Ich habe über ein Jahr lang regelmäßig hier bestellt und war mit dem Essen grundsätzlich zufrieden. Gerade weil ich Stammkundin war, fällt mir diese Bewertung nicht leicht. Trinkgeld ist eine freiwillige Leistung und kein Zwang. Ich lebe am Existenzminimum und gebe Trinkgeld, wenn ich es mir leisten kann, aber nicht immer. Nach vielen Bestellungen habe ich einmal kein Trinkgeld gegeben. Der Fahrer zählte wortlos das Geld, murmelte etwas vor sich hin und ging ohne Verabschiedung. Dieses wortlose und verärgerte Weggehen empfand ich als respektlos. Man fühlt sich in so einem Moment unangenehm unter Druck gesetzt, obwohl Trinkgeld keine Verpflichtung ist. Wie man auch in anderen Rezensionen lesen kann, scheint dieses Verhalten leider kein Einzelfall zu sein. Mehrfach wird beschrieben, dass der Fahrer ohne ein Wort wütend geht, wenn kein Trinkgeld gegeben wird. Ich habe daraufhin im Restaurant angerufen und die Situation geschildert. Mir wurde gesagt, man würde mit dem Fahrer sprechen. Wochen später bestellte ich erneut. Es war derselbe Fahrer. Ich gab diesmal wieder Trinkgeld, wartete jedoch vergeblich auf eine Entschuldigung für das vorherige Verhalten. Nachdem ich meine Erfahrung in der Bewertung geschildert hatte, wurde ich mehrfach privat auf meinem Handy angerufen. Meine Telefonnummer ist für die Bestellung gedacht und nicht für wiederholte persönliche Kontaktaufnahmen. Ich habe die Nummer blockiert. Kurz darauf erschien der Fahrer unangekündigt an unserer Adresse, klingelte und sprach mit meinem Mitbewohner. Es wurden Erklärungen wie Stress oder viele Bestellungen genannt, aber keine klare und ehrliche Entschuldigung für das respektlose Verhalten. Zusätzlich brachte er zwei Bier mit, was ich persönlich unpassend fand. Für mich überschreitet dieses Verhalten eine Grenze. Unhöflichkeit wegen fehlendem Trinkgeld sowie private Kontaktversuche und unangekündigtes Erscheinen sind für mich nicht akzeptabel. Das Essen mag gut und preislich attraktiv sein, aber der Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden ist für mich ebenso wichtig. Aus diesem Grund werde ich dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Eine der besten Pizzerien, die ich seit Langem besucht habe. Der Teig ist perfekt außen schön knusprig, innen luftig und die Zutaten schmecken frisch und hochwertig. Besonders die Pizza 🍕 war geschmacklich top und nicht überladen. Der Service ist freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und entspannt, egal ob man vor Ort isst oder bestellt. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Ich habe bei UFO Pizza das Murgh Sabji bestellt und es war richtig lecker. Gute Gewürze, zartes Hähnchen und insgesamt sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Lieferung kam heiß an. Gerne wieder

Also wir bestellen hier seit Jahren, weil wir nie enttäuscht worden. Das Essen ist immer frisch und lecker zubereitet, gute Portionen, Sonderwünsche und Extrawürste wurden immer erfüllt. Die Leute sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend, außerdem wird stets fix geliefert.

The worst pizza I've ever eaten

I don't recommend eating there because I found dirty dishes and bottles from previous customers on every table, and the toilet was a complete disaster.

I've ordered from there many times. At least four times a month. Until now, deliveries have been no problem, and the drivers always received a tip. Now I was under €10, and suddenly, they couldn't deliver. Not to mention that recently, things have been forgotten a lot, or even the wrong food has been delivered. If you've ordered there often and continue ordering despite mistakes that shouldn't have happened, you should be able to deliver. Today was the last time for me. It's time to try something different :-)

The pizza Mista landed me in the hospital for a day. At least now I know what food poisoning feels like. On top of that, the driver was extremely unpleasant, couldn't find my address, and simply told me to call ahead next time. Whatever he meant by that, he probably doesn't even know himself... Never again!

Our online order via Lieferando was canceled for no reason after a 45-minute wait. We got our money back, but the tip was withheld. Simply outrageous. Never again!!!

