Hey everyone! I never normally write reviews, but I'll make an exception here. The food tastes fantastic, and we order from this place often. For this reason, I wanted to make a well-intentioned point about a hair that had found its way into my food with the last delivery. That can happen in any good kitchen, and we're not picky about it. But how you handle feedback changes everything. Everything was denied over the phone and blamed on an ingredient in the box. I didn't want an exchange of pizzas or a credit. This restaurant was dear to my heart, but it was the last time I ordered from here.

I like eating here. The food is delicious, fresh, and the place is clean. Parking is great, and you can also eat there very well.

Highly recommended. The pizza was really very good. I haven't had such a good pizza in a long time, only from a delivery service. The delivery was on time as promised, and the value for money is also good. What more could you want? We'll definitely order from Leckerstück again!

The food arrived very quickly and tasted good, but someone in the kitchen definitely had severe hair loss. They need to pay more attention to hygiene, otherwise, it's top notch.

Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the pizza. It was far too greasy, and I didn't like the crust at all. The cheese crust wasn't very tasty either. Even my children couldn't eat the pizza because it was far too oily for them. Overall, it wasn't a good experience for us.

The service was excellent every time. The staff were attentive and very friendly, and I was very impressed by the quality of the food.

They have the most delicious goat cheese salad in town—we order from there at least once a week because the salads are so good! You can also pre-order for a specific time on the website, so you can pick up the food on your way home.

Extremely delicious pizza! The service there is always super friendly and accommodating. The prices are a bit higher, but we usually pick up our pizzas, which makes it perfectly reasonable value for money! The Kaiserschmarn is also highly recommended.

Three of the seven pizzas delivered were good, according to the guests, and two others met their expectations. The Margaritha pizza delivered was far too hard and tasted absolutely nothing. The seventh pizza received no rating.

Even the best food doesn't taste good if service, staff, and customer service aren't the most important things. Last week, I placed a somewhat large order at around 8:30 p.m., asking if it would be ready by closing time and whether it would pose any problems. The lady on the phone kept moaning when I asked her about the food because she couldn't read the menu properly on Google. And even though the phone call lasted over 15 minutes, I ended up with small, unsliced ​​pizzas instead of the large sliced ​​ones I ordered. When I said it wasn't what I ordered and that it wasn't enough, I had to watch as the whole place looked at me strangely and smirked to themselves, wondering if I was trying to rip them off. The employee, of course, refused to mention it on the phone. When I mentioned that we order often and something almost always goes wrong, another colleague told me to only order online. They hardly acted with customer service in mind, which I find a shame, as the food was actually very tasty. If my colleagues had simply offered a reasonable apology or a counter-offer, I would have still left with a smile. But not when I had to pay more than €300 and half of it was incorrect. To be honest, I don't even know if the pickup discount was included for that amount. The food is delicious. The staff definitely needs training in service. I love Pizza two streets away met both criteria.

Mega pizzas😍 the best in Bremen!

I ordered 4 pizzas to pick up. I was completely satisfied with the pizzas. The food was ready exactly at the specified time. The ladies in service were very attentive and friendly. But the food was also impressive in terms of taste, as usual. Fresh ingredients, delicious pizza dough and straight from the oven. The price is definitely justified for this quality. I can only recommend it.

I've ordered there several times and so far everything has been fine. But yesterday was an absolute disaster. We ordered food for a total of 5 people. 1 pizza only lukewarm. 1 pizza dough, totally dry and the dough is completely hard. Pasta with Bolognese sauce, tasteless and lukewarm. 2x salad, inedible and collapsed.

Today we tried the gluten free pizza. It tasted great and the dough had just the right consistency - not a given for gluten-free. Perfect for anyone who needs gluten-free pizza!! We are thrilled!

I always order from Leckerstück (formerly Mundfein). Unfortunately two pizzas were lukewarm today. This was probably due to the approximately 30 minute delay. Despite telephone inquiries, there was no definitive answer. When the delivery came, the excuse was: “I was still getting gas”. It's a shame, we've been happy so far. Maybe you should always refuel on the way back. No food can get cold there. Addendum: I have adjusted the rating upwards. My feedback led to a very friendly contact from Leckerstück. I ordered there again and can now give 4 stars each for the food and service. I can't contribute anything to the ambience.

We had two pizzas ready to go at the agreed time. Why the card reader automatically forces you to give a tip when paying (for picking up the pizza yourself at the counter?) seems to me like modern begging or a way to compensate for poor pay. And despite being asked twice whether the pizzas should be cut into pieces and my answer being “yes please,” neither pizza was cut. I've been to this store twice in my life. Back then it was delicious, but now it's a delicacy. Back in the “Mundfeins” days, ordered a solid pizza. Once ordered from Leckerstück, the pizza also tasted solid, but it was a bit dry, which is why it wasn't very appetizing. I think the ambience of the restaurant is very inviting as it is kept modern and chic, which I really like. The lights outside also attract attention and create a positive impression. The service made for a rather tense impression. In the restaurant I had the feeling that my colleagues were very stressed and there was a tense atmosphere, which had a negative effect on me as a customer. All in all 2.0 stars, if there was an improvement in the freshness of the food and the attitude of the employees towards the customers we would easily give it 4.0 stars.

