My husband and I had dinner there on Wednesday. We've been going there for a long time. Actually almost every week, which speaks for the pizzeria. It's always very beautiful there. The owners and the staff, very nice and friendly. You just feel really good. We can highly recommend this pizzeria. Top quality of the food and good prices. Definitely worth a visit. We have been ordering for several years. You can't complain about the food. Delicious, generous portions. However, if “mind you” I order on a working day, ten minutes after opening, and I wait 2 hours for my food and I call twice (once after 1h20min, the second time after 1h50min) and am obviously lied to, then two items for which you pay extra have not been implemented, I no longer have any understanding. After the fourth time, I will order elsewhere in the future. Too bad.

Unfortunately, today for the second time in a row, impossible waiting time. After 2.5 hours the last time we ordered it in advance today, but again we wait in vain for the food we had already paid for and there is no service. The phone must have been switched off.

I was recently in Bel Paese and highly recommend this Italian restaurant! From the greeting to the last bite, everything was perfect. The atmosphere is very inviting and authentic - you immediately feel like you have been transported to Italy. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Particularly noteworthy is the selection of dishes: from the fresh antipasti to the handmade pasta to the delicious desserts - everything tasted simply fantastic! Here you can tell that the operators are true Italy lovers who want to pamper their guests. I will definitely come back and look forward to the next time! Conclusion: If you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant that impresses both in terms of cuisine and atmosphere, then you have come to the right place!

So I'm not really a review writer and I came in here out of curiosity. I'm even more shocked by the reviews. I've been ordering pizza from Bel Paese for years and have never really had a reason to complain. The pizza is always hot when it arrives and the waiting time is always reasonable. I can't complain and will continue to order my pizzas there. The Ortolana and the Margarita are my favorite pizzas 😋

Food cold delivery takes 2.5 hours absolutely unacceptable was put off twice on the phone never again

We ordered despite the last bad recessions...that was the last time! The food arrived way too late! If that weren't enough, half of the delivery wasn't wrong either... The taste also leaves something to be desired. Definitely not recommended!

Delivery service: disaster! The food is okay, but we ordered food around 5:40 p.m. (10 minutes after the start of the shift) and at 7:15 p.m. we called: "Yes, he's on the way." Half an hour later we call again and we find out that no one has left yet! So not only were we lied to but after over 2 hours no one came. Absolutely not recommended!

I wanted to order despite the last reviews and regretted it. Called after 2 hours. Was put off: the food was ready, but there weren't enough drivers. It will take another 15 minutes. 45 minutes later the food we had already paid for arrived and the driver wanted to charge extra for the sauce. I was able to politely persuade him to leave it there and tell him that it was our last order. Since the food had already been ready for 45 minutes, it was correspondingly cold and hardly edible. Never again and thank you.

We order food from Bel Paese almost every week, the food is always great and the service on the phone, from the drivers or on site is always excellent. Clear recommendation!

Ordered pizza. Delivered after almost 2 hours. Food cold!!! Pizza didn't taste good anymore. The edge of the pizza was as hard as a stone... That's really a disgrace!!!

The food on site may be okay, but the delivery service is an absolute disaster. I hardly ever give a rating, but it has to be done here. It was our third and last time there - today's third chance was born out of necessity. Called at 6:30 p.m. to see how long delivery to us would take. Statement: 90 minutes max. Then ordered at 6:36 p.m. (via Menu24). When there was still nothing there at 8:40 p.m., I called again. Statement: the driver left 10 minutes ago (journey time to us approx. 12-15 minutes). When there was still nothing there at 9:15 p.m., I called to cancel the order. The lady was still quite nice, the gentleman in the background was rather rude. Another 20 minutes later (almost 3 hours after ordering) the driver was there and took the two pizzas away again (with a little tact we could probably have solved it differently).

Great food and friendly service :) Never been a wrong choice to eat here.

Ordered two Saturdays in a row. There were a total of 5 pizzas with a diameter of 32 cm. Five pizzas were delivered, each measuring just 29 cm. Makes a lot of noise on the backs of the customers. Will NOT be ordering anything here again.

