We ordered today. And we were disappointed when we stood in front of a dark shop. Great thing on a Sunday evening. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to remove the online ordering option.

Attention ‼️ the branch in Bernau is closed. You can still order online via the site, but the pizza will never arrive. We called the branch in Berlin and they told us that Bernau had closed. It's a shame, I liked ordering pizza here and it was always very tasty

Unfortunately it has been closed since September. No idea why? We enjoyed ordering here and were always satisfied. There is no information outside the door when they will open again. It's a shame...there are only a few delivery services in Bernau and the supply is already low.

We were really excited the first time and thought we would find our new favorite delivery service here. Unfortunately, we were so bitterly disappointed the second time that it was probably the last time. After waiting for 2 hours we tried to call, but the line was busy. So pizza never arrived at our house. Something like that simply shouldn't happen!

Same topic as already read. Regular customer, recently ordered online pizza was never delivered. No one could be reached by phone, and instead I was pushed away from time to time. A day later the satisfaction survey came, the bot kept apologizing, but no one addressed the problem.

So first of all - I have ordered here several times and have always been satisfied with the taste. I would describe myself as a regular customer who orders on average 1-2 times per month. However, I ordered online today, delivery was supposed to be 6:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - okay, waited until 7:30 p.m.. Then tried to call several times.. No response. Nobody answers the phone, no emails that something is down, just completely 'silent'. Not even a rejection. That just doesn't work at all. The pizza was supposed to be dinner for my son and I. In addition to the disappointment, we now have to quickly prepare a warm dinner shortly before 8 p.m. We'll probably order somewhere else in the future, what a shame.

Maybe an information for your customers on the website would be an idea that it is closed due to illness or no desire to work. What clumsy handling. More miserable Service 😡

I was working all day, working my ass off and the only thing I could look forward to all day was a pizza. Only to find out 10 minutes ago that you were closed in the middle of the week on a Thursday at the best delivery time? Are you kidding me?

I pre-ordered something online today, when I arrived at the store I was informed by a sign that the store would be closed until at least September. Maybe you should take the store out of the online store. Especially since your delivery circle is so small that anyone who lives more than 10 minutes away by car will no longer be delivered.

Waited an hour - called...the pizza was just put in the oven...the smallest pizza I've ever seen...The only plus point: it was edible! Rainer Selch

I've ordered from New York Pizza several times now and I have to say it's the best pizza delivery service in the area. Always fresh ingredients, rich toppings and extremely hot when they arrive home. Every appointment order came on time and on weekends my order arrived within 45 minutes at the latest. Me and my friends have always been really satisfied and have no complaints whatsoever. No matter which driver delivered, they were always very friendly and always in a good mood. The employees on site and on the phone always made a very nice impression and tried to clarify questions or similar things directly. Even when there is a lot going on on the weekend, they don't lose their smile and are very accommodating. New York Pizza has a very wide range of finger food and burgers, pasta and by far the best pizzas in town. Whether it's Italian or New York style, you'll never be disappointed and the dips speak for themselves. All in all, I can say that New York Pizza always packs a punch and in my heart it doesn't stand a chance against Dominos and Call a Pizza!

Definitely one of the best delivery services in Bernau! All employees, whether on the phone or at the door, have always been friendly. The delivery times are pleasant, of course depending on how busy the store is. I think it's extremely great that the delivery radius is above average is big! No matter whether you are in Zepernick, Wandlitz, Biesenthal, Birkholzaue etc. Call, order and enjoy! I don't know of any delivery service like this. The range of dishes that you can order are also extensive! From the classic pizza, a juicy burger to delicious pasta, there is everything. The selection of drinks doesn't leave much to be desired either! From cola to fine wine, you can find everything your heart desires here. I also think the reviews here are a shame. The old reviews from the previous owner (under the name Pizza Planet) were included in the reviews. So don't let that fool you, but rather surprise you at how quickly and warmly your order arrives.

Unfortunately pizza was almost cold and very dry. We won't order again.

