Zum ersten Mal heute hier gewesen und ich bin wirklich begeistert. Alles war einfach perfekt. Der Inhaber ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam – eine Gastfreundschaft, die man heutzutage nur noch selten erlebt. Auch das Essen war hervorragend und von bester Qualität. Ich kann dieses Restaurant mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Abend!

Die Pizzeria Dolce e Vita in Heusenstamm hat uns rundum überzeugt. Obwohl wir spontan an einem Freitagabend vorbeigekommen sind, haben wir tatsächlich noch den letzten freien Tisch bekommen – ein glücklicher Zufall. Der Service war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt hat. Die Pizzen im neapolitanischen Stil waren ausgesprochen lecker: luftiger, aromatischer Teig, hochwertig belegte Zutaten und perfekt gebacken. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, rustikal und authentisch italienisch – genau so, wie man es sich für einen entspannten Abend beim Italiener wünscht. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Pinsa und auch die Pizza sind sehr lecker und reichlich. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und man ist als Gast auch noch nach halb acht willkommen. Das Ambiente ist auch absolut in Ordnung, aber es ist recht laut.

Wir haben meinen Geburtstag mit 8 Personen im Dolce e Vita gefeiert und es war einfach perfekt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und von bester Qualität, aber besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Service: unglaublich nett, aufmerksam und professionell – besser hätte es wirklich nicht sein können. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und ideal für einen Geburtstag. Es war ein rundum gelungener Abend, den wir nicht vergessen werden. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir kamen mit 8 Personen und ohne Reservierung fast um 21:00 Uhr an, die Küche war bereits geschlossen und wir wurden fast gut bedient und das Essen war sehr lecker.

Das italienische Essen war hervorragend; ich habe seit Ewigkeiten keinen so guten Pizzateig mehr gegessen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I can wholeheartedly recommend eating at Dolce e' Vita! It's a must for anyone with specific preferences or expectations. The quality of the food and the atmosphere make it an unforgettable experience. For me and my family, eating here at least once a week is a must.

We've known the restaurant for a long time and have always enjoyed coming back. Sometimes it was a salad that didn't live up to its promise, sometimes it was fillet strips that were hard even though they were supposed to be pink and tender. These are all things that can happen, and aren't my criticism. However, the manager hasn't been there for some time. We don't know the reasons. She was the soul of the restaurant. She was always there to listen to everyone, advise guests when they couldn't decide, or recommend daily specials. A pleasant, pleasant, relaxed evening was guaranteed. That doesn't seem to exist anymore. Instead, we were disappointed with the starter. It was a gray, overcooked carpaccio with lots of arugula on top. When we complained, the waiter repeatedly told us to try it properly first. It was always the same supplier. We had to explain to him several times that carpaccio isn't gray, firm, overcooked meat, and we wanted to exchange it. After much back and forth, he took it back and shortly afterwards served a plate with three-quarters of frozen carpaccio. The color was off, but it tasted of nothing. That's a real disappointment, and having to convince a waiter that what was served wasn't what you ordered is definitely not what you'd expect.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this restaurant today. On the recommendation of the mayor of Heusenstamm, we went to dinner with my wife and daughter late this afternoon. We were completely satisfied with the food and the service; everything was very nice. But when it came time to pay, we encountered a completely new and extremely unpleasant situation. I went ahead with my daughter to the car. My wife wanted to use the restroom, pay, and then come back to us. We walked a bit with my daughter, but my wife simply didn't show up. When I returned, I saw her arguing with a man (I think he was of Afghan origin). My wife wanted to pay the €52 bill by credit card. However, the man refused to accept the card, claiming he would have to pay high bank fees, and demanded cash payment instead. He hadn't informed us beforehand that credit cards weren't accepted, and there was no notice in the restaurant stating that only cash payments were possible. We didn't have enough cash with us and didn't expect to need any. We normally use 6-7 different credit and debit cards and have never experienced a problem like this in Germany or anywhere else. The gentleman insisted that we leave our ID as a deposit and go to an ATM 500 meters away. We had about €44 in cash with us. He could have easily withdrawn the rest by card, but apparently he didn't want to pay even a cent in fees. He continued to insist on keeping our ID as a deposit and refused to allow us to pay the remaining amount by card. When we refused, he finally demanded that my wife stay in the restaurant and I go to the ATM alone. The other guests watched us in amazement, not understanding what was happening. He practically made us feel like we weren't going to pay for the food and just leave. After a long and uncomfortable discussion, we understood that the owner of the restaurant finally came over. He allowed us to pay with Apple Pay. We paid that way and left the restaurant, determined never to return. Unfortunately, the food really did get stuck in our throats. It was a humiliating and embarrassing experience, also on your behalf. We are very disappointed and sad. —- My response to your feedback This information is absolutely incorrect. I was only able to enter the PIN once, and without being given a second chance, I was told I had to get cash. So, there was no blocking at all.

