Pizzaboy in Köln

I ordered from Pizzaboy in Porz again after a long time. The quality had already declined. I ordered one chicken schnitzel with fries, one with potato wedges, one with extra fries, and one chicken nuggets with fries. The total was €40.20 plus €2 delivery charge. Now for the good points: the driver was very friendly and nice. The nuggets were okay. But... The chicken schnitzels were overcooked, the breading rock hard. The fries were extremely salty and also very hard. The potato wedges were extremely dark, dry, and tasted of nothing. Kind of like cardboard. There was a time when I enjoyed ordering from there. The food tasted good. Now, and this latest and final attempt confirmed my suspicions, the food has become inedible. My expectations weren't high to begin with, but this is unacceptable. In times when prices are skyrocketing, one should be able to expect a certain level of quality. ... I personally ordered from Pizzaboy for the last time last night. I really don't like giving reviews like this. But this was truly a repeated culinary assault!

I've always been satisfied, I really don't understand how you can deliver cold food for the 5th time in a row. The pizza was so hard I could have killed someone with it. It felt like they'd fallen out of the oven too. Seriously, that was the last time. All they care about is raising prices, what a load of rubbish...

I ordered from there yesterday and had to wait almost an hour for my food. It arrived freezing cold, and the driver was incredibly rude because I didn't tip him. The same goes for the phone order; he was very unfriendly and barely spoke German. I wouldn't recommend it; I'll never order from there again.

NEVER AGAIN, I was truly very disappointed. Instead of my pizza with Gorgonzola and onions (I paid extra for the side dish), I only got a Margherita with onions. I wasn't taken seriously on the phone and was even contradicted. That's not how you treat customers. Very unfriendly.

If it were possible, 0️⃣stars! Hello, We ordered from Pizzaboy on October 19th at 8:17 PM, and the delivery didn't arrive until 9:44 PM – after 87 minutes. Normally, delivery from there (6 minutes) takes a maximum of 30 minutes, as the restaurant is only a few minutes away. During the entire time, we were repeatedly rudely kept waiting on the phone with statements like, "The driver will be here in a minute," even though no one showed up. Later, we were even told we could "wait for the driver" and that the money wouldn't be refunded until two weeks later, when the manager arrived – absolutely unprofessional. Instead of contacting the driver from the pizzeria, we have to listen to such a rude response! When the driver finally arrived, we told him we couldn't accept the food because we had already waited almost an hour and a half. I therefore request a full refund as the order was not accepted and the service was unacceptable.

I've ordered from you many times, but never wrote a review before. This time, however, I have something to say. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold when it arrived. Also, the sauce was different than usual; it looked like it had been mixed with another sauce. That really shouldn't happen. I hope you pay more attention to quality and cleanliness next time, like you used to.

Incredibly disappointing – never again Pizzaboy! We waited almost TWO hours for our pizza – and it never even arrived! We were repeatedly fobbed off on the phone in an unfriendly and condescending manner, with "The driver will be right away" – only no one showed up. As if that wasn't bad enough, we were then cheekily told, "Yes, you can send it back with a driver, no problem," and that our prepaid money (via Lieferando!) "wouldn't get back until two weeks later, when the boss is back." I understand it can be stressful, but being so unprofessional, playing customers for fools and giving rude answers on top of that is an absolute no-go! Incredibly unprofessional, zero customer service, and just plain disrespectful. Thanks for nothing – that's what a messed-up Sunday evening looks like. Never again Pizzaboy!

I ordered burgers from there a few days ago, and now I'm in the hospital with food poisoning. Never order from there!!!

The food isn't what it used to be. It's changed a lot. The drivers who deliver the food are always incredibly nice and are happy to receive tips from me. What I found unfortunate is that today, for example, I ordered for €80 and didn't even get a free drink. It used to always be included with orders over €25. Even the driver pointed it out to the manager, but he apparently didn't care. They simply don't give freebies anymore, which I find really unfortunate given the sales volume.

In my last order, I had raw chicken in my salad and on my pizza, a world of difference to the pizza boy in Bergisch Gladbach.

Actually, we were always satisfied. Now my daughter had a hair in her pizza and my vegetarian rice smells strongly of urine. It's not edible...

Unfortunately the pizza was hardly edible. It was so extremely oily that the grease literally seeped through the box. The floor was completely soggy and the taste was simply unpleasant. Something like that shouldn't actually happen. That was really disappointing.

Pre-ordered a large order for 9 people. They called to ask if the pizza needed slicing. On-time delivery, hot and delicious pizza, noodles, and Thai dishes. Thank you very much.

So unfortunately Do I have to take one star? Customer service and satisfaction is zero. We ordered several pizzas and the driver couldn't bring the pizzas to us despite the location. It is said by Telephone service we call you in 5 minutes didn't happen after 10 minutes when I called them and said what was wrong because now they wanted to blame me and that the drivers all know the property, which is not true. That was the last time I ordered there.

Many pizza shops were closed today, so we tried a new one. pizzaboy. It arrived quickly within 30 minutes as said. My pasta was totally over salted, and unfortunately the dough on the inside of the pizza and pizza rolls was very raw. You could still eat some of the pizza but unfortunately not the pizza rolls, they were inedible.

