Pizza Cab Neuss in Neuss

I ordered for the first time and am satisfied. Delivery came quickly. I liked the pizza. There are also unusual varieties. I will definitely continue to order. Only the delivery person seemed very unfriendly during the short conversation.

Order and delivery (January 2023) took place reliably via delivery service. Personally, I think the pizza was just about edible. But overall we just didn't like it. The question now arises as to why Pizza Cab Neuss is taking legal action against customer reviews? Unfortunately, in my opinion, this doesn't make a pizza any better.

We ordered there for the first time. The pizza tray arrived warm. The pizza was well topped and tasted ok.

Mega bad service. Wrong delivery received, part of the order was missing but was on the invoice. When you called back you were rudely brushed off. In addition, the food was consistently cold! We definitely won't be ordering there anymore!

I ordered 4 pizzas and they were delivered to the wrong address. The driver called me 4 times and didn't understand where he was supposed to deliver. Unfriendly employees. I'm not at all satisfied. I'll also tell my colleagues that they'll never order anything there again.

The food was quite good but the delivery was very rude and it was a complete disaster waiting for over an hour for food and a lot went wrong. It's not the first time but it's the last time I've ordered there!

I ordered chili con carne today. The chili was as thin as a soup, it was more like a broth with no taste. Something was wrong with it. I don't know chili con carne. I don't know if I'll order something again.

Unfortunately I had to wait 80 minutes after ordering. When it finally came, the food was unfortunately only lukewarm. The service is not customer oriented. I would like to expressly point out that the driver is not at fault. Because they can't help it if the store accepts more orders than can be delivered. In a restaurant I ate a starter, main course and dessert after 80 minutes... In the future I will order elsewhere.

We have been your customers for some time, but your telephone employees are very unfriendly and we shouldn't order from you. I would no longer recommend your pizzaria.

Disastrous and never again! I have never experienced such terrible service as I did at Pizza Cab. The app promised a delivery time of 45 minutes, but my food arrived in a ridiculous 2 hours. When I asked after an hour, all I got was a cheeky “We’re just a lot to do.” – so much for customer service! When the food finally arrived it was cold, soggy and absolutely inedible. If I wanted cold food, I would have taken them straight out of the freezer section. The delivery was an absolute joke, as was the entire store. Never again Pizza Cab! Save yourself the money and the nerves – that was just a joke!

Delicious food, fast delivery and good service.

We received the order after 90 minutes because the employee entered a completely different address. Really fresh employees. Received an incorrect order. We called and told them so we could get the pizza we ordered. The employee then insisted that we had ordered the pizza that way and was extremely rude and started insulting us.

Driver drives into oncoming traffic lane blocks entrance from gnadental to the Obi parking lot and then drives over red into ongoing traffic. One of several drivers who have no regard for traffic and others.

The 60 minutes announced in the app became 110 minutes. The messenger behaved correctly, he certainly couldn't help it. The quality of the food was okay, but I won't need it again.

Excellent pizzas for a fair price. We have been ordering here for a long time and have never been disappointed. That's why I can't understand all the negative reviews here. I live further away, but my food is always delivered warm after about 30 minutes. There have been no errors with the orders so far. The staff are friendly. If you like pizzas with lots of toppings and cheese, this is the place for you. Dough is neither too thick nor too thin, but exactly to my taste. I can't give any information about other dishes (pasta, burgers, Asian...) yet.

