Pizza Royal in Neuss

The delivery man who delivered my food rounded up the price to keep those few cents. Then, after I gave him the money, he looked at me and cheekily asked, "How much?" as if it were only natural to give him more money. I was forced to tip him €5 because he "didn't have any change." Isn't he supposed to take care of that? Despite mentioning it, the same food is delivered differently every time, sometimes with pizza rolls, but sometimes without. I find the food there really delicious, but after such a brazen act, I don't plan on ordering from there again. You should think carefully about the kind of people you let into your business, otherwise you'll tarnish your own establishment's reputation.

They sent us four flyers in one week (Neuss Grimlinghausen), even though we have a "NO ADVERTISING" sticker on it. Absolutely unacceptable.

The schnitzel hollandaise was delicious, the pizza nice and thin, but unfortunately, the flavor wasn't great. I had the 2 for 1 pizza rolls special offer, but the rolls unfortunately tasted of nothing, and the baking paper in the pizza box soaked the entire bottom of the rolls. The dough tasted of nothing, just flour, water, and yeast, I've never seen tomato sauce in pizza rolls before. The cheese seems to be the cheapest on the market, no flavor, and the ham was definitely turkey, right? I won't order from there again. Schnitzel is frozen anyway. Please learn how to do this properly.

Exceptional service and absolute customer friendliness! We've enjoyed ordering from Royal for a long time and have always been satisfied. Today, however, there was a small mix-up, which was entirely our fault: We ordered a calzone and, upon cutting it, realized it contained mushrooms. We weren't aware that there are two different types of calzone, and we had chosen the wrong one. When we called the pizza delivery service to clarify the matter, our mistake quickly became apparent. And although the error was clearly ours, the Royal team was incredibly accommodating and friendly! Without hesitation, they offered to bring us two new calzone pizzas without mushrooms. This service is simply fantastic and far beyond the norm! You rarely experience something like this. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful gesture and outstanding customer service. We're thrilled and will definitely continue to be regular customers! Keep up the good work, Royal! You're great!

Pizza really good, we picked up, order ready when we arrived.

I ordered a pizza there yesterday. Look, now I'm in the hospital for poisoning. I'm going to report it to the health department!! And €23 for two pizzas. Where do you live?

The food was "okay." The hollandaise schnitzel was raw, and half of it was thrown away. Tomorrow will be a fun day at work.

Even one star is too much!!!! Ordered after 1.5 hours. there is still no food. After the first call we were put off that the driver would be there soon. Waited another 45 minutes and called again and was then told that no food had been made for whatever reason. They make the food now and send it out straight away, we would get a free bottle of wine. We then rejected that. Absolutely unprofessional and such outrageously high prices. Absolutely not recommended!!!!!!

The old owner was a thousand times better and friendly than the new one We ordered pasta with penne and pesto. What arrived was normal pasta without adding a little salt. The employee was very cheeky on the phone, hung up on our face and said throw the food away, we can't do anything, the food tastes like garbage

It's been getting worse and worse for weeks, you can totally forget about suppliers and never bring any small money with you. Garlic has always been missing from the pizza for weeks, even though it was added as a note. I won't be ordering again and it's 30-45 minutes late.

Ordered potato casserole. Potatoes were rock hard and undercooked. The cheese we ordered couldn't be found either. NEVER AGAIN !!

2 hour delivery time for the dog food is unbelievable!

The consistency of the fries was similar to bubble gum, no salt at all, tasted stale. The pasta, on the other hand, was acceptable, but the fries were not good at all. The tiramisu was frozen and not thawed in the middle.

Today we ordered a pasta dish, a salad and a pizza. Lieferando stated a waiting time of 20-45 minutes, which is completely okay. Even if it takes longer, you can still expect the hot food to arrive hot. The pizza was lukewarm to cold, the crust was as hard as a rock and garlic was missing, despite ordering. The food clearly had a long drive. Everything tasted ok. But warm pizza would have been much better!! Therefore only two stars and no more orders from us. Too bad.

I ordered the second time. The large pizzas, I think size 38, were juicy, well topped and the base was well baked. On the second order we had, among other things, a Capricciosa salad, which looked very good and tasted delicious. The pizzas, 30s, were again well topped. However, the ground was rubbery and dry. In addition, our information about garlic and spicy was not registered at all. So just so-so.

Accidentally ordered from the wrong branch, but we have always been quite happy with the one in Düsseldorf. Pizza arrived over 40 minutes after the stated time and was ice cold. 40 euros for bad food... Never order from this branch again ☝️

We always enjoyed ordering, the food was always great, but the last few times unfortunately everything hasn't subsided. Pizza doesn't taste fresh anymore and is very dry. Sehr zu empfehlen! Ich habe eine Pizza mit Pizzabrötchen und Aioli bestellt. Leider wurde die Aioli vergessen… Kein Problem, ein kurzer Anruf und sie wurde nachgeliefert inkl einer zweiten Portion nachgeliefert. Sehr lecker!

Habe in der Pizzeria Spagetti Carbonara gegessen hat gut geschmeckt.

Wir waren an einem Samstagabend ohne Vorankündigung mit einer ganzen Kinderfußballmannschaft und einigen Eltern (ca. 15 Personen) da. Der Service war trotzdem sehr gut und schnell, die Speisen haben super geschmeckt.

Wenn man wirklich großen Hunger hat kann man dort Essen. Ist halt Geschmackssache ob man es mag wenn die Pizza von einen Band anstatt von Ofen kommt. Preise sind ok Bedienung könnte auch mal lachen sind aber nicht unfreundlich

Leider kann man hier nicht mehr bestellen. Es schmeckt irgendwie nach nichts und die Lieferzeiten sind der horror

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Telefon. Die Lieferzeiten sind immer in Ordnung und stets wie angegeben. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Jedoch, ist die kleine Pizza wirklich sehr klein. Eine recht große Auswahl, aber alles sieht sehr frisch aus und schmeckt gut.

Die bestellte Pizza war sehr lecker, der Teig schön dünn. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Die Pizzabrötchen war in Ordnung. Es hat ein bisschen Salz gefehlt und man konnte die Salami kaum schecken.

Bisher immer gerne hier bestellt. Die Pizza ist auch an sich noch lecker. Allerdings hatte ich die letzten Male zunehmend schlechte Erfahrungen. Die Website funktionierte nicht und bei dem Anruf nach einer Stunde stellte sich heraus, dass die bezahlte Bestellung gar nicht eingegangen war. Mehrfach Wartezeiten von über einer Stunde mit kalter Pizza.

Ich denke, die Leute, die hier arbeiten, kümmern sich nicht um die Kundenanfrage. Ich fügte extra Käse für extra Preis hinzu und sie gaben eine Pizza ohne es. Ich erwähnte in den Kommentaren "bitte schneiden Sie die Pizza". Sie ignorierten es einfach. Die Kruste der Pizza ist so dünn, da es sich fast wie Flammkuchen anfühlte. Ich empfehle niemandem, die Pizza hier zu probieren.

Haben durch die Empfehlung eines Freundes bestellt. Ein Gericht wurde höher berechnet, als es gekostet hat. Zudem haben wir Pizzabrötchen mit der falschen Füllung bekommen. Die Spagetti Carbonara war pampig und hatte meiner Meinung nach nichts mit einer Spagetti carbonara zu tun. Pizza war in Ordnung, aber kein wow- Effekt. Leider keine Empfehlung.
