We called on a Saturday to reserve a table and specifically asked when it wouldn't take too long. We were there at 7:30 p.m., on time as reserved. The isolated little room wasn't particularly appealing. The service was very friendly and took the drink order quickly. The starter also came relatively quickly, we waited almost 2 hours for the main courses and only after repeated requests when we were already ready to leave.
The food was very good.
However, if at all, we will order and pick up again by phone. We won't be eating there anymore.
I was more than thrilled! From the warm welcome to the fast and super friendly service to the food – everything was great! The dishes were fresh, incredibly tasty and the portions were more than generous. And all of this at a price that is truly unbeatable. Rarely have I left a restaurant so satisfied - absolutely recommended! I'll definitely be back!
One of my absolute favorite restaurants. The furnishings are modern, warm and pleasant. The waitresses were very friendly and the food was really fantastic :)
We were there with a total of 4 people and we really enjoyed it. The bouillabaisse as a starter was excellent, the pork fillet and the rump steak (medium) were optimal. All side dishes (tagliatelle and fries as well as side salads) were also optimally prepared.
The staff is incredibly polite and courteous, definitely well above average and deserves extra praise!
The prices are not cheap, but they are appropriate for the quality of the food and so we were 100% satisfied!
A note for everyone who is a bit sensitive to noise: The restaurant is quite loud, which is again typically French. The rooms have maximum seating so that you don't sit on the lap of the person sitting next to you, but you still sit right next to them. If you don't like that, you're in the wrong place!
Otherwise an absolute recommendation! 5 stars!
Rude waiters, dirty tables, unbearable noise, substandard sanitary facilities. The food, which wasn't all that bad, completely fades into the background. Maybe back to basics again, the customer pays your salary!
We arrived at 9:20pm today after seeing that the restaurant is open until 10pm. However, the employee told us that we couldn't order because the restaurant closed at 10pm and he wanted to start cleaning up now. In principle, I have no problem with a restaurant setting its own opening and closing times, but in this case it would make sense to adjust the closing time accordingly. In my opinion, around 40 minutes for tidying up should not be deducted from the regular opening time.
The food would be really good, but it sits on the counter until it reaches the guest at least lukewarm! Beforehand, you carry it to the wrong table, leave it there for a while, then be surprised and bring it lukewarm to the right person who ordered it 😕
What's even more rude is that the waiters are leaning on the bar and the tables are bending over in front of used dishes! We didn't understand the system of not clearing away various plates and glasses until the end?
The job must definitely have been very tiring as each time an order was placed or an invoice was requested, the exhale was loud.
The food was OK, but the service was below par.
So this will be our last visit
