We have been to this restaurant four times. Everything was always delicious and the service was excellent. Last time we tried the goose leg with red cabbage and we really liked it too. It is the tastiest place in Erfurt. And barrier-free ♿ for people in wheelchairs.

We celebrated our birthday here and are absolutely thrilled with everything! The waiter was super nice and very attentive, the food was great! Everything was right This is how you imagine a visit to a restaurant. The “birthday child” received another surprise in the form of a birthday card with a picture and a spice. Before dinner there was champagne on the house, with fireworks of course. We would love to come back, even without a birthday 😀 Thanks for the lovely evening!

The steaks are of consistently good quality and the service was very good during our visit. Unfortunately, the roasted and grilled chicken legs are no longer on the menu, and the turkey steaks cannot compensate for that.

Like probably everyone in the German population, I go to Eugen Block's Block-House restaurants quite often. Today I'm reviewing the restaurant in Erfurt. Like all houses, well organized and always full (even in terms of volume) My fillet steak was excellent, actually as always. What bothers me, however: The crab salad used to only contain North Sea crabs. Today it's some kind of shrimp/scampi mix. The price may be okay, but the taste is a disaster if you are familiar with the previous crab salads. All in all, a good restaurant that I would visit again at any time. My service employee here in Erfurt (Basel Murad) is extremely attentive and friendly. I like it very much because it has a pleasant and positive charisma. I'd love to come back!

Absolutely delicious steak, cozy atmosphere and delicious drinks. We have spent several girls' nights here. One of us is a vegetarian and she always finds something. ;) Unfortunately we had to wait quite a long time for drinks to be reordered... But that's the only thing! Desserts are simply fantastic!!! And the location in the center is perfect too!

We were very excited about our visit to the Block House😃. We were warmly welcomed, special praise goes to our waitress Julia, we had a lot of laughs. Now to the food, the cheeseburger was a little different without a bun lid but with an extra thick patty 😋 The rump steak was wonderfully tender and to the point. What more could you want? A special kind of steakhouse. I don't want to judge prices here. Everything that is offered is worth its price. If it's too expensive for you, go to the kebab around the corner. I have rarely experienced such friendly, nice and attentive service in any restaurant in recent times. Don't rest on the stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟, keep it up. This is what hospitality looks like these days. For everyone else, go and see for yourself.

I was at BLOCK HOUSE this evening with my mom and my little daughter and I have to say that I was absolutely thrilled. I would particularly like to emphasize the child-friendliness - I think you can tell whether a restaurant actually welcomes children or whether they are just barely tolerated. My daughter was immediately given something to paint, was treated with love and at the end she was given soap bubbles and a game of cards. Each of our three dishes was absolutely excellent, we sat comfortably in a nice corner and we were regularly asked whether everything was still OK with us. Unfortunately we are only visiting Erfurt and therefore won't be able to come back soon, but I would like to recommend the restaurant with all my heart!

We had a wonderful evening at the Blockhouse Erfurt. When the waiter noticed that we were celebrating my father's birthday. There was a fountain and a glass of champagne for everyone and orange juice on the house for the children. We sat a little apart so we could have a wonderful conversation as a larger group. The waiter was very attentive and quick. The steak was on point and the baked potato was to die for. We'd love to come back!

We laughed, ate excellent food and sat comfortably. 100% recommended for those affected by celiac disease. We already knew our way around when we made the reservation. We were informed about all the side dishes and our son was able to eat a contamination-free T-bone steak. All thumbs up, we'll be back.

Came in shortly before closing time and the chef went into the kitchen again just for me and conjured up a fantastic T-bone for me. The waiter was also extremely friendly and very accommodating. Everything really fits here. The portion of the salad was so big that I had to take a good piece of steak with me 😃 not surprised because of the picture, I used 2 baguettes instead of the potato

Yes, yes...we were in the Italian restaurant with guests from the far north...I would rate it like that...They made an effort...the young service staff seemed to be reaching their limits at times, which was temporary and assignment... well, Italy had just played... and was then probably allowed to "go home".... in perspective... A nice, cozy spot in the heart of Erfurt city center. The service staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and appetizingly prepared. The burgers in particular, with their initially unusual look, were absolutely delicious. The salad plate, for example, is served at a separate buffet by the staff and tasted fresh and crunchy. Price/performance was reasonable and the toilets were also very clean and modern. We'd love to come back.

It was my first time in the log cabin. The menu was very impressive, not too fancy, but there were a few little surprises for the exceptional taste. The sanitary facilities were very clean, the table was neatly and professionally set. The preparation and ingredients seemed very high quality, even with simple food. I would particularly like to praise the staff. Even though they were all busy, there was always the feeling of "the good spirit" who had an eye on what needed to be done without being intrusive. Probably all professionals or great talents. A very successful combination, highly recommended. You pay, but good people want and should be paid.

I was not happy about the meat i ordered. Tasted nothing like the one in Lisboa Block house. The goulash soup basically served in a sauce bowl.. I don't know maybe i had a very high level expectations.

I arrived here on a sunny Tuesday (May 14th) at 9:25 p.m. It quickly became clear that things had to go quickly. You close right away. The tables outside were almost all covered. I didn't want to inconvenience the staff and just ordered a small portion of North Sea crabs (for almost €11, the amount is a bad joke!) and a drink.

The service is really super friendly! As expected, the steak and the degree of doneness are very good! But what neither fits the price nor the requirements is serving frozen vegetables! Unfortunately, this affects every BLOCK HOUSE! Overall, I can recommend the restaurant, especially because of the good service!

Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Ich hatte Geburtstag und das wurde von meiner Tochter bei der Reservierung erwähnt. Zur Begrüßung wurde ein Glas Prosecco mit Feuerfontäne und mit Musik "Hoch soll er leben" im Hintergrund auf Kosten des Hauses serviert. Es wurde ein schickes Foto vom Personal gemacht, welches in einer gestalteten Mappe mit Unterschrift aller Beschäftigten am Ende übergeben wurde. Das Restaurant machte einen äußerst sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck. Das Personal war schick gekleidet und unaufdringlich, professionell und nett. Die Speisen, o.k. es ist schon ziemlich teuer, aber wenn es dann so toll schmeckt und die Qualität stimmt, dann hat das Besondere eben auch seinen berechtigten Preis. Also, wir hatten wirklich nichts zu meckern. Danke und wir wünschen allzeit nur zufriedene Gäste!

Great birthday at Blockhouse Erfurt Yesterday I went to Blockhouse Erfurt with my mother and my boyfriend to celebrate her birthday and we had a truly unforgettable evening! From the start we were served by Martin, who was extremely friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was cozy and the furnishings were modern and stylish. The food was fantastic! We opted for the juicy steaks and delicious side dishes - simply delicious. We were particularly happy about the loving birthday gesture: Prosecco, a card with a photo and personal congratulations as well as a beautiful flower were served at our table. Such little touches and the excellent service made our evening a completely successful birthday dinner. We'll definitely be back soon! Many thanks to the entire Blockhouse team for this great evening.

Our service was friendly and we were also asked whether everything was to our satisfaction. However, you should consider the strategy as to whether it makes sense for the service staff to stand in the entrance and "wait" for me as a guest until something happens or play "games" or whether it would be more relaxed for everyone to distribute tasks around a certain activity to signal. You are a great shop, please try to use your time carefully, if the guest has the feeling that you are waiting, discomfort is not far away.
