We went there twice for lunch. Delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended. Great prices. Be sure to arrive early or make a reservation.

Do yourself a favor and come here. The service was friendly very clean environment in a great location. Most importantly, the food was excellent.

Absolutely average place. The butter chicken was okay. The service was rather poor. But the place deletes bad reviews. Instead of improving and upgrading the service, they simply remove the criticism.

Hospitality at its finest! We just stopped by to pick up our dinner, and the restaurant greeted us so warmly — offering us tea and even a mango lassi for my child, free of charge. The food was absolutely delicious too! Truly a wonderful experience

Ethnic restaurant in the Turkish neighborhood of Kreuzberg, with a refined atmosphere. It's not easy to find a table at lunchtime, but the dishes are well-prepared. The staff are friendly. The price for a single dish, drinks, and coffee is around 28 euros.

Friendly service. Delicious food. Indian crispbread with dips, a small salad, and a complimentary small drink. My colleagues and I go there regularly, at least once a week, for lunch.

A very wholesome experience, food served with love and joy ! Had chole bhature, paneer jalfarezi, gulab jamun and tea. Great taste, good portion size. My favourite part was the way they served the food with beautiful smile.

The fastest service I've seen in any Indian/Pakistani restaurant ever, even though almost all tables were full. The food is super good and honestly I'd kick myself for not coming ages ago as I live nearby.

We had the mixed (non-vegan) starter plate—delicious and a generous portion. Then we had the butter chicken, the paneer masala, and a garlic naan! Very tasty and a good portion size! The service was very attentive! We also got a grappa and mango lassi on the house.

Pleasantly surprised. Very tasty, and you get free extras like bread, lassi, and dips. They ask if you need more rice when you're finished. 👌

We decided to try Sadhu Restaurant after noticing the crowd, and it truly lived up to expectations. The Chicken Biryani and Chicken Tikka Masala were exceptionally flavorful, and the thick, homemade-style roti added a comforting touch—just like a home-cooked meal. Our first night in Berlin we were craving Indian food and came across this wonderful joint. The food was a lot and it was all amazing. I particularly enjoyed their shai paneer, our server (I believe his name was Veer) was very accommodating and ensured that we were enjoying our food. Good prices for good food. I had the Lamb Vandaloo (well-seasoned with medium heat), my partner had the Mango Chicken (sweet and incredibly tender).

Good food, friendly service and a nice vibe inside the restaurant . Prices are a bit on the higher side (for Berlin) as we ended up with 45 eur total plus 5 EUR tipp - 25 pp, but we had a nice time. We had the chicken Tikka as well as a creamy tomato sauce and a flatbread. Mango lassi was also very nice! Overall: recommend! Enjoy 😊

Delicious and fresh! The service isn't the best, but it's bearable.

After a long day of roaming Berlin, we ended up at the East Side Gallery. Nearby is the sprawling area of Kreuzburg. We randomly selected Sadhu while on our way to another restaurant and ended up changing our plans once we saw people enjoying their meals outside. Our waitress Shivani was patient with our questions and helped us pick exactly what we wanted. As you can see in the pictures below, the serving sizes are generous - we had to take a few home. The food itself tasted very authentic and favorable. The service was excellent as well - making this a must visit for anyone visiting the eastern side of Berlin.

Can't recommend more! The dishes that we ordered were big and so flavorful. Some of the best Indian food I've ever tasted. They brought us mango lasi for free which was so nice.

We had the lunch meal deal. We had the soup as a starter, which was nice. The lamb curry was good and the lamb vindaloo had the perfect spicyness. It came with bread and rice. I would recommend trying this is you want Indian 😀

Recommendation: Pay attention to the prices, e.g., Vindaloo outside/card inside/receipt—three different price lists, I don't think that's acceptable! Even though I always enjoyed eating at Sadhu 🙏

Great place! Very authentic (it seemed authentic to me - to be honest I can’t say what authentic Pakistan food tastes like since I have never been there, but I’ll take the risk!) The sauces are quite unique and the meat was really well prepared. Try the tandoori entree meat dishes to share - they are amazing…

One of the best Pakistani restaurants. If someone is on visit to Berlin, then it must try. Food was extremely good, real desi touch with spices. Naan bread was amazing and cherry on top was karak chai. We also tried poori which also doesn’t disappoint us. Staff and their service was impressive. Thank you for amazing food:)

Wir waren am frühen Abend dort, es gab daher genug freie Tische. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde sofort Papadam mit drei „würzigen“ Soßen gereicht. Später gab es leckere Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte, alle toll gewürzt. Da es uns jedoch etwas an Schärfe fehlte, haben wir noch „Hot Sauce“ gefragt, die auch ohne Probleme an unseren Tisch geliefert wurde und ja, diese war angenehm scharf. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist topp. Wir würden hier immer wieder hingehen.

The rice was fragrant and professionally prepared. The chicken saag was excellent and the lamb curry was also very good. Thank you for making our evening and dinner so special!

Weder das Essen, noch die Bedienung haben uns überzeugt. Der Vorspeisenteller war gut, das Hauptgericht, Hähnchencurry leider gar nicht. Die Fleischteile waren undefinierbar und das Curry geschmacklos. Die Bedienung uninteressiert und lieblos. Vielleicht daher der ständige kommen und gehen der Lieferantenservice.