Ordered for the first time today via Lieferando. The order tracking didn't work, so we were surprised when the driver showed up at the door very soon. Why does Lieferando collect a tip for the driver, which he then doesn't receive at all? The driver was very friendly, the pizza was fresh and hot. There are plenty of offers too. It certainly wasn't the last time 👍

We had just ordered from Lieferando and were surprised about canceled orders. An employee then called us and explained that Lieferando offers products that are not in NY Pizza's range. Hence the cancellations. Order now directly from the NY Pizza app. Everything is working again! Top! Pizza and burgers very tasty! 👍

I have already ordered or picked up the orders here several times. Whether calling or picking up on site, the employees were always friendly and accommodating. Price/performance is completely fine for me. (combined with coupons) So far I think it's the best pizza in the area for a delivery service.

Had a craving for pizza today. So to Bernau to New York Pizza. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a very motivated and cheerful team. After I ordered the pizza 🍕 went into “work” immediately. After a short wait, I was able to take the popular disc into my hands ✋️ and drive home. Once there, we immediately went to the table. Top topped, freshly prepared and above all very 😋 tasty. Best pizza 🍕 ever.

We wanted to try out a new pizza service in the area and pre-ordered three pizzas for 8:15 p.m. in the afternoon. Unfortunately the agreed time was exceeded by half an hour. Delivery was then at 8:45 p.m. It's inexplicable to me how pre-orders hours in advance can't be delivered on time. No matter whether Call a Pizza or Dominos, everyone has managed that so far, except New York Pizza. When it comes to food, I unfortunately have to say that I find the pizzas too dry, even if the dough is really good! But that's it, definitely not a recommendation. And by the way, even if it's obvious that the driver is in a hurry, he doesn't need to drive like crazy through the residential area. At 50 through the 30s zone I find myself subtly sick.

Ordered via Lieferando and waited for over 1 hour (cancelled), even though they weren't far from each other... very, very sad. It seems that "New York" Pizza has taken over the poor delivery times from ehm. Pizza Planet, so I'm out of the number and won't be ordering anymore.

Due to the long waiting time (1.5 hours), which I was told directly on the phone, the pizzas arrived on time and hot. We were then forced to eat the hot and delicious pizzas straight away after a 1.5 hour wait. What a shame, because we've all had enough. 😋🤴👍

We placed 2 orders with coupons. Always very satisfied so far. Now we get a call from the branch saying it wouldn't be possible. Splitting the order between our friends who are there wouldn't be possible either, with the words now we know that they are all together. Well, canceled and so you give away sales (especially for the future), or you don't need it. Very unfortunate.

Phew, where do you start?! So the pizza is ok in terms of dough, it's kind of bad/unloving! After two hours of waiting, everything was cold! The warp tasted like the packaging and was chemical... Conclusion: because it's better to have nothing for Christmas if you order from you, I'm sorry!

The pizzas arrived within the specified time and tasted really great. The dough is fluffy and with cheese on the edge it tastes really good 👍 👍 👍.

Wenn ihr euer Essen mindestens 1h zu spät bekommen wollt, seid ihr hier genau richtig.

Personal sehr unfreundlich und überheblich. Brauch ich nicht.

Ich kann mich leider nur vielen Vorrednern anschließen. Also vorab, 2 Sterne auch nur, weil meiner Frau die Pizza geschmeckt hat. Ansonsten war unsere Erfahrung, wie hier schon oft beschrieben. An die 2h Lieferzeit und dann war zwar das bestellte Essen da aber leider hat man hier und da ein paar Zutaten vergessen. Bei meinem Burger fehlten die Röstzwiebeln und auch so war der Burger leider recht trocken. Dann gab es da noch den New York Hot-Dog. Schaut super aus, ist aber ohne die Hot-Dog-Sauce eine recht trockene und fade Angelegenheit. Vielleicht hätte ich die Sauce auch extra bestellen und bezahlen müssen, dann sollte man aber drauf hingewiesen werden. Über den Preis bei den Wedges, kann man bei der gelieferten Anzahl auch streiten. Wie dem auch sei, für uns war es wohl die Erste und auch die letzte Bestellung.