When you order for the first time for two, you get very tasty, fresh food with good ingredients. BUT: As a solo orderer I feel discriminated against. I wanted to order pizza and ice cream for over €20. Since the ice cream wasn't included, I couldn't reach the minimum order value for Neu Schwachhausen. And you should have paid delivery fees too... So no ordering and no recommendation for singles.

The name says it all, every piece here is simply delicious! We have ordered many times and there hasn't been anything we didn't like. The pizza base alone is a poem, the best I've ever eaten! My favorite now, outside of the world of pizza, is the Teufelstaschen. The portions of all the products we have ordered so far are of a decent size and the price-performance ratio is simply right. Whenever we need something quick, tasty treats are now our first choice. The team is super nice and so far every order has been delivered on time. When I picked it up locally I had to wait 5 minutes longer, but that wasn't a problem. I'd rather have food fresh out of the oven than have it sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for me. Once something was missing from an order, I called and the responsible employee personally came to the phone and apologized. This is truly customer focused! Deliveries were made within a very short time. That's the way it has to be! Thank you for this, team delicious, keep it up!

The price-performance ratio is the reason for my point deduction. I think the prices are way too high. There used to be lunch specials, but unfortunately those have also been discontinued. She has no idea about anything.. she doesn't know what was going on..) so I have to explain everything to her again, that's how she ended says yes: I don't know either, I haven't spoken to you at all and agreed anything... (exactly what are we talking about then?!?!) then she gives me the HS again on the phone, no insight from the brat, no accomodation, I have to pay for the pizza rolls a second time or they will be taken away again (i.e. thrown away). I tell him that of course I won't pay for the pizza rolls a second time AFTER I WAIT OVER 2 HOURS AND WE HAVE AGREED THAT I DON'T HAVE TO PAY A SECOND TIME !! Then I ask him what he's getting out of throwing the pizza rolls away now, the driver can just leave them here for me, there's no money anyway... he of course snapped and said no, you can't get them for free, either you pay for them or they are brought back (thrown away). How can you be such a subhuman, I ask myself... instead of leaving the things here out of goodwill and not upsetting or losing such a LOYAL customer, this crazy bitch prefers to throw them away! It's clear to me that the boss wouldn't say something like that because a boss is smart in life, has business sense and doesn't want to upset customers, a stupid employed pizza delivery person who doesn't need a brain for his job and of course doesn't have one just can't think that far. Unfortunately, there's no point in this because my review keeps getting deleted! Can't recommend anyone to order anything there 26er pizza 16€ and 36er pizza 29€!! Where is something like that? You haven't reinvented pizza either (at most the prices) it just tastes like pizza.

Für mich die beste Pizza der Stadt. Sie wird nicht unter zu viel Käse erdrückt, was ich persönlich super finde, ist frisch und lecker. Das Ambiente entspricht nicht per se einem Restaurant, sondern ist modern und funktional eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und neu, das Service-Team ist sehr nett. Ich komme gern wieder. Auch klasse: 20% Nachlass für Selbstabholer.

Nach den nicht durchgebackenen Pizzen vom Vorgänger kam heute eine mega leckere Pizza zu mir. Alleine schon die Übergabe war überraschend. Der Karton war echt schwer und erhöhte die Vorfreude auf das was da wohl drin ist. Deckel auf und eine wirklich dick belegte Pizza lachte mich an. Der Rand klasse mit Käse verlaufen und perfekt knusprig. Das Ding zu essen war der Höhepunkt. Noch nie so eine perfekte Pizza gegessen. Ich habe die Pizza in 2 Etappen genossen, da ich die Pizza nicht auf einmal geschafft habe. Somit hatte ich Nachmittags noch einmal die Freude, da reinzubeißen. War übrigens immer noch knusprig! Die Größe war die "kleine", nicht die Übergroße, was völlig ausreicht. Bestellt hatte ich die Empfehlung mit Kürbis und allerlei Zutaten. Vielen Dank für das schöne Erlebnis und bis demnächst! Leckere vegane Pizza und netter Service. Man kann auch vor Ort essen

Immer wieder gerne! Die einzige Pizza, von der man keine Bauchschmerzen bekommt.

Für uns gibt es hier die leckersten Pizzen in Bremen und umzu. Dieses ist aber, wie immer, Geschmacksache.

Die Pizzen sehr gut und wurden schnell geliefert. Gerne wieder!

Bester Lieferdienst in der Umgebung. Die Pizzen sind reichlich belegt und schmecken hervorragend. Mit den Treuepunkten kann man sogar etwas sparen.

