Pizzeria Cucci in Dortmund

Bis zum nächsten Tag war alles in Ordnung. Wir hatten alle vier Magenprobleme, deshalb werde ich dort nicht mehr hingehen, obwohl der Service und der Geschmack in Ordnung waren.

Das war heute das letzte Mal und nie wieder bestellen bei denen unfreundlich Tel. 3 von besser so dünn wie ein Blättchen Beleg nicht genug. Ich rate ja das was bestellen von denen

Wir haben dort gerade per WhatsApp bestellt und ein wunderbares Essen mit einem vorbildlich Service erhalten. Der Lieferant war sehr freundlich und die vergessenen Pizzabrötchen wurden zügig, mit einem Entschuldigungsgetränk nachgeliefert. Das ist eine sehr großzügige und nicht selbstverständliche Art mit einer Reklamation umzugehen. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist gut und wir werden gerne wieder bestellen 🫶

Das Essen wurde uns heiß von einem sehr freundlichen jungen Mann geliefert. Das Essen war frisch und super lecker 😋 😋 😋 bis zum nächsten Mal.

Schlechtes Essen, Currywurst war sauer, rede nicht von der Soße. Calzone sehr schlecht, Teig war nicht durch, balagwünsche würden ignoriert. Gucci, nie wieder

Pizza BVB, einer der besten Pizzen die ich gegessen habe. Richtig geil schlotzig 😋 Burger, Nudeln und Salate schmecken auch sehr gut.

Guten Tag , Im großen und Ganzen war das Essen sehr lecker allerdings ein großer Faktor war der mich und meiner Freundinn sehr gestört hat das beide Calzone kalt waren. Es ist sehr schade da das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Mit einer kleiner Zeit im offen war es lecker und gern weiter zu empfehlen jeder kann mal ein schlechten Tag haben.

Ich habe heute zum ersten Mal hier bestellt und bin wirklich begeistert! Die Lieferung ging super schnell (ca. 20 - 25 Minuten) und das Essen kam richtig warm bei mir an. Die Pizza war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Insgesamt ein wirklich guter erster Eindruck ! hier werde ich auf jeden Fall öfter bestellen. Sehr zu empfehlen wert 😊

Wir waren zu Gast auf dem Wohnmobilstellplatz in Dortmund und haben uns hier Essen bestellt. Neben zwei Burgern, einer Pizza und Pizzabrötchen hatten wir auch einen Pommes-Wrap. Alles hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Portionen waren mehr als ausreichend – fast schon ein bisschen zu groß. Die Qualität war super und das Essen kam genau richtig für einen gemütlichen Abend am Stellplatz. Ganz klar: fünf Sterne und absolut empfehlenswert!

Lohnt sich nicht! Haben heute erneut nochmal bestellt, nachdem die erste Bestellung schon eine Enttäuschung war, haben wir es heute nochmal ausprobiert! Burger total kalt,und ist von uns keine 10 min entfernt , die Nudeln Pampig, also alles genau wie beim ersten mal , für uns war es das , das letzte mal !

Immer freundlich,sehr kundenorientiert. Das Essen ist immer frisch. Die Lieferung ist sehr schnell meistens zwischen 15 bis 30 Minuten und immer heisses Essen. Die Lieferfahrer sind auch alle immer sehr freundlich. Können sich viele andere Lieferdienste ein Beispiel dran nehmen :)

I ordered pizza rolls today. I paid €9 for six small pizza rolls. I think that's outrageous. They tasted awful too. They were all very floury and undercooked in the center. The pizza rolls were also completely covered in oil.

It's best not to order anything with chicken; I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning today after ordering something last night 👍

Orders sometimes arrived very quickly. The fastest delivery was within 15 minutes, but unfortunately the pizza tasted just as good. They should put in two more minutes of love; then it would taste much better.

I ordered from this restaurant today via Uber Eats. A few items were missing from my order, but after contacting them, the team responded immediately and quickly sent the missing items. They even included a Coke as an apology – a really nice gesture! Thank you for handling the situation so well!

I'm very disappointed. The food wasn't tasty at all, and the pizza was of very poor quality. Furthermore, the employee on the phone could barely speak German, which made ordering very difficult. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience—I won't order from here again.

I ordered burgers and pizza here and was unfortunately very disappointed. The burgers and pizza were of poor quality and didn't taste good at all. The place is also unfortunately not as good as it used to be – the food used to be much better. What a shame.

The staff were rude and disrespectful, the food didn't taste good, and the service and atmosphere were all bad. I'll never order/get food from there again! The staff start threatening and pestering you until you delete your bad reviews. Preferably 0 stars. Your answer isn't true! I don't even know what kind of story you're telling?? We ordered, they delivered the wrong food, or rather, part of it. The driver arrived with the new, correct food and started insulting us! Then we called the store and reported it, and the manager insulted us too! Then there was a bad review. Then they all called us, spammed us, and came to our door and threatened us with the police, and they did this for several hours until we deleted the review!! So stop lying just to make yourself look good! You know the truth yourself! But you don't expect anything from them except lies anyway! But this has happened to them before! But they can't handle the truth! We haven't ordered from them since, and I never will again!

