The staff at this restaurant are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The manager, in particular, behaves completely inappropriately. She is rude, unhelpful, and absolutely unsuitable for her position. Because of her poor behavior, I deeply regretted my visit. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant and cannot recommend it to anyone.

The food was good, however, the restaurant seems to prioritize the buffet over the health of its guests. My friend had a severe headache yesterday and couldn't eat, so his plate remained full. Despite his explanation, the waitress reacted rudely and without understanding. Her behavior suggested that the food was more important to her than the well-being of the guests. This person is completely unsuitable for this position and, in my opinion, should not work in the service industry. I have never experienced such poor treatment of guests. Very disappointing.

First visit, but definitely not my last. The younger employee was very polite. The dishes we ordered were freshly prepared. It was interesting to watch the chef at work. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was full, and there seemed to be a misunderstanding or communication breakdown upon our arrival. An employee led us to the back room and showed us a table where we were supposed to sit. Since no one came to take our order, and it was a buffet, we got our food ourselves. However, when we returned with our plates, we were loudly confronted by a female employee who claimed to be the owner. She specifically accused my husband of simply sitting down at a table without asking – even though we had been explicitly shown to it, and given the size and occupancy of the restaurant, it would have been nearly impossible to find the table on our own. ] Despite our attempts to calmly explain the situation, we were met with loud shouts of "This is Germany!" and accused of wanting to eat for free—an accusation that was neither comprehensible nor justified in any way. Suddenly, the entire attention of the room was focused on us. Our youngest daughter began to cry in fear, and our older son couldn't understand why he wasn't allowed to eat the meal he had already chosen. Despite this, we were still being spoken to in an inappropriate tone. Ultimately, I had no choice but to leave the restaurant with the children. Mistakes can happen, of course—regardless of whether they are made by staff or guests. However, the way we were spoken to was completely unacceptable. A simple, calm explanation—for example, that the table was reserved—and a polite reminder that we would have to wait or that there were currently no tables available would have been perfectly sufficient. Instead, we were treated as if we had behaved inappropriately or disrespectfully, even though we were simply following the instructions of a staff member. Ultimately, I had no choice but to leave the restaurant with the children. This incident has left us very disappointed. The tone and overall customer service we experienced today were unacceptable and stand in stark contrast to our previous visits. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

😍😍😍..I always love eating there

The food was delicious, both from the buffet and the grill. The selection is amazing, from appetizers to main courses to desserts. The sushi counter feels enormous. The service is attentive and fast; a highlight is the robot that brings the food. The ambiance is okay. Not a place for a first date—too big and too loud for that. But that doesn't detract from the experience; we spent three hours there and had a wonderful time eating and drinking.

We were there on Sunday evening. The food is really good, with a wide selection of everything, and it's constantly being replenished. The sushi selection is huge and very tasty. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The only downside is that it gets very crowded at the buffet when several guests try to get there at once. We'd love to come back again.

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. For €26.50 per person, we expected significantly more. The food was mostly cold, soggy, and in no way exceptional; much of it was simply inedible. The atmosphere was uninviting, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. Overall, it was not good value for money—a waste of €62! (I rarely write reviews on Google and consider myself a rather down-to-earth person who doesn't have much to complain about. But in this case, we were truly disappointed, just so you know!)

We used to be regulars, but we haven't been going to this restaurant as often lately. Our last visit was definitely last night. The food is terrible, the buffet is dirty, the meat is dark, and the little sushi they have is dry. I had my pregnant daughter with me, and she could barely eat anything, as it's dangerous for pregnant women to eat there.

The salad and fruit selection was too small, and the strawberry cake and cream puffs were unfortunately still frozen solid. The fruit salad tasted like rubber. Otherwise, the food was OK, and the service made up for it. We'd be happy to return, see you soon. 😋

The grilled food on the plate was burnt, the squid rings were cold and rock hard. All in all, very bad. 😢😢

I love Mongolian buffets and Chinese, Japanese, etc. food. I've been eating with chopsticks for over 45 years, for example. But the quality of the food here has declined significantly. It's unfortunate, because I used to really enjoy eating here.

Coke was very good, duck was poor. The Peking duck was more like a rubber chicken for a dog. It wasn't crispy at all, and the meat tasted overpowering. I returned half of it, but I still had to pay. But Germans always seem to enjoy everything, no matter what they serve. So, you can definitely go to the buffet; it all looked pretty good, but I wouldn't order any of the individual dishes again.