The food is very tasty, the service could be a little better, they forgot to prepare my order so they gave us a free Coca-Cola as an apology, everything ok

Good morning, The delivery times via Lieferando do not seem to correspond to reality at all. Apart from that, things are regularly forgotten when ordering! Pizza rolls have arrived several times without sauce! The salad and tzatziki were missing from the “complete gyros”! Unfortunately, the food is no longer at the same temperature as it once was. Your driver seemed annoyed and stressed! When asked where the sauces were, the only response was: “Yes, yes, everything is good” or “Yes, yes, everything is in there” - unfortunately we couldn't understand this clearly due to the language barrier. Unfortunately, it's not the first time something like this has happened! Something is always forgotten! What's going on at the Neuss location? It was the last time for us! We were simply disappointed too often. Even if they are “just” small things – if they happen regularly, it doesn’t work that way! I work in the service industry myself. If I worked like that, I would be unemployed long ago! Maybe you'll take the reviews on Lieferando and here on Google to heart and become the way you used to be!

The food is actually very good. However, there has recently been an increasing number of cases where the delivery takes longer than an hour, individual items are missing, etc. Subsequent deliveries then take more than an hour and refunds of the money paid are promised but not given. As a last resort, I reported a problem via Paypal in the hope of being reimbursed for the item that I had not received. It's a shame when an actually good delivery service earns itself such a bad reputation. I'll try to order again, but if both delivery times and the completeness of an order over 5 items do not improve, I will probably not order here again.

The delivery took about an hour instead of about 30 minutes, and a lot of things were forgotten. After a call (which was rather unfriendly) we were assured of a subsequent delivery. Of course, over 2 hours later the delivery hadn't arrived! The food itself was good so far, even if the prices are slowly but surely going through the roof! We would rather not order again.

Your food is delicious, but how can it be that when I order 4 (3 items each) the driver constantly comes at least 20 minutes late. If you're overwhelmed by the amount of orders, stop recording at a certain point until things calm down.

Food is good and always delivered quickly

What is delivered here has nothing to do with pizza. Never had such a disgusting pizza, most of which I threw away because it made me sick.

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. My training center orders from you every day and I absolutely cannot understand it due to the lack of quality. On the first day I had gyros, a colleague had a pizza and 2 others had the menu with pizza and wings. The gyros didn't deserve this name, I've never been served something so tasteless before, even the fries were twice fried and inedible. The colleague with the pizza couldn't eat it because it tasted like vinegar. The wings in the menu were inedible, even though they were frozen goods. They were also fried. Schoolchildren know that the flavor is lost. The pizza gave the two colleagues a stomach ache. Logically, +80% of the food ended up in the trash. Unfortunately, on the second day we had to order from you again because you are unfortunately the standard contact point for the training center. On the second day everyone ordered a burger because it was supposedly the only edible one. They were actually ok, apparently this is the only frozen food that you can heat up “correctly”.

The pizza can be made with numerous ingredients and always tastes really good. I can only recommend the cheese crust option. The pizza rolls are so big that they are almost enough to be a meal on their own. Very reliable delivery service. The pizza always arrives hot at my place. If something is unclear, for example the delivery time, you will receive a friendly call. Overall, always great so far. I can't say anything about the atmosphere as I've never been there.

A kebab that is not a kebab and without meat for expensive money!!! Not recommended! The Hawaiian pizza was ok.

We order there regularly and have been relatively satisfied so far. But recently, annoyances such as missing or incorrect deliveries have been increasing. Today it was the last straw. After submitting the online order, a delivery time of approximately 35 minutes was stated. Normal for an early Sunday evening. After more than an hour we asked by phone. The service on the phone was unfriendly and all you heard was the obligatory “order is coming soon, it’s busy.” We waited a total of two (!) hours for our order. In addition, the food was only lukewarm. Whether we will order again is anyone's guess.

I've ordered from Pizza Cab quite often so far. I was always happy with the pizza, I always ordered via Uber Eats, today with a note to the driver that he should please NOT ring the doorbell but just ring me on my cell phone because it was quite late. Despite my detailed comment, my bell rang because the driver was NOT GIVEN ANY INFORMATION, only the street, name and amount. Please change this and give drivers the customers' delivery information!