I recently visited this restaurant and had the shrimp noodles – absolutely delicious! Takeaway: Pizza rolls stick to your mouth, making them difficult to eat. The pesto pizza is made with mushrooms, which is NOT listed on the menu. It's a shame if you can't tolerate them and have to scrape off the entire topping, as there were mushrooms under the mozzarella too. The dough itself is good, but nothing exceptional.

The service is too hasty. You had the feeling that the motto was, order quickly, then have it processed quickly, the next ones will arrive soon or the shop will have to close right now. At least the food we had tasted mediocre. The pasta with seafood had the taste of a frozen product and the panna cotta was actually not a panna cotta in terms of taste. But, fortunately, tastes are different. Unfortunately, the selection was very small because, according to the waitress, there was a shortage of staff. The kitchen door was open, the onions burned his eyes. Over time the front door was opened. We sat right next to it... winter... cold. I really expected more because the shop actually seems small, cute and cozy. Too bad.

The dough was fluffy but not overly thick or dry. If you like it a little spicier, I recommend the Pizza Balotelli. Really good Italian salami. Quality is very good. There is a small terrace outside to sit on. So far we have only ever ordered food there. The order takes about 20 minutes Update 2024: I have now deducted 2 stars. The reason is that the food no longer tastes good. Pizzas were totally oily and tasted extremely garlicky. The garlic overpowered all other flavors. That was already twice in a row. Unfortunately we're getting somewhere else now.

Spritze traditionelle kalabresiche Spezialitäten lecker und Familieriche Ambiente.

Die Tomatensoße war einfallslos und eher geschmacksneutral. Meine Begleitung hatte ein Gericht mit Steinpilzen bestellt, diese wurden allerdings vergessen und das alles zu diesen "gesalzenen" Preisen. Hier habe ich definitiv mehr erwartet und wurde herb enttäuscht.

Für das Essen verdienen Sie 4 Sterne. Sehr gutes Essen. Leider haben Sie nur einen Nachtisch ,was sehr schade ist. Tiramisu ist nicht für jeden etwas.. Was mich sehr enttäuscht hat,war dir Gastfreundlichkeit. Ich war mit 2 Freundinen dort. Hatten für 5 reserviert und 2 hatte wegen Krankheit kurz davor abgesagt. Hatten für 18;30 reserviert. Waren pünktlich da. Um 21:10 wurden wir etwas schroff darauf hingewiesen das der Tisch ab 21:15 wieder reserviert sei und ob wir zahlen wollten. Meiner Meinung nach ein glatter Rausschmiss. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um. Somit nicht weiter zu empfehlen obwohl das Essen sehr gut war. Auch sollte man sich wohl fühlen.

Die Kundenfreundlichkeit war nicht zufriedenstellend, obwohl wir reserviert hatten wurde uns nach dem Essen erklärt der Tisch wäre nochmal reserviert, das war nachdem wir gefragt wurden ob wir noch etwas bestellen möchten und wir dies erstmal verneinten. Wir fühlten uns sozusagen rausgeschmissen , sehr unverschämt eigentlich. Und zu der Antwort möchte ich sagen, es geht hier um die Art und Weise, der Grund war uns sofort bewußt! Wenn 2 wegen Krankheit absagen und es einer Person nicht möglich ist etwas zu essen, außer einen Nachtisch, sollte man trotzdem höflich sein. Wir haben trotzdem unser hart verdientes Geld dort gelassen!