We're still stunned by that evening. My sister wanted to eat in peace and sit her toddler next to her to feed her – and for that, the staff member yelled at us! We were even told to stay home. The buffet offered a huge selection, including both Asian and other (exotic) dishes, all of which were of high quality and delicious. There was also good lamb, venison, and even kangaroo meat. I'd say there's really something for everyone here, including some very good desserts. The price for the all-you-can-eat buffet was also very fair in my opinion. Normally, you can't complain much.

Went today with friends for the first time. Some of the waiters were friendly, others, unfortunately, weren't. But the food was delicious and didn't give you that "coma" effect. It seemed fresh and tasty. If it stays this way, we'd be happy to come back. It's a bit more crowded and cozy during peak times, so not recommended without a reservation.

We have been to Asia World twice now with a large family. The food selection is good. The sashimi doesn’t taste the best. Overall the food is good. The real problem is that every time we go they harass me to buy more water than we want. They claim that two large bottles at 14 euro is not enough for a family of 6. This means they are saying my small children must drink a large bottle by themselves. I DONT NEED more than two bottles already! This is just a gimmick to get you to buy over priced drinks after you are already paying 140 euros each visit. The waitress was relentless and rude. She even went to a German table and complained about us and asked them to convince me to buy more. I did not. Maybe if you didn’t charge so much for a bottle of water I would have given in but you cannot tell me how many drinks I must drink!

You can eat, but you don't have to go back. It's better to go to a decent restaurant and eat well.

What we unfortunately discovered today: - Some of the food was anything but fresh. - The floor was completely sticky. - Although we pointed out that there were food residues and other things under our table, they weren't removed. It's a shame, this unfortunately leaves a bad taste in our mouths at one of our previous favorite restaurants. - Plenty of choice - The food is really good! - Even when it's very busy, it's well organized - Very friendly and attentive service staff - If something is empty and you let us know, it will be refilled immediately - Everything has become more expensive, including here... but it's very fair! - In such a large restaurant, the atmosphere is naturally not as cozy, but you can't have everything. We've been going there for many years and have never been disappointed... so we highly recommend it, unless you're planning a romantic candlelight dinner :-) - Keep it up!

Great service, food was good too

Eating à la carte felt like an eternity. Special requests weren't accommodated, which is a shame. The buffet was lavishly stocked and the food was delicious. All in all, it was OK.

We went to the all-you-can-eat buffet. The sushi, in particular, was incredibly good. The selection at the Mongolian buffet was outstanding. The only downside was that the gourmet block wasn't accepted. This was only communicated afterward, after we had already started eating. (It was a public holiday.)

The food is very good, with a wide selection (meat, fish, sushi, vegetables, desserts, etc.). Even the restaurant's own creations are freshly prepared on site. The restaurant was very busy. It felt a bit like a hotel buffet, but that didn't bother us. Service was friendly, and ultimately, everything was perfect. Definitely recommended.

I would not recommend eating there. Last time we went there was a rat walking around the food area and the servant told us that this happens all the time and would not understand why we wanted to leave without paying. It was disgusting. Hygiene is the most important thing when serving food to your customers.

It looks great both inside and out. The ambiance is great. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the food (buffet) is just average on the lower end. A few dishes were good but not outstanding. I was tempted by a piece of cheesecake for dessert, but when I put a piece in my mouth, it was watery, gritty, and sour, apparently spoiled. I left it and had a couple of scoops of ice cream. They were good, but I've had better matcha ice cream. It's a shame considering the price for the evening (around €23.00), the very friendly staff, and the nice ambiance. I would otherwise recommend it, but not really given the quality of the food.

The service is poor and the staff there watches us very well. My husband, daughter and I were there. They judged us by how often we filled our plates. They found nothing but surveillance.

The staff are racists and mean. My friend and I are African Americans visiting Germany from the USA, and we decided to eat at this restaurant. As soon as we walked in, the manager approached us in a hostile manner and said we shouldn't take more food or waste the food, otherwise we would be charged extra. Soon after this confrontation, another staff member came to tell us the cost of the food to make sure we could afford it. Meanwhile, there were many white Germans behind us, but they were not attacked by the restaurant staff. These people thought we were some African immigrants in Germany with no money because we are black. My friend and I felt bad and couldn't enjoy the place, so we took a few bites on our plates and left. The place does not have a wide variety of food on their buffet menu. We have better buffets in the USA with nicer and friendly customer service. I will not recommend this place to any black person. I wish I could give a zero 🌟