We regularly order from Pizza Cab Neuss. The Margherita pizza tastes quite good, as do the tortelloni and tornado penne. At the beginning, however, there was a peculiarity: After each order, a number called us several times until we answered. It was an employee who asked for a 5-star review every time and promised a free dessert for the next order. We're still waiting for the desserts today, but that's beside the point. The suppliers are very different, which is why you can't lump them all together. Some are really friendly and earn tips as a result. Others, however, have difficulty finding the address, even with sat nav, because they turn down a street too early. Unfortunately, it is common for orders not to be delivered correctly. Sometimes the extras that you added for over €1 are missing, or the completely wrong pizza is delivered. This leaves a chaotic and disorganized impression because as a customer you cannot rely on your order requests being taken into account. Delivery time is usually 45-60 minutes, which is okay. However, it would be desirable if live delivery was improved so that one could see where the driver is in real time. It often happens that the doorbell suddenly rings, even though the order information shows that there is still 30 minutes for delivery.

I've ordered from Pizza Cab many times and every time something was wrong or missing completely. Last time I got completely wrong burgers. As if that wasn't enough, there was a lot of hair in a burger. This is very disgusting and unhygienic. It's a shame that you have to spoil good food with things like that. I won't be ordering from there anymore.

I specifically looked for a pizzeria that was halal and didn't sell Coca Cola because I didn't want to support that. The site says they only have Sinalco Cola, but unfortunately Coca Cola was delivered to us. Aioli, chili and garlic were forgotten to be delivered. After a call, aioli was delivered. All in all the food was very tasty.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Cab. First of all I had to wait a whole 2 hours for my order. When the driver finally arrived he was extremely rude. He also seemed to have a lot of trouble doing math and complained because I wanted to pay with euro pieces. The entire situation was very unpleasant and unprofessional. As for the pizza, it was mediocre at best. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and will not order from here again.

We have already ordered from this branch several times. And EVERY TIME there is something wrong/missing. You write a special note “please don’t ring the bell” and of course the bell rings with the statement “I haven’t read it”. Both pizzas were missing a topping that was in the description. There was garlic on one pizza and spicy on the other, even though both were requested on both pizzas. Maybe you should read the comments better soon or simply leave out this field if something is always forgotten or incorrectly provided anyway.

We ordered via the app and after 2 hours asked when it would be delivered. Apparently no order arrived but the money was transferred... and no one could help us now. Really annoying. If you read the latest reviews there seems to be something wrong …

Now they are trying to have it deleted via Google as a denial. I won't allow my opinion to be forbidden. I ordered here and I had a wrong delivery. Dealing with this situation over the phone (hanging up) was absolutely not okay! If you can't live with criticism, you shouldn't give it a reason! Since the original rating from about nine months ago is now gone, you'll get the few stars fresh.

The biggest trash in the store. Some lump of dough that is actually supposed to represent pizza rolls. The juice shop has understood the pasta arrabiata backwards and is delivering me something but not what I ordered. Never the biggest snot again, I can only advise everyone against such a juice shop. (shortly next to the food was supposed to arrive at 12:30 p.m. it also arrived sometime at 12:50 p.m.). Check out the pictures and reviews before you order anywhere!

So the food itself is good. Only we had ordered there twice now and something was forgotten in both orders. When we called them, they apologized and the delivery arrived quite quickly. Have something to drink to get something else. So it was actually good again.

2x pizza rolls were forgotten. According to the comment, a subsequent delivery should take place. Haven't received anything anymore. Called today and explained the problem. They supposedly don't know anything, no apology, let alone the money back!

What's that supposed to be? You only get half of what you ordered, you talk to them about it and they say you didn't order, are they stupid? The driver simply tells you to order somewhere else where the dirty shop is full, not even the staff like the shop.

Incomplete delivery, when I asked the supplier they said they would deliver it, which never happened! Money is gone, never again!

Pizza is ok. But the pasta dishes are always burnt. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. In the store they told me it was normal. As compensation there was a tiramisu. But the burnt aftertaste remains...

