When there is a lot to do, the waiters seem to be very overwhelmed. We were ignored for 20 minutes until we drew attention to ourselves. (We didn't even have the chance to order drinks) Once the order was taken, everything went very quickly. The waiters are very friendly and the cuisine is simple, home-style cooking. The portions are very generous, so you will be 100% full. If you have time, before or after the museum, or just because, this restaurant is recommended. Anyone who wants to be served quickly and expects sophisticated or sophisticated cuisine is in the wrong place here.

After waiting over an hour and a half for my order instead of the stated 20-40 minutes, the delivery person called me and claimed to be at my door. After five minutes of explaining on the phone that he was at the wrong address and how to find me, it quickly became clear that the language barrier was too great for successful navigation. So he started looking for my apartment on his own - a normal address in Cologne - and finally arrived around 20 minutes later. Of course the pizza was cold at this point. A call to the restaurant also didn't help much: until, after passing it on several times, I finally reached someone who understood me and was apparently allowed to make decisions. All they said was: "Deliveries are never warm. If yours was cold, you're just out of luck." My point that I only live 900m away was also ignored. Instead of being accommodated, I was asked – essentially but unmistakably – to piss off. Anyone who orders here should be aware that complaints will most likely be necessary - and that you will encounter complete disinterest, a lack of professionalism and a shocking contempt for customers.

I also find it difficult to rate it. So the pasta...Exactly as previously reviewed...warmed up in the microwave and best of all...burnt...and????? Sure...just took off the burnt stuff and put the pitiful rest in a Styrofoam box and off to the customer...The pizza was so-so...the hash browns were so greasy...that wasn't exactly appetizing to look at...and last but not least, the pizza rolls...? Rösti, pizza rolls were tried and thrown away. The pasta was for a child and was thrown away immediately. This is carcinogenic. We shared the pizza but only because it looked like it was edible...at least it wasn't inedible... Dominos was good at some point...unfortunately that was it...Like all stories end...Dominos will end soon too... It's a shame...but it is what it is. And please don't worry that you can't find the order. As with other reviews.. If you change it...then the ratings would be accordingly. And? Yes... if you were a cheap dive bar... but for just over 39 euros it was money wasted... Never dominoes again 🤢

After using the bathroom, I wasn't hungry anymore. Maybe we should replace toilet seats altogether.

The service at this branch is a disaster. We ordered 2 pizzas that were not properly topped. The complaint on the phone was subpar. No understanding of our “problem” and I was made to feel like I didn’t know what I ordered and didn’t know what should be on the pizzas. No customer-oriented actions. A total of 4 phone calls and 1.5 hours later we were finally able to eat. However, the pizzas were nothing special. We've been ordering there for years, but it's never tasted this bad. Unfortunately no longer recommended.

My wife ordered duck cunbao. The apartment immediately smelled of old fat, inedible is harmless to say, that's bodily harm

The worst carbonara we have ever eaten! Unfortunately you had to look for the ham (three mini pieces of a slice in the entire portion), and neither egg nor pecorino or parmigiano were available. Just pasta drowned in cream sauce with no taste. The ham was also cheap, cooked pork ham. A carbonara should contain guanciale and NOT cooked ham! ABSOLUTELY TASTELESS and without salt! In the end it was €30 including delivery costs and a delivery time of over an hour. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered once via Lieferando. Half of it was missing. No one was available by phone. So I had to drive there myself. Today, now that the reviews are better, I ordered again via UBER EATS. This time, NOTHING from our order arrived. The correct receipt was attached to the sealed bag, but the contents were completely wrong. As expected, no one was available by phone. Photos were sent to UBER as evidence, and luckily, I'm getting my money back. Still annoying, because we don't like anything in the bag. So it's going in the trash, and we're left with nothing but stress. Thank you for nothing. Never again.

Very busy, very noisy, not clean. Even the food is not like other five guys restaurants that I eat in other place. Not recommended.

When the FC plays you should bring time with you :)

The order was delivered promptly and without any problems. The duck was nice and crispy, served in a delicious sweet and sour sauce with vegetables. The rice was perfectly prepared, and the portion size was excellent. Overall, I'm completely satisfied and would order again.