Delivery service is a disaster. Ordered via Menu 24 at noon at 4 p.m. opens at 5:30 p.m. 6 p.m. call...pizza is on the way. 6.30 p.m. next call...which pizza...ah is leaving soon. The boss on the phone is already on the way...the driver is in the background...I'll take Coke with me...no pizza at 6:45 p.m. Addendum. 7pm the food came and if it was running. Pizza cold and limp. Ham inedible. never again

We can't say anything about the food. We ordered at 5:30 p.m., it was busy, it took 45-60 minutes. Called several times to ask how long it would take: the driver was on the way, five to ten minutes at most. We finally canceled the pizza at 7:50 p.m. so that a driver would arrive at 8:15 p.m. who would then become rude when you pointed out to him that he could take the pizza back with him. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered a large Sofia Loreen pizza, a large Italian salad and Gorgonzola schnitzel. Pizza absolutely burnt and cold. There was water at the bottom of the salad. Pizza ended up in the trash can. Schnitzel was good. We put Italian salad on a plate and tossed it again beforehand. All in all, I still went to Subway. Was hungry. Absolutely disappointed. Unfortunately not the first time. Sorry. For now we are served.

Unfortunately that was nothing. Service was very friendly, but the food wasn't tasty at all. Pasta not al dente, tasteless and soaked in oil and greasy. The salad was fresh, but the dressing was just as tasteless as the rest of the food. It's a real shame, especially since I had a very good feeling when I came in because the people are really nice... but there's really room for improvement!

We ordered yesterday around 5:30 p.m. It said “Yes, a good 1.5 hours to a little longer.” All clear after 2.5 hours we called again to ask where the food was - yes it was in the oven and would be coming soon! We waited OVER 3(!) hours for our food. And then it came out that the piece of paper with the order had fallen down. No apology or anything.

We order regularly for our company. The quality of the pizza is always outstanding! No matter whether Margherita, salami or the creative special pizza - every bite is a pleasure. The ingredients are fresh and aromatic, and every pizza lover will find what they are looking for here. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly service from the Runco family. They respond to special requests in an uncomplicated manner. Delivery is also quick and reliable for our team meetings or events. Clear recommendation!!!

We were a little late for lunch, but the gentlemen were still very nice to us and patient with us. The food was very tasty, I had Vitello Tonnato and a Pizza Carola (or something similar, including Italian salami) and was able to take half of the pizza with me (it was a bit much). Heute eine Grillplatte bestellt. Nach einer Stunde kam das Essen auf Nachfrage. Fleisch war trocken und Essen ging zurück. Rechnung wurde aber trotzdem komplett erstellt. Schade. Hätte mir da doch mehr entgegenkommen erhofft.

Since the delivery always takes an infinitely long time (despite the neighboring town always waiting at least 1.5 to 2 hours) and the pizza was often much too dark (burnt) on the edge, we decided to eat there because we thought "without it Delivery service stress" the quality is certainly better and faster. Unfortunately, that was far from the case... We had to wait well over an hour. Telephone orders were given priority. We noticed because we were sitting inside. There must have been 50 delivery boxes passing our table... And the door wasn't closed even though it was really cold! (09/14/24 around 6 p.m.) We and the children had to put on both vests and jackets. But no one was interested in that, after all, the drivers had to go in and out all the time. The children were already getting whiny... Only after asking the second time did we get our pizzas after 1.5 hours. I have to say it was the last time for us. Sorry. It doesn't work at all!

Ordered Insalata Caprese. A mountain of green salad came with 5 tomato slices with mozzarella. Sorry guys, that doesn't work at all. However, in response to my complaint, a replacement was delivered, which was as it should be. Delivery time was okay.

I have a lot of understanding for a longer delivery time, especially on a Saturday. But if I've been waiting for the food for 2 hours (!!!) and then when I ask, the telephone service tells me that it will take another 20 minutes, then if after 35 minutes there's still no food, I just feel like I'm being taken for a ride and then I have to I say that you don't have your business under control. Simply reduce your delivery area and don't wait for other orders in the region to save money (and of course still charge a 3 euro delivery fee). Well, today was the last time with you. And as a quick update from a day later: We then had to claim the money via Paypal (despite the fact that we were promised that we would get it back directly via Paypal). That's really a disgrace.

Ordered via Menu24 at 7:15 p.m Called at 9:10 p.m. and asked where the food was - statement - "driver will be there in 20 minutes" After the food still wasn't there at 9:45 p.m., we canceled. Unfortunately very unreliable and not recommended

Ordered pizza. Supposedly delivery time 50 minutes. Called after 90 minutes and pizza was cancelled. Driver is on the way, pizza will be there in 2 minutes. After another 10 minutes the pizza arrives. Thanks. Never again.

