Honest opinion: My brother Furkan ordered a kebab from here. The kebab arrived in 10 minutes (delivery service), no lie. The kebab was one of the best kebabs I've had in a long time. They didn't skimp on the ingredients or the meat. It was incredibly tasty and filled us up to our liking. I haven't had a kebab that was stale in a long time, but this one had a really bad kick. And I'm not saying that because we're friends with them or anything, because it really was one of the best kebabs I've had in a long time. Great value for money; for €1.50 they included extra meat. Better than the kebab I had at Haus des Döners!

I went to eat. I ordered a menu #3 for €14.50. It wasn't what I expected; it was more vegetables and hot sauce than anything else. But when it came to paying, they didn't accept cards; you had to pay cash. After all, that's called cheating the tax authorities and not declaring your earnings. I'll probably never go back.

I bought döner and drinks and wanted to pay with a credit card. Apparently, it was not possible to pay under 20€. They deducted 12€ from the bill for 10.90. The problem is not the numbers, it is just a fraudulent and insincere business. Those who go there only insult themselves.

Absolutely not. Someone comes to my table and says, "Just take the salt from my table." I then asked him why he didn't ask before taking the salt. He then said, "I'm the boss here, I can do whatever I want." He was very rude and chased me out in a high-pitched voice. It's a shame that people like that run kebab shops and people think this guy is Turkish, but he's not. ,,👎👎👎

Extremely disrespectful people. I ordered over the phone. If everything goes their way and they get their money then everything is fine, but if you have questions and ask really politely one of the women serving is really cheeky, said in an aggressive tone, take it or just leave it, almost shouted at me even though they wanted to charge me more and that was unfair, before I could even ask properly they wanted to rip me off straight away, then the guy at the counter was just as cheeky and wanted to fob me off, then hung up. I've rarely seen such disrespectful people, which is why I'll never get anything from there again. Then I did something awesome, ordered, didn't feel like calling again, the guy came and I had already left and was no longer at home, smartphone on silent :D they can insert their product into the appropriate place, serves them right, deserved to make a loss, well, if you get cheeky then it's your own fault, you've received the appropriate punishment ;D Do you think I'm still going to pay you for this lack of respect? Certainly not. The most important thing is respect, even if the taste isn't great, the main thing is respect, and you have no respect at all. When you collect money you have respect, but if things don't go according to your expectations then they suddenly get cheeky and it becomes clear that it's not about the customer but only about the money. So I went somewhere else and invested my money better. Then they didn't come for an hour, much later than scheduled, they probably did it on purpose, in the end I took all of you away :D You lost time, lost money, it would be better if you went bankrupt. I just hope that you or your family are treated the same way so that you know what it's like, simply as a lesson.

Well, the kebab was very dry and rather tasteless. Pretty mediocre for eight euros. A liter of Coke/Fanta/Sprite was 4.90. I would have paid three, but then I didn't. The atmosphere was more like a train station concourse, with a hectic bustle between customers and delivery drivers. It was a shame, it could have been good. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hello everyone We ordered a kebab to go today. Unfortunately, the food was cold upon arrival, the quality was disappointing, and the taste was poor. Shortly after eating, I got a stomach ache. They also didn't provide a napkin. Overall, very poor service.

Lahmacun with chicken is highly recommended, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, yogurt sauce, chicken from the rotisserie, with a cool cup of Ayran. Always happy again!

I ordered a kebab with everything to take away. There was 1 tomato and cabbage in the kebab. I'm happy to pay this price, but I also expect quality.

FAIL from the comments.. I've never bought such a bad kebab before, unfortunately it was inedible.. Unfortunately, all 4 kebabs had to be thrown away.. The bread was completely soaked. The meat was raw and cold with no taste and the sauce was just butter. A very unpleasant smell.. once and NEVER AGAIN.. I was afraid that the children would poison themselves.. Sorry but very bad

Very, very tasty, the Dürüm (in my case lamb) tastes super natural and is not overrun by the sauces. Really delicious! The service is also very nice. 👍🏼

We were extremely dissatisfied with our order. There was a hair in the calzone. This is absolutely inedible. Additionally, our delivery was delivered 60 minutes late, which was significantly longer than the stated delivery time. In addition, the drink was missing. This store is absolutely not recommended!!