Wir haben 2 Stunden auf unser Essen warten müssen. Am Telefon teilte man uns mit, dass viel los sei. Nachdem das Essen dann kurz vor 21 Uhr endlich ankam, ein Kind war dann bereits eingeschlafen, das nächste Ärgernis: Die Pizza fürs andere Kind war total hart, sodass unser Kind diese (verständlicherweise) nicht essen wollte. Wirklich ärgerlich. Wir werden dort wohl nicht wieder bestellen. Der Fahrer war sehr nett.

Mein absolutes Lieblings-Pizzarestaurant. Ausgefallen Pizzen, immer neue Ideen und Rezepturen, viel Belag, offenbar auch immer frisch. Die Lieferung erfolgt meist auch innerhalb einer halben Stunde, die Pizza ist heiß und frisch. Die Preise stimmen auch und es gibt zusätzlich oft Aktionen. Ich bin sonst nicht derjenige der mitbestellt, wenn es um Pizza geht. Muss ich einfach nicht so oft haben, weil es irgendwie immer gleich schmeckt und nicht so meins ist. Aber wenn hier bestellt wird, bin ich fast immer dabei 😋 Macht weiter so!

Haben heute zum ersten Mal bestellt. Auf jedenfall werden wir nur noch Pizza und Burger hier bestellen. Einfach lecker und super belegt. Preis Verhältnis ist Fair. Und der Bürger war noch mega heiß und die Pizzen auch. Lieferzeit war auch super👍 Macht weiter so ich werde euch empfehlen.

Sehr leckere Pizza zu einem fairen Preis, es gibt auch immer wieder Rabattaktionen und man hat eine sehr große Auswahl was den Rand und den Boden betrifft, z. B. dicker oder dünner Boden, Würstchen- oder Käserand.

Heute zum wiederholten Male hier bestellt. Super schnelle Lieferung, freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Essen. Hat allen prima geschmeckt! Hier bestellen wir gern.

Über Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich streiten , aber ich finde es unglaublich lecker. Insbesondere das Knoblauchöl auf dem Rand ist der Knaller! Das Personal ist ebenfalls top - freundlich , höflich und zuvorkommend. Zur Lieferung kann ich nichts sagen , habe bis jetzt immer vor Ort abgeholt.

Schnell geliefert und gut geschmeckt hat es auch noch.

Hatten vorbestellt für 19 Uhr, mussten dann anrufen, Bestellung ging wohl unter. Allerdings eine Stunde später noch geliefert, Essen tadellos, äußerst lecker und als Entschädigung gab es ein zweites Getränk kostenlos. Fahrer war auch sehr nett, gesprächig, freundlich. Einzelne Gerichte unmissverständlich beschriftet und nummeriert, technischer Aspekt also perfekt. Fazit: Erster Eindruck erst sehr schlecht, dann aber super rausgeholt und stattdessen werden wir nun Stammkunden

5⭐ Super leckere Pizza (die NY-Style Pizzen sind großartig) und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Zu den Lieferzeiten kann ich nix sagen da ich die Pizza immer selbst abgeholt habe. Großes Lob und macht weiter so.

Nette und schnelle Lieferung. Wir hatten die Pizza Brooklyn Style und die BBQ Bacon & Chicken. Beide waren sehr lecker und reichhaltig belegt, wie auf der Homepage präsentiert. Immer wieder gerne!

Für mich der beste Lieferservice in Bernau. Bisher hat mir alles sehr gut geschmeckt und es hat eine besondere Note, die es von den anderen Bestelldiensten unterscheidet. Die schlechten Rezensionen konnte ich bisher nicht bestätigen. In meiner Erinnerung kam es einmal an einem Sonntagabend vor, dass die Bestellung länger als sonst gedauert hat. Ansonsten war ich immer äußerst zufrieden somit rechtfertigt das für mich auch fünf Sterne.

Pizza war gut, allerdings kam das bestellte Eis nicht, nach unserem Anruf wurde gesagt, dass sie es noch liefern, es kam nicht.