But what happened next was surprisingly positive: The pizzeria called me within 20 minutes, apologized sincerely, and immediately sent me a new burger. The second burger was exactly as I wanted it: not too much ketchup, perfectly prepared – absolutely delicious! My wife and I were thrilled. Today I ordered again, and everything was top-notch: hot, delicious food, great fries, and delivered quickly. What really won me over was their sincerity and honest handling of criticism. We regularly order from Pizzeria Cucci, especially during lunch breaks with the company, and are always satisfied. The pizzas are really tasty – nice and thin, crispy and topped with fresh ingredients. We can also absolutely recommend the pasta dishes, the sauces are aromatic and the portions are generous. The currywurst and burgers aren't necessarily my personal favorite, but they're still okay and well received by my colleagues. In terms of taste, they could have a little more flavor, but they're definitely not a flop. Overall, a great pizzeria that really impresses with its pizza and pasta.

Best restaurant, the delivery service was lightning fast and I just got pizza rolls as a gift, it couldn't be better. At Mister Döner I was completely dissatisfied because of the delivery service, they didn't want to give out my cola, the dough was raw. But here at Gucci it's completely different, very nice people and very good service, I can only recommend it.

I've never been to a restaurant myself, I always just order. The pizza, pizza rolls and baguettes are super delicious! I can also highly recommend the aioli. You can also order super easily and simply via WhatsApp and pay with Paypal. The order is (actually always) there within 20/30 minutes.

Never eaten such delicious pizza before. It tastes best with chicken. Ordered the pizzas and even after waiting 40 minutes, they were still warm and crispy.

Very rude staff, the workers are not particularly friendly to the customers e.g. to me and my family after the trip my children themselves said Pizza Hut is better I hope the staff will take my criticism to heart and be friendlier to the other customers that I don't come again…

Delivery of 5 pizzas came on time, 40 minutes after the order was placed. (Sunday evening 7:00 p.m.) We all enjoyed it. Everything was correct. The pizzas are fresh and hot, the delivery driver is friendly. So everything is great. We ordered there for the first time and will choose this pizzeria again next time we order.

We moved and tried every pizzeria in the area. But we like the pizzas from CUCCI the best. Driver always friendly. Never got anything wrong and the food always arrives hot. Special requests were always taken into account. You definitely have to try the cheeseburger pizza. The churros with Nutella for dessert are also delicious! I have one constructive criticism - I would like to put a little more of it on pizzas with hollandaise sauce. Could taste more like it. But still a full 5 stars from me!!

Ordered last time. Ordered two large pizzas. I thought it was too small when it was delivered, then I measured it in the presence of the delivery driver and lo and behold, it was too small. The delivery driver then had me call the restaurant and they said that it was a mistake on Lieferando's part and that the information there was incorrect. Restaurant offer: I would get a pizza for free next time. How do I know if I'll order there again?! Well my offer was whether I could get a pizza for free. But then the participant at the other end became very snotty and unfriendly. I should order somewhere else next time and and and... I then said goodbye with a friendly a.hole. Apart from the fact that the pizzas were too small and I still paid for them, the quality of the restaurant was unfortunately very poor; for me it was definitely the last time I ordered there. Ps: I don't want to receive calls from the restaurant regarding my review here. Threatening calls are responded to with a lawyer without comment

My partner and I ordered here and we are very impressed. I like unusual salads and the high protein salad really impressed me. 😻 It's rare that a pizzeria offers such good and unusual salads, which is why I will now only order from Cucci. My partner was also very happy with his pizza.

Really bad pizzeria. I've always enjoyed eating here. But that was definitely the last time this time. The lady on the phone was unfriendly, every time. TERRIBLE! The driver doesn't say thank you when you give him a tip, and when you wish him a nice evening he just says thank you. That is disrespectful and rude. Ordered a large tuna pizza and you have to look for the tuna. Just little crumbs on top. There are no decent toppings on the pizza. This is outrageous for the money. You don't just save on food, but also on politeness. This way you won't get any more customers. I'll stay at my pizzeria in Kirchlinde. I also know what I get for my money. Decent and good food. We have been living here for a year now and have already ordered from here twice. The first time the food was so bad that we thought it could only have been a mistake. We then gave the store a second chance and unfortunately it was still terrible. Service on the phone was absolutely unfriendly. Burger had more bread than anything else. All pizzas tasted sticky, one was completely wrong. When people criticized the store, they just cheekily said that they probably came from the competition and wanted to badmouth the store. The store is well known in our area… not in a good way. Because if someone writes a bad review, it will be reported and blocked. Edit: Based on the answers under the reviews you can see for yourself how incapable of criticism and rude the operators are.

I ordered the pizza offer once last year. On-time delivery, pizza and pizza rolls were very tasty, but I was particularly enthusiastic about the salad. Then shortly afterwards there was a promotion with €5 off everything, so I took it again. Delicious. Unfortunately, I don't always get to see these actions because I live in Marten. I have ordered from the pizzeria several times but have not yet left a comment about what I will do now. 1. Delivery: goes super fast to Huckarde. Food arrives within 20-25 minutes. And really every time. 2. Food: simply great. Always fresh and still warm. Always order chilli cheese nuggets and the cheese is always hot on the inside and crispy on the outside. I always had bad luck with other providers and the nuggets were always soggy. Pizza: is nice and warm and juicy. Even the edge and I rarely eat the edge of pizzas. 3. Prices: Prices are justified for the food. Find the deals on offer that are great and great for saving. Overall just great. My favorite pizzeria. I absolutely cannot understand negative comments.

Bestellt euch alles außer Pizza und wie er diese Bewertung hat verstehe ich garnicht und diese Tomaten Soße bei jede Pizza schmeckt wie Tomatenmark, man kann es alles nennen aber kein Pizza. Sogar Name des Ladens ist Fake was erwartet man.