!!!HAIR IN THE PIZZA!!! I ordered for over €85 and what do I get? A maxi pizza with a HAIR! This is simply disgusting and unacceptable. When I asked the boss about it, I thought he would at least apologize or offer me a new pizza. Instead he just waved it off and didn't want to exchange the pizza! Such customer unfriendliness is unacceptable! I expect a restaurant to take hygiene seriously and respect its customers. I will definitely not visit Pizzaboy again and can only advise everyone to stay away from it if they value quality and service. An absolute disgrace!

Why are you always so inconsistent? We ordered pizza, spring rolls and salad earlier... we were wondering why it was there in 15 minutes?? Pizza was undercooked and soggy at all and so were the spring rolls and the salad was sour!! 35 euros was thrown out the last time!!

Pizza Boy Porz was a bitter disappointment for me. After three hours of waiting and numerous calls, they kept saying the order was “on the way”. In the end it turned out that my order couldn't even be found and they just wanted to place a new one - an excuse that didn't work for me because of the PayPal payment. When I finally asked for my money back, the pizza still arrived, albeit after another 45 minutes. The quality of the pizza was just as disappointing. Hardly any toppings, even though I ordered extra, and the box was completely soggy - for no apparent reason. After waiting so long, I had lost my appetite. I just can't stand lies and bad customer service. Pizzaboy in Dünnwald, on the other hand, is worlds better. By the way, the driver was friendly and got his tip, but I will definitely never order from Pizza Boy Porz again.

We usually like to order there and often because the food is okay and comes quickly when you have a stressful day, like today. Unfortunately we made the mistake and ordered a salad (salad has often been brown before), but wanted to give it another chance today, the salad also looked good, but unfortunately the sauce was expired, had been for 2 days and smelled bad when we opened it.

We have been regular customers at PizzaBoy for over 10 years and are always satisfied with the quality of the food! The price/performance and the exemplary fast and friendly delivery service are definitely right here. Over the years we have gotten to know many other delivery services in the Cologne area - some good, but many out of the question and actually none with such consistently high quality! So a big compliment and thank you at this point! Of course, tastes are different and we are also talking about “fast food” here - but absurdly negative reviews for this restaurant are, in my opinion, just malicious bashing and generally do not correspond to reality in any way! Pizza Boy doesn't seem to be doing well... I've been a customer for 20 years. But when it comes to prices these days, that's not possible. The minimum order value is constantly being increased, including the delivery fee (it didn't exist before). I paid €20.20 for a pasta dish and filled pizza rolls. Sorry, that's where it ends for me now. For less money I can go to the Italian restaurant around the corner. I will do that too. I think your pricing policy will break your neck in the long run.

Absolute disaster… The lasagne I ordered was full of bone pieces and cartilage! The salad no longer has anything to do with a salad, but rather with vegetables that were two weeks old. In addition, the wrong sauce was delivered, just great! The quality decreases from order to order!! The last time I ordered there was even a hair in it. Just disgusting!

When I called again I was yelled at and hung up again. The branch in Cologne-Porz will be avoided from now on! Unfriendly and you don't get what you ordered. The best food you can order in Cologne-Porz. But my favorites are always left off the menu (baguettes, Pizza Bombay, and now the Häagen-Dazs ice cream)!!! But the worst thing is the prices. The Armani of delivery service providers!!! You feel like a millionaire only without millions! Peace

Incredibly bad service. Lieferando sent my order twice. I noticed this less than 10 minutes later and called immediately. Apparently it was too late, the driver was already on the way (after 10 minutes??). Funny that I had to wait almost an hour after the phone call. But it took the driver a long time to cover 7 km when he was supposedly already on the way. I found it impossible. The food was okay, but nothing more. There are better shops in Porz.

One of the rudest delivery people ever caught. Complains that there is no doorbell sign, but just didn't look properly. I won't order for delivery again, I'll just pick it up instead.

I have been ordering from the branch on Frankfurter Straße for a long time and have never been disappointed. The food is always there super quickly and warm too. The drivers are all nice and friendly throughout. I also get my money's worth in terms of taste.

Ich muss mich leider heute auch den negativ Bewertungen anschließen. Meine Pizza ist nach 50 Minuten gekommen das ist nicht das Problem aber sie war tatsächlich fast eiskalt. Absolut nicht mehr schmackhaft. Sehr schade, da Pizzaboy sonst immer echt gute Qualität geliefert hat und sehr schnell. Ich wohne nur eine beziehungsweise zwei Ampeln weit weg. 2 Minuten mit dem Pkw

Uns seit ihr los... Wir bestellen locker schon seit über 10 Jahren bei der Pizzaboy Filiale in Eil. Allerdings war das heute unsere letzte Bestellung, es war wiedereinmal (3.x) das die Lieferung lauwarm bei uns angekommen ist, wir wohnen eine Strasse weiter.... Die Bestellung war keine große Arbeit einmal Spaghetti Aglio Olio, dazu einen Bacon Burger mit einer kleinen Portion Fritten. Leider müssen wir sagen das war der schlechteste Burger den wir je gegessen haben! Er war zugleich trocken, an anderen Stellen hat er getrieft vor ingendeiner Flüssigkeit und alles zusammen hat es nach alter Pappe geschmeckt. Fritten richtig hinzubekommen ist ja immer so eine Sache, damit haben wir schon gerechnet... Die Spaghetti Aglio Olio sind hier lauwarm angekommen, es war kein Hauch von Knoblauch am Gericht, mit der Schärfe hat es leider auch eingebüst, dafür ist es im Öl ertrunken, ja es gehört Öl drann aber nach 10 Jahren Erfahrung bei euch wissen wir ihr konntet das mal viel besser!

