Order came without the caramelized onions. However, there was no sound from the boss and he didn't put any on it either. At least he could have asked if we wanted them raw......let alone let us know that he didn't put any on them. We were the only guests at the time so there was no rush. Too bad........

For the money they charge here you can get better quality everywhere else, especially the prices are simply unreasonable and anyone who pays that is simply not the brightest

The burgers were very good, the chicken wings made me feel a bit fooled. The sauce was very good, but the wings themselves were very dry and hardly any meat on them. You weren't asked if everything was okay or if you wanted something to drink. We then just paid and left.

We went to dinner at Burger Mafia this evening at 8:45 p.m. Food was good. Now comes the BUT: - Cleanliness of the benches was poor. - The waiter forgot part of our order several times (e.g. when our burgers came he forgot our extra starters) - The portions are smaller for the same price - Now even a drop of ketchup is booked extra for 1€... - There was an error again. 2 cheesecakes were ordered and 2x cheesecake Ben & Jerry's ice cream arrived... - the waiter who took our order was very nice. But apparently very little has been explained about it. - When we wanted to pay we asked if we could divide the bill by 4. Then another problem came up. I asked if we could look at the invoice beforehand because there were several errors. We were told it wouldn't be possible. We had to pay first to get an invoice! - Of course we weren't offered anything... Ridiculous, I can't recommend it to anyone.

Went for dinner on Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and the waiting times were OK. We ordered two burgers with side dishes, both of which were delicious. Everything is nice and hot, the bread is airy and the patties are juicy. Prices are also okay, no more expensive than other community stores. Unfortunately, the milkshake for €6.90 was completely disappointing. It was advertised as Ben&Jerry ice cream, but given the watery, bland taste and pale color, it could have been a teaspoon of Nesquik powder. Too bad.

Driver puts the food somewhere in the stairwell and leaves... once and never again. The food was okay after I got dressed and picked up the food 2 floors down the stairs... that's not possible!

As a reward, my kids were allowed to choose the Burger Mafia, as they passed their high school diploma and completed their secondary school leaving certificate. The burgers were once again amazing and super tasty😋😍and fill you up👍

So...where do I start...First of all, the food. I had wings...if you can call them that. These so-called wings were dry, crustless and tasteless. The buffalo sauce was too overpowering and of course not tasty either. With the menu price of 17.50 euros, the menu says 15 euros, the only positive thing was the fries. Thanks for nothing. I have rarely been so shocked in my life. I'm aware that there are rats in the restaurant industry, but that was really the rat love parade. Meat smelled like it was taken out of the fridge 7 days ago. The table and chairs have stuck. Fries could have been from the gumball machine. If I had eaten, I would have ended up in the hospital that evening. Never again

I was there today for the first time and unfortunately also the last. I'm all for supporting small shops, but unfortunately I didn't like it there that much. Service was nice, but it took a long time until I could order. Visually the burger looked great, unfortunately the meat was almost raw and everything didn't look so clean and there was football going on which gave you the feeling of a pub. Unfortunately, all in all it only gets 4 out of 10 stars☺️maybe things can improve in terms of hygiene & faster hospitality

Small but welcoming environment. Discreet service. The sandwiches were excellent, really succulent and delicious, even the size satisfied us. I would happily return.

We visited on Sunday afternoon. The choice of food was large. Waiting time was completely normal. We were only in the restaurant with 3 other guests. Food was delicious. Quality was top. I didn't think it was a highlight but it was worlds better than fast food burger chains. My son (11 years old and a good eater) was thrilled, was full and got his dessert 😅 The young service lady was very nice, attentive but not intrusive. So great! The ambience was nice, but I personally found it a bit cool in the restaurant. But that's mostly personal feeling. Prices were comparable to other burger shops and completely acceptable! Conclusion: Despite small (personal) criticisms, really recommended! We'll definitely be back!

Waren schon öfter mit einer größeren Gruppe in der Burger Mafia. Service und Essen waren immer top. Preislich lohnt es sich auch und die Einrichtung lässt sich sehen. Kann man nur empfehlen!

Das essen war sehr lecker, leider wurden die Jalapenos bei unseren Burger vergessen. Oder vielleicht sind die leer gegangen. Aber ansonsten war alles top. Bedienung war super freundlich und das essen und trinken kam innerhalb 5 min.

Top Burger! Groß, preiswert und geschmacklich um Längen besser als bei den großen Ketten. Die Wartezeit zwischen Bestellung und Verzehr ist inzwischen viel besser geworden und dauert nur noch wenige Minuten. Inzwischen gibt es einen Lieferservice.

Das Essen ist wie immer, sehr Lecker 😋 Egal was für Burger 🍔 sie haben alle immer Geschmeckt. Keine lange Wartezeiten! Personal ist sehr Freundlich. Die Ambiente sehr Ansehnlich und cool gemacht. Komme jederzeit gerne wieder.

Guten Tag, Nach meinem Sonntagsspaziergang durch die verkaufsoffene Stadt Saarbrücken bin ich in diesem Etablissement eingekehrt. Leider war das Essen kein Genuss. Das Fleisch war zäher als der Braten, den meine Frau Donnerstags bevor die Enkel zu uns kommen notimprovisiert. Viele Grüße

es ist nicht das erste Mal hier. immer ausgezeichneter Service und Essen.

Leckerer Burger nur die Portion Pommes könnte etwas größer sein, sonst ist aber Preis- Leistung OK. Das Lokal ist etwas versteckt am Rande der Innenstadt aber gut zu erreichen.

Wir waren gestern dort mit 3 Kindern und 3 Erwachsenen.Das Fleisch bei den Bürgern war bei allen 3 absolut roh serviert worden. Die Pommes waren kalt und nicht knusprig.

Super. Waren am Donnerstag (Feiertag) das 1. Mal dort. Burger sind phantastisch, Wedges/Pommes schön knusprig, lecker. Auch die Milchshakes sind toll. Bedienung freundlich, Lokal sauber. Tische wurden nach Benutzung gründlich gesäubert (sehr sehr positiv!). Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Burger sind ehrlich gut und die Auswahl ist auch zufriedenstellend. Leider sind die Preise etwas hoch und die Portion Pommes auch etwas zu klein. Das Ambiente könnte besser sein, aber ist noch in Ordnung. Ansonsten alles top!

Die Burgersorten unterscheiden sich kaum, auch die Sossen von den Burgern bestehen eigentlich nur aus Ketchup und Mayo. Hotwings haben total sauer stechenden Geruch gehabt wie Ammoniak , ob das so sein soll vom Gewürz her keine Ahnung, aber konnten wir nicht essen :-(
