Unfortunately, the employees, especially a female employee, were very rude. I ordered a Lahmacun, but I was brought a “Lahmacun Döner Dürüm” instead. When I politely pointed out that the order was wrong, I was spoken to loudly and sarcastically. It was clear that the staff not only don't know their menu, but also generally have little knowledge of the dishes they offer. This behavior and lack of professionalism negatively impacted my visit.

Located in a somewhat inconspicuous location, the Greek restaurant is selling for almost less than its value. Anyone who doesn't let this deter them will be rewarded. Large selection, very friendly and attentive staff. Even 12 people had different food and drinks quickly and at the same time. Top and highly recommended.

For several years we came to the attached bowling alley at the Martinsee restaurant in Heusenstamm every four weeks. Initially we were happy. Little by little the service got worse and worse, we were forgotten down there at the bowling alley and had to go upstairs ourselves and ask for a waiter or order upstairs ourselves. Even though not all of the 11 of us ate there, we always ensured a reliable turnover of drinks - when we were served. And if we could bowl. Because people were already watching TV on a screen on the alley, the alley was rented out to someone else or there were other celebrations taking place, we came and couldn't go bowling. 4 weeks ago we were told that the key couldn't be found (!) and yesterday there was a Christmas party held by other people on the train we rented. When we were approached, an employee who had known us for a long time said casually and arrogantly while lighting a cigarette that the man in charge was busy and didn't have time... and left us standing. Thank you! All of this speaks for the appreciation that customers are shown there. With an organized company, we would have been canceled as customers in good time, then we could each have arranged a different meeting point. But like that: total disinterest. Very bad style. Not only will I no longer go bowling there, I will also go to another restaurant for dinner or celebrations.

I always found it tasty here and never had any problems. For everyone who is wondering why it is still closed. The renovation, which apparently lasted several months, is probably due to food inspection. I don't know if masks are required to go to the toilet at the moment, but some guests went to the toilet without a mask...
