We ordered pizza, pizza bread with garlic and Caesar salad, which was definitely not one. The pizza and the pizza bread with garlic could have stayed in the oven longer, both were neither remotely crispy nor properly baked. You couldn't taste the garlic on the pizza bread at all. The Caesar salad didn't have the right ingredients, the right salad dressing, nor did it have parmesan. We thought it was a wrong delivery (chicken salad) and called. His answer was that we make Caesar salad like that and with balsamic vinegar, but we said that he wasn't allowed to advertise this salad as Caesar salad. Caesar salad is an internationally famous salad attributed to the Italian-American Cesare Cardini. The main ingredient is romaine lettuce, which is served with a special dressing as well as croutons and parmesan. Recipe: 1 head of romaine lettuce(s)50 gParmesan, freshly grated 3 slices of toast bread Oil for frying1 garlic clove(s)For the sauce:1 egg(s), raw 3 cloves of garlic, cut into pieces 4 anchovy fillets from the jar 2 tsp Dijon mustard ½ lemon(s), juice of 150 ml germ oil or similar. - no olive oil! Pepper from the mill The salad was still tasty but unfortunately not what I ordered.
