Pizza-Taxi Diamant in Dortmund

Well that was really horrible. I did everything wrong that you could do. I was outside on the phone, my husband went in to order and came back completely upset and told me that he was served so aggressively and was insulted, and he is such a warm and polite person. But I was hungry and asked him if we could eat there and if he could ask for food there instead of takeaway. (He went in after 15 minutes). The lady snapped at me again, saying that she couldn't be that fast and had other orders. (But she didn't say anything beforehand that it might take a while and the shop was empty). So there was no proper customer communication. Then after another 20 minutes of waiting we went in, sat down, table dirty, the woman moaning and swearing the whole time but in a quieter tone (but the shop is small, you can hear everything). Then her pizzas were burnt and she kept getting upset and swearing and at some point I noticed that my eyes hurt, I looked up and noticed that the whole shop was completely filled with smoke. They couldn't breathe anymore and had to leave. That is such unprofessional behavior, taking your bad mood out on customers, even though they are friendly and will remain so, and then such aggressive and unprofessional behavior the whole time and treating your customers like dirt, no proper communication and then long waits without saying anything, swearing, no hygiene and then the shop was full of smoke... then at some point we left because we'd had enough. Who knows how long we would have sat there and how we would have been treated afterwards. Towards the end I was scared of the lady. And my husband was scared anyway, but stayed for me. We went in because the cheap offers were outside, but after an experience like that I wouldn't be surprised if things went badly, if it happens more often.

We used to love ordering from there, but now we've had the problem for the second time that the food doesn't taste good anymore. The quality is really deteriorating. It's a real shame. The pizza rolls are getting smaller and smaller. And they cost so much for that. Unfortunately, they're no longer with us.

Whether for a cozy evening at home or a spontaneous order – Pizzeria Diamant is always the right choice. I wholeheartedly recommend this pizzeria to everyone! Anyone who orders here will definitely not be disappointed.

Here are the nicest workers and delivery people I've encountered in Dortmund. And most importantly: The pizzas are, in one word, AMAZING! When I read some of the reviews, I wonder if they mistook the restaurant. Diamant Pizza is as good as a diamond. The name says it all. By far the best pizza in Dortmund and the surrounding area! I'm also very impressed with the spaghetti and salad and absolutely satisfied! I've been a regular customer for a long time, and that won't change anytime soon! Thank you for your consistently great service!

I was there for the first time today and can only say it's DELICIOUS! Be careful, it's not 100% mozzarella, but it's Gouda, but it's still delicious 🍕 From now on, I'll only order from here. 5 stars, all deserve it. Keep it up, and see you soon.

Ordered two large pizzas, but unfortunately the Giardino was delivered in a small size. Very annoying! The pizzas tasted ok.

Actually always got very tasty food from Diamant, but the last two times it was nothing. The pasta with cream sauce and minced meat had almost no minced meat left in it. On the tuna baguette today there was only tuna and remolade, not a cucumber salad or tomato slice. Everything just got more expensive and worse.

Absolut verstörend. Habe eine Pizza Diavolo bestellt und habe darum gebeten die Pilze wegzulassen. Das wurde gekonnt ignoriert. Zudem war die Pizza etwas, das ich noch nie gesehen habe. Zweistöckig... Der Aufbau war Teig, Belag, eine weitere Schicht Teig, Sauce, Käse. Die zweite Teigschicht war natürlich richtig labrig und alles im allen war der Geschmack unterdurchschnittlich. Von frischen Zutaten fehlte jede Spur... 0/10 Punkten. Nie wieder werde ich da bestellen

Wir sind neu in den Stadtteil gezogen und haben einige Lieferdienste ausprobiert. Hier werden wir öfter bestellen, ist mit Abstand einer der besten Lieferdienste hier in der Gegend. Essen frisch, heiß und lecker. Und der Herr, der uns das Essen die Male geliefert hat, ist so super sympathisch. :)

Super Pizza.Boden Cross, gut belegt, saftig und schnell geliefert.

Pizza und gefüllte Pizzabrötchen waren noch teilweise Roh. Pizza total labberig. Mein Magen hat danach verrückt gespielt. Hier esse ich nie wieder.

Für mich die beste Pizzeria in Dortmund, bestelle dort schon Jahre. Die Pizza ist sehr gut belegt mit Käse und Zutaten was man von anderen Pizza Diensten nicht unbedingt sagen kann. Sehr lecker, anrufen und bestellen und sich ein eigenes Bild machen.

Bestelle schon seid 12 Jahren , heute auch wieder. Für mich die beste Pizza der Welt. Auch die Lasagne von meinem Mann einfach nur super 😋😋😋👍👍👍

Schlechteste Bestellung die ich je hatte. Die Pizza war labberig und nur halb mit Tomatensoße belegt. Beim BBQ-Burger war das Brötchen so dunkel, dass viele das schon als verbrannt angesehen hätten und das Patty war ein in der Mikrowelle erhitztes TK-Produkt. Und der Höhepunkt: Die Pizzabrötchen waren nicht nur versalzen sondern hatten als Gratisfüllung die Haare vom Koch. Einfach ekelerregend. NIE WIEDER! Ein Stern den man geben muss ist noch viel zu gut für das was geliefert wurde.

Einmal und nie wieder. Die Pizza war einfach ungenießbar. Zu fettig, verbrand und sah zudem unappetitlich aus.Zudem war das Personal nicht grade freundlich. Ich werde den Laden definitv nie wieder betreten.

Super nette und geduldige Dame am Telefon. Habe zu meinem Geburtstag zwei Bleche Pizza bestellt und eine Calzone. Die Lieferung hat super geklappt und pünktlich. Meine Gäste und ich waren begeistert von der Pizza. Sie war innerhalb von ein paar Minuten leer. Die Fahrer war sehr freundlich und lustig. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Vielen Herzlichen Dank noch einmal. Also normalerweise würde ich 0 sterne geben aber ein positiven punkt gibt es bei dieser pizzeria wenn man ein krankenschein möchte soll man da bestellen dan hat man paar tage durchfall und fällt bei der arbeit aus das essen war katastrophe die pizza hatte mehr haare drinne als käse und der salat war einfach hingeklatscht eier schalen waren noch drinne und die pizza brötchen waren noch nicht fertig als hätte man in rohen teig reingebissen empfehle ich niemanden wollte erst mal nichts bewerten aber bei diesem durchfall und magenschmerzen hört der spas auf

Nicht mal dieser Stern ist berechtigt!!! Also beim 1x essen bestellen, war alles okay. Schmeckte aber auch nicht sonderlich gut. Dann haben wir ein 2x bestellt mit Getränke. Das Essen wurde kalt geliefert und die Getränke habe ich bis heute nicht!!! Mehrmals angerufen keine Reaktion, dann war ich persönlich dort mit Lieferbon, und trotzdem bekam ich die Getränke nicht!!! Auf Pizza.de stimmen auch die Preise nicht!!! Da essen wir nie wieder!!!

So ein Drecks laden. Pommes aus dem Backofen halb roh und schwarz. Schnitzel in fett eingelegt oder was ? 17.50 bezahlt für was ? Damit ich es direkt in den Müll werfe Dankeschön nie wieder.
