Friendly customer service and delicious takeaway food. The five of us were full for €87 and still had plenty of food left.

I always enjoyed ordering from New York Pizza in Ratingen, but unfortunately not anymore. I ordered the pasta pesto shrimp, which includes a pesto cream sauce. Unfortunately, it tasted very sour, as if the cream was over it or bad. I then called them to get possible compensation. Unfortunately, I was only offered the same pasta delivered again. After such a sour cream sauce I lost my appetite, no thanks! Absolutely no understanding from the gentleman on the phone - the pesto cream sauce probably has a new recipe. After I asked whether the new pesto cream sauce should taste sour and whether that was normal, I only received a cheeky confirmation. He would have claimed that it would always taste like that and that it might not be my taste. It's just stupid that I had already ordered this exact pasta with this pesto cream sauce and it didn't have a bit of a sour taste when I ordered it. Taking your customers for a fool is something that is absolutely not possible in a business like this. Disgrace, never again.

Das Restaurant hatte seit ca. 14 Tagen geschlossen. Leider ist man (trotz Terminbestätigung) darüber erst vor Ort informiert worden.

I ordered something to eat today, apart from the fact that the delivery service told me that he wouldn't bring the food up to my door and that I should pick it up downstairs otherwise he would leave it downstairs in front of my door, which is really rude.. Is the food really disgusting? I don't know if it's normal for you that the duck still has bones on it, but that's really disgusting. I called the restaurant and wanted to complain about the delivery service and was told brother was writing a bad review 😅 And it was played really outrageously. The delivery service may have been stressed and I understand that to some extent, but for the food that's really the last thing I can only recommend to everyone not to order there. I would also like to speak to the manager if you are reading this, when and how can you be reached? If I call and complain, they will hang up on you and treat me rudely, the staff should definitely change and especially the chef. Worst Indian cuisine and service where I've ever eaten and I really go and order Indian food on a really regular basis. I can only advise against ordering anything there.

The food itself is good, but if you have food delivered in the evening, some of the delivery people are very unfriendly. I won't be ordering there in the evening if that doesn't change. I'm expecting a grin on my face, but the pizza was thrown at me

Once again we couldn't take the order properly. You order and pay something extra and get the answer: I personally took the pizza out of the oven and saw that there was something on it. Nice, I don't taste it or see it on any of the three pizzas.

We were really excited the first time and thought we would find our new favorite delivery service here. Unfortunately, we were so bitterly disappointed the second time that it was probably the last time. After waiting for 2 hours we tried to call, but the line was busy. So pizza never arrived at our house. Something like that simply shouldn't happen!

Kahm only ordered the food after 2 hours and it was still just a little warm. I also ordered the new pasta which then contained the wrong noodles and looked like this. Immediately after trying it went into the trash.

Long loose hair has no place in the hygiene area of ​​a restaurant. Where food is prepared or processed, all hair should be covered with a hair net or suitable headgear, just like the two employees do in the photo on the bill. Maybe you can copy the behavior in the advertising photos in reality. Otherwise, the pizza was far too dry for me and reminded me more of stale bread than fresh pizza. Maybe a little more tomato sauce and a little more cheese, then the seemingly dry bread will be a little juicier and maybe taste like pizza. Unfortunately I have to say that I will have a hard time ordering there again. We'll see what the future brings.

It's a disgrace to deliver such a meal. Very poor quality of food!!! Never order from there again...
