obviously not the Portofino, it's unbelievable, but even after more than a week, the error hasn't been fixed: You are still linked to the Lieferando page and can diligently place orders there that come to nothing.
We have now at least managed to get a large part of the money back from Lieferando. Of course we insist on the total! It is of course up to us to take care of this now.
An absolute disgrace, I've never experienced anything like it.
We went there for Easter dinner. We had pizza, spaghetti, and pizza bread. Everything tasted great. You can tell the pizza comes from a real stone oven.
The staff was extremely friendly.
The prices are very fair.
There aren't many seats or tables. Reservations are recommended. When the weather's nice, you can sit outside.
We definitely recommend it.
Normally I don't give a negative review so quickly and I actually have a lot of patience. I found this pizzeria on Google and tried calling several times. However, it was not accepted. Since I thought okay, it can happen or there is probably a lot to do, I went straight there. There were a total of three tables occupied. The guests were already eating at two tables. I then went in and asked if I could order a pizza to take away, and the lady immediately told me in an unfriendly tone: “No, that will take more than 40 minutes”. Then I thought to myself, um, okay, with which customers?! But okay, I then said no problem, I would wait. The answer I received again was that no, it would take more than 40 minutes. When I asked if I couldn't wait, I simply answered no... Then I moved on. It's really a shame to treat the guests so unfriendly!