Probably the largest and most varied buffet far and wide. There really is something for every taste, even sushi is part of the all you can eat buffet. There is also a salad bar, the classic dishes you know from buffets, a large selection of desserts with a soft ice cream machine and not forgetting the Mongolian buffet with a very large selection of meat, fish and vegetables. We were at Asia World for the first time today, there were plenty of parking spaces, it was full, but we got a table for two people without a reservation, the service was prompt and very nice. We ordered from the menu, many other visitors went to the buffet, which was very well stocked and looked good, our food came in a reasonable time and was very hot. Very tasteful and plentiful. I'll try to keep it short. Food wasn't really good. Unfortunately, as we were just starting to eat, an almost dead rat came out from under the table and ruined all of our appetites. The way our issue (the rat, which died under the table because it probably swallowed some kind of poison) was handled was beyond all cannon. There was then supposed to be a round of drinks on the house, which we then politely declined because we wanted to leave the restaurant. Then we were told that we had to pay everything, which we didn't understand either. They wanted to sell us the rat in the dining room as completely normal. We then paid for our drinks and were allowed to leave. We definitely won't visit this restaurant again.

During the meal a half-dead rat crawled under our table, after which we lost our appetite even though we had just arrived. The staff initially discussed that this was normal and that we had to pay normally for our buffet. There's a round of drinks on the house if we want. We had all already eaten a plate and were still hungry, but we really didn't want to eat any more and just leave. Given the buffet price of around €25, I wasn't expecting much and I was still disappointed, never again. Trigger warning about the photo: dead animals can be seen.

Even though it was sometimes very crowded and loud, the food was always very good when we visited. The service for small children was also very friendly and helpful. The price is absolutely right and the quality of the end products is great. We always enjoy coming here.

Most of the food on offer seems to be simple frozen food. In addition, the service was quite rude; there was neither a friendly farewell nor a simple 'goodbye' or 'have a nice evening'. And the prices are distorted. You are forced to pay more to use the buffet.

My partner and I really wanted an Asian buffet and since we are new to the area we don't know any good restaurants yet, which is why we searched on Google and found "Asia World". 4.1 stars as an average rating also sounded quite good, which is why we decided to go there on Friday evening. For €26.50 the offer looked super extensive, everything looked super tasty, an unusually large selection of sushi, various desserts and many other typical buffet things. Full of anticipation, we chose a table and went straight to the "grill" items, handed over our plates and then ate a delicious Peking soup. Afterwards we helped ourselves to everything that was available and were disappointed with almost all of the dishes. So in terms of taste, almost everything here was a disaster, at least for my partner and me. What was good? - The Suhsi was above average for buffet sushi - Peking soup was very good - Crosses chicken and duck were good - Ice cream was good too - Onion rings What wasn't good? basically everything else - 7 seasons and beef with onions are usually my solid "I always have it and it tastes good" dishes but I personally didn't like it at all. - Croquettes were okay - Squid rings were not good - The soft ice cream from the machine wasn't tasty at all - the cakes were also absolutely not tasty - The grill was very disappointing, my meat was like rubber. The noodles were half burnt and half raw. Never experienced anything like this. I've been to a few buffet restaurants and haven't even left so disappointed. Absolutely not recommended for €26.50!!! There are restaurants with the same price for the buffet but INCLUDING drinks. So I won't go here anymore for now.

Das Personal vermittelt einem dass man nicht willkommen ist und erst recht wenn man nicht Buffet essen möchte. Für das Heiße Wasser um einem Baby die Milchflasche zu machen zahlt man hier 2,50€. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Essen war durchschnittlich, aber große Portionen. Nicht empfehlenswert!

We made a reservation yesterday and went there today and were told that we supposedly didn't make a reservation and then we had to go to a pizzaria and were greeted better and friendlier.

Main course (e.g. meat, fish or vegetarian dish with side dish) 3. Dessert (e.g. cake, ice cream, pudding) A menu can be fixed (e.g. “menu of the day”) or consist of several options from which the guest can choose individual courses (“menu of choice”). It is often cheaper than individual dishes à la carte. So much for the definition of “menu”. Unfortunately, the sushi menu does not include a starter or dessert. This makes the supposedly “menu” too expensive.

Very greasy, tasteless food. The grill plate tasted like old fat. Very loud, uncomfortable. Aquarium was very dirty. Inside is a sick fish that spoils your meal.

I've known the restaurant since it opened what felt like 20 years ago and had been there for a long time today. I really didn't remember it that well, but the quality now is really strong and super tasty. We said too late that we had the gourmet block, but the restaurant kindly acknowledged it anyway. Ambiance is more like 3/5 because of the many people, but that doesn't detract from my overall impression.
