Although prices have always been quite high, they have recently increased significantly. In the past, buffet meals always included a drink and a plum brandy. Today, despite the increased price, you still have to pay extra for everything.

The food was delicious and the service was friendly and accommodating.

Every time I'm in Erfurt I eat at the Charleston. Great restaurant.

We were warmly welcomed and taken to the table. We were all you can eat and how could it be otherwise, it was full, but the waitress still came to the table quite quickly to take our drink order and then bring it. I have to make one small comment: cobwebs could be seen from below on the wall lamp, so maybe you can look a little better when cleaning it, otherwise there's no further criticism. We still enjoyed the food and drinks and the price was okay too.

The food is ok, but that's the only positive thing. We ordered food a while ago. After almost 2 hours it arrived. COLD!!! After I complained, they promised, "We'll make it right next time." Nothing was done well. On the third attempt the scandal. We paid and unpacked the food. One meal was missing. We called again, had a repeat order anyway, complained about it and said that the missing food should be delivered with the repeat order. The subsequent delivery came and we had to pay again for the missing food that we had previously paid for. We called again. The boss refused to let anyone talk to him and the driver was instructed to take all the food back with him. I can only advise everyone to stay away from this pizzeria