We almost always order from this pizzeria and are always satisfied. The food is always good – and today I was also able to experience and appreciate the excellent service: a comment about a dish was unfortunately not transferred to Lieferando – and I was replaced with the correct dish without any discussion. Simply top-notch!

Taste-wise, the most awful pizza we have ever eaten. 31 euros for two pizzas that we would have been better off saving.

Delicious casseroles, good food. But it is primarily a delivery service. You can also eat on site and receive friendly and quick service. However, it is not particularly comfortable here.

The food was really tasty, but unfortunately the delivery driver was very unfriendly today. That spoiled the joy of eating a bit. Friendly service would be desirable.

We ordered our pizzas a day in advance, but they arrived an hour late. The excuse given to us on the phone was that the pizza was burnt. The driver also said that you still have to take the travel time into account. Due to the significant delay, we didn't leave a tip - whereupon the driver left without a word and without saying goodbye. We will definitely never order here again!

Very nice and warm people. The delivery team in particular is always nice and really fast. Definitely the price-performance winner for us in Ehrenfeld. We can highly recommend the vegetarian and scampi with spinach. The family pizza for birthdays or celebrations are also great. Unfortunately the ambience on site isn't really our style, but that doesn't bother us. But there is still potential for improvement :)

We ordered 3 pizzas there. 1 hour delivery time was estimated. The pizza came exactly as promised and all three were still very warm and tasted delicious. The ingredients were fresh, there were plenty of toppings, and it was flavorful. I can only recommend it. We haven't been there yet. And we ordered via Lieferando. Lg

A good pizzeria for years. I know a few better ones, but a lot more worse ones. I usually go there when I'm hungry in this corner of Cologne. As a delivery service, delivery must always be carried out quickly and accurately. Will definitely be back soon!

Mega fast delivery, pizza hollandaise is highly recommended!

After the renovation, UFO Pizza has changed for the better. It's definitely brighter and friendlier. Now you can spend time there not only as two or three of us, but also, for example, arrange a children’s birthday party. Of course, agree on this in advance by phone or in person. Unfortunately I have to write a review now. The food is actually good, but now I have had severe stomach pains twice after eating. The reason was quickly found out: the dough of the filled pizza rolls was completely raw inside. That's really not possible, sorry. The first time I called and got new ones, but you don't want to take the entire thing apart every time to see if it's done. It's really a shame.

Das ist die Pizzaria für euch. Pizza ist etwas zu fettig und die Ambiente lässt etwas nach, aber sonst OK.

Ich habe mir eine 30er Pizza bestellt, diese kam sehr schnell und genau so wie ich es in den Anmerkungen geschrieben habe zu mir. Diese Pizza war einfach göttlich...knackiger Teig...knackiges Gemüse...Dennoch saftig...Und nicht zu vergessen die perfekte Temperatur...Ich kann Pizza ufo nur weiter empfehlen

pizza schmeckt preise sind okay personal ist nett parken direkt vor ort manchmal sehr kritisch da es an einer sehr frequentierten kreuzung liegt ambiente aus den 80ern. vor ort Essen will man nicht wirklich auch wenns nur 3 sterne gibt kann ich die Pizzeria empfehlen.

Hatten dort zwei Falafel Wraps bestellt, und dort gegessen. Das Lokal ist leider sehr heruntergekommen, es lag jede Menge Rauch in der Luft, der Falafel Wrap war sehr sparsam belegt und komplett kalt. Den einen Stern extra gibt es, weil die Leute nett waren und ich mir vorstellen kann, dass eine Pizza dort nicht so schlecht geschmeckt hätte ...

Schnelle Lieferung. Die Pizza war heiß und sehr lecker. Beim belegen wurde auch nicht gespart.

Eigentlich mochte ich den Lieferdienst Ufo, aber heute wich ich von der handelsüblichen Pizzabestellung ab und dann kam die Katastrophe zu mir nach Hause! Ein Gratin mit halben Kartoffeln, völligst lieblos zusammengeschmissen und ein „Maissalat“ sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt! Dose Mais auf, Cocktail Sauce drüber und ab in eine kleine Plastikschüssel! Das war nicht mal einen Stern wert! Absolut enttäuschend!
