Prinzen Pizza in Neuss

It's deteriorated considerably. The service is completely incompetent, as if the customer and the delivered food were irrelevant. Delivery took over 100 minutes. A phone call said it would arrive in 10 minutes, but unfortunately it took another 21 minutes. The pizza was, of course, cold. And they used a different dough there before; now they use the cheaper corn dough. Unfortunately, several snack bars have switched to that. I don't like it at all. Unfortunately, it's inedible and of poor quality. It was my last order there. What a shame.

Despite the clearly visible "No Solicitation" sticker on my mailbox, I regularly receive flyers/brochures from "Prinzen Pizza." This is very annoying and disrespects my explicit wishes. Reputable businesses should consider the wishes of residents and instruct delivery personnel accordingly.

If you say you don't want advertising in your mailbox, then stick to it!

At first, the pizzeria was very good, but now it's a farce what they're doing. They simply bring something different from what you ordered because it was or is sold out. If you complain by phone that they delivered the wrong thing, you're threatened. We'll never order from them again. Neither will our friends. I'd say it's death by installments, reading this review. Bye.

Ordered online. And the food arrived super punctually! Very nice delivery driver. The chili cheeseburger: 🍔 super tasty and a really generous portion. The salmon salad was fresh and also very generous. Highly recommended. We'll definitely order from here again. Soon, we'll get a Prinzen pizza 😉.

I wonder how anyone can be so rude as to charge such prices for such quality. 15 euros for a burger consisting of a frozen patty, sliced cheese, and cheap pre-made sauce is an absolute disgrace. There's not even a slice of tomato in it, and you have to pay extra for onions? The pizza was a complete disaster, old and simply inedible. And the fries? A disgusting aftertaste of old fryer grease. It's obvious that the owner has no standards for his kitchen other than to have as much money in the till as possible at the end of the day. I would have preferred to give zero stars, because absolutely nothing is right here. Unfortunately, one star is the least you can give.

Super friendly, super good pizza. When the weather's nice, you can also dine outside in the beer garden.

Today we ordered lunch from work for the first time. The stated delivery time was 20-35 minutes. The driver arrived after 55 minutes. Okay, it can happen, but it's annoying. We ordered a baguette, a pizza, a portion of fries, and a burger with an extra patty. The pizza and baguette were okay, but nothing more. When my work colleague noticed as soon as we unpacked the burger that the extra patty was missing, we called to ask how they could resolve the matter. After all, the burger costs almost €15 even though it only has frozen patties on it. We then agreed that the money for the extra patty would be refunded. All annoying, but oh well. But then the bombshell came after 5 minutes: my phone rang, and they claimed that two people confirmed that the burger was delivered with two patties. So we were lying, so the situation escalated pretty quickly, and I ended the call. All in all, definitely not recommended. Bad food, overpriced, and if you point it out, you'll be insulted.

We love ordering from Prinzen Pizza. The pizza is always warm and delicious. Our favorite in Neuss. I'm pregnant and really wanted pizza rolls. The order is obviously too small for delivery. So I told my husband to pick up pizza rolls after work. The employee was surprised and asked why he only ordered pizza rolls. My husband told him I was pregnant and really wanted them. So he simply gave him the pizza rolls as a gift. I'm so surprised there are still such wonderful, friendly people 😍.

When I order an egg on a pizza, I expect a fried egg and not a boiled egg cut into small pieces.

The pizza we ate there was really good and tasty. The dough was perfectly baked. We were very pleased with how quickly it was prepared. I can definitely recommend the pizza as a quick snack. The friendly staff contribute to a positive atmosphere. When the weather is nice, you can also sit outside. There are a few parking spaces available on-site.

Ordered pizza today. Delivery time was exceeded, instead of 45 waiting time 1 hour. You couldn't eat half of it because it was COLD. I'm so disappointed.