Unfortunately, I had very bad experiences with the Heusenstammer Kebabhaus. Today I had dinner there and ordered a menu for €14.50. Unfortunately, it didn't taste good at all: there was almost no sauce in the Dürüm, and the salad included seemed most likely from yesterday - I didn't finish the entire dish. When I finally asked for the bill because I wanted to pay by card, I was told that card payment was not possible, which I found very strange. In the end the bill came to €18. When I asked why I had to pay €3.50 more, the waitress explained that this was because I had ordered two extra portions of ketchup. I've never experienced anything like that in a kebab shop - even if it costs something, a small portion of ketchup for €1.75 doesn't justify this surcharge, especially since you could buy a large bottle in a supermarket for that amount. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store to anyone - even one star seems too much given these experiences.

Top service, the prices were also great. Atmosphere is also great (nicely furnished, no strong smell of food or grease) and the taste is also very good. Can only be recommended!

We ordered food for 5 people, 3 of which were “wrong”. We ordered extra sauce for the kebab, but there was hardly any sauce in it - dry and inedible, one of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten. They forgot to add cheese to the falafel dürüm. This is the second time something like this has happened to us. But there won't be a third time. I spent the whole night with a stomach ache. We're done with orders from here.

Food really cold and completely soggy

Unfortunately it didn't taste good at all. The sucuk pizza was with salami and not sucuk. The kebab meat has a very strong animal aftertaste. It's barely seasoned and we couldn't eat it. Card payment was not possible.

Unfortunately, the employees, especially a female employee, were very rude. I ordered a Lahmacun, but I was brought a “Lahmacun Döner Dürüm” instead. When I politely pointed out that the order was wrong, I was spoken to loudly and sarcastically. It was clear that the staff not only don't know their menu, but also generally have little knowledge of the dishes they offer. This behavior and lack of professionalism negatively impacted my visit.

Pizza and a kebab took 2 hours to deliver and then when it arrived the pizza was half raw.

I ordered a lahmacun and the onions were sour, the vegetables were not fresh and also cold. The garlic bread was nothing special. My Ayran was also forgotten.

Patty quality from the cheeseburger was poor. Either they add a lot of breadcrumbs or something similar or they use these frozen ready-made patties with flour in them. In any case, it's not a 100 percent beef patty. I think the price is too high for that. The burger tasted ok but not what you expect, if you order a burger with beef it should also taste like meat. The staff are friendly but you only got napkins when you asked.

When ordering from the Heusestamm outdoor pool, cutlery and napkins were missing. And was told that we didn't explicitly order it (as if it wasn't clear that You should at least bring cutlery with you for the salad and kebab box). OK. Fries were old, like they had been warmed up in the microwave. We complained and the exact same fries were delivered as a replacement. Incredible. All ten people had the same opinion that the fries were old...

Brought Lahmacun and Dürüm. Tastes like it was bought and not homemade. Too little meat. Meat had no taste of its own. Really not a good kebab all around!

I have always enjoyed eating or ordering here. But recently it has left a lot to be desired. Heusenstammer XL Burger is no bigger than a cheeseburger. With Pide sucuk, less and less sucuk is added. I've never had stomach problems, so be careful if you're prone to them. The food is becoming more and more expensive but the quality is decreasing significantly. The percentage you received when ordering is history, but the delivery costs are.

The food is very good but I don't think delivery costs for 3 km are ok. Otherwise the delivery was free and there were still percentages. None of that exists anymore, even though you already pay enough money for it. Let's see if we don't order somewhere else.

Doner kebab is too expensive and too greasy. The hamburgers are the biggest outrage under the sun. The chicken was also a letdown. These are more like frozen products. Not again.

Please never again. The kebabs were inedible, there were no yoghurt sauces ordered, the meat didn't taste good at all, and in general everything was a complete failure. It tasted much better a while ago. And too expensive for this quality.

