Here's a Google review you could use: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently dined at the Mainz Hilton Weinstube Bar/Restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. The food was decent but nothing exceptional or memorable. The menu was quite limited, which was disappointing given the restaurant's reputation. What really stood out was the service, or lack thereof. After finishing my meal, I sat for over 25 minutes without any attention from the staff, despite the restaurant not being full. The waitstaff walked by multiple times, seemingly oblivious to my presence. I eventually had to flag down a waiter to have my table cleared and to order another glass of wine. Overall, while the atmosphere was pleasant, the lack of variety in the menu and the inattentive service left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope they can improve in these areas in the future.

Very good and authentic food. Lamb curry and biryani rice are a solid 10/10. Main courses are seasoned in a variety of ways and are therefore a real taste explosion! Afterwards we drank an original Afghan spiced tea with milk. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The food there was really not good. Pizza was hot (a good thing) but swimming in oil, mozzarella sticks tasted like a hint of cardboard and the wedges weren't seasoned and weren't cooked properly... The staff, on the other hand, were super friendly and accommodating. The furniture is very old and could be replaced. All in all, very overpriced (junk) food.

It's always a pleasure to come here and switch off from everyday life. Very nice location, nice service, a very large menu with different dishes, such as: meatloaf, hand cheese with music, spundekäs, turkey steak and tarte flambée. There is one complaint: food is sometimes no longer really hot or is slightly burnt. You have to get your own drinks at the stand. The wines are delicious across the board. Prices are also more than reasonable.

Very impolite! Celebrated an 18th birthday where several tables were placed next to each other. Since we had put a few things on another table until the guests arrived, we noticed a very aggressive employee who was shouting everything together. I then told him to please say it normally and then he also became aggressive towards me. I find something like that very sad and hope that others are spared from such behavior.

Ordered and had it delivered, delivery was super fast. A pizza, a pasta casserole, a lasagne (salad and a tiramisu) all the warm dishes were salty, overcooked, no spices except salt, we were really amazed. The pizza was so moist and soggy that it stuck to the box. That was really bad, 45 euros for the trash, unfortunately you can't eat it. I tried calling the shop to request a return but no one answered. Very annoying

Voller froher Erwartungen auf einen netten Abend bei gutem Essen im Kreise unserer Freunde haben wir dieses Etablissement am Samstag, 27.10.2024 besucht. Der Service war schlicht nicht vorhanden, das Essen ungenießbar und die Preise eine Frechheit. Auf unsere Kritik wurde weder vom Servicepersonal noch der Geschäftleitung reagiert. Dieses Haus wird uns nie wieder sehen, ungenießbare Speisen zu unverschämten Preisen muss man sich wirklich nicht antun!

Disappointment instead of Italian enjoyment As a big lover of authentic Italian pizza, especially the Margherita, I was hoping for a slice of Italy with this delivery service. The Margherita, which I enjoyed in Italy, especially in Naples, is for me the epitome of a delicious pizza - a harmonious combination of the delicate taste of mozzarella, fruity tomatoes and fresh basil. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my order here. Although the delivery service advertises “traditional Italian cuisine,” the Margherita that was delivered to me was far from what I expected. The basil, which for me is an essential part of this classic, was almost completely missing and was replaced by a bit of dried, tasteless herb. The tomatoes were almost inedible due to being overly salted, and the cheese resembled a hard crust rather than the soft, creamy mozzarella you'd expect from a good pizza. I understand that it is difficult to achieve the quality of a Neapolitan pizza in Germany. But if you're a delivery service that advertises Italian cuisine, you should at least make an effort to do it justice. Unfortunately, we went far wrong here. Simply put, unfortunately my expectations were not met. I hope that the delivery service rethinks its recipes so that it can truly offer customers what is considered a traditional Italian pizza.

Essen lecker - Portion viel zu klein - Personal unverschämt (zu Frauen) Ich hatte einen Sonderwunsch- dieser wurde unfreundlich angelehnt. Mein Freund hat 10 Minuten später den selben Sonderwunsch - dieser wurde problemlos umgesetzt! Danke nein- nicht nochmal- da gibt es viele andere Döner Läden!!!!!!!