We were looking for something to eat before going home and since many establishments don't open until the evening, this caught my eye. Everything done right. The pizzas 🍕 were great. A touch of thin base and well-seasoned, delicious topping. Great price too. Staff very accommodating. Guys, I can only recommend it to you.

We ordered Pizza delivery here yesterday....One of the worst takeaway Pizza's ever...How can you mess up a margarete pizza..!!...And expensive...We did not enjoy it and put 75% of it in the bin...

I ordered for the first time today and called 4 times to find out where the food was. Then the wrong delivery was made, taken away again and the delivery driver rioted in front of the front door. Wrong pizza and wrong salad delivered and hey presto, you're threatened on the phone. “I know where you live.” Unfortunately there are no 0 stars. Pizza was ordered half with salami and half with tuna, delivered totally mixed. The invoice said Margerita half and half. After several phone calls, the incorrect delivery was not corrected and not picked up. I then had to throw them away.

There were 4 of us there, we had two pizzas, one chicken schnitzel with side dishes and one baked salmon... The things came to the table together and were all warm! The wait wasn't long. The local people were friendly. One star in Ambiente is lost because of the toilets.

The pizza was very tasty, highly recommended. I ordered online and the delivery date was missed. We are all human and make mistakes. That fits.

Eating there for the first time and ordering via the app, pizza and spaghetti. The pizza was ready for collection but the spaghetti wasn't, so when we got home the pizza was only lukewarm. It's a shame, the taste didn't convince me either. I picked up a price list from the counter and found that the prices on the app didn't match.

We ate there today and usually just ordered. Will only order there. The service there doesn't work at all... Menu needs to be revised... Unfortunately, you cannot get the drinks offered there. Food was good... No drinks at all... I ordered carbonated water...but it came still...then I gave it back... Then the waitress came with a small glass of water 0.15 liters. I then asked the waitress why there was bottled water on the menu and why you get a glass of water and then much less than it says on the menu.. Unfortunately he couldn't answer that for me. As a newly married couple, we ate there yesterday after our wedding. We only knew Prinzen Pizza from home delivery. Freshly prepared food on site, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. It simply completed our beautiful day 5 * Plus…

As always, there is delicious and freshly prepared food here. This time not via delivery, but live on site. Very cozy and nice. The food was good, the ordering was done with friendly service and was quick. We'll definitely come back and try out the beer garden when the weather is good...

Lots of room for improvement! Pizza okay and delivered warm. Schnitzel and sauce, well. Salad is a disgrace for the price. Extra request tuna for €1.50 not available on the salad, consists mainly of iceberg and cabbage?! Dressing way too liquid. Really a bad joke for €11. There aren't even a few pizza rolls included. Even better: If you order a burger menu via the homepage, "spinach" is displayed under the drinks, which is obviously supposed to be Sprite. Or so we thought, but we actually received a burger with additional spinach. What can you say about that 😀

The pizza was only slightly better than a frozen one, the waiter was overwhelmed with questions when ordering drinks because his German was unfortunately not good enough and operating the cash register was also very difficult! Honestly, they need to make improvements or do something different!

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal dort und sind wirklich begeistert. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich, besonders die Beleuchtung und zusätzlich stehen brennende Kerzen auf den Tischen. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker, tolle Salate und eine perfekte Pizza. Wir werden gerne öfters dort einkehren 😀

Gestern über die Firma Burger bestellt, leider sehr schlecht und zur Krönung war das Brot Rundherum verbrannt. Laut der Kollegen ist die Pizza aber sehr lecker und schnelle Lieferung war gut.

In den letzten Jahren keine bessere Pizza gegessen.

Hat hier leider nichts mit einer guten italienischen Pizza zu tun. Zum satt werden ok, mehr aber auch nicht.

Wirklich gute Pizza und total nett mit viel Geschmack eingerichtetes Interieur. Die Jungs sind total freundlich und haben auch unsere Sonderwünsche direkt erfüllt. Die Krönung war das hausgemachte Tiramisu, die Qualität hat uns extrem positiv überrascht.