Ordered gyro plate for 12 euros, but had to pay 17 euros because the driver didn't have change (I paid with a twenty euro note and told Lieferando that I would pay twenty euros in cash). Ate anyway, because I was hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. Food was warm, even for that you have to be grateful now, but a big negative point because of the driver and my missing four euros. In hindsight, I should have starved.

Unfortunately I only give it 2 stars Food only arrived after about an hour and the pasta wasn't as described but completely different. Pizza wasn't good either. Wouldn't recommend it

We've never had pizza that bad. The dough was like paper, totally dry and overall barely edible. The food arrived here already cold. Of course, the extra ingredient that was charged for was not there either. The only thing we liked, the delivery service was very fast.

The pizza was really delicious, especially the cheese crust was really great. I cannot confirm the negative reviews. The food came on time. And it's really great that the dressing is packaged separately from the salad

Das Ambiente kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber die Lieferung und den Service am Telefon und vom Zusteller. Bestellt: Pizza und Nudeln, mit extra Wünsch. Ich wurde sofort angerufen, weil es keine ErdnussSauce gibt. Sehr freundlich und in Zukunft wird es diese Sauce auch geben. Das Essen war sehr lecker und immer noch heiß! Ich bestelle aus Neuss in den Düsseldorfer Hafen und es ist super lecker. Vielen Dank 🤌🏼

Konnte bei Lieferando leider nicht bewerten. Aber ich kann diese negative Sterne hier nicht nachvollziehen. Bin Stammkunde und habe nie ein Problem gehabt. Essen immer heiß angekommen und auch schnell, egal ob Wochenende oder nicht.

Pizza Amsterdam ist einfach lecker und die Lieferung ging auch sehr schnell.

Also ich bestelle seit diesem Jahr 2 - 3 mal im Monat bei Pizza Cap auf der Kölner Str. Die Portionen sind gut. Endlich mal auch genug Pommes und voll die Schale Kurz nach 11 oder kurz davor sind die Jungs die dort arbeiten nett und sympathisch. Liefern trotzdem noch. Guter Service und sympathische Lieferanten. Danke an die Crew👍

Sehr sehr leckere Pizza und sehr nette Bedienung. Würde diesen Laden jedem weiterempfehlen, wenn er auf die schnelle leckeres Essen haben will. Ich würde auch gerne einen Mitarbeiter des Monats empfehlen. Shuaib hat sehr schnell und dabei auf einem hohen Niveau gearbeitet. Die Pizza von ihm war phänomenal.

Waren bis jetzt immer zufrieden klar manchmal konnte der lieferbote nicht wechseln haben in den fünfziger mitgegeben und nach wenigen min kam er wieder mit dem Wechselgeld also sehr vertrauensvolle Mitarbeiter ❤️😊

Wir sind immer sehr zufrieden und egal ob wir Pizza, Schnitzel oder Bowl bestellen, es schmeckt super!!! Die Wartezeit die hier ständig bemängelt wird, können wir gar nicht bestätigen und wir bestellen regelmäßig!

Bestellen seit 2 Jahren immer mal wieder dort. Können die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Nudeln und Pizza sind immer gut.

Lecker ..gut belegt .. habe knappe Stunde ( nach Vorankündigung ) gewartet .. kommt an die ehemalige alte "Hallo Pizza" ran ein Stern Abzug weil nicht richtig knusprig .. -liegt aber an der Sache selbst ... Heiße Pizza in geschlossenen Karton .. und der dann in Wärmetasche ... da wird leider JEDE Pizza etwas weich .... Aber trotzdem gut geschmeckt ... Werde bald wieder bei euch bestellen .. 👍

Standort Grevenbroich Echt super! Toller Service, nette Mitarbeiter, super köstliches Essen! Haben an einem Sonntag bestellt und hatten keine Probleme. Das letzte mal war auch alles super mit der Bestellung! Echt zu empfehlen
