We spontaneously got a table at your place on Saturday evening and were able to enjoy delicious food and great service. We were absolutely thrilled and look forward to seeing you next time!

Very tasty food and nice, attentive service!

Great atmosphere, great staff and a very good price-performance ratio! The food was first class and left nothing to be desired! Only recommended! A little tip: reservations are advisable, it is well attended.

Despite being fully booked last Saturday, we were still able to accommodate 2 people. Despite the obvious rush, the service staff were very courteous and friendly, the food was perfect! We will be happy to come back if we can find a place again.

This steak house is worth every visit! Staff is so nice and attentive. The stakes are to die for. The portion sizes may surprise you. Loved it there, will definitely come again and try the Gumbo and the Jambalaya.

You come in, are greeted warmly and simply feel comfortable. The food was great, the staff were great. Even spontaneous allergy announcements were responded to!!! I give that a lot of credit to the service! Unfortunately the food was gone too quickly to take photos 🙈 Simply speaks for the place!

Very, very pleasant atmosphere and a harmonious concept. The staff is friendly, always available and very attentive. The dishes are very tasty and well prepared. Fresh and decorated with love. The meat can be prepared as desired. MY meat was on point medium. This restaurant is an absolute insider tip and I can only warmly recommend it. A 10 out of 10.

Delicious spare ribs, friendly service. Unfortunately, the surcharge list for mayonnaise, ketchup and sour cream is unnecessarily high.

Very cozy restaurant. Since I'm flying to Florida in February, I've already gotten into the culinary mood. The ranch steak with beans was delicious.

Very solid steakhouse. The large steaks are definitely great, but you should stay away from the smaller ones. For us, the small versions were just tough. Otherwise there's everything related to steak, but more European style than American.

We were there for lunch with 5 people. The ambience is very nice and the decoration fits in very well with the theme. The music that is played is also harmonious and not too loud. The food was very good and there was something for everyone. We had announced that we would have a small child with us. It would be almost touching to prepare for this. There was already a high chair at the table and the children's menu was also a coloring picture. There was also a cup with colored pencils already there. Simply great. We were very satisfied and full at the end. The waitresses were all very friendly and service-oriented. A clear recommendation from me.

Steak below average, good service, decent burgers

When I told a woman from Erfurt that I had an appointment in Louisiana that evening, her spontaneous reaction was: "They're good." Fortunately, this was confirmed in the evening. The service was friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean and comfortable. For me, it is important for a relaxed choice of food: the allergen information is on the menu. My chosen Alabama chicken was pleasantly seasoned. I'd love to come back.

Nice place to have dinner. Suitable for bigger groups as well, as it is quite big.

To praise Louisiana is to carry owls to Athens. I've been a regular for maybe twenty or more years and I'm just completely amazed that I've never written about this restaurant before. In addition to all the other impeccably prepared dishes, the steaks are a revelation. The success of my special requests proves the high quality of the meat, as well as the skill of the chefs! Today, outside of the luxury price level, you have to accept that some of the side dishes come from the convenience corner. None of this would be possible without attentive and expert service that remains the same over the years. The boss and boss are still not too keen on this and, in addition to the excellent work, they are also pleasant people to talk to. Rooms of different styles as well as a wonderful terrace appeal to different guest wishes. Have to go again. Stay as you are!

Nice portion sizes and very attentive service. However, getting a table without a reservation is like gambling.

Unfortunately disappointed 😞 Appetizer plate was ok, although onion rings and potato wedges were sticky and cold. Burger was also almost cold, salad dressing was run of the mill for my taste, fries were not brought at all. It's a real shame, such mistakes shouldn't happen with the prices.

Spare ribs are very good, I used fries instead of wedges. Wasn't a problem :-) Fries were crisp and fresh. The Cole Slow was a little too thick and not cut finely enough, but it was still tasty. Food 5 stars and everyone was very nice and attentive. The extra BBQ sauce didn't take long and had to be requested again. Therefore only 4 stars for the service. Thank you to Louisiana :-)

The restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous Krämerbrücke. Here you can find excellent food at reasonable prices and courteous service. The kitchen and bar also make customer requests beyond the menu possible. The ambience invites you to linger. However, you should make a reservation in advance, as all tables can often be occupied even during the week - a reservation is mandatory on the weekend.

I celebrated my birthday with family in Louisiana. The service and the food were great. Everything was fine. As always an experience.

Jeder Besuch ist mindestens so gut wie die letzte. Früher waren wir immer als Paar im Louisiana, jetzt als Familie und beides funktioniert super. Die Kinder werden genauso gut behandelt wie die Erwachsenen. Alle MitarbeiterInnen sind so nett und liebevoll, die Steaks sind perfekt und die Wein extrem gut. Ich kann nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Dishes that aren't everyday but all the more delicious...staff hovering inconspicuously around you and keeping an eye on everything - basically anticipating your every wish, in a cozy atmosphere...so we had a great evening. The visit to the Louisiana Steakhouse enriches our Erfurt trip enormously.