Vorab, ich möchte da auch gar nicht groß drum herum reden oder jemanden schlecht machen. Fakt ist essen - für um 19.30 Uhr für knapp 40€ - bestellt (39.40€ oder 39.60€) 2x Pizza, 1x Donut, 1x Eis, geliefert wurde um 19.35 soweit ok, 43€ gegeben - Trinkgeld eben. Jetzt zu dem Ergebnis : Die Pizzen kalt, das Eis geschmolzen und der Donut, ja tatsächlich, es war ein Donut. Es war für den Preis eine wirkliche Enttäuschung und wird so auch nicht mehr stattfinden. Früher gerne hier bestellt, aber unter diesen Umständen, wie bereits erwähnt wird es so nicht mehr stattfinden.

Wir haben letzte Woche bei Leckersück bestellt und waren absolut zufrieden. Das Essen war lecker, warm und pünktlich geliefert. Besonders gefallen hat und die Auswahl. Es gibt nicht nur die typischen Sachen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen gerechtfertigt. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder bestellen.

Hab hier eine Pizza probiert und muss sagen, dass es die beste Pizza in Bremen ist. Dazu sind die Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich. Es ist etwas hochpreisiger, aber dafür erhält man auch tolles Essen, also ist es für mich angemessen. Hab mich schon registriert, weil ich meine Pizza nur hier bestelle.

Ist absolut zu empfehlen.Frische Zutaten ,knuspriger Boden…..kein Rand. Ich mag es nicht , wenn eine Pizza zu einem Viertel aus randständigen Teigklumpen besteht😎 Und sie ist sehr gut verträglich was möglicherweise an den versprochenen langen Gehzeiten des Teiges liegt. Wir sind froh euch in der Nähe zu haben! Bitte nicht nachlassen 😇

Immer wieder super leckere Pizzen, in diesem Fall hatte ich eine Asia Pizza, die wirklich bis auf den Rand mit leckeren, frischen Zutaten belegt war. Die Mitarbeiter sind jederzeit freundlich und die Lieferung erfolgt ebenfalls immer ohne Probleme und meistens sehr schnell. Verdiente 5 Sterne für die mit Abstand beste Pizza hier im Umkreis.

Essen sehr lecker aber verdammt teuer

Stundenlang besetzt. Wenn man dann mal jemanden telefonisch erreicht, wartet man noch 'ne geschlagene Stunde auf eine Pizza. Nie wieder!

Die Pizzen sind über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Die Preise sind allerdings gepfeffert. Allerdings gibt es 20 % Rabatt bei Selbstabholung. Das gleicht es etwas aus. Aber... Dreimal dort abgeholt und dreimal haben die Zeiten nicht gestimmt und ich musste 10 - 20 Minuten länger warten als am Telefon angekündigt. Also: Leckerstück - inhaltlich stimmt der Name. Aber das war's dann auch.

Besser als der Vorgänger und auf jeden Fall in meiner Top 3 der Pizza-Diensleister. 20% bei Abholung spart auch noch mal Geld. Sagte ich schon, dass die Pizzen echt lecker sind? Sind sie.

Super leckere Pizza. Wir hatten eine Garnelenpizza und eine mit scharfer Salami. Beide ordentlich belegt mit frischen knackigen Zutaten. Die Garnelen waren genau richtig durch. Haben abgeholt: Service vor Ort sehr freundlich und genau zur angegebenen Uhrzeit die Pizzen fertig gehabt.

Sehr lecker und frisch, besonders die Spaghetti Kunterbunt. Schnell, sympathisch nett und sehr sauber. Danke!

Bester Lieferservice in ganz Bremen. Wir hatten eine Avomango Tasche und eine Pizza Tomate Mozzarella, und waren beide hellauf begeistert. Reichlich belegt, Zutaten alle frisch und super lecker. Ist nur zu empfehlen!

Freundlicher Service, aber die Pizza fand ich nur mittelmäßig. Hähnchenfleisch sehr trocken, Boden schnell ziemlich hart. Insgesamt extrem fettig.

Wir hatten eine Pizza, ein Nudelgericht und Pizzabrötchen bestellt. Die Pizzabrötchen sind okay, die Dips dazu gut. Das Nudelgericht war sehr lecker, dafür hätte ich normalerweise auch 5 Sterne gegeben. Die Pizza hingegen ist wirklich nicht meins. So sollte keine gute Pizza schmecken. Da gibt es Tiefkühlpizzen, die ein Drittel von dem hier kosten, und deutlich besser schmecken. Es liegt primär am Teig, weniger am Belag. Dieser ist zwar recht fettig, aber okay. Der Teig schmeckt schlechter als jede 'Beleg-dir-selber'-Teigrolle aus dem Discounter. Dem Teig fehlt einfach jegliche Luftigkeit und Geschmack. Wer eine gute Pizza sucht, dem würde ich das hier nicht empfehlen. Tut euch einen Gefallen und sucht euch eine bessere Pizzeria.