Ganz normal bestellt , wie so oft bei dem Laden , aber dann bekommt man so eine Käsestange Pizza , sie ist echt kalt und total trocken wie unschwer erkennbar auf dem Foto , und dafür über 15 Euro kassieren , was noch nicht mal 3 Euro wert wäre !!! Echt nicht korrekt sowas aus zu liefern !!!

Okey nicht flexibel, ich wollte die Pizza mit zwei Belegen. Salami und Thunfisch. Die wollten von mir weitere 5 euro. Wie frech ist das!

Essen kam recht schnell, Lieferant sehr freundlich. Als Dank fürs Trinkgeld fuhr er auf dem Privatgrundstück noch einen Fahrradständer kaputt ohne was zu sagen. Der Chef kennt natürlich weder den Fahrer noch den PKW.

Leider sehr unfreundlich und nicht Kompromiss bereit.Und auch Versteht leider nicht richtig deutsch.Und auch sehr aggressiv! Kein! Es war das letzte mal essen bei Pizzaboy in Porz.

Durante l'attesa ci hanno portato delle pagnottine con una salsa (che sembrava semplice burro al gusto). L'hamburger non era male ed anche la cotoletta era ben cotta. Le patatine fritte non avevano niente di speciale. Considerando la velocità di preparazione (ora di pranzo) magari avrei anche dato 4 stelle ma sono caduti sulle modalità di pagamento: no pagamenti elettronici ma solo in contanti ed in una città come Colonia mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più

FINGER WEG!!!!!!!!!!! ich habe nach der Arbeit über Lieferando eine Pizza bestellt und 45 Minuten gewartet. Nach 1 Stunde habe ich angerufen um nachzufragen wo mein essen bleibt, die haben ohne Grund die Bestellung storniert und nichtmal Bescheid gegeben. Kundenservice ist niedrigste Stufe in diesem Laden.

Die Bewertung sagt genug aus. Bleibt lieber hungrig. Schmiert euch lieber ein Brot zuhause.

Pizza nicht wie bestellt geliefert, restliche Essen war geschmacklich ok. Gutscheine wurden online nicht akzeptiert, obwohl im Flyer beworben ohne Enddatum, Fahrer recht reserviert und unfreundlich. Demnächst werden andere Lieferservice genutzt.

Für mich war es die beste Pizzeria in ganz Porz und umgebung und ich hätte mehr als 5 Sterne gegeben Allerdings muss ich mittlerweile viele Sterne abziehen Die Preise sind mittlerweile eine unverschämtheit es war immer schon teurer als woanders aber das kann man auch mit guter Qualität irgendwann nicht mehr rechtfertigen Auch die Lieferkosten wir bestellen meistens für mehr als 60 Euro und zahlen trotzdem 2 Euro Lieferkosten Auf die 2 Euro kommt es nicht an aber hier gehts ums Prinzip irgendwo ist mal Schluss

Familien Pizza naja viel zu klein 46cm rund. Halb Margarita halb tonno 26 € viel zu teuer Geschmack zu at Mal nix und kalt geliefert. Da bin ich mehr gewohnt von Pizza Boy

Unpünktlich über 1 Stunde gewartet für eine Bestellung, obwohl mir gesagt wurde 20 Minuten, nachdem das Essen gekommen ist trocken ohne gar nix obwohl ich alles vorher gesagt habe was ich haben wollte einfach unverschämt und der Lieferant fragt selber nach Trinkgeld sowas von Unverschämtheit

1Stunde und 30 Minuten auf 2 Pizzen zu warten ist ja wohl ein Witz wenn sie dann auch noch kalt ankommen und nicht geschnitten. Sehr hohe Unprofessionalität wird an den Tag gebracht auch am Hörer beim Rückruf der Dame, Wir haben die Lage geschildert uns wurden nur angeboten Besteck nach zu liefern. Das ist doch nicht normal ich soll nochmals eine Zeit lang warten bis das Besteck ankommt …. Macht euch euer eigenes Bild aber hier werden ich und meine Freunde nicht mehr bestellen

Soweit ganz gut leider sind aber wünsche aus den Angeboten nicht möglich zum Beispiel eine Pizza 🍕 mit Thunfisch und Oliven und Zwiebeln man möchte nur Thunfisch nicht mehr dann bezahlt man auch nicht das Angebot sondern die teure Pizza weil ja dort nur Thunfisch drauf ist,??? Muss ich jetzt nicht verstehen.
