Eat Happy in Bernau bei Berlin

We visited India 1 for the first time today. Lunch was delicious, and the service was good and friendly. We highly recommend the restaurant.

★★★★★ An unforgettable evening at the Dorfkrug – thank you for everything! In March of last year, we hosted a surprise party for a very dear friend at the Dorfkrug with around 35 people – and what can I say: It was simply fantastic! Micha, the owner, and his entire team not only gave us a warm welcome, but also actively supported and helped shape the entire celebration. From the organization to the implementation – everything ran smoothly, professionally, and with a wonderful personal touch. The ambiance was atmospheric, the food excellent, and the service attentive and warm. You could simply tell that the work here is done with passion and heart and soul. Even though our review is a little late, we would like to take this opportunity to say a big THANK YOU again. You played a huge part in making this evening a true highlight, one that we will all remember fondly for a long time to come.

Parking spaces can be difficult to find in some places. Get a parking ticket. The public order office regularly patrols this area. It's a lovely little old town. We weren't familiar with this part of Bernau. The waitress in the restaurant was always polite, had a sense of humor, and was helpful. (I wanted some extra white bread 😅) The women's restroom is in need of some renovation. Especially under the sink, at the back of the wall, they need to take a closer look at the holes in the chipped tiles. (I don't want to say much more about that.) The food was absolutely delicious and the prices were completely reasonable. The main courses took a little too long to arrive. We recommend a visit. 😊

Fresh and generously sized portion of noodles, sprouts and meat. There was nothing unusual about the taste. Friendly staff