The very last thing...for my birthday about 3 weeks ago, I ordered a table by phone for today, July 28th, for 8 people... I wrote everything down nicely and agreed... Arrived there today... closed!!... they have been open since 24.07 vacation 😡

The drivers can't do anything for the service of the people who place the order and give about a time, but to say about 1 hour you then ask after 1.5 hours and they say the driver is almost there, left five minutes ago. You then have to wait another 45 minutes…an absolute no go. The food, then so greasy that you think it was, was previously bathed in oil. It's a shame, it used to be really good but that's absolutely not possible!!!

We often eat at Bel Paese and are always thrilled! The food is always great and at a fair price, and the service is always friendly and accommodating! For us there is nothing to complain about and we enjoy coming here! We definitely recommend the restaurant!

It's been over a year since I ordered something today because I've been annoyed several times in the past. What can I say ??? It's even shimmerier than it already was! The meat was tough, the side dishes weren't even delivered and I've been waiting for a delivery for a good 30 minutes now! In addition, very unfriendly on the phone and not even an apology was forthcoming. I will never order anything there again, I would rather eat dry bread!

To put it in three words: punctual, good and plentiful. And cheap too, what more could you want. The portions were also enough for those who were a little more hungry ;-) And even though I gave the wrong delivery address and only corrected it in the comments, the order arrived on time and was steaming hot. All in all, highly recommended and definitely on my favorites list. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the ambience due to the lack of visitors.

Excellent pasta plates for my party guests! I ordered two pasta plates for a total of 24 people, one with lasagne and, if requested, one with Rigatoni alla Marcello. Because we live about 40 minutes away from the pizzeria, my friend brought me the food, which was still very hot when we arrived despite the long drive. Because it was delivered in two heat containers, including fuel pastes. The taste was absolutely top, all my guests were very impressed! The noodles were extremely tasty and there were two very generous portions. I could have invited 10 more people. 😂 Highly Recommended! Thank you very much to family Runco!

Wir hatten da neulich am Geburtstag eines Verwandten bestellt. Die Pizzen kamen sehr pünktlich und hatten jedem geschmeckt.

Wir haben von der tollen Technik der online Reservierung Gebrauch gemacht. Mit dem Ergebnis, dass wir noch um 20.00 Uhr eine Erinnerung an unsere Reservierung für heute um 21.00 Uhr haben, um dann vor einer verschlossenen Tür zu stehen. Wie das Essen schmeckt, weiß ich leider nicht, aber vom online reservieren kann ich nur abraten. Derzeit (August 2023 sind Betriebsferien. Schade

Eigentlich waren wir früher immer zufrieden, aber ich finde irgendwie haben sie nachgelassen. Haben extra angegeben das auf der Pizza keine Paprika sein sollte (Allergie) und mit extra Knoblauch (auch extra bezahlt)....was kam war eine Pizza mit extra viel Paprika und ohne Knoblauch. Konnte somit nicht gegessen werden. Letztes mal haben wir zum abholen im Restaurant bestellt, als wir ankamen sagte man uns unser Essen sei mit dem Fahrer unterwegs 🤷🏼‍♀️ somit mussten wir wieder heimfahren und dann dort noch weiter auf unser Essen warten. Dafür das generell alles teuerer geworden ist kann man doch dann auch erwarten das das Essen so ankommt wie man es bestellt hat.

Die Pizza war wie immer lecker. Aber der Lieferant war (mal wieder) sehr unhöflich. Als ich die Tür geöffnet habe, wollte er einfach unaufgefordert rein kommen. Als ich gesagt habe er soll die Kiste bitte an der Türschwelle abstellen, hat er sie genervt auf den Boden "geschmissen" und zeitgleich Trinkgeld gefordert. Ich gebe gerne Trinkgeld, aber nicht wenn jemand es fordert...

Wie immer gut, man wartet auch nicht lange auf das Essen, Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wir waren zu zweit am Abend dort, wurden sehr freundlich bedient, die Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich die komplette Cuccina italia, einfach toll, wir hatten hausgemachte Gnocci und Involtini, in spitzen Qualitåtbekommt man sonst nirgendwo, wir kommen bestimmt wieder, ach ja und Preis Leistung stimmt...... Mfg