Super tasty, meat really on point. Seasoned, grilled and served simply top. Our waitress loves her job. Food was there and people immediately asked if everything was OK.

You feel comfortable here... Great ambience with nice music in the background. The staff is consistently friendly and competent. The finest food 👍 We ate a gumbo (southern dish) and a kangaroo burger once...we loved it. The grilled one at the neighboring table also looked great and it obviously tasted good 😄 The prices are moderate. Reservations are recommended on weekends.

The two of us showed up there on a Saturday evening without a reservation and a table was organized for us despite the house being full. Despite the full house, the wait for the food was justifiable. The food (gumbo and kangaroo burger) was very tasty and the portions were filling. Unfortunately I had to skip dessert. The service staff was very friendly and accommodating and also available for a quick chat. Conclusion: absolutely recommended!

Celebrated a birthday for two at Luisiana. Very great food, super nice service. Nothing was left to be desired. Starter, main course and dessert, various drinks. We were extremely satisfied.

I was at Louisiana again yesterday, but unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the service this time. The portions of the main courses have always been more than sufficient, but unfortunately that wasn't the case with the Filet Louis dish yesterday. I then spoke to the service person. I found your answer cheeky and inappropriate. "For others, the portion is sufficient. You can also order an appetizer and a dessert." For a main course that costs €28, I find this so inappropriate.

I loved it a lot, very delicious food and a price according to the quantity (very good quantity) and the waiter was respectful... we will return!

The Louisiana is a beautiful restaurant with the best food, great ambience and very friendly and attentive staff.

The food was tasty, but it wasn't anything special. Unfortunately I found the service to be very poor. We were very rarely asked if everything was okay. We also asked for a receipt and the lady was very unfriendly. In a very rude tone she said “you have to print this out”. The sound plays the music. Well, you can explain it nicely. You should also be able to print out an entertainment receipt.

There is only one point deducted because I wanted to eat a crocodile burger. Unfortunately the burgers were out. The replacement - a normal cheeseburger - was tasty, but not what I actually wanted.

I visited this steakhouse for the first time in 2019 and have been happy to come here ever since when I am in Erfurt (southern Upper Franconia). I've never been disappointed with my steaks. The bad reviews are incomprehensible to me. Reservation is recommended.

We decided to have dinner at Louisiana on Saturday. Service and ambience were very pleasant and the food was very good and plentiful.

US-style restaurant (at least in the front area). Very nice service, delicious food and interesting drinks. A table should definitely be reserved as the restaurant is always busy

We were there spontaneously on a Friday and got a table without a reservation. We were lucky because it was very full. We were immediately told that it might take a little longer, which was okay with us. The wait was worth it, the food was great. The waitress was very attentive, often came to the table and asked if everything was okay. In short, great food, great service, we can only recommend the restaurant.

It's incredibly rare that I don't have to add seasoning to my food. I didn't have to here. Super delicious food, nice service, nice ambience. I'd love to come back.

Absolute recommendation. Very friendly, attentive and fast staff. Drinks came immediately and I once again saw service staff with smiles. The Bourbon Cola was strong as I expect from a mix, not punched like in other restaurants but as if I had poured it myself. Very cool. The Mint Julep was also what I expect. Everything was crowned by the tender sweet chilli ribs with baked potatoes. I'm a big fan of ribs and make some myself in the slow cooker at home and I have to say I was more than thrilled. My friend had pasta with asparagus that was better than the Italian restaurant. Balanced good ingredients and taste balanced and perfectly coordinated. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent, fast, friendly service that I no longer know about and that on a Saturday at 10 p.m. :-)

As always, a great evening with delicious food and wonderful service. One star deducted for the ambience because the restaurant, which was full to the last seat, unfortunately continued to heat up and there was probably no ventilation or something similar. When it's beer garden weather, we'll be happy to come back and eat outside.

We were there once on a city trip. The ambience is really special and the service is first class. Unfortunately the food wasn't good. The sweet potato fries were burnt and therefore very dry. The meat didn't meet our expectations either. We wouldn't recommend it for the prices charged.

The food is ok, I had a cheese stick, I would have expected more for the course. I find the prices for drinks to be absolutely excessive... Even in Hamburg on the Alster, it's not price intensive.

If you're craving steak and burgers, you should stop by here! The dishes come to the table grilled to perfection and well seasoned. I ordered the Mississippi grill plate, a meat variation with corn and fried potatoes. You'll feel full afterwards! There must be room for dessert on the next visit😁.

We stopped by this restaurant spontaneously and were lucky to get a seat. I was really amazed at how perfectly, tender and pink the meat was cooked. Every bite is a pleasure😊 Great ambience and extremely attentive service rounded off our visit. We will definitely come back.