We had party pizzas delivered that were okay and an inedible kebab. The box was ordered with a separate sauce, the food was delivered floating in sauce. The meat tasted sour and the food in the box was simply inedible. The fries were completely greasy.

I would never order there again. The kebab didn't taste good at all, it was so dry and inedible.

Last time I visited I enjoyed a juicy kebab, and this time I was treated to a chicken skewer, served with rice & a pinch of love. Both were delicious 👍🏼 absolutely clean place & friendly staff. A very courteous woman from the staff took the time to personally come to the table to ask for feedback. So customer satisfaction is a priority. Definitely again! Thank you very much

So unfreundlich! Haben über Lieferando bestellt und waren im Home Office. Dann sehe ich die Benachrichtigung, dass das Essen ausgeliefert wurde und sehe auf dem Handy einen verpassten Anruf. Ich rufe zurück und der Fahrer hat angeblich 3x schon geklingelt ?!? Wenn wir unser Essen bestellen und im Vorhinein bezahlen, wieso im gottes Namen sollen wir es nicht annehmen wollen? Damit es nochmal geliefert wird, müssen wir 2€ zahlen? Drecksladen. Die letzten Male wurde immer etwas vergessen und nun das. Und dann reagiert man so unfreundlich am Telefon.

Habe letztens essen abgeholt und irgendwas stinkt sehr streng, ob es die Verpackung ist oder die tüte, gesund kann es dies nicht sein, da es in jeden Fall mit dem Essen in Verbindung kommt. Kundenservice ist leider klein geschrieben und meist ist es egal was man sagt, die haben immer recht. Essen meist kalt.

Fand den Besuch nicht besonders. Mein Essen war lauwarm. Preis/Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Hatte den Iskender gegessen. Portiongröße war OK.

Das Kebabhaus hat die besten Grillspezialitäten. Ich komme sehr gerne hier essen. Die bedienung ist echt super.

Plusieurs kebabs pris à emporter. Personnel accueillant, bon kebab galette façon turque, piment en poudre à la demande pour épicer. Bref un îlot de soleil dans la gastronomie locale 😀. A déguster sans hésiter

Super lecker und sehr angenehme, fleißige und freundliche Menschen!!! Arbeite seit einem Jahr in Heusenstamm und gehe regelmäßig hier essen. Hab inzwischen fast alles mal probiert, es war immer sehr gut. Am liebsten esse ich da Iskender Kebab oder Pizza. Und egal ob Pizza Margherita mit Ananas, oder Pizza Hawaii ohne Schinken - fast jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt ;-) weiter so und bis bald!

Ich bestell hier oft. Portionen werden immer kleiner. Inkompenter Lieferrant. Ich bin so nett und gebe immer Trinkgeld. Dann rippt der mich ab und gibt 10€ zu wenig. Bevor ich nachzählen konnte war er schon weg. War anscheinend der letzte dem geliefert wurde.

Döner zum mitnehmen bestellt... Leider schmeckte dieser einfach nur langweilig. Da fehlte jeglicher Grillgeschmack und die Knobi Sauce war mir viel zu säuerlich ....Zahle gerne gutes Geld für einen Döner , aber 6.90 € für das von Heute war einfach enttäuschend.....schade

Leckeres Essen. Die Bedienung ist sehr zuvorkommend und merkt sich auch die Gerichte bei den Stammgästen - eine die sehr gut mitdenkt. Die Portionen sind gut und die Pommes schmeckt auch lecker. Gegessen wurde immer Vorort.

Immer lecker gute Qualität bin Schüler deswegen 7€ immer bischen hart aber lohnt sich Bedienung immer richtig nett und sehr bodenständig man kann gut reden

Richtig leckerer Döner! Ich esse seit Jahren dort.

Eine der besten Döner in der Gegend Punkt auch die Knoblauchsoße schmeckt richtig nach Knoblauch. Burger finde ich allerdings zu teuer im Verhältnis zur Patty Qualität.

Bester Döner an der in Heusenstammer. Freundliche Bedienung und leckere türkische Küche. Im Sommer bei Nacht mal draußen vor dem Restaurant essen und das "Little Istanbul" von Heusenstamm genießen.
